Mary Lynn Ferguson-McHugh is the Chief Executive Officer of Family Care and P&G Ventures of Procter & Gamble. She first joined the company in 1986 as assistant brand manager of Vicks NyQuil. Procter & Gamble Company is a consumer goods corporation that provides products and services for rooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, bathrooms, and more. Previously, Ferguson-McHugh was a member of the board of directors at Molson Coors Beverage Company. She earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of the Pacific.

2. Michele Buck
The Hershey Company

Michele Buck is the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Hershey Company. The Hershey Company, headquartered in Hershey, Pennsylvania, is a global confectionery leader known for bringing goodness to the world through its chocolate, sweets, mints, and other great-tasting snacks. Buck has over 34 years of experience in the consumer goods industry. Before joining the company, she was a vice president of marketing, general manager at Kraft Foods, and before that a director, managing director, and vice president of marketing at Nabisco. Earlier in her career, she worked with Frito Lay as an assistant/associate brand manager. Buck graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - Kenan-Flagler Business School with a Master of Business Administration and from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania with an undergraduate degree in business administration.

3. Linda Rendle
The Clorox Company

Linda Rendle is the Chief Executive Officer of The Clorox Company. Clorox is a global company with leading brands that have become household names for bleach and cleaning products. She was appointed to the board of directors of Visa Inc. in November 2020. Rendle first got her start in 2000 as an account manager at Family Dollar with several roles at Procter & Gamble before joining Clorox Company. She graduated from Harvard University with an undergraduate degree in economics.

4. Angela Cretu
Avon

Angela Cretu is the Chief Executive Officer of Avon. She first joined the company in 1998 as Area and Division Sales Manager. Avon is a cosmetic company that innovates and provides beauty products sold primarily to women through women. Cretu has been in her current role in the company since January of 2020. Previously, she was a board director at Avon Beauty Arabia and before that, she held various sales & marketing roles at FMCG companies. Cretu earned an undergraduate degree in economic cybernetics, statistics, and informatics from Academia de Studii Economice din București.

5. Jodi Berg
Vitamix

Jodi Berg began her professional career over 27 years ago. Today, she is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Vitamix. Vitamix manufactures blenders for consumers and the restaurant and hospitality industry. Berg first got her start in 1994 as a director of quality at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company prior to joining Vitamix. She graduated from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University with a PhD in management, from Washington State University with a Master of Business Administration degree, and from Bowling Green State University with an undergraduate degree in business administration.

6. Debra Perelman
Revlon

Debra Perelman is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Revlon. Revlon is a multinational cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, haircare, and personal care trendsetting company with a diversified portfolio of brands sold around the world in most retail distribution channels including prestige, salon, mass, and online. Perelman first got her start in 1998 as a management trainee at Revlon Inc. From there, she went on to MacAndrews & Forbes, before eventually re-joining Revlon. She graduated from Columbia Business School with a Master of Business Administration degree and from Princeton University with an undergraduate degree in history.

7. Jane Lauder
The Estee Lauder Companies Inc.

Jane Lauder is the Executive Group President of The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. and runs the makeup company's Clinique unit, a mall-staple skin-care line. The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is one of the world's leading manufacturers and marketers of quality skincare, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products. Before Clinique, she managed Origins, maker of all-natural makeup. Lauder has served on Estée Lauder's board of directors since 2009. In 2018, she joined the board of Eventbrite, the ticketing and event technology company. Lauder earned her bachelor’s degree from Stanford University.

8. Lisa Collier
Under Armour

Lisa Collier is the Chief Product Officer of Under Armour. She first joined the company in 2020 as chief product officer. Under Armour, Inc. is an American sports equipment company that manufactures footwear, sports, and casual apparel. Previously, Collier was a president, and chief executive officer at NYDJ Apparel, LLC, and before that an EVP & president of Global Dockers at Levi Strauss & Co. Earlier in her career, she worked with Hess Department Stores in merchandising. Collier earned an Associate's degree in fashion merchandising from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.

9. Emily Weiss
Glossier

Emily Weiss is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Glossier. Glossier is on a mission to give voice through beauty by providing cosmetic products directly to consumers. The company was one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies of 2017. Weiss first got her start in 2007 as a fashion assistant at Conde Nast before joining Glossier. She has been featured as one of Forbes’ 30 Under 30. Weiss graduated from New York University and received her bachelor’s degree in studio art.

10. Sally Grimes
Clif Bar & Company

Sally Grimes is the Chief Executive Officer of Clif Bar & Company. Clif Bar & Company is a leading maker of nutritious and organic food and drinks that help people perform better in sports and lead healthy lives. Grimes has over 24 years of experience in the consumer goods industry. She began her career in 1997. Before joining the company, Grimes was a group president of Prepared Foods at Tyson Foods and before that, a chief innovation officer & president of the Gourmet Foods Group at Hillshire Brands. Earlier in her career, she worked with Kraft Foods Group as an assistant brand manager to the Senior Category Business Director of GM. Grimes graduated from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business with a Master of Business Administration degree.

Leila Rouhi is the President of Ring. Since its founding in 2013, Ring has been on a mission to make neighborhoods safer. Rouhi first got her start in 2004 as an associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. From there, she went on to Eisner Jaffe Gorry Champan & Ross, before eventually rising to director of legal affairs at True Religion Brand Jeans, her most recent position before joining Ring. Rouhi graduated from New York University School of Law with a Juris Doctor in Law, and from Mount Holyoke College with an undergraduate degree in economics.

12. Allison O'Connor
Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams

Allison O'Connor is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams. She first joined the company in 2019. Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams is a lifestyle furniture brand that offers tables, storage, lighting, and more. Previously, O’Connor was a general manager at Sheridan, Inc. and before that, she was a vice president and divisional merchandise manager (DMM) at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Earlier in her career, she worked with Abercrombie & Fitch as a VP and general merchandise manager. O’Connor earned an undergraduate degree in American history from Scripps College.

13. Barbara Calcagni
NARS Cosmetics

Barbara Calcagni is the President of NARS Cosmetics. She first joined the company in 2008 as SVP global marketing. NARS Cosmetics is a French cosmetics and skincare company. The company has created various multi-use beauty products and is now a subsidiary of Shiseido. Previously, Calcagni was a senior vice president of brand development and merchandising at Victoria's Secret Beauty and before that, she was vice president of global marketing at Calvin Klein Cosmetics Company. She earned an undergraduate degree in marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology.

14. Cynthia Herrera
Sun Bum

Cynthia Herrera is the Chief Executive Officer of Sun Bum. Sun Bum is a brand that captures the essence of the outdoor lifestyle while protecting ourselves and the ones we love. Herrera first got her start in 1993 as a retail merchandising manager at Nestle. From there, she went on to Nabisco before eventually rising to senior director of Customer and Shopper Marketing in North America at S. C. Johnson & Son, her most recent position prior to joining Sun Bum. She graduated from Western Michigan University with an undergraduate degree in marketing.

15. Maureen Kelly
Tarte Cosmetics

Maureen Kelly is the CEO & Founder of Tarte Cosmetics. Tarte is now the leader in high-performance naturals offering pure, eco-chic beauty products that truly perform with a powerful purpose. Tarte Cosmetics was founded out of her New York City apartment in 1999 after abandoning a plan to become a clinical psychologist.
In 2007, Kelly was awarded Woman of the Year by Entrepreneur magazine.
At the Binghampton campus of the State University of New York, she majored in English and after graduating in 1992 she went on to earn a master's degree in psychology from Columbia University.

16. Carrie Gross

Katina Xouria is the President of Robert Bosch Tool Corporation. Xouria has over 42 years of experience in the consumer goods industry. She began her career in 1979. Before joining the company, Xouria was a director of finance and administration at Skil Corporation. Earlier in her career, she worked with PwC as an audit senior. Xouria graduated from DePaul University, with a Master of Business Administration degree and received her undergraduate degree in accounting.

Previously, Harrer was a chief marketing officer at Dollar Shave Club and before that a senior director and head of mobile brand marketing in North America at Samsung Electronics America. Earlier in her career, she worked with Official Chicago Sky as a brand marketing manager. Harrer earned a Master of Business Administration degree in business and sports marketing from the University of Oregon - Charles H. 21. Melanie Harris

22. Eve Saltman

24. Sheryl Adkins-Green

Sheryl Adkins-Green began her professional career over 36 years ago. Today, she is the Chief Marketing Officer of Mary Kay. Adkins-Green first got her start in 1985 as a business director at Kraft Foods. Jennifer Wiseman began her professional career over 33 years ago. Today, she is the Vice President Central Innovation of E. & J. Gallo Winery. 29. Joni Rogers-Kante

Joni Rogers-Kante is the Owner & Founder of SeneGence International. SeneGence International sells skincare and makeup products, including the LipSense product line which features lip color, lip gloss, and lip color remover. Rogers-Kante currently serves on the Direct Selling Association’s (DSA) Board of Directors. In 2018, she received Direct Selling News’ Bravo Award and the Excellence in Entrepreneurship Award by the Orange County Business Journal. She is an active member of the Orange and Creek County communities and is also the author of Million Dollar Lips.

30. Amy von Walter

She graduated from the University of Minnesota.

31. Elaine Boltz

Elaine Boltz is the Chief Operating and Transformation Officer of Crocs, Inc. Crocs, Inc. is a world leader in innovative casual footwear for women, men, and children, combining comfort and style with a value that consumers know and love. Boltz has over 31 years in the consumer goods industry. Before joining the company, she was a CEO at Secundus Consulting and before that a member of the board of directors at Brinker International. Earlier in her career, she worked with RB as a brand manager for Woolite and French’s Mustard. Boltz graduated from Harvard Business School, with a Master of Business Administration degree and the University of Pennsylvania with an undergraduate degree.

32. Karalee Craven Mora

Karalee Craven Mora is the Senior Vice President Marketing of Perfectly Posh. Perfectly Posh is all about pampering and the belief that everyone deserves to take time for themselves every day. Mora has over 23 years of experience in the consumer goods industry. She began her career in 1998. Before joining the company, Mora was a senior director of marketing at doTERRA International and before that a recognition manager at XanGo. Earlier in her career, she worked with Tahitian Noni International as a quality assurance tech. Mora graduated from Utah Valley University with an undergraduate degree in arts & visual communications.

33. Lisa Stach

Lisa Stach began her professional career over 33 years ago. Today, she is the Executive Vice President - Operations & Supply Chain of Rust-Oleum Corporation. Rust-Oleum Corp. manufactures premium consumer and industrial paint and coating products. Stach is responsible for leading the organization’s global category management and supply chain. She has implemented an extensive category management strategy and has also developed a comprehensive supply chain system to significantly enhance service to customers while managing costs and resources globally. Stach joined Rust-Oleum in 1987. During her 26-year tenure, she expanded Rust-Oleum’s distribution network which led to an improved customer delivery time by more than 40 percent.

34. Robbie Brenner
Mattel, Inc.

Robbie Brenner is Executive Vice President and Executive Producer of Mattel Films. Mattel is the owner of one of the strongest portfolios of children’s and family entertainment franchises in the world. Brenner is an Oscar-nominated producer of “Dallas Buyers Club,” and is currently responsible for developing Mattel’s iconic portfolio of brands into cinematic experiences. Prior to her role at Mattel, Brenner was the president of Film of The Firm. She also held multiple leadership roles at Relativity Media and served in various roles at Davis Entertainment, Twentieth Century Fox, and Miramax. Brenner earned a Bachelor’s degree in film from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts and she is a member of the executive branch of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

35. Allyson Sellers

Allyson Sellers is the Vice President of Sales of Mary Kay Global. Kim Rompilla is the Senior Vice President of Crayola. She first joined the company in 2007 as a product manager. Crayola is an American handicraft company, specializing in artists' supplies. It is known for its brand and best known for its crayons. Rompilla has more than 15 years of experience bringing consumer-inspired innovation to market with proven success in strategic planning, executional excellence, new product development, and business leadership. Previously, she was a category manager at Day-Timers, Inc. She earned a Master of Business Administration degree from DeSales University and an undergraduate degree in history from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

37. Anne-Sophie Gaget

Anne-Sophie Gaget is the Chief Growth & Innovation Officer of Edgewell Personal Care. She first joined the company in 2015 as regional vice president for France, South Europe, and the Middle East & Africa. Kim Smolko is the Executive Vice President and Operations of SharkNinja. SharkNinja provides consumer goods. Smolko first got her start in 1996 as an engineer for consumer process development RD&E at S.C. Johnson before joining SharkNinja. She has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. Smolko graduated from Marquette University with a Master of Business Administration degree and from Purdue University with an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering.

39. Katherine Adams

Katherine Adams is the General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Legal and Global Security at Apple. Apple is one of the most well-known consumer technology brands in the world, producing ubiquitous devices and software known for exceptional quality and innovation. In her role, Adams oversees all legal matters including corporate governance, intellectual property, litigation and securities compliance, global security, and privacy. From there, she went on to the Max Planck Institute, before eventually rising to HR specialist at Trans Financial Bank, her most recent position before joining Brown-Forman. 41. Jennifer Hunter

Jennifer Hunter is the Senior Vice President, Corporate Citizenship of Altria. She first joined the company in 2008 as vice president, corporate affairs. Altria Group holds diversified positions across tobacco, alcohol, and cannabis. It is one of the world's largest producers and marketers of tobacco, cigarettes, and related products. Altria is the parent company of Philip Morris USA, the producer of Marlboro cigarettes. Previously, Hunter was the vice president of youth smoking prevention and corporate responsibility at Philip Morris USA. Hunter earned an undergraduate degree in journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

42. Rebeckah Long

Rebeckah Long is the Senio Vice President of Global Human Resources for Spectrum Brands, Inc.
