1. Jeri Ballard
EVP of Real Estate, Business Service Centres & Corporate Travel, Shell

Jeri Ballard is an innovative business leader with a proven record of success in commercial activities including real estate, facilities management, and supply chain management. She is currently the Executive Vice President of Real Estate, Business Operations Centers, and Corporate Travel and is responsible for leading a team that delivers the non-hydrocarbon physical infrastructure to Shell businesses in 40+ countries. This includes land assembly, offices, housing, worker accommodations, construction and facilities management. In addition, her team manages one of the world’s largest in-house business service center networks (20,000+ staff) and one of the largest corporate travel programs. She is a results-oriented leader with strategic vision and the ability to plan, organize, resource, develop, motivate and direct an organization to achieve change.

Ballard began her career with Westinghouse Electric and has held management positions with Asea Brown Boveri and Dynegy Inc, where she was the senior director of global facilities management before joining Shell in 2004. She has served on the board of Shell entities including being the chairperson of the board for Triton Diagnostics. She has been active in a number of industry and civic organizations including the Houston Downtown Management District where she was on the board of directors and chair of the Operations Committee. Ballard received her undergraduate degree in transportation logistics and aviation management from The Ohio State University and an MBA in international finance from the University of Connecticut.

2. Marcia Lockman
Executive Vice President, CBRE

A member of CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions Group, Marcia Lockman has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience working with Fortune 1000 companies and professional service firms. During this time, Lockman has managed global portfolios ranging in size from 2 million to 13 million square feet, representing 1,077 corporate locations and managed over 1,100 assignments in more than 170 worldwide markets totaling 23.1 million square feet. In the past 11 years, she and her team have delivered actual, verifiable savings of $149.1 million to their real estate portfolio clients. She is involved in corporate initiatives to develop transaction management processes, playbooks and systems, and in the operational review of key corporate accounts. Lockman specializes in global real estate portfolio management and Twin Cities occupier representation.

Before joining CBRE, Lockman was an SVP at Trammell Crow Company. She graduated from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management with an MBA, ​​from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with an MA in urban affairs, and from Miami University with an undergraduate degree in urban studies.

3. Hayley Blockley
Managing Director, Jones Lang LaSalle

Hayley Blockley joined Jones Lang LaSalle’s Downtown Los Angeles office in 2012. Her range of experience includes landlord and tenant representation, as well as investment and owner/user sales with a variety of institutional and private clients. With a focus on the agency side, Blockley currently represents approximately 8 million square feet of creative office and adaptive reuse projects from Woodland Hills to Playa Vista.

Blockley first got her start in 2004 as an assistant to the producer at Kadokawa Pictures USA. From there, she went on to Cushman & Wakefield of California as a director, her most recent position prior to joining JLL. Blockley graduated from Montana State University-Bozeman with an undergraduate degree in film and photography.

4. Nicole Gillikin
Managing Director of Real Estate Tax, PwC

Nicole Gillikin is a Managing Director on the Real Estate Tax Team in the New York office of PwC, where she focuses her tax practice on consultation related to real estate fund structuring, mergers and acquisitions within the REIT space, REIT and real estate fund operations, and cross-border real estate investments. Gillikin also represents several U.S. based real estate development and management clients with respect to structuring real estate investments outside of the country.

Prior to rejoining PwC, Gillikin worked for a number of years in international tax and has particular familiarity with tax planning for a variety of funds and fund investors. In addition to real estate funds, she has advised hedge funds, private equity funds, distressed debt funds, and infrastructure funds, particularly with respect to the cross-border aspects of their structures and operations. This included the provision of U.S. tax advice in connection with fund formations, fund expansions, and portfolio investments. Gillikin has also represented major U.K. pension funds and foreign government investors with respect to their fund investments. She graduated from New York University with an undergraduate degree in politics, from the Cardozo School of Law with a JD, and from New York University School of Law with a LLM in taxation.

5. Jill Lovatt
First Vice President of Retail Leasing, Cushman & Wakefield

Jill Lovatt joined Cushman & Wakefield via the acquisition of Massey Knakal Realty Services at the end of 2014. She currently serves as the First Vice President of Retail Leasing. Lovatt is a specialist in the leasing of retail spaces, gallery spaces and medical offices throughout Manhattan, New York City, representing both tenants and landlords, and has a special level of expertise regarding the Upper East Side. She is an expert regarding the luxury retail areas of Madison Avenue. Since joining Massey Knakal in 2011, Lovatt, who is a licensed real estate broker, has closed over 75 retail lease listings representing property owners on Manhattan's Upper East Side, with an aggregate lease rental value of over $200 million.

As a resident of the Upper East Side, Lovatt is an active member of REBNY, the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce, Second Avenue Business Alliance, CIVITAS, and Friends of the Upper East Side. Prior to joining Massey Knakal, she was the president of Complete Appraisal Services, a firm she founded in Southern California. The firm grossed over $1.3 million in the first year. She worked with all major lenders operating in the greater Southern California area and eventually grew to become one of the leading appraisal firms in Southern California. Additionally, she has extensive corporate experience and was previously a manager of corporate accounting at Rockwell International and held the role of senior analyst in the Petrochemicals Division of British Petroleum North America. Lovatt graduated from Miami University with an undergraduate degree and attended The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.

6. Tamar Lurie
SVP & Realtor, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Greenwich CT

Tamar Lurie is a Senior Vice President and Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage of Greenwich, Connecticut. She is an international realtor with personal connections worldwide, including Tel Aviv, Cairo, Rome, Zurich, Moscow, St. Petersburg, London, Paris, Madrid, Bonn, Montreal, Tokyo, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Perth, Manilla, and more. Lurie has sold more than $1 billion in real estate and has repeatedly been honored as one of the premier agents in the country. She ranks among the top 100 Realtors in the USA according to The Wall Street Journal.

Lurie has 28 years of experience. She began her career in 1994. Before joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Greenwich CT, she was an SVP at Prudential CT Realty.

7. Mindy Korth
EVP of Investment Properties Sales Brokerage, Colliers-International

As Executive Vice President of Investment Properties Sales Brokerage, Mindy Korth is accomplished in all sectors of the investment real estate community including office, medical office, retail, industrial, commercial land and unique projects across metropolitan Phoenix. Korth spends her time identifying investment opportunities, executing client strategy, establishing relationships between parties and coordinating property financial analysis and due diligence. Her wealth of industry, market, property and financial intelligence provides clients with the information they need to make informed decisions and successful investment transactions. She has closed more than 25 million square feet totaling more than $3 billion in value.

Korth first got her start in 1980 as a senior accountant at Deloitte. From there, she went on to Trammell Crow Company, before eventually rising to become an EVP of investment properties at CBRE - Capital Markets, her most recent position prior to joining Colliers-International. Korth graduated from Arizona State University with an undergraduate degree in business administration.

8. Amy MacLaren
Vice President, CBRE

Amy MacLaren is a Vice President within CBRE’s Retail Advisory & Transaction Services Group, bringing more than 25 years of experience with project leasing for owners and developers of landmark urban retail destinations around the country. MacLaren is an expert in the development and implementation of retail leasing strategies, performing market analysis and conducting lease negotiations to secure the best possible tenants for her client’s properties. Her extensive knowledge and experience, combined with CBRE’s global platform of market data, retailer relationships and technology, helps her generate significant value for her clients and help them make informed, strategic real estate decisions.

MacLaren's proven track record includes the redevelopment and repositioning of the Dallas Galleria, Water Tower Place in Chicago, and, most recently, the redevelopment of AT&T's Discovery District in Dallas, transforming its global headquarters into a premier campus that incorporates food & beverage, community engagement and entertainment spaces. MacLaren is also involved in the leasing of lifestyle and mixed-use projects in the Southeast area, providing valuable counsel on ground-up leasing and re-merchandising efforts to recruit relevant and high-performing retail brands to her clients' properties. Prior to joining UCR/CBRE in 2013, MacLaren was VP of leasing for General Growth Properties (now Brookfield Properties) in Chicago, where she led multiple project leasing teams on assignments throughout the country.

9. Isabel Santiago
VP of Commercial Real Estate Lending, BB&T

Isabel Santiago is the Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending at BB&T. SHe has over 25 years of experience in various facets of real estate. Currently she maintains a portfolio of over $500 million including multifamily, hotels, office buildings, industrial facilities, self-storage properties, single family home projects, residential and commercial land, and retail projects. Santiago joined BB&T in 2009. During her time with the company, she worked as a portfolio manager for some of the highest producers and became a real estate lender herself in 2015.

Santiago began her banking career in 1996 when she joined BankAtlantic while attending college. She has held various positions since including credit underwriter, portfolio manager, and relationship manager. She completed the RMA training and commercial real estate training programs at FIU and other institutions. She has also taught and mentored various associates graduated from BB&T LPD program and helped them transitioning into their teams. Santiago is also an active member of CREW, Jewish Federation of Broward County and other local organizations.

10. Becky McLaughlin
SVP & Director of Specialty Real Estate, HUB International

Becky McLaughlin is a Senior Vice President and Director of Specialty Real Estate for HUB International New England with a dedicated expertise in condominium associations and unit owners. She has over 20 years of experience in a variety of roles. Her current responsibilities at HUB include the management of a specialized and dedicated condominium team servicing both the condo association buildings and personal insurance needs with a dedicated personal lines condo team who provide a unique dovetailed approach. She is a client resource who provides unit owner education and support to boards and property managers.

McLaughlin is a licensed property & casualty broker who has lived in Boston, Massachusetts for over 20 years. Previously, she was a social media coordinator at HUB International, and before that, an account manager at RTIA. Earlier in her career, she worked with Travelers in personal lines insurance sales, personal lines insurance underwriting, and as a commercial property underwriting assistant.

11. Mary Anne Cotter
SVP of Real Estate Sales, Douglas Elliman Real Estate

Mary Anne Cotter is the Senior Vice President of Real Estate Sales for Douglas Elliman Real Estate. She first joined the company in 2009. Douglas Elliman Real Estate is backed by over a century’s worth of insights and expertise. 12. Louise Matthews

In her role, Matthews is responsible for strategic planning, transaction and asset management of the family-owned company’s real estate portfolio of 150-plus locations. The role includes the coordination and oversight of multi-disciplinary teams of brokers, architects, engineers, and project managers for the acquisition and development of new offices and manufacturing sites around the globe for the iconic Bacardi portfolio of more than 200 brands and labels. This includes leading sustainability and WELL certification designations in the development of new projects. She is also responsible for the disposition of sites no longer needed to support the company's operations.

Before joining Bacardi, Matthews was a VP of global real estate and facilities at Avon Products Inc., and before that, a director of global real estate at Colgate Palmolive. Earlier in her career, she worked with The Praedium Group as a principal. Matthews graduated from Bucknell University with an undergraduate degree in civil engineering.

13. Mary Burke
CEO, President & Owner, Heritage House Sotheby's International Realty

Mary Burke is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Heritage House Sotheby's International Realty, located in Monmouth County, New Jersey. She has grown her independently owned and operated firm into one of Monmouth County’s top producing real estate brokerages. Heritage House Realtors opened in Middletown in 1990, with additional offices following in Shrewsbury, Rumson, and Holmdel, New Jersey all while maintaining the highest set of standards for the professionals operating with the Heritage House name. 14. Cindy Fraze

Cindy Fraze is the Vice President of Corporate Services of Prudential California Realty. She first joined the company in 1996 as relocation director. Prudential California Realty Pearson Properties is a fast-growing Northern California real estate brokerage with 29 residential and commercial offices located throughout the Bay Area, East Bay, North Bay, Greater Sacramento and the Central Valley regions. Bobbie Purdy is a Vice President and Senior Commercial Escrow Officer with Fidelity National Title. With over 25 years of experience specializing in commercial, industrial, high liability and national transactions, Purdy is a key producer with experience including HUD, TIC, defeasance and portfolio transactions. She prides herself in adept responsive communication and believes it is imperative to develop a strong working relationship with clients. 16. Lisa VanCleave Lay
VP of Properties & Corporate Services, BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee

Lisa Lay is the Vice President of Properties and Corporate Services for BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, which has more than 6,000 employees and serves more than 3.3 million members in the state and across the country. She leads the team responsible for building operations and maintenance, physical security and safety, mail services, and warehousing. This also includes all real estate, renovation, and construction projects for the enterprise.

Lay has been with BlueCross for more than 20 years and has been involved in every interior and exterior facility design project for the Enterprise since 1999, most recently serving as director of properties and corporate services prior to her current role. She earned an undergraduate degree in human ecology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and is a registered Interior Design Professional with the State of Tennessee, NCIDQ Certificate No. 026094.

17. Jodi Ann Stasse
EVP of New Development, The Corcoran Group

Jodi Ann Stasse is a 30-year veteran of the new development industry. She currently serves as the Executive Vice President of New Development for The Corcoran Group. She and her team offer a full suite of services for builders of luxury properties, including unit mix/site planning, design, and on-site selling and leasing. Stasse provides clients with proprietary research on their competition- and current and future inventory and market conditions - to ensure smart decisions on highest and best use. She is able to help owners navigate the construction process from the earliest design phases to when the last unit is sold or leased, Jodi's clients consider her a trusted advocate and advisor. Her team of over 30 licensed real estate professionals includes project and marketing managers, sales/leasing representatives and dedicated research personnel.

Stasse first got her start in 1998 as a president at Stasse & Company. From there, she went on to Citi Habitats as EVP of new developments, her most recent position prior to joining The Corcoran Group.

18. Karen Pritchard
VP & Director of Real Estate, Wellington Management

Karen Pritchard is a Vice President and Director of Real Estate for Wellington Management. In her role, she is responsible for managing a global corporate real estate portfolio. Her specific responsibilities include dynamic portfolio planning, transaction management, financial analysis, design, construction/project management, facilities management, and critical infrastructure engineering. These facilities include offices in Boston, Tokyo, London, Beijing, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Sydney as well as two data centers. Before joining Wellington Management, Pritchard was a VP of real estate services at Fidelity Investments. She graduated from Loyola University Maryland with an MBA in finance and from Northeastern University with an undergraduate degree in accounting.

19. Emily Plauche
AVP & Senior Real Estate Analyst, Berkadia

Emily Plauche is an Assistant Vice President and Senior Real Estate Analyst with Berkadia. She first joined the company in 2015. Berkadia, a joint venture of Berkshire Hathaway and Jefferies Financial Group, is an industry leading commercial real estate company providing comprehensive capital solutions and investment sales advisory and research services. 20. Jeanine McShea
VP & Managing Broker, Related Realty

Jeanine McShea is a Vice President and Managing Broker with Related Realty, a global real estate and lifestyle company. In the Chicago real estate market, McShea is renowned among colleagues and clients alike for her integrity, loyalty and expertise. She is also a nationally sought-after speaker at both community and industry-related events.

22. Roxanne Qualls
Sales Vice President, Sibcy Cline Realtors

Roxanne Qualls is a Sales Vice President with Sibcy Cline Realtors. She first joined the company in 2010 as a realtor. Ranked as one of the top 50 independent real estate brokers in the nation, Sibcy Cline has been family-owned and operated since its founding in 1930. The current president is the fourth generation of the Sibcy family to run the brokerage, which now has multiple offices serving over 1200 independent agents throughout Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Dayton, and Southeast Indiana. Previously, Qualls was an assistant to the provost for civic affairs at Xavier University. Earlier in her career, she worked with Women Helping Women as an executive director. Qualls earned an MPA in leadership from Harvard Kennedy School.

23. Diana Clegg
VP of Real Estate Operations, Mission Federal Credit Union

Diana Clegg is the Vice President of Real Estate Operations of Mission Federal Credit Union. She has more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry and is skilled in numerous aspects including, underwriting, loan originations, processing, closing, auditing, and state and federal compliance. She is experienced in correspondent lending, direct lending, government lending and wholesale lending. Previously, Clegg was a VP at EquiPoint Financial Network.

24. Kathy Zelenock
Real Estate Finance Chair & Partner, Dickinson Wright PLLC

Kathy Zelenock began her professional career 26 years ago. Today, she is the Real Estate Finance Chair and Partner of Dickinson Wright PLLC. Her practice focuses on representation of national and regional lenders, mortgage bankers and loan servicers, with emphasis on capital markets, conduit and bank financing, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily and manufactured housing lending, as well as representation of commercial property owners in real estate matters, particularly leasing activities. She has been closing or supervising counsel for several billion dollars in commercial mortgage loans, including a variety of loan sizes and property types, and has helped design numerous national loan programs from scratch.

Zelenock is also experienced in matters related to troubled properties and owners, and the restructuring and workout of financing arrangements, including related due diligence and litigation. As part of her practice, she and her partner developed innovative transaction management and document automation software that allows them to provide more efficient, cost-effective legal services to clients. Zelenock graduated from Notre Dame Law School with a JD and from the University of Michigan with an undergraduate degree in political science and communications.

25. Shelley Ryan
VP & Senior Property Manager, Kidder Mathews

Shelley Ryan is the Vice President and Senior Property Manager of Kidder Mathews, the largest independent commercial real estate firm on the West Coast. She joined Kidder Mathews in 1989 and currently oversees over 2 million square feet of industrial and office properties along with the coordination of facilities management for 27 AAA Washington locations located throughout the Puget Sound region. 26. Tricia Brouwers
Area Manager & SVP, Wintrust Mortgage

“Helping other people everywhere” is a motto that Tricia Brouwers lives her live by. Brouwers is an international speaker and certified ambassador for the best-selling book, The ONE Thing by Gary Keller and Jay Papasan. In the last 5 years she has delivered messages from this book to over 10,000 professionals in large- and small-scale events. The book was written to help individuals focus on the simple truths of obtaining extraordinary results in every area of their lives, work, personal, family and spiritual. As a beautiful compliment to her work in The ONE Thing, she most recently became a Certified Guide for Exactly What to Say by Phil M Jones to empower others through the power of their words. A Certified Life Coach holding multiple coaching credentials, coupled with her personal and professional life has led her on a journey speaking to and motivating audiences of 1 to 25,000.

With 30 years of corporate experience, Brouwers, the Senior Vice President and Area Manager at Wintrust Mortgage, is a veteran in mortgages, sales and executive management and leads a billion-dollar production team. She has built a brilliant platform of coaching real estate professionals to achieve greater productivity creating the “win win” for them and her team. She has also been a longtime advocate for autism. Involved with Autism Speaks since its inception in 2005 she served as chairman of the board in Chicago and is currently serving as an advisory board member. Brouwers has spoken to various audiences including television and radio on Autism related topics. She has conducted educational symposiums to increase education and awareness. Additionally, Brouwers is the founder of HOPE GROVE, which is a private apple orchard she created as a vocational solution for her adult son with autism. Her hope is to expand the orchard to other people impacted by autism and to provide a sense of purpose and community to them.
