Also awarded is Meghan Hambacher Wilkinson, Vice President of Strategic Clients for Verizon at Oracle, who is an executive-level change agent who delivers revenue growth by re-defining strategic vision for the company and elevating process, systems, and talent across the organization.

1. Vanda Davis
Global, Cross-Functional Leader | Strategic Thinker | Programs Implementer

Vanda is an IT Services executive driven to achieve the most critical strategic objectives. She is currently Chief of Staff for the Americas Commercial organization in Cognizant. She is well-versed in multiple business models and strategic programs, which ensures a hit-the-ground-running approach to understanding and delivering strategic intent, design and leadership required to achieve the desired business outcomes.

Vanda is able to connect with all levels of leadership from C-level executives to the operational business and IT staff to understand their goals and support them to achieve success as they uniquely define it for their organization. Specific areas of transformation include mergers and acquisitions, sales and marketing effectiveness, business process improvement and technology enablement across multiple industries. She graduated from the University of West Florida with an undergraduate degree in computer science and an Executive MBA from Grand Canyon University.


2. Danielle Meadows
Executive Director & Head of the Business Solutions Team, JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Danielle Meadows is an Executive Director and Head of the Business Solutions Team, known as BeST, for JPMorgan Chase & Co. She is leading the firm's expansion of an underutilized talent pool by creating and championing a neurodivergent workforce with a focus on individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). In this role, Meadows strategically builds and drives the BeST operating model to engage and support IDD talent, with a focus on placing individuals into meaningful, business-integrated and sustainable roles. Her scope encompasses all regions and lines of businesses globally. In addition, Meadows works to drive policy changes focused on removing employment barriers for the IDD community.

With the onset of COVID-19, Meadows was able to implement a remote hiring and placement process for BeST participants. The concept of hiring, onboarding and supporting the IDD community remotely had not been done before and was recognized by the U.S. Department of Labor as an exemplary practice. BeST is not only aligned with the Commercial Banking operating model but also with the Office of Disability Inclusion (ODI). ODI leads strategy and initiatives aimed at advancing careers while helping the firm aspire to be a bank of choice for people with disabilities.

With over 15 years of leadership, operations and training experience, Meadows has been with the firm for 14 years. Prior to her current role, she spent more than 10 years in Home Lending Servicing and Default, where she leveraged her law firm experience to implement improved default processing and training as an analyst, trainer and manager. She has a passion for giving back to the community and working to embed diversity, equity and inclusivity into the workplace culture. She has led and is a member of various DEI initiatives and Business Resource Groups at the firm. Additionally, she sits on the Disability IN: North Texas Affiliate Board of Directors providing thought leadership and insight into encouraging disability inclusion across the market. Meadows graduated from The Ohio State University with an undergraduate degree in public affairs journalism & communications and a Paralegal Certification from Capital University.


3. Jenna Fenoglio Whitmire
Vice President of Technology & Analytics, AT&T

Jenna Fenoglio Whitmire is Vice President of Technology and Analytics for AT&T, leading data, analytics and AI for Wireless and Broadband. Her team of more than 500 technologists, analysts and modelers support more than 100 million customer relationships and influence the company’s $150B+ annual revenue in 2021. Jenna drives data-powered decisions across marketing, customer experience, sales & distribution, credit & collections, and customer valuation.

Prior to her current role, Jenna held a variety of roles in marketing, operations, and the Chief Data Office, most recently leading the company’s distribution strategy and innovation programs. Jenna is very civically minded and is active in various philanthropies, her church and her children’s school. She also invests in the future of technical talent, particularly in analytics and AI/ML through university relationships in Southern California and Texas. Jenna lives in Dallas and received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University.


4. Katrina McGhee
EVP and Chief Marketing Officer, American Heart Association

Katrina McGhee, the EVP and Chief Marketing Officer at the American Heart Association, is a best-selling author, award-winning podcast host and renowned speaker who has helped build and lead socially impactful nonprofit brands for over 25 years. Her acclaimed expertise, coupled with her personal passion for empowering people, has strengthened organizations and helped individuals take charge of their lives, health and careers. At the American Heart Association, McGhee is responsible for storytelling, media outreach, community programs, marketing campaigns and numerous other approaches focused on equitable health and longer, healthier lives for all.

McGhee became the American Heart Association’s executive vice president for marketing and communications in early 2020, returning to the organization where she already had a long list of accomplishments years before. In between her two AHA stints, she served in executive leadership roles at Susan G. Komen for the Cure, founded her own academy to help empower women and advised executives as a strategic consultant and career coach. McGhee earned her undergraduate degree at Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and her master’s degree in business administration at the University of Texas at Arlington.


5. Kimberly Neff
Principal & Coordinating Partner, EY

Kimberly Neff is a Principal in EY US’ FSO Business Transformation practice with over 20 years of consulting and financial services industry experience. She helps senior client executives with their top strategic initiatives to deliver results, including operational efficiency, revenue growth, innovation, regulatory compliance, organizational alignment, platform modernization and risk reduction. As a collaborative and trusted advisor to global and regional FS companies, she is dedicated to solving their most important and complex challenges.

Kimberly is a people leader who strongly believes in the importance of coaching and mentoring. She is the founder and current executive sponsor of the Banking Women’s Network (BWN) leadership program for her practice. BWN is a diversity, equity and inclusion group that supports 250+ professionals with coaching, mentoring, development and networking. She founded BWN in 2016 after being the first woman promoted to principal in her practice.

Kimberly also leads the EY FSO Consulting practice in Dallas with responsibilities that include market growth, working with local businesses for community development and managing the 600+ professionals serving EY clients. Prior to joining EY US, she worked in middle- and back-office securities operations and corporate trust at a global bank and in branch operations at a regional bank. Kimberly earned her MBA from the University of Notre Dame and her undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University.


6. Meghan Hambacher Wilkinson
VP of Strategic Clients, Verizon at Oracle

Meghan Hambacher Wilkinson is an executive-level change agent who delivers revenue growth by re-defining strategic vision for companies and elevating process, systems, and talent across organizations. She has had responsibility for delivering an improved partner and customer experience on an international scale. Her leadership roles have spanned across sales, transformation, IT, operations, marketing, and strategy. Wilkinson is the Vice President of Strategic Accounts for Verizon at Oracle. She is responsible for the overall leadership for Verizon, across all products, services and support, globally. Meghan is responsible for overall account growth and customer experience.

Prior to joining Oracle, Meghan was SVP at UPSTACK, where she streamlined the customer experience to align to the M&A strategy for exponential revenue growth. Prior, she was the chief revenue officer for Telarus, responsible for global sales and sales operations, advanced solutions and business development. She also spent ten years with Lumen (formerly CenturyLink and Level 3 Communications), where started as an intern of sales analytics and in 6 years rose to VP of IT, leading global sales enablement and application engineering. Her other leadership roles at Lumen encompassed leading North America marketing transformation to responsibility for their sales academy and global sales operations, contract and pricing management, GTM field operations, segment strategy and customer and partner experience. In addition to her telecom and technology experience, Meghan worked in the hospitality and fitness industries, revolutionizing the way people and companies think.

Wilkinson is widely recognized in the telecommunication, technology, and Channel space as a dedicated, inspirational, and accomplished leader. She is a passionate competitor who brings her personal drive to lead teams with an innovative approach to delivering success. She has been named Top 100 People You Should Know and 2019 Women of the Channel by CRN. She is a thought leader who has worked with SalesForce and Accenture on digital transformation, resulting in speaking engagements and publications. Meghan is an avid community supporter and has served on the Associate Board of the Boys & Girls Club since 2019.


7. Amy MacLaren
Vice President, CBRE

Amy MacLaren is a Vice President within CBRE’s Retail Advisory & Transaction Services Group, bringing more than 25 years of experience with project leasing for owners and developers of landmark urban retail destinations around the country. Amy is an expert in the development and implementation of retail leasing strategies, performing market analysis and conducting lease negotiations to secure the best possible tenants for her client’s properties. Her extensive knowledge and experience, combined with CBRE’s global platform of market data, retailer relationships and technology, helps Amy generate significant value for her clients and help them make informed, strategic real estate decisions.

Amy’s proven track record includes the redevelopment and repositioning of the Dallas Galleria and most recently, the redevelopment of AT&T’s Discovery District in Dallas, helping transform its global headquarters into a premier campus that will incorporate food & beverage, community engagement and entertainment spaces. Other notable projects Amy has been involved include Clearfork, Fort Worth, TX and Oak, Oklahoma City.

Amy is also involved in the leasing of a $1B lifestyle and mixed-use project in the Southeast (MidCity District Huntsville, AL), providing valuable counsel on ground-up leasing, merchandising efforts to recruit relevant and high-performing retail brands to her clients’ properties. Prior to joining CBRE, Inc. in 2013, Amy was VP of leasing for General Growth Properties (now Brookfield Properties) in Chicago, where she led multiple project leasing teams on assignments throughout the country.


8. Susan Jenull
Senior Vice President Texas Commercial Banking, U.S. Bank

Susan Jenull is a Senior Vice President for U.S. Bank Texas Commercial Banking. Susan and her team were responsible for building U.S. Bank’s Commercial Banking for the state of Texas. Starting with U.S. Bank in mid-2017, after 15 years of experience with other large banking institutions in Texas, Ms. Jenull has increased the commercial business for U.S. Bank in Texas by over 2000%. She has responsibility for the development of new business in Texas to commercial public and private companies across a broad range of industries.

Ms. Jenull also leads in the community. She is actively involved with several nonprofits and has been on the boards of both Artreach Dallas and Broadway Dallas. She began the Women Bankers Club of Dallas and is a recent graduate of the Dallas Regional Chamber Leadership Dallas program. She is a sustaining member of the Dallas Junior League, a member of the National Charity League, and a leader in the schools her children attend.

Prior to her banking career, Susan worked as a tax consultant for KPMG and Deloitte, focusing mainly on state and local taxes. Susan is a Certified Public Accountant. She earned her MBA degree in finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and her master’s and undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. She is currently a student at Pacific Banking School extending her leadership education.


9. Angie McFarland
Senior Vice President of Expansion, Engel & Völkers

Angie McFarland is the Senior Vice President of Expansion for Engel & Völkers. Engel & Völkers is one of the world’s leading service companies specializing in the brokerage of premium residential property, commercial real estate, yachts and aircrafts. The company is currently operating in 32 countries on five continents.

Angie recently celebrated her first anniversary with Engel & Völkers, previously serving as VP of global development at Anywhere Real Estate, formerly known as Realogy. Angie started her career in the nonprofit sector with a decade-long commitment to the investment in the leadership path of young girls through the Girl Scouts organization. Angie credits her early role supporting girls of all ages finding a voice, a passion and skills to succeed in also helping her to continue her own growth throughout the years. After leaving the nonprofit sector, Angie wanted to continue helping people and found that through the franchising industry. For the last 9 years, she has been instrumental in helping countless business owners and teams under her leadership find their full potential through the affiliation process in franchising. Angie believes that when you help people achieve their goals through their business and careers, you help create opportunities for an exponential number of people, and often change their family trees for generations to come. Angie specializes in affiliation, merger & acquisition, and strategic planning. Her “service above self” commitment & leadership style has been the hallmark of her career.

Angie has received numerous awards over her career, including Merger & Acquisition Impact Awards, Presidents Club & Chairmans Awards, and is a proud member of the women’s leadership network Chief. She received her undergraduate degree in business administration from Tarleton State University.


10. Maria Allen
General Manager & Regional Head of Banking & Financial Services, Wipro Limited

Maria Allen started her career in financial services 30 years ago. She is currently a senior leader at Wipro leading a portfolio of clients in the banking and financial services strategic markets organization. Maria is an award winning, visionary experienced in leading high-performance products, mission critical and technology-enabled business services for complex and compliance driven industries. Impeccable with customer relationship management, she is recognized as a trusted advisor helping clients develop and execute a comprehensive business transformation approach, from strategy to delivery. Throughout her career she has led major operations in business and technology in the US, Europe and Latin America. Maria’s particular areas of experience includes developing business and technology strategy to expand revenue opportunities, implement new business models focused on improving customer experience and growth. She has also held leadership positions with large technology services companies such as Unisys, First Data, BancTec, HP and EDS.

Maria is a 35-year resident of the Dallas area where she lives with her family and volunteers to support organizations such as military charities, diversity and inclusion initiatives and has mentored young women on career progression and leadership. She is fluent in English and Spanish.


11. Jennifer Chandler
Market President & Head of Philanthropic Solutions, Bank of America Private Bank

Jennifer Chandler is Managing Director, President of Bank America Dallas, and Head of Philanthropic Solutions for Bank of America. As President, Jennifer directs effective collaboration across multiple lines of business, advancing purposeful engagement with client priorities. Deeply committed to corporate stewardship, she serves on the Bank of America Foundation committee and promotes a culture of volunteerism and community support.

As Head of Philanthropic Solutions, Jennifer oversees strategy development and advisory/consulting services for non-profit institutions, corporate and private foundations, and ultra-high-net-worth families. She directs a nationwide team that offers a suite of integrated capabilities, including Outsourced Chief Investment Office services, board governance and development, grant making, high-impact philanthropy, and fiduciary administration. She earned her undergraduate degree in government from the University of Texas at Austin in two and a half years and her MBA from the University of Dallas, which honored her in 2018 as a College of Business Hall of Fame inductee. She is a Leadership Dallas 2011 alumni and Women’s Exchange Sue Haskoor honoree. Jennifer is also a Dallas Business Journal “40 under 40” and Women in Business honoree. She currently serves on the Dallas Citizens Council, Dallas Regional Chamber, Dallas Museum of Art, and Phoenix House Texas boards and is also a member of the Crystal Charity Ball, Texas Lyceum, United Way Women of Tocqueville, the Dallas Symphony League and the National Charity League.



12. Kimberly Lang

13. Jennifer Wilson
Partner, Heidrick & Struggles

Jennifer Wilson is a Partner in Heidrick & Struggles' Dallas office and a core member of its Human Resources Officers Practice. She partners with public, private equity-backed and family-owned companies by identifying and placing chief people officers and other leaders in strategic HR roles. Jennifer joined Heidrick & Struggles in 2018 after over 10 years in global strategy and organizational consulting, most recently in Asia, where she advised senior leaders at American and European companies on growth in Greater China.

Jennifer also serves as a Dallas advisory board member for CareerSpring, an organization that works to unlock the employment potential of first-generation college students. 14. Tracy Ziepprecht

15. Milan Khatami

16. Natalie Snyder Bode
Vice President, Cresa

Natalie Snyder Bode began her professional career 16 years ago. Today, she is a Vice President with Cresa, where she represents companies who occupy industrial and office space across North America with their real estate needs. Cresa is an international commercial real estate firm, notable for its occupier-only real estate representation services. Bode joined Cresa (formerly esrp) in 2020. In 2022, she was a top producer with Cresa, qualifying for the Star Club.

Prior to her career at Cresa, Bode worked for Transwestern. From there, she moved on to serve as a director at Cushman & Wakefield, her most recent position prior to joining Cresa. Throughout her career, she has negotiated over 250 commercial real estate transactions exceeding 10.1 million square feet. In 2014, she was recognized with the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) Young Citizen Award. Bode graduated from Texas A&M University with an undergraduate degree in finance. She competed on the Texas A&M Trap & Skeet Team during her tenure at the university and was the 2004 National Collegiate Lady Sporting Clays Champion.


17. Rodrigua Ross
VP of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas

Rodrigua Ross currently serves as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas. She is also the chair of the National African American Resource Network for YUSA and is currently a Research Fellow with the University of California at Berkeley and the Independent Sector Organization to research Bridging in Racial Reconciliation.

Rodrigua is driven to be an advocate for children and families in under-resourced, marginalized, and access deficient communities. She is also driven to be a strategist that aids organizations embed equity strategies into their operations. She has spent the last 20 years collaborating with government entities, public and private nonprofit agencies, and corporate partners nationwide to address issues such as youth development program deficiencies, improving family stability, increasing access in resource deficient communities, poverty, reducing social stigmas associated with certain populations, and the dismantling of inequitable systems.

Rodrigua holds an MBA with a focus on strategic leadership. She is a public speaker and trainer in courses with topics ranging from mitigating bias, finance and budgeting, diversity and inclusion, understanding cultural competency, program development, executive presence, business culture, and leading and coaching and others. She also co-hosts a weekly podcast called Causenetic which boasts thousands of listeners worldwide.


18. Sarah Martin
Head of Enterprise Sales, Signifyd

Sarah Martin heads Enterprise Sales at Signifyd where she fights fraud and abuse for eCommerce merchants. Signifyd empowers fearless commerce by leveraging its Commerce Network to maximize conversion, automate customer experience, and eliminate fraud and customer abuse for retailers. Signifyd uses big data and machine learning to provide a 100% financial guarantee against fraud and chargebacks on approved orders. This effectively shifts the liability for fraud away from eCommerce merchants, allowing them to increase sales and open new markets while reducing risk. In her work, Sarah leads a team of Enterprise sellers who bring an innovative approach to solving these merchant needs in ways that resonate. She most enjoys collaborating across the ecosystem working to simplify and secure eCommerce payments for merchants, issuers, and consumers alike.

Sarah brings more than twenty years of sales and operations experience stemming primarily from her roles at FICO where she was responsible to manage a diverse account team of experts and a broad network of client relationships to deliver growth, value, and capitalize on new ways of thinking across the organization. Further drawing upon nine years leading Worldwide Sales Operations, Sarah worked extensively to help build the sales organization supporting a broad set of global customers across financial services, telecom, retail, healthcare, and government.


19. Jacqueline Burls
SVP & Chief School Support Services Officer, Goddard Systems, LLC

Jacqueline is the Senior Vice President and Chief School Support Services Officer for Goddard Systems, LLC, a Sycamore Partner portfolio company. In her role, Jacqueline provides leadership on brand development, operational excellence and customer engagement in order to drive long-term growth for more than 600 Goddard Schools, serving more than 80,000 students across the United States.

Jacqueline is a people-first leader. She has a passion for accelerating performance by unlocking potential in teams, franchisees, and partners. To accomplish this, she creates environments and sponsors initiatives that enable interdisciplinary collaboration, continuous improvement and profitable outcomes.

Jacqueline is an accomplished executive and business leader with a distinguished history of delivering high impact results within the Fortune 500, privately held companies as well as within the public sector. She has honed deep expertise within food service, retail operations, franchising, development, finance and strategic planning. She has held leadership positions at Sodexo, a global food services and facilities management company as well as Starbucks, Walmart and 7-Eleven. She double majored in political economy and history at Williams College and earned a MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. She also studied abroad at Ithaca College London Center in England and the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa.


20. Emily Burroughs
Vice President Marketing, BGSF

As a communication, marketing, and operations leader who is passionate about brand strategy and digital transformation, Emily Burroughs prides herself on advancing the brand of a respected company. Agile and a quick study, she constructs and spearheads multiple projects while keeping the big picture in mind. She takes intentional steps to fully understand and improve overall experience while being strategic, game-changing, creative, and data-driven. As a high-energy leader, she dares to embrace imagination and disrupt “what has always been done,” to develop and curate change meant to sustain and thrive. One of Emily’s main goals in life is to make a difference while empowering those around her to join in on the fun.

A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Emily began her career holding a multitude of roles in brand marketing, event planning, and fundraising. She was recently named to the Forbes Communication Council, the Staffing Industry Analysts 40 under 40 2021 list and is an advisor for Leadership Dallas. She volunteers her time to American Cancer Society, American Heart Association and any initiatives that help bridge the gap between education and workforce. Emily loves spending time with her husband and two daughters, playing with her two pugs, meeting new people, learning new things, and believes that laughter is the best medicine in life.


21. Joana Marques
Vice President, Eleven Six PR

Joana Costa Marques is originally from Portugal and has been working in the travel and hospitality industries for ten years. She is a trilingual professional who has worked at Eleven Six for over five years and opened the Dallas office in 2020. She currently serves as the Vice President. Eleven Six PR is a travel, hospitality and lifestyle PR, marketing and social media firm with offices in Dallas, New York City and Los Angeles. Brittany earned a BBA in accounting from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Brittany lives in Dallas, Texas with her husband of 16 years and their two children. Jill has turned down the opportunity to work for high-powered tech companies so she can help advance education and change lives. She wants to help others believe that they can learn their way through any challenge and come out on the other side stronger. 27. Tiphany Hall

36. Jenn Quattrone-Brown

Prior to her current role, Alka led the Digital Technologies, India Organization for Collins Aerospace for nearly 7 years, a Raytheon Technologies company. She was accountable for strategy and operations including transformation of India digital organizations into a high performance and innovative organization and driving digital initiatives. She has been the chairperson for Diversity & Inclusion, POSH & LEAN committees for Collins Aerospace India and actively engaged in coaching and mentoring women leaders for maximizing their leadership effectiveness & engaged with major D&I Global initiatives like “Girls Who Code”. 40. Danielle Barnett

around you.” She has served at various organizations including AT&T, Salesforce, ReachLocal and ADP.

Currently, Danielle is an active member of Black Connect and Women in Technology Sales (WiTS) at Equinix. She also sits on the board of directors for Cafe Momentum and is an advocate for Dallas Girl Scouts STEM program and GirlUp. These organizations serve as conduits to aid in her influence in driving positive change to disenfranchised youth in the Dallas Metroplex.



41. Kenya Jackson

Kenya Jackson is the Secondary Managing Director of Uplift Education. Uplift Education is the largest, free public charter school network in North Texas. Diversity IQ provides a framework for understanding the unique contributions and talents of staff, students, and parents by exploring the necessary strategies to create an inclusive learning community which connects educators to students. It directs us to explore the cultural dynamics of self, our learning organizations, and the society in which we live continuously and critically.

Pamela is active in her church ministry where she leads a global educational missions ministry in the Caribbean. Her mission’s ministry focuses on improving the quality of education for trauma-impacted girls who reside in group home facilities. Pamela is also active in philanthropic giving, community development and political and social justice, serving on several educational advisory boards and committees. She prioritizes her faith, family, and service. She has been happily married to her soulmate James for over twenty-five years serving with him in various marriage ministry programs. She is a very proud mother of three children, Jason, Jordan and Jaime and a grandmother of Jaeden. As a lifelong learner, Pamela continually enjoys exploring the latest training pedagogy, methods, and innovations to enhance learning retention and execution. Pamela’s favorite quote is from Shirley Chisolm, “Service is the rent we pay for the privilege of living on this earth.”

Angela is the National Director and Head of Strategic Account Management & Business of INROADS. INROADS is the world’s largest nonprofit organization committed to developing the leadership of talented and underrepresented youth. With more than 30,000 alumni worldwide, INROADS has prepared more than 154,000 diverse leaders with pre-employment skills with more than 1,000 corporate partners. INROADS has contributed to increases in the number of C-suite executives in corporate America. Founded in 1970, INROADS’ record of impact extends more than 50 years.

During her nine-year tenure with the organization, Alexander has served in several leadership roles. She has been a key player in delivering innovative programs and creative solutions that identify, accelerate, and elevate the development of underrepresented talent throughout their careers. Through this development, students become equipped for corporate and community leadership that affects community renewal, social change and elevates economic status and quality of life. She currently oversees strategic partnerships across domestic and global markets that support the INROADS mission.

Mackenzie Terry leads Marketing and Strategic Alliances for evolv Consulting, a full-service management and technology consulting firm. evolv’s cloud-native, and agile consultants pride themselves on bringing a fresh perspective to help clients overcome novel and persistent business challenges. Consistently awarded one of North Texas’ Best Places to Work, the firm credits a people-first approach for their tremendous growth. An energetic and passionate self-starter; sales, marketing, and alliance leader with demonstrated track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships across industries, geographies, and partners; Mackenzie led evolv’s business development and sales operations through two consecutive years of 100%+ revenue growth before stepping into her current role as Director of Strategic Growth and Partnerships.

Outside of her day-to-day life, Mackenzie has impacted evolv’s culture of collaboration and emphasis on personal connection. She has a zeal for empowering women in technology and is proud to be part of a firm that does the same. 45. Abi Claus

Abi Claus is the Director of Salesforce at Stronghold Technology Holdings, a tech-startup arm of Stronghold Investment Management, a Dallas-based private equity firm. She manages a team of Salesforce developers who implement and administer the company’s CRM and integrations with bespoke applications while developing technologies to transform both the oil-and-gas and land-and-title industries.

Abi shares a passion for building amazing teams and curating company culture, as well as translating complex technical concepts into relatable language, optimizing end-user experience, troubleshooting user adoption challenges, and implementing change management strategies.

Over the course of her career, Abi has received multiple technical certifications from Salesforce for her implementation and administration expertise. Prior to joining Stronghold, Abi was a Salesforce consultant and solution owner at Slalom, where she built and developed breakthrough technologies implemented by Fortune 500 companies and state and local governments. She previously worked in the high tech, healthcare, automotive and finance industries. Abi holds an undergraduate degree in merchandising from Texas Woman’s University.

A skilled presenter and renowned expert, Abi was a speaker at one of the world’s largest tech conferences, Dreamforce, in 2019. She is a user-group leader for Women in Tech, as well as a mentor for women navigating their careers.


46. Lauren Law
Director of Business Development Services, The LOOMIS Agency

Lauren Law is the Director of Business Development for The LOOMIS Agency. Having spent more than 35 years in agency and corporate marketing roles, Lauren is a key player in helping lead the LOOMIS business development function. LOOMIS is focused exclusively on the unique needs of challenger brands. They develop insight-driven advertising strategies and complete, multi-channel implementation programs that help clients take full advantage of their market position.

With agency-side experience in healthcare, retail, banking, real estate, and more, Lauren’s broad understanding of marketing communications challenges and solutions enables her to quickly evaluate client needs and match them to the right agency resources. A proud alumnus of Southern Methodist University and a strong advocate for disadvantaged youth, Lauren is also a creative spirit who’s written a children’s book series she hopes to share with the world one day. She calls it her “old lady” project. She also runs the recruitment for the summer internship program and loves mentoring high school and college students who have an interest in entering the advertising field.



47. Amy M. Streater

Amy M. Streater is the Director of Operations and Human Resources Manager for SOCOTEC (USA), specializing in the Construction, Engineering, Architectural, and Financial sectors. SOCOTEC is comprised of several business units across the US platform (25 offices), and as a leader of the company with over 25 years of experience, Ms. Streater strives for superior standards assisting in the development and maintenance of company policies, administrative operations, procedures, and a holistic platform of HR benefits which services over 400 employees in the United States. Ms. Streater spearheads the Human Resources department for the Dispute Resolution and Project Advisory business unit, which is comprised of 14 office locations.

Ms. Streater is dedicated to the development and implementation of strategies that enhance the company’s talent, leadership, management, and training for recruiters, vendors, and colleagues of the business. Aside from working in conjunction with corporate operations and legal dynamics, Amy has worked with the company for over 13 years providing strong commitment and productivity to a number of responsibilities including 401k, health benefits, payroll, policy handbooks, processes & standardization, recruitment, onboarding, training, and information technology systems. Streater’s problem-solving leadership focuses on consistency, transparency, and communication aiding to reduce challenges in the workplace and provide exceptional service to SOCOTEC’s employees across the nation.

Prior to joining SOCOTEC (formerly known as Veritas Advisory Group), Ms. Streater served in numerous leadership roles such as Office Manager, Division Manager, Practice Manager, Contract Administrator, and Hospital Manager for various other industries in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Amy holds a Notary Public license from the Texas Office of the Secretary of State and a certification on the Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI) professional program with focus on insurance and financial concepts from LOMA.


48. Zenetta Drew
Executive Director, Dallas Black Dance Theatre

Zenetta S. Drew has been Executive Director of Dallas Black Dance Theatre since 1987. During her tenure, Dallas Black Dance Theatre has grown from an annual operating budget of $175,000 to over $4.9 million and has also grown from a community-based organization to a fully professional dance company. Annual services have grown from 30 to over 600 including national and international venues and total audience growth has increased from 20,000 to over 150,000. Under her administrative leadership, the company has performed on some of the world’s most prestigious stages including the Lincoln Center, the Kennedy Center, and the Olympics as well as performances for such luminaries as Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II and President Nelson Mandela.

Ms. Drew is the first African American female to receive a BBA in accounting from Texas A&M University-Commerce and she is the first African American female to be named a Distinguished Alumna in 2016. She holds a Management Certificate in Non-Profit Leadership from Brookhaven College, and is a graduate of the National Arts Strategies Executive Program through Harvard Business School (2016) and University of Michigan, Ross School of Business (2017). She is a graduate of Leadership Arts - 1989, Leadership Dallas - 1991, Leadership Women: Texas – 2010, Leadership Women: International (India) – 2013, and Leadership Women: Encore - 2022. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.


49. Jade Melvin
Associate Director of Inclusive Innovation, Babson College

Jade Melvin is the Associate Director of Inclusive Innovation for Black Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership (BWEL) at Babson College’s Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership (CWEL). Designed for Black Women by Black Women, BWEL serves as a resource partner for Black Women Entrepreneurial Leaders to eradicate the cycle of challenges Black Women face in starting, growing, and sustaining their businesses. In her role, she develops inclusive innovation growth strategies and works to scale the BWEL reach both nationally and internationally.

Prior to joining BWEL, Jade served as an associate director of strategic alliances and programs at the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), the nation’s largest, most impactful, and successful nonprofit advocacy organization for minority business owners. While there, she spearheaded the Emerging Young Entrepreneurs and Women of Color Programs. Previous roles include senior manager of strategic programs, where she led the Women of Color Outreach and Development Program at the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the largest certifier of women-owned businesses in the US and a leading advocate for women business owners and entrepreneurs, and program manager at Dartmouth College’s Tuck Diversity Business Programs. During her tenure, she created groundbreaking programs and played a significant role in implementing the SheaMoisture Community Commerce Fellowship for minority women executives, business owners, and entrepreneurs.

As a Black-Indigenous Pequot (pēkwät) woman from the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation (Connecticut southeastern territory), Jade believes in the importance of community and contributing in service to all people. Outside of work, Jade has been a
proud member of The Links, Incorporated, Dress for Success’s Mid-Fairfield County Advisory Committee, Board Development Committee of the Girl Scouts of Connecticut, Women of Dartmouth Honorary Board Member, and former Young Professionals’ Chair of the NAACP-Connecticut.


50. Bria Bell
Senior Marketing Strategy Associate, JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Bria Bell is a content creator and multimedia specialist whose superpower is the art of storytelling. She currently serves as a Senior Marketing Strategy Associate for JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Prior to her current role, Bell served as the director of sales and marketing for Cnect where she brought company messaging to life by developing and delivering creative and high-impact narratives through effective storytelling and visual content for digital marketing assets.

Bell is a Texas native and former TV reporter. She graduated with a master’s degree from Texas Christian University while balancing an on-air TV reporting job. She is also a member of the National Association of Black Journalists. Before graduate school, she earned an undergraduate degree from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, where she was a part of the women’s basketball team.
