Women We Admire is pleased to announce The Top 50 Women Leaders of Detroit for 2024. With a workforce of over 2.6 million people, the 10 counties of Detroit, Michigan, feature a wide variety of industries all contributing to the diverse, innovative economy of the Motor City. Known for its roots in the auto industry, Detroit is also a hub for many other prominent sectors, including healthcare, IT, defense, distribution and logistics, education, manufacturing, and professional services. 

Among the top leaders of Detroit is Emily Moorhead, President of Henry Ford Health’s Jackson region. Moorhead is dedicated to transforming healthcare by merging work culture transformations with staff empowerment to sustain organizational performance. In addition to her professional responsibilities, she is pursuing a doctorate in public health at Johns Hopkins University.

Next, we honor supply chain executive Alison Jones, a Vice President at Lennox, a leading provider of innovative climate control solutions. In addition to holding a master’s degree in manufacturing management, Jones brings extensive leadership experience from her previous roles at Amazon, Whirlpool Corporation, and Delphi.

Finally, we extend our honors to Natalie Knight, Chief Financial Officer at Stellantis. A prominent leader and seasoned financial executive, Knight has held multiple CFO roles and is a sought-after speaker on digitization and sustainability.

1. Karen King
Head of IES Product Management, Siemens Digital Industries Software

Karen King is the Head of IES Product Management at Siemens Digital Industries Software. She first joined the company in 2023. Siemens Digital Industries Software helps organizations of all sizes digitally transform using software, hardware, and services from the Siemens Xcelerator business platform. 

King is an experienced leader with a wealth of expertise in systems, planning, and process improvement. As a strategist, she has achieved repeated success in developing long-term roadmaps for critical infrastructure, applications, and processes. She is a business-savvy professional skilled in reconciling strategic objectives with operational realities and is accomplished at leading enterprise-level initiatives aligned with corporate strategies. King is a respected authority in business process management with a well-earned reputation for controlling costs by leveraging technology to enable operational productivity improvements. Additionally, she is a relationship expert who is effective at serving as an advocate for organizational change.

Earlier in her career, King worked with Madonna University as a director of alumni relations. She earned an MSBA in Business Leadership Studies and an undergraduate degree in marketing from Madonna University.


2. Biljana Petrovski
Managing Director, Deloitte 

Biljana Petrovski is a Managing Director in the Deloitte Risk and Financial Advisory practice. Deloitte is a global professional services network that offers financial, risk, and legal advisory services.

Petrovski has over 19 years of experience in various client leadership roles, focused on risk management, assurance, and internal controls transformation services on various large and global financial services, banking, payment, and captive finance clients. She has significant experience leading both business process and information technology control projects, organizational assessments, and IT governance strategy assessments, as well as system implementation projects, and cyber and cloud assessments. Petrovski also co-leads the digital transformation initiative, Nexus Digital Nerve Center, utilizing AI capabilities, to help transform client's views on risk and controls and solve their most critical issues to anticipate risk better.

Petrovski started her career in 2002 in the co-op supply chain at Federal-Mogul Powertrain. She graduated from Wayne State University with an MBA and from the University of Michigan-Dearborn with an undergraduate degree in management information systems.


5. Maggie Sans
VP, Community Relations, Walmart

Maggie Sans is the Vice President for Community Relations at Walmart. She leads the company’s effort to strengthen the investment that stores and associates make in communities, neighborhoods, and with customers across the United States. 

Previously, Sans was the senior vice president and chief corporate affairs officer for Walmart in China, helping shape the corporation’s strategy on key issues, such as food safety and sustainability. She also served as vice president of international corporate affairs for Walmart, where she was responsible for leading the corporate communications, government relations, and reputation management efforts on behalf of the international division. Before this international assignment, Sans was the vice president of public affairs and government relations for Walmart. She led a team responsible for state and local government relations and political media strategy. She had oversight for community grassroots and stakeholder outreach and helped manage part of the company’s charitable giving at the community level.

Sans graduated from Boston University with an MA in International Relations and from Michigan State University with an undergraduate degree in political science and government.


7. Michele Chestnut
Partner, EY

Michele Chestnut is a Partner in the Decision Modeling and Analytics (DMA) practice of EY. EY exists to build a better working world, helping create long-term value for clients, people, and society and build trust in the capital markets. Enabled by data and technology, diverse EY teams in over 150 countries provide trust through assurance and help clients grow, transform, and operate. 

Throughout her career, Chestnut has understood the importance of how meaningful, accurate data can inform decision-making through all aspects of an organization. Before EY, she worked in the finance and commercial departments of a third-party logistics provider. Chestnut helped create and shape executive reporting specific to global sales. She worked closely with financial planning and analysis on global sales and capital expenditure forecasting. Chestnut’s project management skills resulted in her leading many transformative projects specific to how the company addresses bids, new opportunities, and commercial issues. 

Previously, she was a financial due diligence director at KPMG. Chestnut worked with strategic and private equity buyers on acquisition and divestiture transactions in various industries. She graduated from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business with an MS in Accounting.


10. Natalie Knight
Chief Financial Officer, Stellantis

Natalie Knight is the Chief Financial Officer of Stellantis, a leading global automaker and provider of innovative mobility solutions. She is a highly experienced financial leader with a passion for creating shared value for stakeholders across international environments and pushing digital boundaries in business.

Previously, Knight was the CFO at Ahold Delhaize, where she put a clear focus on omnichannel finance and profitability, ESG performance management, and reporting, continuously reducing costs across the business. Before that, she was the CFO at Arla Foods and a member of the Executive Management Group. In addition to being responsible for the financial and legal teams, she also had global responsibility for IT. She spent 17 years at Adidas in Germany and the US, covering a variety of senior finance leadership positions in the commercial and M&A domains.

Earlier in her career, Knight held investor relations roles at BASF and Bankgesellschaft Berlin and was also the director for business information at the US Embassy in Germany. She is an experienced speaker on topics related to the CFO’s role in a fast-changing world, digitization, and how companies can change their approach to sustainability. She is active in mentoring programs to inspire more women to seek international leadership careers. Knight graduated from Freie Universität Berlin with a Master’s degree in Economics and from the University of Arizona with an undergraduate degree in Economics and German.


12. Melissa Bahoora
VP, Field Sales, Comcast

Melissa Bahoora is Comcast’s Vice President of Field Sales for the Central Division. At Comcast, Bahoora is responsible for leading the Ground Game strategy for the Central Division in partnership with Region Sales and Marketing teams inclusive of indirect, door-to-door, events, and communities. She specializes in developing strong leaders who are empowered to think creatively.

Before joining Comcast, Bahoora was a director of sales for AT&T in California, Minnesota, North Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin. She has delivered strong results throughout her sales and leadership career. Bahoora has focused on service to others and giving back. In 2016. she served as the president of the Women of ATT Northern Plains. In 2017 and 2018, she served as the strategy officer for the Women of ATT’s National Board. 

Today, Bahoora holds a leadership role on Comcast’s Heartland Region Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee and is the executive champion for the region’s Unidos employee resource group. She is a proud member of the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) and is fluent in English and Arabic. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Eastern Michigan University and completed the ATT Advanced Development and Pathbuilders Achieva Development programs. She is currently participating in the Betsey Magnus Development program.


13. Elena Ford
Chief Dealer Engagement Officer, Ford Motor Company

Elena Ford is the Chief Dealer Engagement Officer of Ford Motor Company. Ford is responsible for working with dealers around the globe to collaborate to increase the consistency and efficiency of Ford’s global dealer council’s governance, improve retail facilities, modernize training and development, become more diverse, further raise community engagement, and amplify best practices.

Since joining the company in 1995, Ford served in multiple roles in marketing, brand strategy, and business management. Among her notable achievements is the development and launch of Ford’s global brand promise: Go Further. She also spearheaded the global rollout of Ford Signature dealership design and has strengthened the company’s dealer relationships in every region it operates, including North America, South and Central America, Asia Pacific, and Europe, through initiatives like establishing the Dealer Advisory Group, which she continues to lead. For Ford Fund, the philanthropic arm of Ford Motor Company, she champions the Auto Tech Scholarship program. In partnership with Ford dealers, the program aims to foster diversity and reduce barriers for students pursuing careers as automotive technicians. 

Ford currently serves on the boards of FordDirect, Percepta, Southampton Hospital Association, the Forman School, and Fair Lane: The Home of Clara and Henry Ford. She was twice named among the leading women in the auto industry by Automotive News, is active with the Henry Ford Hospital, and is involved in several community and business organizations, including United Way and International Women’s Forum, Michigan. Ford graduated from New York University with an undergraduate degree in business administration and management.

14. Alicia Davis
Senior VP & Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), Lear

Alicia Davis is the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of Lear, a global automotive technology leader in seating and e-systems that enables superior in-vehicle experiences for consumers around the world. 

Davis is a seasoned professional with high-level experience in public company board service, strategy, corporate development, investor relations, investment banking, corporate law, and academia. She has an extensive track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and advising on, managing, structuring, and negotiating the financial and legal aspects of large, sophisticated financing and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Davis started her career in 1993 as an analyst at Goldman Sachs. From there, she went on to Raymond James & Associates. She eventually rose to the position of associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, before joining Lear.

Davis graduated from Harvard Business School with an MBA, from Yale Law School with a JD in Law, and from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University with an undergraduate degree in business administration.


15. Linda Taliaferro
VP, Global Quality Chassis Solutions Division, ZF Group

Linda Taliaferro is the Vice President of the Global Quality Chassis Solutions Division of ZF Group. She first joined the company in 2022 as the vice president of quality in the Active Safety Systems division. ZF is a global technology company supplying advanced mobility products and systems for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and industrial technology. 

Taliaferro is the host of the Being Brown at Work podcast, a speaker, and the creator of a professionally celebrated signature methodology that helps Black and Brown women master the nuances of corporate America and advance their careers. With over 35 years of experience successfully navigating the corporate world, she uses the lessons learned from her challenges and struggles to help other Black and Brown women overcome career roadblocks, abandon limiting mindsets, and stand out as leaders in their careers.

Previously, Taliaferro was a vice president of global quality at Meritor. Before that, she was a global quality and EHS director at Littelfuse. Earlier in her career, she worked with Delco Moraine as a quality engineer. Taliaferro earned an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.


18. Annalee Paul
Head, Global Partner Programs & Strategy, DXC Technology

Annalee Paul is the Head of Global Partner Programs and Strategy of DXC Technology. She first joined the company in 2017 in cross-industry solutions strategy and planning. Paul brings 34 years of delivery and strategic leadership with a proven track record of success in strategic planning and execution, expanding the book of business, cultivating customer relationships, developing leaders, retaining top employees, driving business performance, and improving profits and margins. 

Paul has demonstrated international expertise in leading a large global virtual team to achieve measurable business performance improvements. She is a senior leader with extensive experience in driving cross-organizational program oversight to maximize operational efficiency. Her expertise includes mobilizing large, cross-functional global teams to implement project management structures and governance, standardize portfolio management, and strategically plan to ensure compliance with standards and enable growth opportunities across business segments. She is skilled at directing and transforming strategic plans into solutions that accelerate performance.

Previously, Paul was a strategy leader at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Before that, she was a director of global practice portfolio lifecycle management at HP. Earlier in her career, she worked with Electronic Data Systems as an outbound logistics leader. Paul earned an undergraduate degree in business administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.


24. Toni Mohammed 
Client Director, AIG

Toni Mohammed is the Client Director of AIG. American International Group, Inc. (AIG), is a leading global insurance organization. AIG provides insurance solutions that help businesses and individuals in approximately 190 countries and jurisdictions protect their assets and manage risks through AIG operations and network partners.

Mohammed leads a portfolio of AIG’s largest and most complex global clients primarily in the Midwest Region. In this role, she is responsible for holistically managing AIG’s relationship with their clients and AIG’s execution in the marketplace with their brokers and clients across a variety of industries. Mohammed started her career in 2004 as a risk analyst at Marsh. From there, she eventually rose to a US Midwest leader in global services and solutions at Willis Towers Watson, her most recent position before joining AIG.

Mohammed graduated from Howard University with an undergraduate degree in mathematics and insurance. She is a big supporter of Women's ERGs and LGBTQ initiatives. Toni is a volunteer at St. Andrews Breakfast Program and St. Francis of Assisi. She has a wife and 2 boys aged 7 and 9, and is originally from Trinidad & Tobago. 


25. Sara Hegab
Senior Medical Director, US Medical Affairs, Specialty & Pipeline, Bayer

Sara Hegab is an accomplished healthcare leader with over 15 years of experience in the medical field. She is currently a Senior Medical Director of US Medical Affairs, Specialty, and Pipeline at Bayer at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, where she leads the development and execution of medical affairs strategies for the Specialty and Pipeline portfolio. Hegab also continues to practice medicine and is an attending physician at Henry Ford Health, where she provides clinical care for critically ill patients in the intensive care unit. 

In her prior role at Henry Ford Health, Hegab served as the associate director of the Pulmonary Hypertension program, a nationally recognized PHA Center for Comprehensive Care. She founded and led the Pulmonary Embolism Response Team (PERT), a multidisciplinary team of specialists whose mission is to deliver timely and effective treatment for patients with life-threatening acute pulmonary embolism. Hegab is triple board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, and critical care medicine, and holds a Doctor of Medicine from Alexandria University. Her areas of expertise include pulmonary medicine, specifically pulmonary hypertension, CTEPH and VTE, critical care medicine, medical leadership and team building, clinical trials and research, and medical education. 

Hegab is passionate about advancing the science and practice of cardiovascular, pulmonary, and critical care medicine, and strives to deliver high-quality patient-centered care. She champions collaboration, innovation, and diversity, and leverages her expertise and experience to support the mission and vision of Bayer Pharmaceuticals.


26. Robin Damschroder
EVP, Chief Financial & Business Development Officer, Henry Ford Health

Robin Damschroder is the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Business Development Officer for the Henry Ford Health System. Henry Ford Health provides a full continuum of services – from primary and preventative care to complex and specialty care, health insurance, a full suite of home health offerings, virtual care, pharmacy, eye care, and other healthcare retail. A healthcare leader with more than 27 years of experience, Damschroder has served in executive roles with several of Michigan’s leading healthcare systems.

Before her role as CFO at Henry Ford, Damschroder was CEO and founder of CatalyticFOCUS LLC, a healthcare consulting and business advisory services firm. Her practice focused on both large and small clients who introduced or implemented innovative technology or care models to reduce the cost of care, as well as more traditional strategic operational and financial improvement engagements. Damschroder also served as the COO of the Saint Joseph Mercy Health System, where she had direct oversight for $1 billion in net revenue for two community hospitals and one teaching hospital, with a combined total of approximately 700 beds and two major ambulatory centers. She had regional responsibilities across six hospitals for the integration of radiology and pharmacy and the development of orthopedics and cancer service line structures.

Before joining the Saint Joseph Mercy Health System, Damschroder held various executive financial and operations leadership roles at the University of Michigan Health System. During her tenure, as both University of Michigan Health System interim CFO and controller, she oversaw the activation of the $750 million Children’s Hospital, EPIC ambulatory implementation, and participation in the CMS initial demonstration project, which ultimately led to the University of Michigan Health System’s designation as an Accountable Care Organization. Damschroder holds two degrees from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI, a Bachelor in General Studies and a Master of Health Services Administration.


27. Emily Moorhead
President, Central Market, Henry Ford Health 

Emily S. Moorhead, a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), is a dynamic healthcare executive with extensive leadership experience spanning for-profit and non-profit health systems, clinically integrated networks, and healthcare consulting services. She has held several impactful roles, including president, chief operating officer, chief strategy officer, director of operations, and regional director. Currently, she serves as the president of Henry Ford Health’s Jackson region. Emily is dedicated to transforming healthcare from a focus on treating illness to promoting overall well-being and prevention, ensuring health for people at every stage of life.

Emily merges work culture transformations and staff empowerment to sustain organizational performance. She values connections with staff at all levels of the organization to be the most rewarding aspect of her job. Throughout the ongoing changes in the healthcare industry, evolving patient needs and expectations, emerging technologies, and enterprise reorganizations, Emily remains a role model for performance, enthusiastic engagement, and commitment to justice and equity. Undaunted by complex challenges, she strategically and empathetically transforms chaos into profitable healthcare solutions. 

Emily is pursuing her doctorate in public health at Johns Hopkins University. She earned an MBA with a specialty in strategy and organizational development from the University of Michigan, Dearborn, and a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry, with a focus in food science and community dietetics, from Michigan State University, East Lansing. She has completed certificate programs in healthcare economics through Harvard Business School and population health through Thomas Jefferson University. Emily is proficient in Lean, Six Sigma, Workflow PI, Change Management, and Theory of Constraints.

28. VeRonica Mitchell
Head, Engineering & Program Management, Medium Duty Commercial Truck Line, General Motors

VeRonica Mitchell is a Head of Engineering and Program Management of the Medium Duty Commercial Truck Line for General Motors. She is responsible for managing vehicle mass (weight) performance on compact crossover vehicles, serving as the primary mass engineering interface to the platform team, and providing mass engineering support to the C14x and GMT311 programs. Mitchell recently succeeded in implementing vehicle mass reduction ideas and designs in the vehicle programs that she works with, including the mass reduction solutions on the GMT319 (Saturn Vue). Her participation in co-publishing juried technical papers for the Society of Automotive Engineers is another example of her automotive knowledge and expertise.

Mitchell joined GM in 1994 as an advanced manufacturing engineer, specializing in exterior polymer applications. She advanced through multiple manufacturing and product engineering positions before being promoted to lead validation engineer in the structures and closures area. In 2002, she moved to the General Motors Stamping organization and managed the design, construction, and validation of underbody and front-end sheet metal tooling for midsize SUV products. In 2006, she accepted her current assignment, where she worked to optimize vehicle mass to promote improved fuel economy performance.

Mitchell received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and an Executive Master of Business Administration in Leadership Studies from Baker College.


30. Katrina Lewis
VP, Energy Advisory Director, AECOM

Katrina Lewis is the Vice President and Energy Advisory Director of AECOM. AECOM is the world’s trusted infrastructure consulting firm, delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle – from advisory, planning, design, and engineering to program and construction management.

Lewis leads, researches, and implements smart city and sustainability initiatives around the United States. She is an associate vice president within AECOM’s energy business line and is currently leading smart and connected community efforts across the US. Her experience includes strategic planning and visioning for municipal-level resilience, sustainability, and smart city strategies, developing metrics to provide quantifiable foundations for sustainable development, quantifying the community-level benefits of smart and sustainable initiatives, including microgrids, green infrastructure, and electric vehicle fleet conversion; identifying areas of opportunity to engage the communities around resilience planning; and creating Excel-based triple bottom line prioritization and optimization models for municipal-level decision making.

Before joining AECOM, Lewis was a graduate research assistant at the Center for Robust Decision-Making on Climate and Energy Policy. Before that, she was an energy and sustainability consultant at Inova Energy Group. Earlier in her career, she worked with Hall, Lewis,& Bolles, P.C. as an office assistant. Lewis received a Master of Public Policy with honors from the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy with a focus on Energy and Climate Economic Policy and a BA in Organizational Studies and French and Francophone Studies, summa cum laude, from the University of Michigan. Her experience includes work in consulting, foreign affairs, research, marketing, and translation.


31. Olivia Jackson 
Managing Director, Accenture

Olivia Jackson is the Managing Director of Accenture, a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth, and enhance citizen services, creating tangible value at speed and scale. 

Jackson is an experienced managing director with over 25 years of delivery experience in technology and management consulting. She has served as an account director for large programs at several Fortune 500 companies across many industries, including resources, financial services, and public service. She started at Accenture as a senior manager. 

Jackson earned an undergraduate degree in international relations from William & Mary, where she was part of Delta Delta Delta and captain of the Women's Varsity Golf Team.


32. Hiba Yazbeck
Head of Finance & Accounting, North America, MAHLE

Hiba Yazbeck is the Head of Finance and Accounting for North America at MAHLE, a leading international development partner and supplier to the automotive industry with customers in both passenger car and commercial vehicle sectors. 

Yazbeck is a Certified Public Accountant and an accomplished executive leader with extensive experience as an international C-suite strategist, specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate restructuring. With over 25 years of progressive experience in finance, operations management, and change management, she has worked within multi-billion dollar global automotive manufacturing organizations in the US and Germany. Her experience is supported by a postgraduate education from well-respected universities in Lebanon, the US, and the United Kingdom.

Yazbeck started her career in 1997 as an account manager at Sunrise Wholesale. From there, she went on to Arthur Andersen, before eventually rising to senior manager in financial reporting and consolidations at ZF Group, her most recent position before joining MAHLE. Yazbeck graduated from the University of Warwick with an MBA and from Lebanese American University with an undergraduate degree in business accounting.


34. Julia Heck
Associate VP, Student Life & Support Programs, & Dean of Students, California State University Channel Islands 

Julia Heck is a seasoned higher education and student affairs professional with over a decade of experience and is a catalyst for positive individual and organizational growth. Joining California State University Channel Islands in February 2024, Julia currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Student Life & Support Programs and Dean of Students, which involves oversight of the Dean of Students office (Student conduct & CARE team), Counseling & Psychological Services, Disability Accommodations and Support Services, Inclusive Student Services (including the Latinx Cultural Center, Black Cultural Center, and Social Justice, Equity, and Inclusion Center), and the Housing & Residential Education departments.  

Julia Heck is a Certified Student Affairs Educator (CSAEd) with a specialization in Student Conduct Administration (CSAEd-SC), and is currently working on completing her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership at Eastern Michigan University (EMU). She received her Master's degree in Educational Leadership - Higher Education & Student Affairs from EMU and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Human Development & Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She also possesses numerous specified training certificates including but not limited to Strategic Higher Education Finance & Planning, Diversity & Inclusion, and Student Affairs Law & Policy. 

Prior to her arrival at CSUCI, Julia served in the Office of the Ombuds at EMU for the past 10 years, most recently serving as the University Ombuds for 7 years. Additionally, Julia served as Co-Chair for EMU's First Gen Forward Initiative, developing institutional programming and support resources specifically tailored to aiding in first-generation college student’s success, retention, and degree completion. Julia also served as an Institutional Representative for EMU for the Michigan American Council on Education (MI-ACE) Women's Network, developing professional programming and networking opportunities for women-identified professionals across the institution. Finally, Julia has been significantly involved in professional associations including NASPA (serving as the Region IV-East Knowledge Communities Co-Chair while in Michigan and now serving as the Region V NUFP Co-Coordinator) and ACPA (serving on the Directorate board for the Coalition for Women's Identities).

Julia's expertise spans policy design, programmatic enhancement, professional mentorship, program evaluation, student retention and success, and leadership development. In 2024, Julia was recognized by the American Association of University Women with the Young Leader Award, and in 2023 was recognized by the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA) Region IV-E with the Undergraduate Fellows Champion Award. Both, showcasing her adaptability and effectiveness in higher education and student affairs.


37. Beth Mach
Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer, Spacely

Beth Mach is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in marketing, media, and technology. She is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Spacely, where she spearheads operations and marketing for a marketplace revolutionizing offline media. Mach excels in raising capital, enhancing customer success practices, and leading product development. 

With over 25 years in global marketing and business development, Mach has a proven track record of driving growth and innovation. She has held executive roles at TrueCar, Dentsu Aegis Network, IPG, and GroupM. She actively contributes to several established and start-up boards and is also an accomplished public speaker, mentor, investor, active volunteer, and advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Mach has a BA in Business Management and Marketing from Walsh College. She also attended Harvard Business School to attend multiple leadership programs.


40. Dr. De'Andrea Matthews
VP, Diversity & Community Engagement, Detroit Zoological Society

An international speaker and award-winning author, Dr. De’Andrea Matthews is a National Diversity Council Certified Diversity Professional, which she uses to advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility locally, regionally, and around the globe. She is the Vice President of Diversity and Community Engagement for the Detroit Zoological Society. 

With over 25 years of experience in education and the nonprofit sectors, Dr. Matthews is committed to breaking down barriers to access and building bridges for inclusion. She is on the board of directors for the Association of Midwest Museums and Golf Links Detroit, and she is a member of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums Diversity Committee and a Certified Disability Recruiter. 

Dr. Matthews has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Business Consulting and Services of 2023, a 2023 Crain’s Detroit Notable Leader in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and one of the 2022 Michigan Chronicle Women of Excellence.

Jacki Lutz is the Director of Content for the Auto Care Association's award-winning communications team. In this role, she spearheads a comprehensive, cross-functional, and multimedia content strategy across all platforms. Lutz drives content initiatives that align with the association's business objectives, enhance brand presence, and engage both current and prospective members. She also manages the Auto Care ON AIR podcast and hosts one of its shows, "Carpool Conversations".

With over a decade of experience in marketing and communications within the automotive aftermarket industry, Lutz excels at crafting clear and compelling brand stories on LinkedIn, helping companies and professionals extend their reach across their industries.

Lutz actively participates in the automotive aftermarket industry, providing leadership on Auto Care’s Marketing and Communications Committee, chairing the Young Auto Care Network Group (YANG), and serving on the AWDA Manufacturer’s Advisory Council and the Women in Auto Care Executive Board. She has also served as president of the Automotive Communications Council (ACC) and contributed her expertise to the boards of MEMA Aftermarket's Marketing Executive Council (MEC) and the Automotive Aftermarket Charitable Foundation (AACF).

46. Sandy Stojkovski
CEO & Head of Electrification Solutions Division North America, Vitesco Technologies

Sandy Stojkovski is the CEO and Head of the Electrification Solutions Division in North America for Vitesco Technologies. The Vitesco Technologies Group AG (known until autumn 2019 as Continental Powertrain), headquartered in Regensburg, is a German automotive supplier of drivetrain and powertrain technologies. The company develops devices for electric vehicles, as well as internal combustion engines. 

Stojkovski has 24 years of experience. She is a results-oriented leader with a technical foundation and broad business experience in the manufacturing industry, having worked with companies ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to start-ups. Collaborative and entrepreneurial, she builds, leads, and grows teams to capitalize on changes in technology-based businesses. Before joining Vitesco Technologies, Stojkovski was the president and general manager of Powertrain North America at Marelli. Before that, she was a vice president of global engineering excellence at ZF Group. Earlier in her career, she worked with Ford Motor Company as a planning analyst and PMT leader in powertrain systems engineering.

Stojkovski graduated from the University of Michigan with an MBA, an MS in Industrial Manufacturing Systems Engineering, and an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering.


47. Donna Doleman Dickerson
Chief Marketing Officer, University of Michigan Credit Union

Donna Doleman Dickerson is the Chief Marketing Officer at the University of Michigan Credit Union (UMCU). With a rich history spanning 70 years, UMCU embodies the mission of people helping people, passionately serving the community, and fostering financial well-being. At UMCU Donna leads transformative initiatives in product innovation, digital marketing, corporate and community partnerships, and brand strategy. An expert in strategic marketing and brand growth, Donna has decades of experience driving organizational success through innovative marketing approaches and inclusive leadership. 

In her role at UMCU, Donna spearheads partnerships with entities such as Michigan Athletics and the Detroit Lions, injecting fresh strategies and vision to leverage these relationships with her innovative growth marketing approach. Prior to her role at UMCU, she held pioneering leadership positions at Pfizer, GreenPath Financial Wellness, and Ann Arbor SPARK, where she was the first Chief Marketing Officer. Her extensive career also includes significant roles at Detroit Medical Center and Small Business Technology Development Centers, where she utilized cutting-edge marketing activations to fuel growth and lead successful marketing teams.

Donna's influence extends beyond her professional roles. She is a member of the Forbes Communications Council and the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, where she shares best practices for digital marketing in today’s dynamic landscape. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Florida A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the University at Buffalo School of Management. Donna serves as the Chair of the Trinity Health Michigan Board of Directors and is a member of the Make-a-Wish Michigan Board of Directors. 49. Andrea Davis
Founder & CEO, Linked Workforce 

Andrea Davis is a seasoned and innovative leader with over 18 years of experience in resource and workforce management. She founded Linked Workforce, a consulting firm that helps organizations create inclusive and agile workplaces that match business priorities with the proper labor alignment, and she serves as the CEO.

Davis is passionate about empowering her clients to drive transformative change, foster diversity, equity, and inclusion, and optimize workforce management strategies. With exceptional people, technical, and talent management skills, she has successfully led cross-functional project teams at various Big 4 and mid-tier accounting and consulting firms, as well as in other industries, such as the public sector, government, and technology. Davis has developed and executed world-class Resource Management Office teams and processes, implemented global AI-enabled skills and credentialing programs, and created efficient and scalable firm-wide workforce planning processes. 

Davis is a Resource Management Certified Professional and completed the Women of Color Leadership Program from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
