Karen King is the Head of IES Product Management at Siemens Digital Industries Software. She first joined the company in 2023. Siemens Digital Industries Software helps organizations of all sizes digitally transform using software, hardware, and services from the Siemens Xcelerator business platform. 

King is an experienced leader with a wealth of expertise in systems, planning, and process improvement. As a strategist, she has achieved repeated success in developing long-term roadmaps for critical infrastructure, applications, and processes. She is a business-savvy professional skilled in reconciling strategic objectives with operational realities and is accomplished at leading enterprise-level initiatives aligned with corporate strategies. King is a respected authority in business process management with a well-earned reputation for controlling costs by leveraging technology to enable operational productivity improvements. Additionally, she is a relationship expert who is effective at serving as an advocate for organizational change.

Earlier in her career, King worked with Madonna University as a director of alumni relations. She earned an MSBA in Business Leadership Studies and an undergraduate degree in marketing from Madonna University.


2. Biljana Petrovski
Managing Director, Deloitte 

Biljana Petrovski is a Managing Director in the Deloitte Risk and Financial Advisory practice. Deloitte is a global professional services network that offers financial, risk, and legal advisory services.

Petrovski has over 19 years of experience in various client leadership roles, focused on risk management, assurance, and internal controls transformation services on various large and global financial services, banking, payment, and captive finance clients. She has significant experience leading both business process and information technology control projects, organizational assessments, and IT governance strategy assessments, as well as system implementation projects, and cyber and cloud assessments. Petrovski also co-leads the digital transformation initiative, Nexus Digital Nerve Center, utilizing AI capabilities, to help transform client's views on risk and controls and solve their most critical issues to anticipate risk better.

Petrovski started her career in 2002 in the co-op supply chain at Federal-Mogul Powertrain. She graduated from Wayne State University with an MBA and from the University of Michigan-Dearborn with an undergraduate degree in management information systems.


3. Emeri Gray
Human Resources Business Partner, Amazon

Emeri Gray is the Human Resources Business Partner of Amazon. She first joined the company in 2021 as a senior human resources assistant and has also served the company as an HR partner.

Previously, Gray was a community associate at Lyft and a sales account executive at Yelp. Earlier in her career, she worked with DePaul University as a communications assistant and with the University Center Chicago as a resident advisor.

Gray earned an undergraduate degree in communication and media studies from DePaul University. She volunteers as a co-ministry leader at Metropolitan Community Church, and she’s a mentor for the Cities Mentor Project.


4. Alison Jones
Vice President Supply Chain, Lennox

Alison Jones is the Vice President of Supply Chain at Lennox. Lennox is a leading provider of innovative climate control solutions for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) markets. 

Jones has a track record as a take-charge leader who embraces challenging assignments and achieves business objectives. She demonstrates an excellent ability to hire and develop talent, building high-performing teams that deliver exceptional operational results. Before joining Lennox, Jones was a regional director of operations at Amazon. Before that, she was a senior director of customer fulfillment at Whirlpool Corporation. Earlier in her career, she worked with Delphi as a director of global logistics.

Jones graduated from Kettering University with an MA in Manufacturing Management and from Louisiana Tech University with an undergraduate degree in industrial engineering.


5. Maggie Sans
VP, Community Relations, Walmart

Maggie Sans is the Vice President for Community Relations at Walmart. She leads the company’s effort to strengthen the investment that stores and associates make in communities, neighborhoods, and with customers across the United States. 

Previously, Sans was the senior vice president and chief corporate affairs officer for Walmart in China, helping shape the corporation’s strategy on key issues, such as food safety and sustainability. She also served as vice president of international corporate affairs for Walmart, where she was responsible for leading the corporate communications, government relations, and reputation management efforts on behalf of the international division. Before this international assignment, Sans was the vice president of public affairs and government relations for Walmart. She led a team responsible for state and local government relations and political media strategy. She had oversight for community grassroots and stakeholder outreach and helped manage part of the company’s charitable giving at the community level.

Sans graduated from Boston University with an MA in International Relations and from Michigan State University with an undergraduate degree in political science and government.


6. Myesha Abdulrahman
Human Resources Director, Target

Myesha Abdulrahman is the Human Resources Director of Target, one of the world’s most recognized brands and one of America’s leading retailers. She first joined the company in 2020 as a human resources business partner. 

Abdulrahman is a well-rounded, data-driven people leader with over eight years of experience executing human resources strategies for large employee populations across multiple industries. She has managed HR and ER functions, including diversity and inclusion, benefits, employee relations, compensation, senior leadership consulting, project management, and talent management. Previously, Abdulrahman was a regional human resources manager at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Before that, she was a human resource generalist at Reed College. Earlier in her career, she worked with Portland State University as a diversity admission recruiter.

Abdulrahman earned an MPA in Human Resources Management from Portland State University and an undergraduate degree in psychology and special education from the University of Oregon.


7. Michele Chestnut
Partner, EY

Michele Chestnut is a Partner in the Decision Modeling and Analytics (DMA) practice of EY. EY exists to build a better working world, helping create long-term value for clients, people, and society and build trust in the capital markets. Enabled by data and technology, diverse EY teams in over 150 countries provide trust through assurance and help clients grow, transform, and operate. 

Throughout her career, Chestnut has understood the importance of how meaningful, accurate data can inform decision-making through all aspects of an organization. Before EY, she worked in the finance and commercial departments of a third-party logistics provider. Chestnut helped create and shape executive reporting specific to global sales. She worked closely with financial planning and analysis on global sales and capital expenditure forecasting. Chestnut’s project management skills resulted in her leading many transformative projects specific to how the company addresses bids, new opportunities, and commercial issues. 

Previously, she was a financial due diligence director at KPMG. Chestnut worked with strategic and private equity buyers on acquisition and divestiture transactions in various industries. She graduated from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business with an MS in Accounting.


8. Julia Fung
Partner, Principal, Identity & Access Management, PwC

Julia Fung is a Partner and the Principal of Identity and Access Management in PwC's Cyber, Risk, and Regulatory practice. At PwC, their purpose is to build trust in society and solve important problems. They’re a network of firms in 152 countries with over 327,000 people who are committed to delivering quality assurance, advisory, and tax services.

Fung has 15 years of professional experience and specializes in large-scale, complex identity and access management (IAM) implementations. She has assessed IAM infrastructures across various industries, designed integrations for complex use cases, and led implementation and operations teams. She has extensive experience guiding clients, including business and technical leads, to address their security challenges. In addition to serving clients, she has a strong focus on developing the technical skills of staff and recruiting talent.

Fung started at PwC as an advisory intern. She previously worked as a software developer at Texas Instruments, and she completed a web development internship at Integrity Applications Incorporated. Fung earned an undergraduate degree in computer engineering from the University of Maryland.


9. Lisa Cobbs
Human Resources Business Partner, IBM

Lisa Cobbs is a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, providing HR leadership for industry segments in the IBM Global Markets organization for North America. In her role, Cobbs is responsible for developing innovative solutions to improve organizational effectiveness impacting the attainment of business results. She has held several assignments in human resources, including skills development, diversity, and resource program management.

Cobbs has extensive experience in the technology and services delivery marketplace; working across divisions and through business acquisition transitions. Before transitioning to the human resources organization, she had experience leading sales specialists and systems engineers responsible for providing business solutions to clients in a variety of industries.

Cobbs graduated from Michigan State University College of Law with a JD in Law, from the University of Michigan with an MA in Guidance and Counseling, and from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business with an undergraduate degree in business administration.


10. Natalie Knight
Chief Financial Officer, Stellantis

Natalie Knight is the Chief Financial Officer of Stellantis, a leading global automaker and provider of innovative mobility solutions. She is a highly experienced financial leader with a passion for creating shared value for stakeholders across international environments and pushing digital boundaries in business.

Previously, Knight was the CFO at Ahold Delhaize, where she put a clear focus on omnichannel finance and profitability, ESG performance management, and reporting, continuously reducing costs across the business. Before that, she was the CFO at Arla Foods and a member of the Executive Management Group. In addition to being responsible for the financial and legal teams, she also had global responsibility for IT. She spent 17 years at Adidas in Germany and the US, covering a variety of senior finance leadership positions in the commercial and M&A domains.

Earlier in her career, Knight held investor relations roles at BASF and Bankgesellschaft Berlin and was also the director for business information at the US Embassy in Germany. She is an experienced speaker on topics related to the CFO’s role in a fast-changing world, digitization, and how companies can change their approach to sustainability. She is active in mentoring programs to inspire more women to seek international leadership careers. Knight graduated from Freie Universität Berlin with a Master’s degree in Economics and from the University of Arizona with an undergraduate degree in Economics and German.


11. Janet Lenander
Data & AI Solution Director, Microsoft 

With over seven years of experience in delivering cloud-based data solutions to enterprise clients, Janet Lenander is a Data and AI Solution Director at Microsoft. Microsoft develops and markets software, services, and hardware devices that deliver new opportunities, greater convenience, and enhanced value to people's lives.

As a solution director, Lenander partners with technical professionals who work with clients to understand their data needs, formulate tactical action plans, and implement data strategies that drive value and revenue. She is adept at listening to client needs and aligning industry-proven solutions and is passionate about helping clients leverage their data to achieve their business goals and optimize their performance.

Lenander started her career in 1998 as a technical support representative at the Compuware Corporation. From there, she went on to Orbis Holding Group, before eventually rising to senior sales account manager at Rocket Software, her most recent position before joining Microsoft. Lenander graduated from Walsh College with an undergraduate degree in computer information systems.


12. Melissa Bahoora
VP, Field Sales, Comcast

Melissa Bahoora is Comcast’s Vice President of Field Sales for the Central Division. At Comcast, Bahoora is responsible for leading the Ground Game strategy for the Central Division in partnership with Region Sales and Marketing teams inclusive of indirect, door-to-door, events, and communities. She specializes in developing strong leaders who are empowered to think creatively.

Before joining Comcast, Bahoora was a director of sales for AT&T in California, Minnesota, North Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin. She has delivered strong results throughout her sales and leadership career. Bahoora has focused on service to others and giving back. In 2016. she served as the president of the Women of ATT Northern Plains. In 2017 and 2018, she served as the strategy officer for the Women of ATT’s National Board. 

Today, Bahoora holds a leadership role on Comcast’s Heartland Region Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee and is the executive champion for the region’s Unidos employee resource group. She is a proud member of the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) and is fluent in English and Arabic. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Eastern Michigan University and completed the ATT Advanced Development and Pathbuilders Achieva Development programs. She is currently participating in the Betsey Magnus Development program.


13. Elena Ford
Chief Dealer Engagement Officer, Ford Motor Company

Elena Ford is the Chief Dealer Engagement Officer of Ford Motor Company. Ford is responsible for working with dealers around the globe to collaborate to increase the consistency and efficiency of Ford’s global dealer council’s governance, improve retail facilities, modernize training and development, become more diverse, further raise community engagement, and amplify best practices.

Since joining the company in 1995, Ford served in multiple roles in marketing, brand strategy, and business management. Among her notable achievements is the development and launch of Ford’s global brand promise: Go Further. She also spearheaded the global rollout of Ford Signature dealership design and has strengthened the company’s dealer relationships in every region it operates, including North America, South and Central America, Asia Pacific, and Europe, through initiatives like establishing the Dealer Advisory Group, which she continues to lead. For Ford Fund, the philanthropic arm of Ford Motor Company, she champions the Auto Tech Scholarship program. In partnership with Ford dealers, the program aims to foster diversity and reduce barriers for students pursuing careers as automotive technicians. 

Ford currently serves on the boards of FordDirect, Percepta, Southampton Hospital Association, the Forman School, and Fair Lane: The Home of Clara and Henry Ford. She was twice named among the leading women in the auto industry by Automotive News, is active with the Henry Ford Hospital, and is involved in several community and business organizations, including United Way and International Women’s Forum, Michigan. Ford graduated from New York University with an undergraduate degree in business administration and management.


14. Alicia Davis
Senior VP & Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), Lear

Alicia Davis is the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of Lear, a global automotive technology leader in seating and e-systems that enables superior in-vehicle experiences for consumers around the world. 

Davis is a seasoned professional with high-level experience in public company board service, strategy, corporate development, investor relations, investment banking, corporate law, and academia. She has an extensive track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and advising on, managing, structuring, and negotiating the financial and legal aspects of large, sophisticated financing and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Davis started her career in 1993 as an analyst at Goldman Sachs. From there, she went on to Raymond James & Associates. She eventually rose to the position of associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, before joining Lear.

Davis graduated from Harvard Business School with an MBA, from Yale Law School with a JD in Law, and from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University with an undergraduate degree in business administration.


15. Linda Taliaferro
VP, Global Quality Chassis Solutions Division, ZF Group

Linda Taliaferro is the Vice President of the Global Quality Chassis Solutions Division of ZF Group. She first joined the company in 2022 as the vice president of quality in the Active Safety Systems division. ZF is a global technology company supplying advanced mobility products and systems for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and industrial technology. 

Taliaferro is the host of the Being Brown at Work podcast, a speaker, and the creator of a professionally celebrated signature methodology that helps Black and Brown women master the nuances of corporate America and advance their careers. With over 35 years of experience successfully navigating the corporate world, she uses the lessons learned from her challenges and struggles to help other Black and Brown women overcome career roadblocks, abandon limiting mindsets, and stand out as leaders in their careers.

Previously, Taliaferro was a vice president of global quality at Meritor. Before that, she was a global quality and EHS director at Littelfuse. Earlier in her career, she worked with Delco Moraine as a quality engineer. Taliaferro earned an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.


16. Tracy Fuerst
VP, Corporate Communications & Public Relations, Magna International

Tracy Fuerst is the Vice President of Corporate Communications and Public Relations of Magna International, a Canadian parts manufacturer for automakers and one of the largest companies in Canada. 

At Magna, Fuerst leads a global team dedicated to bringing the Magna story to life both inside and outside the company. She is extremely proud of several significant achievements throughout her life and career, including playing college sports, raising a family, and establishing a global communications department and team at Magna. Over her 18 years there, Fuerst has launched a multi-channel approach to communications, which includes the company’s first global-wide intranet, employee app, TV communications system, and social media presence.

Before joining Magna International, Fuerst was in communications at General Motors. Earlier in her career, she worked with Amerisure Insurance as a marketing communications manager. She graduated from Saginaw Valley State University with an undergraduate degree in communications and media studies.


17. Kristie Pfosi
Senior Director, Enterprise Security (CISO), Delta Faucet Company

Kristie Pfosi is the Senior Director of Enterprise Security (CISO) of the Delta Faucet Company, a US-based manufacturer of residential and commercial faucets and other products for kitchens and bathrooms.

Pfosi is a high-performing executive manager with strong technical aptitude, recognized for developing policies, processes, and governance throughout the product lifecycle. She excels in risk and crisis management, and is adept at rescuing failing projects and departments. She also has experience creating and implementing best practices to enhance transparency, communication, and cyber resiliency at both team and organizational levels. As a results-driven leader with over 15 years of experience in automotive and project management, Pfosi possesses diverse technology applications expertise. She has a deep understanding of the automotive landscape, technologies, and trends, and she is skilled at framing technical and strategic questions within a business context and vice versa.

Pfosi started her career in 2003 as a seating engineer at Magna Intier Automotive Seating. From there, she went on to the United States Government, before eventually landing the role of executive director of product cybersecurity at Aptiv, before joining the Delta Faucet Company. Pfosi graduated from Kettering University with an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering and electrical engineering.


18. Annalee Paul
Head, Global Partner Programs & Strategy, DXC Technology

Annalee Paul is the Head of Global Partner Programs and Strategy of DXC Technology. She first joined the company in 2017 in cross-industry solutions strategy and planning. Paul brings 34 years of delivery and strategic leadership with a proven track record of success in strategic planning and execution, expanding the book of business, cultivating customer relationships, developing leaders, retaining top employees, driving business performance, and improving profits and margins. 

Paul has demonstrated international expertise in leading a large global virtual team to achieve measurable business performance improvements. She is a senior leader with extensive experience in driving cross-organizational program oversight to maximize operational efficiency. Her expertise includes mobilizing large, cross-functional global teams to implement project management structures and governance, standardize portfolio management, and strategically plan to ensure compliance with standards and enable growth opportunities across business segments. She is skilled at directing and transforming strategic plans into solutions that accelerate performance.

Previously, Paul was a strategy leader at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Before that, she was a director of global practice portfolio lifecycle management at HP. Earlier in her career, she worked with Electronic Data Systems as an outbound logistics leader. Paul earned an undergraduate degree in business administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.


19. Melissa Dalton
Senior Director, Portfolio Services, CBRE

Melissa Dalton is the Senior Director of Portfolio Services at CBRE, an American commercial real estate services and investment firm and the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. 

Dalton is an experienced lease administration professional with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. She possesses strong program and project management skills and has experience working with landlords, tenants, and subtenants. Her expertise includes handling acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, and real estate economics.

Dalton started her career in 1992 as an administrative assistant at The Coffee Beanery, Ltd. She later served as a property administrator in global real estate at Federal-Mogul, her last position before joining CBRE. Dalton graduated from C.S. Mott Community College with an undergraduate degree in paralegal science.


20. Latrese Forest
VP, Business Development, Capital Title Insurance Agency, Real Estate One

LaTrese Forest is the Vice President of Business Development at Real Estate One’s FOC Capital Title Insurance, one of the largest agencies in Michigan, with 18 locations serving all 83 counties. Forest’s responsibilities include finance, new business development, real estate services, employee retention, workplace experience, client care, project management, and team building.

Forest has a robust background in business development, property management, workplace experience, people management, asset management, employee and customer retention, real estate services, and facility management. Before joining Real Estate One in July 2023, Forest worked for CBRE for 19 years on the Ford Land, Comerica Bank, and Lear Automotive accounts. Forest is highly respected in the commercial real estate industry, and she was recently selected to sit on the CREW Detroit Board of Directors from 2023 to 2025. She has managed over four million square feet of retail and multi-tenant office space throughout Southeastern Michigan and is known as a professional who gets things done.

In addition to Forest’s ability to execute in the workplace, she is one of the founders of the Real Estate One Women’s Network, an Executive Sponsor for The Detroit Youth Choir, and active in the community, serving as a mentor for the Rhonda Walker Foundation. Forest graduated from Madonna University.


21. Corinne Diemert
Regional Human Resources Director, Valeo North America

Corinne Diemert is the Regional Human Resources Director of Valeo North America, a technological and industrial leader in electrification, driving assistance systems, and reinvention of the interior experience. Diemert first joined the company in 2007 as the US operations director in the FEM Division. She now leads the HR aspects for Valeo in North America, and she is a member of Valeo’s North American Leadership Team, directing a diverse group of high-performance HR professionals. 

Diemert builds on a multi-faceted professional background, beginning her Valeo North America career in plant logistics and then transitioning to program management. Subsequently, she was appointed to leader of operations, launching the company’s first manufacturing site in the Greater Detroit area, Valeo’s Highland Park Front End Module facility. In her previous role as vice president of sales, Diemert’s leadership contributed to the company tripling its sales over the past five years.

Diemert is the co-chair of Inforum's Automotive Next Executive Committee and the director on the board of the Michigan Chapter of the French American Chamber of Commerce. 


22. Holly Montrose
VP, US HVACR Channel Sales, Drive Products Division, ABB

Holly Montrose is the Vice President of HVACR Channel Sales, Drive Products Division at ABB, a global technology leader that drives the transformation of society and industry for a more sustainable future. Montrose leads a team of six sales and channel managers and executes robust sales and marketing plans to achieve goals. She develops and implements strategies to support major end-user and OEM customers across the country, collaborating with senior leadership and global partners. She also oversees the technical aspects of sales, such as conducting research, preparing presentations, and compiling reports. 

Montrose is a seasoned technical sales leader with over 10 years of experience in the HVAC, healthcare, manufacturing, environmental, and chemical industries. She has a proven track record of surpassing sales objectives, launching new products, opening new markets, and improving the company's image and performance. She combines her chemistry background and technical sales expertise to drive the HVACR sales transformation with innovation and technology.

Montrose holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a focus on Polymers and is an associate member of ASHRAE, the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers. Before joining ABB, Montrose was a technical sales assistant at TSI Incorporated. Before that, she was a territory manager at Woodberry Wine of Michigan. Earlier in her career, she worked with Mt. Hood Solutions as a lab assistant.


23. Lisa Bailey
Senior Director Technology, OpenBlue Sustainability, Johnson Controls

Today, Lisa Bailey is the Senior Director of Technology in OpenBlue Sustainability at Johnson Controls. As the global leader in smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings, the mission of Johnson Controls is to reimagine the performance of buildings to serve people, places, and the planet.

Johnson Controls is an authentic senior technology leader with over 20 years of experience delivering a variety of business and IT programs ranging in scale and complexity. She started her career in 1996 as a utility consultant at Accenture. From there, she eventually rose to director of digital guidance technology at TD Ameritrade, her most recent role before Johnson Controls.

Bailey graduated from the University of Michigan with an undergraduate degree in economics and accounting.


24. Toni Mohammed 
Client Director, AIG

Toni Mohammed is the Client Director of AIG. American International Group, Inc. (AIG), is a leading global insurance organization. AIG provides insurance solutions that help businesses and individuals in approximately 190 countries and jurisdictions protect their assets and manage risks through AIG operations and network partners.

Mohammed leads a portfolio of AIG’s largest and most complex global clients primarily in the Midwest Region. In this role, she is responsible for holistically managing AIG’s relationship with their clients and AIG’s execution in the marketplace with their brokers and clients across a variety of industries. Mohammed started her career in 2004 as a risk analyst at Marsh. From there, she eventually rose to a US Midwest leader in global services and solutions at Willis Towers Watson, her most recent position before joining AIG.

Mohammed graduated from Howard University with an undergraduate degree in mathematics and insurance. She is a big supporter of Women's ERGs and LGBTQ initiatives. Toni is a volunteer at St. Andrews Breakfast Program and St. Francis of Assisi. She has a wife and 2 boys aged 7 and 9, and is originally from Trinidad & Tobago. 


25. Sara Hegab
Senior Medical Director, US Medical Affairs, Specialty & Pipeline, Bayer

Sara Hegab is an accomplished healthcare leader with over 15 years of experience in the medical field. She is currently a Senior Medical Director of US Medical Affairs, Specialty, and Pipeline at Bayer at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, where she leads the development and execution of medical affairs strategies for the Specialty and Pipeline portfolio. Hegab also continues to practice medicine and is an attending physician at Henry Ford Health, where she provides clinical care for critically ill patients in the intensive care unit. 

In her prior role at Henry Ford Health, Hegab served as the associate director of the Pulmonary Hypertension program, a nationally recognized PHA Center for Comprehensive Care. She founded and led the Pulmonary Embolism Response Team (PERT), a multidisciplinary team of specialists whose mission is to deliver timely and effective treatment for patients with life-threatening acute pulmonary embolism. Hegab is triple board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, and critical care medicine, and holds a Doctor of Medicine from Alexandria University. Damschroder also served as the COO of the Saint Joseph Mercy Health System, where she had direct oversight for $1 billion in net revenue for two community hospitals and one teaching hospital, with a combined total of approximately 700 beds and two major ambulatory centers. She had regional responsibilities across six hospitals for the integration of radiology and pharmacy and the development of orthopedics and cancer service line structures.

Before joining the Saint Joseph Mercy Health System, Damschroder held various executive financial and operations leadership roles at the University of Michigan Health System. During her tenure, as both University of Michigan Health System interim CFO and controller, she oversaw the activation of the $750 million Children’s Hospital, EPIC ambulatory implementation, and participation in the CMS initial demonstration project, which ultimately led to the University of Michigan Health System’s designation as an Accountable Care Organization. 28. VeRonica Mitchell
Head, Engineering & Program Management, Medium Duty Commercial Truck Line, General Motors

VeRonica Mitchell is a Head of Engineering and Program Management of the Medium Duty Commercial Truck Line for General Motors. She is responsible for managing vehicle mass (weight) performance on compact crossover vehicles, serving as the primary mass engineering interface to the platform team, and providing mass engineering support to the C14x and GMT311 programs. Mitchell recently succeeded in implementing vehicle mass reduction ideas and designs in the vehicle programs that she works with, including the mass reduction solutions on the GMT319 (Saturn Vue). Her participation in co-publishing juried technical papers for the Society of Automotive Engineers is another example of her automotive knowledge and expertise.

Mitchell joined GM in 1994 as an advanced manufacturing engineer, specializing in exterior polymer applications. She advanced through multiple manufacturing and product engineering positions before being promoted to lead validation engineer in the structures and closures area. In 2002, she moved to the General Motors Stamping organization and managed the design, construction, and validation of underbody and front-end sheet metal tooling for midsize SUV products. In 2006, she accepted her current assignment, where she worked to optimize vehicle mass to promote improved fuel economy performance.

Mitchell received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and an Executive Master of Business Administration in Leadership Studies from Baker College.


29. Molly Peck
Global Chief Transformation Officer, General Motors

Molly Peck is the Global Chief Transformation Officer of General Motors. She first joined the company in 2021 as a chief marketing officer for global Buick and GMC and currently serves on the board of General Motors Korea.

Stacie Schulz is the Executive Director and Assistant Controller of Accounting and Reporting at Tenneco. Brooke Rowe is a Corporate Jr Human Resources Business Partner at Henkel. Henkel AG & Co. KGaA, commonly known as Henkel, is a German multinational chemical and consumer goods company headquartered in Düsseldorf, Germany. 

Rowe started at Henkel as a human resources coordinator in 2017. In her role at UMCU, Donna spearheads partnerships with entities such as Michigan Athletics and the Detroit Lions, injecting fresh strategies and vision to leverage these relationships with her innovative growth marketing approach. Prior to her role at UMCU, she held pioneering leadership positions at Pfizer, GreenPath Financial Wellness, and Ann Arbor SPARK, where she was the first Chief Marketing Officer. Her extensive career also includes significant roles at Detroit Medical Center and Small Business Technology Development Centers, where she utilized cutting-edge marketing activations to fuel growth and lead successful marketing teams.

Donna's influence extends beyond her professional roles. She is a member of the Forbes Communications Council and the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, where she shares best practices for digital marketing in today’s dynamic landscape. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Florida A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the University at Buffalo School of Management. Donna serves as the Chair of the Trinity Health Michigan Board of Directors and is a member of the Make-a-Wish Michigan Board of Directors. 48. Maryterese Wagner
Area Executive VP, Gallagher

Maryterese Wagner serves as the Area Executive Vice President at Gallagher, located in St. Clair Shores, Michigan. Gallagher, a global insurance brokerage, risk management, and consulting firm, serves communities around the globe, helping clients address risk, protect assets, and recover from losses.

Wagner’s expertise includes responsibilities as a property and casualty key account executive and producer with a concentration on manufacturing, real estate, financial services, M&A, food processing, wholesale distribution, consumer products, and global structured insurance programs. She has built strong relationships with Gallagher's carrier partners, which are instrumental in bringing first-in-class solutions in the areas of program design, structure, and implementation of tailored insurance products to meet their customer's needs.

Wagner has significant experience as a key account executive and has in the past few years added expertise as a producer. This has allowed her to provide clients with first-in-class customer service. She has a daily objective to ensure that each client has an insurance program that provides creative solutions to their day-to-day business needs and protects their corporate balance sheet. Wagner started her career in 1999 as a senior broker at Aon Risk Solutions. She graduated from Macomb Community College with a degree in business.


49. Andrea Davis
Founder & CEO, Linked Workforce 

Andrea Davis is a seasoned and innovative leader with over 18 years of experience in resource and workforce management. She founded Linked Workforce, a consulting firm that helps organizations create inclusive and agile workplaces that match business priorities with the proper labor alignment, and she serves as the CEO.

Davis is passionate about empowering her clients to drive transformative change, foster diversity, equity, and inclusion, and optimize workforce management strategies. With exceptional people, technical, and talent management skills, she has successfully led cross-functional project teams at various Big 4 and mid-tier accounting and consulting firms, as well as in other industries, such as the public sector, government, and technology. Davis has developed and executed world-class Resource Management Office teams and processes, implemented global AI-enabled skills and credentialing programs, and created efficient and scalable firm-wide workforce planning processes. 

Davis is a Resource Management Certified Professional and completed the Women of Color Leadership Program from Harvard Business School Executive Education.


50. Jessica Garcia
Founder & CEO, Hummingbird Solutions, LLC

Jessica Garcia is the Founder and CEO of Hummingbird Solutions, LLC, a diversity and inclusion consulting firm. Hummingbird Solutions was founded in 2010 to support, train, and assist small business owners with their accounting, taxation, CMMI, IT, and other business needs.

In her role, Garcia offers business and community members the tools and resources to create and sustain inclusive environments for their employees, clients, and constituents. She has consulted with and trained thousands of participants across a wide range of industries in the public and private sectors providing interactive, customized services on topics, such as best business practices; self-awareness; introduction to DEI; implicit bias and microaggressions; inclusive leadership; bystander intervention; inclusive problem-solving; and inclusive teaching.

In addition to her work with Hummingbird Solutions, LLC, Garcia serves as the DEI manager for the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts at the University of Michigan. Before joining the University of Michigan, she held a joint position in the Department of Sociology and the Office for Inclusion and Intercultural Initiatives at Michigan State University. Garcia earned her Bachelor’s degree and Doctorate in Sociology from Michigan State University.
