Hetal Parikh

Hetal Parikh is recognized for carrying out Rangam's mission of “Accelerating Meaningful Employment for Everyone”. These words continuously inspire her to pave the path for her professional and personal achievements. When Hetal's family moved from India to Hoboken, New Jersey at the age of 10, she faced a variety of challenges, from understanding the language and culture to acclimating to society. Hetal vowed that once she established herself, she would support other women so they wouldn't have to struggle as she did. She has kept that promise, mentoring female entrepreneurs, encouraging young women to pursue STEM careers, and supporting women from all walks of life as they re-enter the workforce. “Obstacles help you become resilient and strong, and instill empathy,” Parikh says. “These experiences challenged, but didn't alter, my mindset and motivation for continuous learning. In fact, they inspired me to make a difference, helping others and becoming a more effective leader.” Parikh's executive education in the Owner/President Management (OPM) Program at Harvard Business School, where she shared the classroom with many second and third generation entrepreneurs, helped her understand the generational diversity in the modern workplace. This experience also made her realize the importance of creating scalable and sustainable solutions for a future that will be very different from the present in terms of diversity representations, demographics, behavior, and interests. Hetal's overall vision is to create a people-centric workplace within Rangam and in corporations around the globe. Throughout her entrepreneurial journey and life, she has carried that cultural legacy to care for one another, to listen, to understand and not merely to respond, and to build a team that treats everyone as a family member.
