Lydia Flocchini is a business transformation and go-to-market leader with 30 years of experience of working in legal technology. She is passionate about helping legal professionals leverage technology to deliver greater value to their clients and innovating the way they work. Flocchini has held leadership roles in customer success, marketing, and sales at Thomson Reuters, Lex Machina, Logikcull, and SurePoint. In 2021, She was named a winner of Demand Gen Report’s 2021 B2B Innovator Awards, recognized as one of ILTA's 2023 Influential Women in Legal Tech, and is passionate about advancement of women in the law and technology. She is a member of Chief, Women in Revenue, She Breaks the Law, and Latinas in Tech and actively participates in mentorship programs to amplify, support and empower women. Flocchini is a frequent speaker on the power of mentorship, marketing innovation, and legal technology. Flocchini double majored in History and Classical Civilization from the University of California, Los Angeles and has a J.D. from the University of San Francisco, School of Law.
