She also served in a similar role at Optum360, a joint venture between Optum and Dignity Health, and was VP of HR at Dignity Health. In addition, Chavarria has held leadership positions at Oracle, Medibuy and Levi Strauss. Chavarria received an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at El Paso.
