Today, we are highlighting the incredible women of Florida who serve as leaders in their communities.  In addition to helping us shape in-person regional events and support new members, our Chapter Leaders will be featured at our upcoming national event on October 17.

Daniah Robertson
Chief Financial Officer, Sodexo

Daniah Robertson is a revenue-generating global CFO with a strong track record in coordinating best-in-class finance functionality within large organizations. With extensive experience in operations and transformation, she excels at driving growth and improving profitability. Daniah's strategic and tactical approach enables her to work across functions, navigating complex challenges and opportunities, and influencing change through collaboration and inquiry.

In her current role as CFO of North America Corporate Services and Energy & Resources at Sodexo, Daniah manages over $1.5 billion in revenue. She serves as a financial advisor and business partner to the CEO, driving top-line growth, expanding gross margins, and fostering a disciplined cost culture. She also leads a high-performing finance team, delivering best-in-class support through business partnerships and constructive challenges.

Previously, Daniah held various significant roles at bp, including Deputy CFO of Fuels Supply & Midstream and CFO of BP Pulse. Her tenure at bp involved managing multi-billion-dollar business portfolios, optimizing performance, and driving strategic decisions to maximize shareholder value.

A bilingual leader in Spanish and English, Daniah is known for her analytical skills, ability to forge productive relationships, and transformative leadership style. She is passionate about mentoring and developing team members, driving efficiency, and process improvements. Daniah's collaborative and direct approach, combined with her empathetic leadership, consistently delivers exceptional results and maximizes business effectiveness.

Shannon Chapman
Director of IT Service Delivery, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings

Shannon Chapman is an accomplished IT professional with over 15 years of experience in IT and Enterprise Service Management. She is ITIL Expert certified and holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from University of Central Florida along with an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. Shannon specializes in enhancing IT organization performance through industry-leading processes, automation, and KPI measurement, aiming to build modern, exceptional employee and customer experiences while reducing operational costs.

Since May 2022, Shannon has been the Director of IT Service Delivery at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., where she partners with business and IT service owners to implement automation to achieve labor cost savings, and improve user experiences. Previously, Shannon spent nearly 13 years at Citrix in various roles, including Manager of IT Service Management, Apps and Services Portfolio Manager, and Lead IT Change Manager. 

Shannon is a first generation American and citizen of the beautiful Caribbean island of Barbados. She is a mother to a fun and funny 6 year old boy who keeps her on her toes! She enjoys hiking or biking and also relaxing with a good book.

Simone Arnold
VP of Product Management, Fiserv

Simone Arnold is a vice president of product management at Fiserv. Fiserv is a global fintech and payments company with solutions for banking, global commerce, merchant acquiring, billing and payments, and point-of-sale. Arnold has over 29 years of experience in the financial services and technology industries.

Arnold is Fiserv’s Merchant Acquiring product leader for the National Automated Clearing House Association (Nacha), enabling 38 million transactions worth over $10 billion dollars.  Arnold focuses on rules compliance, implementation, transaction monitoring, annual audits, risk assessments, risk avoidance, performance measurement, network program, and institutional effectiveness. Arnold has oversight for Third Party Operations, as well as client, bank and platform conversions. In short, working in teams brings her joy with 

As an experienced, motivational speaker and Founder of Motiv-Eight, LLC, Arnold was recently featured on Black Doctor’s Talk. As a Champion for children with unique abilities, Arnold has fought for change by sharing her son, Ayden’s story to the Florida Senate (SB48) aiding in the simplification of scholarship programs and the flexibility to meet individual needs.

Arnold received a BA in Communication from Florida Atlantic University; an MBA from Nova Southeastern University; and a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.
