This executive is key to the successful management, development, and execution of the supply chain to ensure the supply and delivery of a company’s products and services.

As we celebrate the accomplishments of our honorees, we acknowledge the career of Joni Rittler. She serves as both the Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer for The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. With over 30 years as a healthcare leader, Rittler has an abundance of experience using new technology to enhance supply chain operations. 

We also congratulate Judy Webb-Hapgood, the Chief Supply Chain Officer for the University of Miami, including the University of Miami Health System and the Miller School of Medicine. As a healthcare and academic leader, Webb-Hapgood spent the first phase of her career in public service as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force.

Lastly, we recognize the CSCO and Executive Vice President of McDonald’s, Marion Gross. She oversees one of the world’s largest supply chains that supports 37,000 restaurants and their over 64 million customers around the world.

1. Marion Gross
EVP & Global Chief Supply Chain Officer, McDonald's

As Executive Vice President and Global Chief Supply Chain Officer at McDonald’s, Marion Gross oversees one of the world’s largest supply chains that supports 37,000 restaurants and their over 64 million customers around the world. McDonald’s is the world’s leading global food service retailer with over 37,000 locations in over 100 countries. 

A member of the McDonald’s family for nearly 30 years, Gross has held progressive roles in the supply chain organization, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer, in North America. Under her leadership, McDonald’s achieved Gartner Supply Chain Masters recognition for five consecutive years and ranked in the Top 10 global supply chains. 

Gross is a vocal champion of the company’s commitment to community, diversity, inclusion, and integrity. She leads her team to embody the vision of creating a future of secure and sustainable food while caring for their most precious resources: people, planet, and animals. She actively supports causes that care for the homeless, underserved children, Special Olympics athletes, and veterans. She serves as Board Vice-Chair and an Executive Committee Member for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland & Northwest Indiana.

Gross earned her bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University and is a graduate of the Thunderbird Leadership in the Global Enterprise Program and Leadership Greater Chicago Fellows Program.


2. Marisa Farabaugh
SVP & Chief Supply Chain Officer, AdventHealth

Marisa Farabaugh began her professional career 21 years ago. Today, she is the SVP and Chief Supply Chain Officer of AdventHealth, a faith-based healthcare provider that offers medical services and treatment of conditions in a variety of specialties, including dermatology, ophthalmology, endocrinology, hematology, oncology, orthopedics, mental health, infectious disease, diabetes, emergency, and home care.

Before joining AdventHealth, Farabaugh worked at Wake Forest Baptist Health for about a decade. She started there as the director of support services and rose to the level of chief supply chain officer. She started her career in 2003 as an industrial engineer at The Hershey Company and also worked as a senior management engineer and the director of resource management operations at different health facilities. 

Farabaugh graduated from Penn State University with an MBA and from the University of Florida with an undergraduate degree in industrial engineering.


3. Teresa Dickerson
Chief Supply Chain Officer, TE Connectivity

Teresa Dickerson is the Chief Supply Chain Officer of TE Connectivity, a global industrial technology manufacturing leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future. Their broad range of connectivity and sensor solutions, proven in the harshest environments, enable advancements in transportation, industrial applications, medical technology, energy, data communications, and the home.

Dickerson first joined TE Connectivity in 2010 as the procurement director. She later rejoined the team in 2019 as CPO and vice president, a role she kept for over three-and-a-half years before being promoted to her current position. Before rejoining the team, Dickerson held multiple vice president roles at Stanley Black & Decker.

Earlier in her career, she worked with Delphi as a procurement manager. Dickerson earned an undergraduate degree in MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.


4. Cindy Headen
EVP & Chief Supply Chain Officer, Domino's

Cindy Headen has served as Domino's Executive Vice President of Supply Chain Services since August 2020. Domino's Pizza, Inc. is an American multinational pizza restaurant chain founded in 1960. Domino's has approximately 15,000 stores, with 5,649 in the United States.

Headen previously served as senior vice president of global procurement and supply chain operations from January 2019 to August 2020, after joining Domino's as vice president of procurement and product management in November 2015. In her current role, she leads all supply chain services, including overseeing 24 supply chain, manufacturing, and processing centers in the contiguous US, seven supply chain centers outside the contiguous US (Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada), the equipment and supply division, global procurement, supplier relationships, logistics, and transportation. During her time with Domino's, Headen has been instrumental in negotiating contract terms and stabilizing pricing from suppliers. She also played a key role in opening three new supply chain centers in New Jersey, South Carolina, and Texas between 2018 and 2020.

Before joining Domino's, Headen spent nearly 15 years with PepsiCo USA, where she was responsible for global procurement. She holds a degree in metallurgical engineering from Lehigh University.


5. Laurie Wilson
Chief Supply Chain Officer, JCPenney

Laurie Wilson is the Chief Supply Chain Officer of JCPenney. Penney OpCo LLC, doing business as JCPenney and often abbreviated JCP, is an American department store chain that operates 663 stores across 49 US states and Puerto Rico.

A high-energy leader with an outstanding record of achievement in driving brand growth and creating shareholder value, Wilson has 30 years of experience. She operates a successful retail consultancy focused on transformational strategies to serve today's omnichannel customers through innovation and the integration of digital capabilities.

Before joining JCPenney, Wilson was an advisor and retail expert at SGA Inc. Before that, she served as the CEO and president at LW Associates. Earlier in her career, she worked with Federated Department Stores as an SVP, VP, and consultant. Wilson graduated from the NYU Stern School of Business with an Executive MBA and from Princeton University with an undergraduate degree in history and French.


6. Stephanie Foster
Chief Supply Chain Officer, Leidos 

Stephanie Foster began her professional career 20 years ago. Today, she is the Chief Supply Chain Officer of Leidos, an innovation company rapidly addressing the world’s most vexing challenges in national security and health. Their 47,000 employees support vital missions for government and commercial customers. 

Foster has experience in contracts, sales order management, sourcing, procurement, supply chain operations, and planning, including SIOP. She manages logistics, facilities, warehouses, materials, and assets effectively. She works with both commercial and US government customers and is knowledgeable in Six Sigma Lean methodologies, FDA regulations, and clinical research. Foster started her career in 2004 as a director of procurement at General Dynamics. From there, she went on to Raytheon, before eventually rising to senior vice president of global supply chain and operations at Varian, a Siemens Healthineers company, her most recent position before joining Leidos.

Foster graduated from Arizona State University with an MBA in International Business and Public Policy, from George Washington University with a Master’s Certificate in Project Management, and from the University of Phoenix with an undergraduate degree in business.


7. Kristin Bauer
SVP & Chief Supply Chain Officer, Foot Locker

Kristin Bauer serves as Senior Vice President, Supply Chain Officer joining Foot Locker in July 2023. Foot Locker, Inc. is an American multinational sportswear and footwear retailer headquartered in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, and operating in over 40 countries. 

Bauer possesses strategic vision, excels in complex problem-solving, and demonstrates strong people leadership and versatility. As a dynamic supply chain leader, she is passionate about driving exceptional results while developing high-performing teams. Bauer brings enterprise-level thinking to supply chain organizations and has a proven track record of leading large cross-functional initiatives through strong collaboration, quality decision-making, and effective change management.

Before joining Foot Locker, Bauer held key leadership positions at TCG Player (recently acquired by eBay), TJX, Ulta Beauty, and Target Corp. She brings nearly 20 years of expertise across various critical business areas, including supply chain strategy, distribution and transportation operations, sales and operations planning, vendor operations, and supply chain analytics. Bauer earned an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Minnesota and an undergraduate degree in information technology management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.


8. Allison Corry
Chief Supply Chain Officer, Intermountain Healthcare

Allison Corry is the Chief Supply Chain Officer of Intermountain Healthcare. Intermountain Health (formerly Intermountain Healthcare) is a US not-for-profit healthcare system with 385 clinics and 33 hospitals in the Intermountain West (primarily Utah, Idaho, and Nevada). The combined system employs more than 58,000 people. 

Corry has 25 years of experience. In her previous role with Intermountain Healthcare as assistant vice president of procurement, she was accountable for about $2.5 billion in annual non-labor spending for a 24-hospital health system, driving approximately $40 million in annual savings. She also implemented strategic partnerships supporting the organizational mission and Fundamentals of Care. Before joining Intermountain Healthcare, Corry was a senior manager | health and life sciences advisory of supply chain and operations at EY. Before that, she was a director of supply chain performance at Owens & Minor. Earlier in her career, she worked with the University of Missouri as a graduate assistant in student affairs.

Corry graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with an MHA in Health Administration and from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business with an MBA in Business Administration. She has an undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Missouri Trulaske.


9. Jacqueline Epright
VP & Chief Supply Chain Officer, Yale New Haven Health System

Today, Jacqueline Epright is the Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer of Yale New Haven Health System. Through its outstanding hospitals, Yale New Haven Health is making it easier for people to access the latest medical treatments, advanced research, and innovations.

Epright is a healthcare leader with over 20 years of extensive finance, consulting, administration, and operating experience. She is a patient advocate who strives for excellence in quality and service. Epright has a proven ability to improve operations and maximize profits through financial management, cost reduction, internal controls, and process improvements. She affects change and produces results through accountability, transparency, and staff development.

Epright started her career in 1990 as an audit manager at Arthur Andersen LLP. From there, she went on to The Hospital of Central Connecticut, before eventually rising to administrative director of outpatient services at Gaylord Hospital, her most recent position before joining Yale New Haven Health System. Epright graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Business with an undergraduate degree in accounting.


10. Janet Abbruzzese
Chief Supply Chain Officer, Michigan Medicine

Janet Abbruzzese began her professional career 27 years ago. Today, she is the Chief Supply Chain Officer of Michigan Medicine. Michigan Medicine, based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, is part of one of the world’s leading universities. Michigan Medicine is a premier, highly-ranked academic medical center and award-winning healthcare system with state-of-the-art facilities.

Before Michigan Medicine, Abbruzzese worked as the associate chief operating officer for the University of Michigan Health. Before that, she was the director of supply chain strategy and procurement for Michigan Medicine. Earlier in her career, she served in leadership roles at the Detroit Medical Center, including the director of supply chain and the corporate director of contract administration and value analysis.

Abbruzzese started her career in sales at Tyco Healthcare. She graduated from the University of Dayton with an undergraduate degree in business.


11. Sarah Clarke
Chief Supply Chain Officer, American Eagle Outfitters

Sarah Clarke is the Chief Supply Chain Officer at American Eagle Outfitters. At American Eagle Outfitters (AEO), the merchandise assortments consist of high-quality, on-trend apparel, intimates, activewear, accessories, and personal care products for women and men.

Clarke has 29 years of experience. She is a consumer apparel and accessories senior executive, strategist, and industry leader. She has been a board member of the American Apparel & Footwear Association since 2018 and held senior leadership roles in global supply chain, sourcing, merchandising, and product development at PVH Corp. and Gap, Inc. In 2022, Clarke launched Maple Cres Consulting, LLC (strategy consulting) and currently serves as a non-executive board member of American Securities, a $23 billion private equity firm.

Clarke holds a BA, cum laude, in Philosophy and Politics from the University of York and completed the Global Leadership Program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.


12. Joni Rittler
VP & Chief Supply Chain Officer, The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia

Joni Rittler is the Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer for The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). She has worked in healthcare materials management for over 30 years and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management of Information Technology from Eastern University, as well as a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from St. Joseph’s University.

Throughout her career, Rittler has led many projects to implement new technology and improve supply chain operations. Before her role at CHOP, she served as the vice president of supply chain technology for Catholic Health Initiatives (now Common Spirit). Her many accomplishments include the re-design of business processes, development of shared service centers, optimization of group purchasing organization, logistics planning, and implementation of ERP, Financial or Supply Chain systems. In her current role, Rittler provides vision, strategy, and leadership for an integrated supply chain across the CHOP enterprise.

Rittler believes that building relationships is key to success in supply chain management (SCM). She has a passion for developing emerging talent to grow the next generation of SCM leaders. She serves as the executive sponsor for CHOP’s All Abilities Resource Group, an employee team working to raise awareness and provide education related to the employment of people with disabilities. Rittler was instrumental in the formation of the Pediatric Alliance, a newly formed aggregation group of pediatric hospitals, and serves as the chair for the executive steering committee for the Pediatric Alliance, as well as a member of the Joint Oversight Committee.


13. Judy Webb-Hapgood
Chief Supply Chain Officer, University of Miami

Judy Webb-Hapgood is the Chief Supply Chain Officer for the University of Miami, the University of Miami Health System, and the Miller School of Medicine. This is an inaugural position to join two distinct organizations, academic and healthcare, into one enterprise supply chain supporting southern Florida. 

Webb-Hapgood joined the team from the University of Wisconsin Health System, where she was the system vice president of supply chain and support services. She led the supply chain operations and support services for a $4.8 billion academic system with approximately 1,797 physicians and 22,000 staff at seven hospitals and 86 outpatient sites. She managed multiple revenue and non-revenue-generating business units across Wisconsin and Illinois. Before coming to UW Health, Webb-Hapgood was at The University of Oklahoma, where she served as the system associate vice president of procurement. Her leadership at OU encompassed the acquisition life cycle supporting numerous areas, including academics, clinics/hospitals, physician groups, facilities, real estate, food services, athletics, police department, fire department, information technology, marketing, human resources, and finance.

Webb-Hapgood also has a distinguished 20-year career in public service as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force. She served in a variety of positions, including hospital administrator/medical service corps officer, providing direct patient care, contracting, finance, quality, medical readiness, human resources, medical operations, and multiple training platforms. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology/Chemistry from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, and her Master of Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. 


14. Tamara Froese
Chief Supply Chain Officer, Zebra Technologies

Tamara Froese was named Chief Supply Chain Officer of Zebra Technologies in November 2022, following her role as acting CSCO, which she assumed in August. Zebra helps organizations monitor, anticipate, and accelerate workflows by empowering their frontline and ensuring that everyone and everything is visible, connected, and fully optimized. 

Froese has more than 20 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and transformation. She is responsible for the company's end-to-end supply chain globally, including the strategic direction and execution of Zebra’s procurement, operational excellence, transportation, manufacturing, distribution, repair, and technical operations teams. 

Before her role as Zebra’s CSCO, Froese served as vice president of global procurement. Before joining Zebra, she served in various leadership roles at General Motors, with an extensive focus on procurement, supply chain, and cost management. Froese has a Master of Business Administration from Oakland University and a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University. 


15. Deanne McKissick
Chief Supply Chain Officer, Aristocrat Gaming

Deanne McKissick is the Chief Supply Chain Officer of Aristocrat Gaming. She first joined the company in 2022. McKissick is responsible for the global supply chain organization for Aristocrat Gaming, including all aspects of the supply chain. 

McKissick is a highly motivated executive with a proven track record of consistently exceeding objectives, leading with integrity and enthusiasm, and exemplifying an unwavering desire for continuous growth and improvement. She is skilled at empowering employees to highlight individual aptitudes while also collaborating successfully as a team. She has a reputation for having a strong work ethic, a high energy level, and an unfailing commitment to corporate, team, and personal success.

Earlier in her career, she worked with Hewlett-Packard as a quality assurance manager. McKissick earned an undergraduate degree in economics from Texas A&M University.


16. Kirsten Piacentini
Chief Supply Chain Officer, L.L.Bean

Kirsten Piacentini is the Chief Supply Chain Officer of L.L.Bean. Founded in 1912, L.L.Bean, Inc. is a leading multi-channel merchant of quality outdoor gear and apparel.

Piacentini has 33 years of experience. She has spent most of her career at L.L.Bean. She started as an IS project manager and team manager. She was later made a senior manager of retail allocations and then a director of retail planning, allocations, and liquidations inventory and a director of inventory management. She joined the C-suite as a VP in 2015 and was promoted to her current position in 2023.

Before joining L.L.Bean, Piacentini worked with Accenture as a staff analyst. She graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a Master’s degree in Computer Science and from Smith College with an undergraduate degree in mathematics.


17. Oksana Woloszczuk
Chief Supply Chain Officer, Amy's Kitchen

Oksana Woloszczuk is the Chief Supply Chain Officer of Amy's Kitchen. She first joined the company in 2022. Amy's Kitchen, Inc. is a family-owned, privately-held American company based in Petaluma, California, that manufactures organic and non-GMO convenience and frozen foods. 

Woloszczuk is an accomplished end-to-end supply chain leader with multi-category, multi-site manufacturing, supply chain management, and distribution experience. She has a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. She demonstrates the ability to drive step-changes within an organization through transformational supply chain leadership, leveraging teams, and increasing engagement to deliver a measurable impact on an organization’s efficiency and profitability. Woloszczuk partners well with sales and brand leaders to adjust quickly to changing demands from customers and consumers. She aligns all aspects of the supply chain and operations to meet current customer needs, increase service levels, and adapt to future customer and consumer trends.

Previously, Woloszczuk was a VP of integrated supply chain at McCain Foods. Before that, she was a VP at Kellogg Company. Earlier in her career, she worked with Akzo Nobel Coatings as a continuous improvement manager. Woloszczuk earned a Master's of Engineering Management in Operations Management and Supervision from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from Wayne State University.


18. Kimberley Smith
Chief Supply Chain & Sustainability Officer, Everlane

Kimberley Smith is the Chief Supply Chain and Sustainability Officer of Everlane. At Everlane, they partner with ethical factories around the world, work with high-quality and more sustainably sourced materials, and share the true cost of every product they make.

Smith has 28 years of experience. In her current role, she oversees sustainability, sourcing, raw materials, product development, production, and quality for all categories. Her specialty is growing design-driven brands with a focus on sustainability, quality, and transparency. She has also spent several years in logistics and distribution, as well as domestic manufacturing.

Before joining Everlane, Smith was a senior director at Aritzia. Before that, she was a VP of sourcing, product development, and production at James Perse Ent., Inc. Earlier in her career, she worked with Mossimo Inc. as a producer. Smith graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with an undergraduate degree in biology, focusing on human biodynamics.


19. Shannon DeRosa Brown
Chief Supply Chain Officer, Shyft Global

Shannon DeRosa Brown is the Chief Supply Chain Officer of Shyft Global. Shyft Global specializes in giving enterprise level supply chain strategy, tools, and buying power to emerging brands. Brown is a highly effective leader who leverages data and automation to promote efficient teams and processes. She has experience in both public and private companies, as well as managing the transition between the two states. She has expertise in building and optimizing cross-functional processes for the strategic management of the business in high-growth environments.

Brown started her career in 2006 as a mobile energy team at Red Bull North America. From there, she went on to Praxair Distribution, before eventually rising to VP of operations at PW Companies, LLC, her most recent position before joining the Shyft Global team. Brown graduated from Boston University with an undergraduate degree in business administration and law.


20. Cassandra Todd
Chief Supply Chain Officer, Califia Farms

Cassandra Todd has a strong background in supply chain management and operations. She is currently serving as the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Califia Farms, a role she has held since March 2021. Founded in 2010, Califia Farms is a uniquely California company with a manufacturing plant powered by renewable energy and re-purposes more than 90% of its post-production byproduct.

Before this, Todd worked as the chief supply chain officer at Traditional Medicinals, Inc., and she held the position of chief operations officer at Daily Harvest. Earlier in her career, she served as the vice president of supply chain at Columbus Foods. She also gained experience at Clif Bar & Company, where she held the roles of vice president of procurement and sustainable sourcing and director of sourcing. During her time at Clif Bar & Company, she was responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies and policies, as well as managing a team of seven direct reports. Todd’s experience also includes roles at Maple Leaf Foods Inc., where she was responsible for developing demand planning strategies, driving forecast improvement, and supporting supply chain performance improvement initiatives.

Todd’s early career includes roles as a materials manager at DALSA and a business unit manager at Sanmina-SCI. In these positions, she was responsible for managing vendor relationships, production planning, inventory management, and overseeing operations. Todd holds a Bachelor of Management with a specialization in Finance from The University of Lethbridge. Additionally, she earned an MBA with a focus in General Management from Wilfrid Laurier University.


21. Kelly Goforth
Chief Supply Chain Officer, OFD Foods

Kelly Goforth is the Chief Supply Chain Officer of OFD Foods. Oregon Freeze Dry is the largest diversified food freeze dryer in the world. They can run many food products simultaneously because of their batch systems and variety of wet processing and dry packaging rooms.

Goforth has experience in overall supply chain management, including production, maintenance, engineering, distribution, and quality management in food manufacturing. She focuses on culture change, change management, process sustainability, and optimization. Goforth started at OFD Foods as the director of manufacturing. In this role, she was responsible for manufacturing multiple plants and supporting multiple business segments. She designed, built, and started up a greenfield freeze-drying facility in the Rochester, New York area. She was promoted to VP in less than four years and then to her current position less than four years later.

Goforth started her career in 2000 as a maintenance supervisor at Mondelēz International. She graduated from the Wisconsin School of Business with an MBA and from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering.


22. Andrea Breen
Chief Supply Chain Officer, Red's All Natural

Andrea Breen is the Chief Supply Chain Officer of Red's All Natural. Red's is a leading brand in a new generation of healthy, frozen food brands and is one of the fastest-growing natural frozen food brands in the US. Red’s is distributed in the natural, conventional, club, and drug channels and has successfully demonstrated brand extendibility across multiple product platforms, eating occasions (handhelds, breakfast, entrees), and ethnic flavor profiles. 

Breen has 27 years of experience. She is an engaging sales planning and operations manager who possesses a winning blend of operations leadership, strategic talent, and communications acumen. She is skilled in managing high-performing sales campaigns and complex operations to produce exemplary results through hands-on involvement and cross-functional delegation. Breen leverages a unique mix of visionary, strategic, operational, and analytical expertise, consistently exceeding revenue and performance goals by aligning talents and efforts with organizational objectives. As an influential leader, she creates an immediate impact, produces results, and fuels profits.

Before joining the Chief Supply Chain Officer, Breen was a business development manager at Mars. Earlier in her career, she worked with Goodbody International, Inc. as an account executive. Breen graduated from Oglethorpe University with an undergraduate degree in business.


23. Cynthia Waggoner
Chief Supply Chain Officer, Egglife Foods

Cynthia Waggoner is the Chief Supply Chain Officer of Egglife Foods, where she helps lead and execute the startup of the new revolutionary company, overseeing a new plant, new processes, and outstanding products poised to make a significant impact. As a leader in modern nutrition, Egglife Foods is committed to harnessing the transformative power of eggs to reimagine traditionally carbohydrate and calorie-laden foods.

Waggoner has primary assignments in manufacturing, customer service, logistics, and operations. In food manufacturing, she began her career as a production supervisor and progressed through several assignments with increasing responsibility, including four plant manager positions. She served as VP of Kraft Foods' Grocery Division, VP of operations for Snacks and Confections (responsible for the NA Nabisco operations), and recently as the NA VP of operations for Maplehurst Bakeries. 

Additionally, Waggoner proudly served her country as a Signal Corps Officer in the United States Army for six years. She earned an undergraduate degree in criminal justice and social work in psychology from Purdue University.


24. Monica McCombs
Chief Supply Chain Officer, Harbor Foods Group

Monica McCombs has a wealth of experience in the supply chain and procurement field. She is currently serving as the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Harbor Foods, where she is responsible for establishing and enhancing an efficient and profitable supply chain.

Before this, McCombs held the role of sales director at Numerator. She also worked as a supply chain consultant at Northwest Company. Her previous experience includes serving as the chief supply chain officer at Shamrock Foods Company and holding various supply chain leadership roles at Albertsons/Safeway, where she led the supply chain integration in the Safeway-Albertsons merger and was accountable for hitting synergy targets. She has a proven track record of improving collaboration, reducing inefficiencies, and achieving company sales objectives.

McCombs attended Valparaiso University and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, where she was part of the Phi Beta Chi Sorority.


25. Wendy Langan

Wendy Langan is the Vice President of Supply Chain of The Food Source International, a taste and ingredient company with a pulse on what’s next in the world of food. Founded in 1997, they prioritize high-quality tastes and ingredients that provide unique solutions to technical challenges food processors face. 

Langan has 24 years of experience and extensive work experience in various roles related to strategic sourcing, demand planning, supply chain insights, commodities sourcing, and packaging engineering. She has held director positions at The Hershey Company, where she achieved significant cost savings and led the development of big data solutions for supply chain functions. She also has experience in product technology management at 3form, where she identified enhancement opportunities and managed strategic product development projects. Additionally, she worked as a project engineer at Black Diamond Equipment. Throughout her career, Langan has demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to foster collaborative relationships with suppliers.

Langan has a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering, and she has an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Lehigh University. She also studied supply chain management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
