Among this year’s honorees is rising star Kelly Rodgers, Loyalty Director of Catalog Engagement for AARP. As an accomplished direct-response marketing professional, Rodgers utilizes her unique skills to reach a membership of nearly 38 million.

Next, we honor up-and-coming nonprofit executive Alexandra Klomparen. Devoting the majority of her career to the American Cancer Society, Klomparen serves the organization as a senior event support manager through her position as the Director of Enterprise Distinguished Events and Young Professionals.

Finally, we congratulate Haley Correll, Senior Director of Social Media Engagement for the American Red Cross. Leading social media strategy for one of the nation’s largest humanitarian organizations, Correll uses her skills in marketing, fundraising, and team development while managing strategic social media governance across the organization.

Dawn Dougherty
System Director, Philanthropy Education & Professional Development, CommonSpirit Health

Dawn Dougherty is the System Director for philanthropy education and professional development for CommonSpirit Health’s philanthropy team. CommonSpirit Health is a non-profit, Catholic health system dedicated to advancing health for all people. Dougherty has served the ministry since 2015, with over 20 years of philanthropy experience. She is responsible for the creation and delivery of a comprehensive curriculum for over 300 CommonSpirit philanthropy professionals across the country.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Dougherty began her nonprofit career in 1996 in donor recruitment for the American Red Cross in Southern California. Concurrently, she completed a fellowship with the Riordan Volunteer Leadership Development Program (Riordan Leadership Institute) focused on preparing young professionals to serve as effective nonprofit board members. She moved on to the American Red Cross National Headquarters in Washington DC, where she managed operations and oversaw the flow and fulfillment of over one million gifts annually. Dougherty spent over 10 years with Blackbaud as a senior fundraising systems consultant working to convert, implement, and maximize the use of The Raiser’s Edge with an exhaustive list of nonprofits, including arts organizations, educational institutions, and healthcare systems.

Dougherty received her Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Public Policy and a minor in Microeconomics from the University of Southern California. She currently resides in the Bay Area, enjoys international travel, and has been to all seven continents.


Elaine Hudson
Director of Account Relationships, Boys & Girls Clubs of America

Elaine Hudson is the Director of Account Relationships for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, which supports more than 1,000 independent Boys & Girls Club organizations serving youth across more than 5,000 locations. 

Previously, as the director of advocacy, she led the Advocacy and Social Justice Department at the YWCA of Greater Atlanta. In this role, she served as the primary trainer for the Georgia Women’s Policy Institute (GWPI), acting as a liaison with partner organizations, elected officials, and stakeholders. She was responsible for creating the organization’s state-level policy agenda and analyzing and advocating for state-level legislation that impacts women and girls. As a persuasive champion for women’s issues, Hudson planned and conducted social justice-related events, supervised department members, and was responsible for overall project tracking, reporting, budgeting, and evaluation within the department.

Hudson’s specialties include capacity building, program development, implementation, and evaluation. She excels in building and maintaining relationships, solving problems to reach win-win outcomes for all parties involved, and connecting passion to purpose. Hudson graduated from Georgia State University with a Master's in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management and from the University of North Georgia with an undergraduate degree in political science.


Robin Schmidt
Community Executive Director, YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth

Robin Schmidt is the Community Executive Director for the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth. The YMCA is a nonprofit organization that offers diverse family programs, including youth sports, youth and government, camping, child care, swimming, and drowning prevention, wellness, diabetes management, and senior-specific adult programs in addition to fitness memberships. 

Schmidt is a certified trainer and facilitator in The Grove Strategic Visioning tools and process. She received her certificate in Human Resource Management in 2019 from the University of Phoenix. In 2021, she completed the Praesidium Guardian Certificate program and worked to drive Child Abuse Prevention and Child Safety Clubs across the entire Southwest region. Schmidt is an advocate for youth in her community and around the nation and is a member of Rotary International and Optimists International. In 2016 and 2024, she was awarded the President's Council Award, the highest level of recognition given to field-facing staff.

In June 2024, Schmidt ended her 27-year career with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BCGA). At this time, she was serving as director of organizational development and was responsible for initiating and providing consultation and support services to member organizations. She joined the BGCA national team in March 2008 as the director of resource development club services.


Brianne Bear
Director of Philanthropy, Providence

Brianne Bear is the Director of Philanthropy for Providence. Every day, 119,000 compassionate caregivers serve patients and communities through Providence St. Joseph Health, a national, Catholic, not-for-profit health system, driven by a belief that health is a human right. 

Bear is an operations-minded leader with 13 years of experience designing and developing solutions across various verticals, including fashion and luxury brands, food and beverage, consumer products, medical, art, music, and nonprofit sectors. Her career highlights include expertise in operationalizing corporate vision into successful projects and systems, as well as experience in hiring and leading teams of up to 100 people spread across multiple locations.

Bear started her career in 2007 as a public relations director at Project Ethos. She eventually rose to director of development and donor engagement at Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters of Los Angeles, her most recent position before joining Providence. Bear graduated from California State University, Long Beach, with an undergraduate degree in family and consumer sciences and fashion merchandising.


Cindy Fuller
Divisional Director of Communications, The Salvation Army, Arkansas-Oklahoma Division

Cindy Fuller is the Divisional Director of Communications of The Salvation Army, Arkansas-Oklahoma Division. The Salvation Army is the nation's largest direct provider of social services. 

In her role, Fuller has the chance to help The Salvation Army make a difference in the various communities served in Arkansas and Oklahoma. During disasters, she is tasked with dispersing public information to both the internal and external public, including facilitating media coverage and ensuring The Salvation Army is represented during situation briefings with other emergency management partners, VOAD agencies, and other NGOs. Her job is to create awareness in the media and community, building relationships with advisory board members and news editors of the various media available. 

Fuller started her career in 1987 as a receptionist at Cooper Brothers Medical Building. From there, she went on to The Flintco Companies, Inc., before eventually rising to development director at Tulsa Boys Home, her most recent position before joining The Salvation Army. Fuller graduated from the University of Phoenix with an undergraduate degree in business management.


Kristin Ebanks
Director, Leader Communications, World Vision

Kristin Ebanks is the Director and Communications Leader at World Vision. She first joined the team in 2006 as a creative solutions writer. World Vision is the largest child-focused private charity in the world. In this role, Ebanks led the development of a new global leader communications approach for members of the World Vision International executive team, including the CEO and president, to position them for greater influence and authority both internally and externally.

Ebanks is a skilled communicator and passionate storyteller with over 15 years of experience working for international nonprofit organizations, primarily with World Vision, a Christian humanitarian development organization. She is experienced in helping executives grow their influence and authority with diverse audiences. Her expertise includes positioning executives for a more influential external profile, including on social media, and cultivating the personal brands of executives as ambassadors of their organizations. 

Ebanks earned an MA in International Service from the University of Roehampton and an undergraduate degree in psychology and English literature from the University of Puget Sound.


Haley Correll
Senior Director, Social Media Engagement, American Red Cross

Haley Correll is the Senior Director of Social Media Engagement for the American Red Cross. The American Red Cross prevents and alleviates human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors. Haley leads social media strategy for one of the nation’s largest humanitarian organizations, working with communicators, marketers, fundraisers, and development teams at National Headquarters and across the country.

Correll manages strategic social media governance across the organization, overseeing the creation of enterprise-wide policies, strategies, and training sessions to ensure strategic alignment and shared KPIs across teams and projects. She establishes strategic partnerships with leading social platforms to test new tools and develops brand account strategies on emerging platforms. Correll also develops and implements rapid response protocols for breaking news events and provides strategic counsel to leadership during crisis communication scenarios.

Correll started her career in 2008 as a reporter at MTV Networks. From there, she went on to MOAA, before eventually rising to audience engagement editor and parenting columnist at Nola.com, her most recent position before joining the American Red Cross. Correll graduated from the University of Mississippi with an undergraduate degree in journalism and English.


Angelica Bravo
Director, Leadership & Learning, Goodwill Industries International

Angelica Bravo is the Director of Leadership and Learning for Goodwill Industries International (GII). Goodwill provides job training, placement services, and other community-based programs for individuals and families with disabilities. In 2023, Goodwill served over 1.7 million individuals worldwide and helped more than 141,237 people train for careers.

Bravo has extensive nonprofit association experience. In her current role, she is responsible for managing GII’s leadership development programs, professional development workshops, and scaling a growth mindset program across the Goodwill network, which includes 158 organizations. As a certified RightPath facilitator, she interprets behavioral and personality assessments, offers individual coaching sessions to identify strengths and struggles, and facilitates group discussions to explore team dynamics.

Before joining Goodwill Industries International, Bravo was a meeting planner at the Society of Research Administrators International. Earlier in her career, she worked with the International Association for the Study of Pain as a meetings coordinator. Bravo graduated from George Washington University with a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Learning and from George Mason University with an undergraduate degree in tourism and events management.


Mandy Santiago
Philanthropy Communications Director, Christiana Care Health System

Mandy Santiago is the Philanthropy Communications Director at Christiana Care Health System, one of the country's most dynamic healthcare organizations, centered on improving health outcomes, making high-quality care more accessible, and lowering healthcare costs. Santiago leads all facets of the philanthropic grants process across health system service lines in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Her responsibilities include conducting prospect research, identifying funding opportunities, preparing letters of intent and case statements, and completing and submitting applications for corporate and foundation grants. Additionally, she customizes acknowledgment letters, creates progress reports, and collaborates with the Office of Sponsored Programs on research and government grant awards.

Santiago’s accomplishments in this role are significant. Within her first year, she helped the health system secure over $1.9 million in grant funding. Her outstanding performance was further recognized when she received four Bravo awards during her first year in the position. Santiago has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, exceeding revenue expectations, and forging collaborative partnerships with businesses and legislators as a nonprofit executive. As a strategic planner, business development expert, and nonprofit leader, she thrives in opportunities that intersect with communications, fundraising, and community engagement.

Santiago started her career in 2003 as an annual giving and special events manager at Crozer-Keystone Health System. From there, she went on to Natural Lands, before eventually rising to executive director at Tyler Arboretum, her most recent position before joining Christiana Care Health System. Santiago graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine with a Master of Science in Forensic Medicine and from Skidmore College with an undergraduate degree in social work, and government.


Lesleigh Campanale
Director Corporate Strategy, IEEE

Lesleigh Campanale is the Director of Corporate Strategy of IEEE, the world's largest professional association dedicated to advancing technological innovation and excellence for the benefit of humanity. 

In this role, Campanale manages strategic research, competitive intelligence, and environmental scanning to address the organization’s strategic information needs. She collaborates with committees responsible for developing and overseeing the strategic planning and alignment of the organization. Additionally, she supports foresight and future work to help drive the future direction of IEEE.

Campanale started her career in 2009 as a project coordinator at The Center for Alcohol and Drug Resources. From there, she eventually became an instructor of sociology and anthropology at Ocean County College, her most recent position before joining IEEE. Campanale graduated from William Paterson University of New Jersey with a Master's in Sociology and from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania with an undergraduate degree in sociology.


April Calnin
Senior Director of Development, CARE

April Calnin is the Senior Director of Development of CARE. She first joined the team in 2015 as a program officer of strategic partnerships. CARE is a leading humanitarian global organization. Calnin leads the proposal development processes for large, competitive grant opportunities and supports partnerships with international donors, including those in Europe and the Arab States of the Persian Gulf.

At CARE, Calnin successfully secured reinvestments from the largest US-based foundations, totaling over $10 million. She brought in a new corporate donor to CARE and successfully increased year-on-year funding. She manages a portfolio of CARE's long-standing professional foundation partners, overseeing more than $20 million in active grant funds. Calnin coordinates internal team relationships with CARE's global humanitarian and advocacy efforts, both domestically and internationally. Her collaboration extends across program teams and country office staff in all sectors, where CARE operates, including education, sexual and reproductive health and rights, water, food and nutrition security, environment and climate change, humanitarian and emergency response, advocacy, and impact investing.

With 17 years of experience in local, national, and international organizations, Calnin brings creativity, skill, and passion to her work, with a focus on collaborating to design and implement innovative solutions. She thrives on collaboration with colleagues, enjoys mentoring new staff, and is a lifelong learner who values opportunities to engage closely with the work. Previously, Calnin was a grant strategist and writer at Research Associates. Before that, she was a communications specialist at the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. She earned an undergraduate degree in international studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.


Alicia Wallace, MPH
Director, Office of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, AARP 

Alicia R. Wallace is a results-driven social impact marketing professional, authentic and engaging motivational speaker, and valued strategic thought partner. She has extensive expertise in helping iconic brands grasp and hold the attention of emerging audiences. She does this by helping clients grow awareness and relevancy with Millennial, Gen Z, and Alpha markets, understanding the needs of the next generation of consumers and advocates, and using consumer insights to create impactful social marketing campaigns that work.

Alicia is the Director of Age-Inclusive Marketing for AARP where she leads their efforts to change the way the world views aging and beauty. Alicia combines her background in marketing and public health to lead a cross-functional team of content curators, policy advocates, and communications strategists in an effort to shift the way the nation views aging. Her contributions were critical to the success of a global campaign called #DisruptAging that influenced the way top brands portrayed aging, and ushered in a wave of age-positive media around the world. Her work has been featured in Allure magazine and earned an honorable mention at the 2023 Shorty Awards. Fueled by causes close to her heart, Alicia uses the same skill and energy to contribute to a bevy of social causes including Black Maternal Health and the preservation and advancement of our nation’s Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

Alicia is also a bestselling co-author of the book “Significant Women: Leaders Reveal What Matters Most” where she shares the personal lessons she’s learned throughout her journey as a young professional in a chapter aptly titled Lessons from an Overachiever. She has presented at Create & Cultivate, Broccoli Con, General Assembly, Refinery29, and Howard University. Her work has earned her a commendation by the State of Maryland, and a Jackie Robinson Foundation “42 Under 40” Distinguished Alumni Award, in addition to mentions in outlets including Girlboss, The New York Times, Essence.com, and Gender Avenger. Alicia earned a BBA in Marketing from the Howard University School of Business and a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Maryland School of Public Health. 


Sanja Bebic
Director, Humanitarian Response Training Unit, International Medical Corps

Sanja Bebic is the Director of the Humanitarian Response Training Unit of the International Medical Corps. She first joined the team in 2017 as a senior training officer. International Medical Corps is a global, humanitarian, nonprofit organization dedicated to saving lives and relieving suffering through healthcare training and relief and development programs. 

Bebic is a collaborative leader and trainer with over 20 years of experience managing, designing, and delivering international programs to support cross-cultural adjustment and successful integration of refugees, immigrants, and other migrants. Previously, she was a senior consultant in immigrant and refugee integration at the Center for Applied Linguistics. 

Bebic earned a Master of Arts in Sociology, International Training, and Education from American University and an undergraduate degree in English and American studies from Smith College.


Chelsea Walker
Director of Programs, Untold

Chelsea Walker, LCSW, is a clinical social worker, certified clinical supervisor, and licensed therapist specializing in complex trauma, vicarious trauma, and traumatic stress. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina and dual Bachelor's degrees from the University of Georgia.

With experience across residential treatment, community mental health, emergency care, and private practice, she excels in managing high-acuity mental health cases. Chelsea's clinical expertise spans a wide range of diagnoses and symptomologies, including suicidal ideation, psychosis, bipolar disorder, PTSD, anxiety, and depression.

Chelsea currently serves as Director of Programs at Untold, where she collaborates with the East African programs team to implement long-term strategies and program innovations that support the healing and flourishing of men and women living with HIV. In this role, Chelsea supports the training and up-skilling of Untold’s lay counselors, leads cross-functions and transcultural teams, and ensures the effectiveness of Untold’s task-shifted model for medical and mental health interventions.

Before joining Untold, Chelsea made significant contributions at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, where she developed and evaluated community-based behavioral health programs for children and families. She also served as a School-Based Therapist at CHRIS 180 Counseling Center, where she honed her skills in providing therapeutic support to young people and their families. However, by far Chelsea's most important and significant accomplishments are her two beautiful daughters, whom she raises in Atlanta alongside her husband, Andrew.


Alexandra Klomparens
Director, Enterprise Distinguished Events & Young Professionals, American Cancer Society

Alexandra Klomparens is the Director of Enterprise Distinguished Events and Young Professionals for the American Cancer Society. She is currently based in the Grand Rapids area and has over 16 years of experience in professional fund development, as well as staff and volunteer management.

In her role, Klomparens serves as a senior event support manager in centralized support at the American Cancer Society. She began her career with the American Cancer Society in 2006 in San Diego, California, and has also worked with the organization in Salt Lake City, Utah, before settling in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan, and is a recent graduate of the Master of Public Administration program at Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids. In addition to her professional career and educational pursuits, Klomparens remains actively involved as a volunteer with other nonprofit organizations in the community.


Charity Drabik
Field Director, Sales & Director, STEM Center, Boy Scouts of America

Charity Drabik is the Field Director of Sales and the Director of the STEM Center of Boy Scouts of America, a Texas-based nonprofit scouting organization that provides programs in areas, such as citizenship and character development for youth participants. As a supportive team leader, Drabik possesses a strong ability to take charge of projects, train and empower others, and motivate those around her to do their best work. She believes that a leader’s primary duty is to cultivate, professionally develop, and grow confidence in her team. With her expertise, coaching skills, and leadership ability, she consistently drives her team to success.

Drabik has over a decade of leadership experience. She is a strategic, driven, and focused professional with a seasoned entrepreneurial background and a proven history of driving significant and sustainable growth. She excels at aligning teams around common goals and has successfully implemented cohesive sales, marketing, and fundraising strategies to ensure the organization’s continued growth and expansion. Additionally, Drabik has led a suite of projects and strategic initiatives to enhance organizational agility and performance, while carefully shaping the processes and policies that sustain an efficient, productive, and highly competitive organization.

Drabik graduated from Amberton University with an MBA in Strategic Leadership and an undergraduate degree in human relations and business.


Lisa Signorelli
Director Principal Gifts, Catholic Relief Services

Lisa Signorelli is the Director of Principal Gifts of Catholic Relief Services, the official international humanitarian agency of the Catholic community in the United States. The goal of the agency is to alleviate suffering and provide assistance to people in need in more than 100 countries, without regard to race, belief or nationality. In this role, Signorelli is responsible for developing and implementing fundraising goals for Catholic Relief Services' highest net-worth donors. She is a member of the Leadership Giving Management Team and supports the agency's executive leadership team in their fundraising responsibilities.

Signorelli is a seasoned development professional with extensive experience in fast-paced nonprofit organizations and institutions of higher education. As a strategic, creative, and collaborative leader, she is focused on achieving results and has experience in all aspects of fundraising at international, national, regional, and local levels.

Before joining Catholic Relief Services, Signorelli was a vice president for individual giving at the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Before that, she was a senior associate at Hannah Street Consulting. Earlier in her career, she worked with the University of Rhode Island as an assistant director for major gifts and annual funds. Signorelli graduated from the University of Rhode Island with an undergraduate degree in history and political science.


Colleen Reaney
Director, Programs & Leadership, Pat Tillman Foundation

Colleen Reaney is a practitioner-scholar, born and raised in the Chicagoland area, and has a wealth of knowledge in higher education, corporate training and development, and student and alumni engagement. 

Reaney has over 20 years of higher education experience and currently works at the Pat Tillman Foundation as the Director of Programs and Leadership and was the founding 

director of the Tillman Leadership Institute. The mission of the Pat Tillman Foundation is to unite and empower remarkable military service members, veterans, and spouses as the next generation of public and private sector leaders committed to service beyond self. 

Reaney received her PhD in Higher Education from Loyola University Chicago, where she developed a new model of external engagement for higher education institutions to define their external partnership called The Reaney Model of External Engagement, (RMEE). Reaney received her MA in Communications and Training and Development from Governors State University and her BA in Speech Communications from Eastern Illinois University.


Kirsten Anderson
Senior Director of Marketing Operations, Mercy Corps

Kirsten Anderson is the Senior Director of Marketing Operations of Mercy Corps, a global non-governmental, humanitarian aid organization operating in transitional contexts that have undergone, or have been undergoing, various forms of economic, environmental, social, and political instabilities.

As a process-oriented project management and operations leader, Anderson is responsible for optimizing marketing functions by improving project workflows and identifying efficiencies. In this role, she supports all marketing workstreams, including direct marketing, brand and content strategy, and creative initiatives. Additionally, she plays a key role in supporting global marketing needs, including brand development.

Anderson has been managing projects for nonprofits internationally for over 15 years. In South India, she partnered with a local nonprofit to design and implement a phonics-based reading program for government schools. Continuing her work in the education sector, she managed and researched girls’ post-secondary education in Asia, which culminated in a paper presented at the Clinton Global Initiative Annual Meeting. Most recently, she managed a global organization’s brand strategy and visual identity refresh for a humanitarian and development agency. She excels in leading collaborative projects in cross-cultural settings. Anderson graduated from the University of Birmingham with an MA and from Grinnell College with an undergraduate degree in anthropology.


Dori Dinsmore
Global Director of Major Gifts, Rotary International

Dori Dinsmore is the Global Director of Major Gifts of Rotary International. She first joined the team in 2015 as manager of major gifts in the US and Canada. Rotary is a global network of 1.4 million neighbors, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change.

Dinsmore is a nonprofit professional with over 20 years of domestic and global expertise in building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams, strategy development, and relationship management, with a focus on supporting populations disconnected from opportunity. Dinsmore has designed and implemented an innovative social impact partnership model that includes grantmaking, business processes, strategic drivers, negotiation models, securing agreements, compliance, and evaluation metrics, all in support of the organization’s goals. Her direct experience spans immigrant and refugee issues, human rights, international development, community empowerment, and workforce development.

Previously, Dinsmore was a director of business development at Year Up-Metro North Region. Before that, she was a manager of strategic partnerships at The Rotary Foundation at Rotary International. Earlier in her career, she worked with the Peace Corps as a program assistant for the partnership program. Dinsmore earned a Master's in Public Policy from Humphrey School of Public Affairs and an undergraduate degree in political science and political economy from Washington University in St. Louis.


Dr. Erin Cadwalader
Director of Strategic Leadership & Policy, Entomological Society of America 

As the Director of Strategic Leadership and Policy, Dr. Erin Cadwalader leads the Entomological Society of America's science policy and advocacy efforts, including the Grand Challenges Agenda for Entomology, as well as overseeing leadership development programs like the Professional Advancement Career Training (PACT) program and elections. She is a key liaison between ESA and many allied groups and leads the Vector-Borne Disease Network, a coalition that advocates for support for vector research, surveillance, and management.

Before joining the ESA staff, Cadwalader worked with the society for several years as the leading voice for ESA on Capitol Hill as an external consultant and lobbyist. While her background is in biomedical research, she transitioned from the bench to the science policy community in DC more than a decade ago and has worked on a wide range of advocacy issues related to scientific research and workforce development, higher education, and social justice for organizations, such as Research! America, the Association for Women in Science, and Lewis-Burke Associates, LLC. She is passionate about the importance of evidence-based policymaking and ensuring science and research are part of the conversation.

Cadwalader earned her Bachelor's degrees in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her PhD in Neurobiology and Anatomy from the University of Utah. After slowly drifting westward, she now calls Maryland home.


Amrutha Renganathan
Area Director of Donor Relations, Compassion International

Amrutha Renganathan is the Area Director of Donor Relations of Compassion International, a Christian child development ministry aimed at releasing children from spiritual, economic, social, and physical poverty in Jesus’ name. 

Renganathan’s expertise includes public speaking, management, and fundraising. She also has a strong background in major gift development, industry knowledge, and interpersonal skills Before joining Compassion International, Renganathan was a development manager for individual giving at Year Up. Before that, she was a development manager at She Is Safe (SIS). Earlier in her career, she worked with Regal as a crown club sales associate.

Renganathan graduated from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with an undergraduate degree in management and from UGA Mary Frances Early College of Education with an undergraduate degree in sports management.


Lorilee Levy
Director, Business Networks, YPO

As a seasoned business operations leader with over 10 years of experience, Lorilee Levy is known for her ability to take on complex problems and simplify them to drive brand growth and achieve operational excellence. An Integrator with a unique talent for identifying opportunities, she masterfully blends organizational threads to cultivate success.

Levy is currently the Director of Business Networks at YPO, the world's largest global leadership community of CEOs, where she plays an integral role in their mission to bring together members and inspire them to become better leaders and better people. YPO is the global leadership community of more than 34,000 members in 150 countries who are driven by the belief that the world needs better leaders. Each of their members has achieved significant leadership success at a young age. 

Levy started her career in 2011 as a vice president of operations at Blaze Communications. From there, she eventually rose to director of operations at Pilates Method Alliance, her most recent position before joining YPO. Levy graduated from Florida International University with an undergraduate degree in psychology.


Suzanne Scott
Texas State Director, Ohio Division of Forestry

Suzanne Scott is the Texas State Director of the Ohio Division of Forestry, a global environmental nonprofit working to create a world where people and nature can thrive. Scott establishes conservation strategy and public policy leadership to protect the state’s cherished landscapes and support ecology, economy, public health, and equity. Working closely with a talented and diverse staff, she oversees the execution of landscape-scale conservation efforts, freshwater protection initiatives, and critical marine protection measures in the Gulf of Mexico, as well as the development of sound science and policy solutions to address climate change.

Before joining TNC in November 2020, Scott spent more than two decades with the San Antonio River Authority and was appointed its general manager in 2007. There, she steadfastly elevated the agency’s crucial role and impact and implemented more than $600 million in highly visible projects, including work on the Museum Reach and Mission Reach of the San Antonio River Improvements Project and San Pedro Creek Culture Park. A regional leader on water, Scott chaired the South Central Texas Regional Water Planning Group and the Guadalupe and San Antonio Rivers Bay and Basin Area Stakeholder Group. Most recently, she was chosen to lead the Interregional Planning Council, created by the Texas Water Development Board.

Scott obtained her undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University and a Master of Science in Urban Administration from Trinity University. A true San Antonian at heart, she was raised near the San Antonio River, and in her spare time, she can be found exploring rivers and national parks, reading about American history, and spending time with her husband and daughter.


Mauricia Baca
State Director, Nevada Chapter, The Nature Conservancy

Mauricia Baca is the State Director for the Nevada Chapter of The Nature Conservancy (TNC), a global environmental nonprofit working to create a world where people and nature can thrive. Baca has over 30 years of experience working across a wide range of environmental issues. Before returning to TNC, she spent almost 11 years as the executive director of Get Outdoors Nevada (formerly Outside Las Vegas Foundation). She served as a trial attorney for the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) from 2000 through 2004 in the Wildlife and Marine Resources Section of the Environment and Natural Resources Division. She left the DOJ to work with The Nature Conservancy in their Nevada Chapter (from 2005 to 2010), beginning as the Manager for the Truckee River Project and then leading the southern Nevada office in Las Vegas.

Baca’s nonprofit and community outreach experience includes working in New York City as the city-wide community organizer for the New York Public Interest Research Group’s Straphanger’s Campaign, a mass transit advocacy organization. Baca serves on the board of the UNLV College of Sciences and as a member of the State of Nevada's Advisory Board on Outdoor Recreation. Prior board service includes serving as chair of the Tule Springs Fossil Beds National Monument Advisory Council, as a member of the Transportation Resource Advisory Committee for the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada, the Transportation Task Force for Southern Nevada Strong, vice-chair for the Las Vegas Healthy Communities Coalition Natural & Built Environment Committee, and the Bureau of Land Management's Mojave-southern Great Basin Resource Advisory Committee. 

In 2017, Baca was honored to receive the Carolyn M. Sparks Founders Award from the Nevada Chapter of the International Women's Forum of, which she is now a member. That same year, she was selected as a member of the 2017 cohort of the Jameson Fellowship. In 2016, she was honored as Citizen Planner 2016 by the American Planning Association, Nevada Chapter. Baca is also an alumnus of the Vegas Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program, Class of 2013. She serves as a Steering Committee member for Compassionate Las Vegas and is a founding member of the Nevada Chapter of the Association of Women in Science. Baca graduated from City University of New York School of Law with a JD and from Vassar College with an undergraduate degree in environmental studies.


Kelly Rodgers
Loyalty Director, Catalog Engagement, AARP

Kelly Rodgers is the Loyalty Director of Catalog Engagement for AARP. She first joined the team in 2015 as a senior digital marketer. AARP is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, social mission organization with a membership of nearly 38 million. 

Rodgers is an accomplished direct-response marketing professional who specializes in online acquisition and retention marketing. Her expertise spans various areas, including display advertising, paid search, affiliate marketing, email marketing, direct partner management, and ad networks. Her specialties include strategic digital program management, affiliate marketing, email marketing, direct partner management, display advertising, and landing page optimization.

Previously, Rodgers was a VP of marketing at Orion of Virginia, LLC. Before that, she was the head of marketing at Storyblocks. Earlier in her career, she worked with Ancestry.com as an affiliate program manager. Rodgers earned an MBA in Business, Management, and Marketing and an undergraduate degree in marketing from Westminster University. She has served as a member of the Commission Junction Advisory Board and was a panel speaker at Commission Junction University.


Gladys Tetteh
Senior Technical Director, Malaria, JHPIEGO

Gladys Tetteh is the Senior Technical Director of Malaria of JHPIEGO, a nonprofit global leader in the creation and delivery of transformative healthcare solutions for the developing world. 

Tetteh is a medical doctor with over 25 years of experience implementing large, complex, donor-funded health programs in multiple countries in Africa. She has a strong professional reputation and a solid background in infectious disease epidemiology, including work for the US government. Tetteh has outstanding interpersonal, communication, cross-cultural, collaboration, and negotiation skills and can interact easily, proactively, and productively with government officials, NGOs, private sector groups, communities, USG agencies, global initiatives, and numerous donors. She speaks and writes excellent English and has minimal working knowledge of French.

Before joining JHPIEGO, Tetteh was a senior principal technical advisor for Management Science and Health. Before that, she was a medical epidemiologist at the Center for Global Health at the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Earlier in her career, she worked with the Department of Internal Medicine as a clinical officer. Tetteh graduated from the University of Albany with an MPH in Public Health and graduated from the University of Ghana with an MD.


Jennifer Leonardo
Director Children's Safety Network, Education Development Center

Jennifer Leonardo is the Director of the Children's Safety Network at the Education Development Center (EDC), a global nonprofit that advances lasting solutions to improve education, promote health, and expand economic opportunity. 

Leonardo is a public health social work professional with technical knowledge in management and leadership, program development, quality improvement, and program evaluation. She brings experience in health systems strengthening, child safety, community and mental health, and diversity and cross-cultural issues. She has domestic and international experience, including work in Latin America and Africa. Before joining the Education Development Center, Leonardo was a public health social work researcher and consultant. Before that, she was a senior program officer at Management Sciences for Health. Earlier in her career, she worked with Massachusetts General Hospital Community Health Associate as a marketing coordinator.

Leonardo graduated from Boston College with a PhD in Social Work and a Master of Social Work and from Harvard University with an undergraduate degree in biology.


Rachel Isely
Humanitarian Programs Director, Concern Worldwide

As Humanitarian Programs Director for Concern Worldwide US, Rachel Isely leads Concern’s Humanitarian Training Unit, which has provided capacity-building and system-strengthening training to more than 100,000 humanitarians working in nearly every type of humanitarian context. In Isely’s tenure, the unit has doubled in size and now comprises four unique training and research programs, including the Building a Better Response Project (BBR), the National NGO Program on Humanitarian Leadership, joint initiatives of Concern, International Medical Corps, and the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative, which aim to strengthen leadership capacity and NGO involvement in the international humanitarian coordination system during complex emergencies.

During her time at Concern, Isely has worked in more than 10 countries in various capacities, from delivering trainings in Djibouti, Kenya, Nepal, Thailand, and the Philippines to supporting a diverse portfolio of more than $15 million of Concern’s programs funded by USAID’s Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance in Somalia, the Central African Republic, Sudan, South Sudan, and Bangladesh. Isely started her career in 2009 as an assistant researcher at the Committee for the Right to Housing (CRH Mumbai). From there, she went on to Village Health Project, before eventually rising to communications instructor at YTelecom Ltd., her most recent position before joining Concern Worldwide. 

Isely holds a Master’s degree in International Development Studies from SOAS, University of London, where she focused on labor economics and workers’ rights in South Asia. A former resident of London and Mumbai, she now resides in her homeland, the Great Badger State of Wisconsin.


Meetu Kapur
Director Nutrition, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation

Meetu Kapur is the Director Nutrition of Director Nutrition. She joined the team in 2024. The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is the second-largest charitable foundation in the world, holding $69 billion in assets as of 2020. Kapur leads the Nutrition portfolio within the Global Growth and Opportunity Division. Her team works to leverage the full potential of large-scale food fortification to address vitamin and mineral deficiencies. 

Before joining the foundation in 2024, Kapur worked with the Confederation of Indian Industry, where she established the Food and Agriculture Center of Excellence focused on strengthening India’s agriculture and food processing sector through innovation, evidence-based policy formulation, and capacity building. Kapur brings more than 25 years of experience across the development and private sector with expertise in providing support to governments and leveraging public policy, public-private partnerships, and market-based interventions toward sustainable food systems and public health impact. 

Kapur has served as a member of India’s Food Safety and Standards Authority. She holds an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.


Sarah Loghin
Director- Nonprofit Advisory Services, FORVIS Mazars US

Sarah Loghin is the Director of nonprofit Advisory Services of FORVIS Mazars US, an independent member of Forvis Mazars Global, a leading global professional services network. 

Loghin is an organization financial executive with nearly 16 years of leadership experience, specifically within higher education and religious organizations. She is licensed as a CPA in the State of Texas and holds the Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Management Accountant designation. Loghin has led the transition of policies, procedures, and control structures to align with intentional shifts in organizational culture. Additionally, she has driven strategic initiatives related to budgeting and data-driven decision-making, developed the financial analysis tools currently in use by the organization, and led the implementation of analytical tools to benefit all sectors of the organization.

Loghin started her career in 2001 as a staff auditor at Blazek & Vetterling, LLP. From there, she went on to the Diocese of Austin, before eventually landing the role of director of nonprofit advisory services at Forvis, her most recent role before joining FORVIS. Loghin graduated from Schreiner University with an undergraduate degree in accounting.


Jana French
Community Partnerships Director, Crisis Text Line

Jana French is the Community Partnerships Director of Current Company. She first joined the team in 2019 as a business development associate. Crisis Text Line is a nonprofit organization that provides free, 24/7, high-quality text-based mental health support and crisis intervention in English and Spanish. 

In this role, French leads a team of three in building and managing strategic partnerships with community organizations, including nonprofits, governments, and educational institutions. These partnerships are essential for expanding the reach of mental health and crisis services, recruiting new volunteers, and generating revenue for the organization. With over seven years of experience in nonprofit partnerships, French is passionate about creating social impact and improving mental health outcomes. She leverages her skills in attention to detail, writing, and social media marketing to effectively communicate with partners, identify their needs and goals, and provide them with data-driven insights and resources. Additionally, she manages the organization's work with 988, the national suicide prevention hotline, ensuring compliance and coordination with federal and state agencies.

Previously, French was a business development, marketing, and outreach manager at Phoenix House. Before that, she was an associate editor of social media at SELF Magazine. Earlier in her career, she worked with The Red & Black Publishing Co. as a news writer. French earned an MBA from Zicklin School of Business and an undergraduate degree in mass media arts and consumer journalism from The University of Georgia.
