In an article she penned for Tapestry’s fifth anniversary, she wrote, “[o]ur people are our greatest competitive advantage. Over the last few years, we have redefined our company values and doubled down on our efforts to build a culture of belonging. We know that difference sparks brilliance — and our leaders and colleagues create an environment where our people feel empowered, fueling innovation and creativity.”

In October 2017, leaders from Coach, Kate Spade New York, and Stuart Weitzman officially announced the creation of Tapestry Inc. Crevoiserat was appointed CEO in October 2020, having served as Interim Chief Executive Officer since July 2020. In her role, she leads the Executive Committee and Tapestry’s overall strategic direction, including the company’s Acceleration Program.

Her modus operandi for business is to drive sales and profit growth by transforming the organization to be consumer-centric, digital, data-driven, leaner, and more responsive. She also serves on the Board of Directors.

Prior to taking the helm at Tapestry, Crevoiserat served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from February 2017 to June 2019 at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. — she also held a variety of other executive roles during her tenure with the company. Before Abercrombie & Fitch, Crevoiserat served in a number of senior management and finance roles at Kohl's Inc., Wal-Mart Stores, and May Department Stores, including Chief Financial Officer of the Filene’s, Foley’s, and Famous-Barr brands. She was also a board member for At Home Group Inc., a home décor superstore, until the company was sold in July 2021.

Crevoiserat graduated from the University of Connecticut, where she received a Bachelor of Science in finance.
