With over 25 years of experience in consulting and the banking industry, Rosberg boasts an impressive track record of service to leading investment and universal banks globally. Her journey with Oliver Wyman began in 2004, and she has since played a crucial role in shaping the firm's success.

Rosberg's most recent role as Head of the Americas Corporate and Institutional Banking practice saw significant growth under her guidance. Prior to her tenure at Oliver Wyman, she held positions in wholesale banking at Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch, showcasing her deep-rooted expertise in the financial services sector.

In addition to her professional achievements, Rosberg was recognized as Working Mother of the Year in 2018, reflecting her commitment to both her career and family.
