Women We Admire is pleased to announce The Top 25 Women Chief Digital Officers of 2024. These leaders are instrumental in leading digital transformation initiatives within their respective organizations. Their experience and expertise foster innovation and drive disruptive strategies. They develop personalized and seamless digital experiences that resonate with their customers, improve engagement, and build brand loyalty.

Among this year’s awardees is Denise Basow, EVP and Chief Digital Officer at Ochsner Health, who leads the development and expansion of digital initiatives including virtual care, remote patient monitoring, and chronic disease management. She aims to improve accessibility and convenience in primary and specialty care services.

Amanda Effron, Chief Digital Officer of IKEA US, drives sustainable omnichannel growth and productivity through modernization and technology. She shapes, creates, and executes IKEA US' digital strategy, leading a team of around 17,000 co-workers in digitizing the organization’s omnichannel presence.

Also awarded is Helen Lin, Chief Digital Officer of Publicis Groupe, who is recognized for her innovation, programmatic strategies, collaboration, and advocacy for diversity and inclusion. She represents Publicis Groupe in initiatives to enhance standards and ensure brand safety on major consumer platforms.

1. Jen Felch
Chief Digital Officer & CIO, Dell Digital

As Chief Digital Officer and CIO, Jen Felch drives the strategy, direction, and delivery for Dell Digital (Dell’s IT organization) while leading the transformation and adoption of digital technologies across Dell. Her position combines the traditional roles and responsibilities of a CIO, along with the emerging role of change agent for digital transformation. She leads the organization in the Dell Digital Way – a simplified and innovative approach to quickly introducing new products and capabilities that provide Dell with an unrivaled competitive edge.

Most recently, Jen was an SVP in the Office of the CIO, leading corporate supply chain, IT strategy, and business operations. Prior to that role, Jen dramatically improved the order experience for businesses throughout Dell and held several global business architecture, supply chain and factory operations roles. Before joining Dell, she held a variety of engineering and leadership roles at Boeing, Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC), and successful software startups.

Jen has undergraduate and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from MIT and is an alumnus of the Leaders for Global Operations Program at MIT, where she earned her MBA and an MS in computer science.


2. Amanda Effron
Chief Digital Officer, IKEA

As Chief Digital Officer of IKEA US, Amanda Effron is responsible for delivering long-term omnichannel growth and productivity through modernization and technology. Amanda guides nearly 17,000 co-workers in the digitization of the IKEA omnichannel footprint. She is responsible for defining, designing, and delivering IKEA US' digital strategy.

Amanda launched her IKEA journey by leading the Customer Domain Product team for the US and served as the VP of Digital Portfolio and Deployment. In those previous roles, Amanda and her teams developed and deployed customer-centric digital products to better meet the needs of US customers and cultivate the omnichannel business. Her trajectory before IKEA includes leading the digital practice and transformation at Pep Boys, overseeing digital touchpoints across the web and stores. With almost 20 years of experience delivering multi-faceted digital growth strategies and customer solutions for major companies like David’s Bridal and Boathouse Sports, Amanda's passion for modernization and digitization cannot be understated.

Effron graduated from Temple University, Philadelphia with an MAEd in sports and recreation administration and from Temple University with an undergraduate degree in legal studies & business and human resources management.


3. Tricia Blair
Chief Digital Officer, Aon

Tricia Blair is the Chief Digital Officer of Aon. She first joined the company in 2017. Blair has more than 25 years of marketing, technology, and digital experience. She has focused on strategic business growth, multi-channel marketing, integration of large-scale business and technology platforms, and high-value business transformations. She is recognized as a key catalyst in fulfilling corporate mission and furthering business objectives for industry-leading corporations.

Prior to joining Aon, Blair was a chief digital officer at Lincoln Financial Group. Her previous experience includes leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, MasterCard International, Allianz Group, and Macy's. A veteran of the dot-com space, Blair has provided consulting services to companies, including Priceline, TJX Companies, Sears, Motorola, Gillette, and Starbucks.

Blair is a graduate of San Francisco State University and has a degree in design from the Art Institute of Philadelphia. She also teaches website development at various local community colleges and is an active volunteer with the New Jersey Adult Literacy Program and United Way of Bucks County.


4. Laura Wilt
SVP & Chief Digital Officer, Sutter Health

Laura Wilt is an SVP and Chief Digital Officer with Sutter Health. She leads the alignment of innovation, digital tools, technology, and analytics across Sutter Health. Wilt oversees all aspects of Sutter’s unified digital strategy, including teams in information services, technology, design and innovation, digital patient experience, and data analytics.

Wilt previously served as a chief information officer at Ochsner Health, where she worked with innovation teams across the organization to develop and support new care delivery solutions, and digital tools, and build patient management capabilities. Before working at Ochsner Health, she led a boutique healthcare IT consulting firm and prior to that, she was part of the implementation services team at Epic.

Before joining Ochsner, Wilt was president of Intellistar Consulting for nearly three years. She also worked with Epic Systems’ implementation services team. Wilt earned her bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Tulane University. She is a Certified Healthcare CIO and a member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME).


5. Angelica Munson
Global Chief Digital Officer, Shiseido

Angelica Munson is a visionary and strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, strategy, and operations. She is the Global Chief Digital Officer at Shiseido, one of the world's largest beauty and cosmetics companies, where she drives growth and innovation for the global enterprise and its diverse portfolio of brands. For more than 150 years their history and tradition have been built on distinctive innovations in each era. Today, they are taking on new challenges and making a concerted effort across the entire Group to pursue innovations that break the status quo and meet the diverse beauty values and needs of people around the world. 

Munson first got her start in 2000 as a senior manager of web development BMG MUSIC at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA. From there, she went on to Bertelsmann - BMG Columbia House, before eventually rising to become a senior vice president of digital marketing and e-commerce at Theory, her most recent position before joining Shiseido. Munson graduated from The New School with an MA in communications and interactive media and from Hunter College with an undergraduate degree in communications and film.


6. Donna Huey
Chief Digital Officer & SVP, AtkinsRéalis

Donna Huey is a Chief Digital Officer and SVP with AtkinsRéalis. Atkins is one of the world’s most respected design, engineering, and project management consultancies, employing over 18,300 people across the UK, North America, the Middle East and Africa, Asia Pacific, and Europe. They build long-term trusted partnerships to create a world where lives are enriched through the implementation of their ideas. 

Huey has a long-standing and proactive position in the industry with respect to digitally enabled problem-solving and client satisfaction. She has been with the company for 29 years. She most recently served as senior vice president and director of client technology for Atkins North America and president of Atkins’ subsidiary Data Transfer Solutions, LLC. Previously, Huey was a scientist at the Breedlove Dennis Association. 


7. Denise Basow
EVP & Chief Digital Officer, Ochsner Health

As Executive Vice President and Ochsner Health’s first Chief Digital Officer, Denise Basow, MD is responsible for growing the organization’s expanding suite of digital programs, including those associated with innovation Ochsner, virtual care, remote patient monitoring, and chronic disease management, while also increasing access and convenience in primary and specialty care.

Additionally, Dr. Basow leads Ochsner’s teams that focus on investing further in new digital health ventures, as well as other opportunities to further the organization’s vision to transform healthcare through technology.

Dr. Basow joined Ochsner in 2022 following a 25-year career with global information, software, and professional services leader Wolters Kluwer and healthcare start-up UpToDate, where she leveraged innovation and technology to improve the quality of care by bringing evidence-based decision support into clinical workflows. Dr. Basow oversaw the tremendous growth of UpToDate as a general manager of the business, before forming a new business within Wolters Kluwer in 2015 called Clinical Effectiveness, where she served as president and CEO. Becker’s Hospital Review named Dr. Basow to the list of Women in Health IT to Watch in 2022.

Dr. Basow received an undergraduate degree in chemistry, summa cum laude, from Duke University, and her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine. She completed her residency at Johns Hopkins University and practiced internal medicine.


8. Sushmita Biswas
Chief Digital Officer, USAA

Sushmita Biswas is the Chief Digital Officer of USAA, LifeCo. As a Financial Services executive with over 20 years of experience in digital strategy and transformation, product & operations management, and data analytics, Sushmita has driven growth, efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences in multiple countries spanning the US, UK, and Asia.

Biswas first got her start in 2002 as a relationship manager at Standard Chartered Bank. From there, she eventually rose to a head of property claims digital, strategy & vendor management, and global retail markets at Liberty Mutual Insurance, her most recent position prior to joining USAA. Biswas graduated from MIT Sloan School of Management with an MBA in strategy and finance and from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore with a PGDM in marketing and general management.


9. Leah Cooper
Chief Digital Officer, Sedgwick

Leah Cooper is the Chief Digital Officer of Sedgwick. She first joined the company in 2015 as a vice president of IT applications. Sedgwick is a leading global provider of technology-enabled risk, benefits, and integrated business solutions. Cooper is widely recognized as a leading expert in the field of claims technology and for her fluency in outlining and explaining tech-forward solutions. 

Cooper most recently served as Sedgwick’s managing director of global consumer technology. Prior to this, she held positions as vice president, and later, senior vice president of IT applications, overseeing design and development of Sedgwick’s client-facing technology. Cooper joined the company through Absentys, a software development and service provider helping employers comply with federal and state leave and accommodation regulations, which she co-founded and was acquired by Sedgwick in 2014. Cooper earned an undergraduate degree in economics and theater from Vanderbilt University.


10. Sharon Ruddock
Chief Digital Officer & SVP of Customer Success Learning, SAP

Sharon Ruddock is a Chief Digital Officer and SVP of SAP Customer Success Learning. She provides customers with one seamless experience across all digital channels. Since July 2019 she has overseen digital customer strategy for SAP across sales, customer success, support, and marketing, and has enabled and exemplified the digital transformation of SAP. 

Ruddock has over 20 years of work experience in consulting and technology for companies ranging from Fortune 500s to start-ups. Previously, she was responsible for all learning in the Global Customer Operations organization within SAP and served as a chief operating officer of mobility. Ruddock graduated from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business with an MBA in business and commerce and from Cornell University with an undergraduate degree in civil engineering.


11. Susan Jones
Chief Digital Officer, Diageo

Susan Jones is the Chief Digital Officer of Diageo. Diageo is an England-based holding company that owns and operates 200 brands of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages worldwide. Jones leads teams including the media, digital, consumer data, precision marketing, digital commerce, and marketing effectiveness practices. She is especially proud of the team’s efforts to use data to give consumers better experiences, as well as to understand how to make Diageo’s marketing efforts as efficient and effective as possible.

Before joining Diageo, Jones was a media supervisor at WestWayne. She graduated from Syracuse University with an undergraduate degree in broadcast journalism.


12. Carolina Chandler
Chief Digital Officer, Globant

As Chief Digital Officer, Carolina Chandler leads Globant’s internal digital transformation. She is also in charge of establishing a cross-company data strategy and overseeing the adoption, development, and implementation of digital technologies across the organization ranging from the company’s homegrown applications to industry standards such as Salesforce, SAP, Success Factors, and more.

During her 15 years within Globant, she has occupied different roles such as global marketing director where she focused on crafting and executing a cohesive and data-driven marketing strategy that effectively supported our sales team. This included the development of some of our key initiatives such as Converge, the Tech N Fest, and more.

Prior to her role in marketing, Carolina built a career that started on the technical side as a software engineer and eventually technical lead, eventually evolving into a role as a client partner where she managed client relationships and served as a liaison between the clients and Globant’s technical teams to ensure client satisfaction. Her overall experience has allowed her to work with companies such as Google and Electronic Arts, on different branches of the software industry itself such as software for the retail industry, governmental applications, e-commerce platforms, and the entertainment industry.


13. Rebecca Wooters
Chief Digital Officer, Signet Jewelers

Rebecca Wooters became Signet’s Chief Digital Officer in April 2020. She has over 25 years of experience across digital strategy and transformation, customer experience, operations, market and product development. Before joining Signet, Wooters spent over 12 years with Citi, most recently as a chief customer experience officer and head of digital experience for Citi’s Card division since November 2013 and the Global Consumer Bank since April 2018, where she was responsible for customer experience and the evolution of digital servicing, digital channels, and the emerging space of voice, bot and digital messaging.

Prior to Citi, Wooters served in innovation, strategic and marketing roles of increasing responsibility at Experian Decision Analytics, from 2005 to 2008, and MBNA, from 1994 to 2009.


14. Carla Owens
Chief Digital Officer, Markel

Carla Owens is the Chief Digital Officer of Markel. Markel is a leading global specialty insurer with a truly people-first approach. Owens is a high-performing information technology, operations, and business transformational leader with nearly a decade of profit and loss leadership experience and a fifteen-year record of successfully developing and executing transformational IT, operations, data, and digital programs. A skilled strategist, collaborator, and technology interpreter for business partners, she successfully implements technology strategies that connect customer and business needs into solutions to drive profitable business results.

Before joining Markel, Owens was a chief operating officer at Berkley Small Business Solutions. Before that, she was a senior vice president of operations for a specialty group at QBE North America. Earlier in her career, she worked with Chubb as an executive protection underwriter. Owens graduated from Michigan State University with an undergraduate degree in economics.


15. Sherrill Kaplan
Chief Digital Officer, Planet Fitness

Sherrill Kaplan is the Chief Digital Officer of Planet Fitness. Kaplan joined the organization in 2021 leading the company's digital vision and strategy, including the continuous evolution of its mobile app, with a focus on consumer engagement, loyalty, and a differentiated omnichannel experience to accelerate growth and success. 

Prior to her current role, Kaplan served as a global marketing operations advisor for Advent International, a global private equity firm. Previously, she served as a head of marketing and sales for Zipcar, the world's leading car-sharing network, where she was a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for demand and revenue generation and all marketing functions. Before that, she served as the VP of digital marketing & innovation at Dunkin' Brands where she was responsible for developing and marketing Dunkin's digital platforms, including the DD Mobile app and the DD Perks loyalty program. Earlier in her career, Kaplan held several digital and marketing leadership roles at global brands including American Express and Citi, Inc. 

Kaplan serves as an independent member of the Fiesta Restaurant Group Board of Directors, as well as the Massachusetts Innovation & Technology Exchange (MITX). She holds an undergraduate degree from Boston University and an MBA from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business.


16. Helen Lin
Chief Digital Officer, Publicis Media

As Publicis Groupe’s Chief Digital Officer, Helen Lin has been a long-time catalyst of innovation, a pioneer in programmatic, collaborative business partner, and a fierce champion for diversity and inclusion. Helen is responsible for driving integrated digital solutions from across the organization while leading the holding company’s broader digital strategy, partnerships, investment, and negotiations – including representing Publicis Groupe in industry-leading initiatives to continually improve the standards and brand safety on the world’s largest consumer platforms.

Previously, Helen was a chief digital officer for Publicis Media, where she led digital investment, global partnerships, and innovation for the network globally and helped clients remain at the forefront of the rapidly evolving digital ecosystem. She also led the charge of offering in-house consulting services for Publicis Media clients – advising on their programmatic, search, and social capabilities by leveraging the expertise, scale, and proprietary tools created at Publicis.

As an established mentor and role model among her teams, Helen’s professional focus goes far beyond client and agency work. She is the founding Executive Sponsor of Publicis Media’s BRG Power of Women!, an active member of Asians in ADCOLOR and the newly formed ANA Asian American Agency Leadership, and a board member for Partnership with Children – a non-profit that helps over 10,000 New York City children overcome the stresses of growing up in poverty. Helen makes it her personal mission to create conversations around female leadership and diversity in the workplace, receiving recognition as an ADCOLOR Legend, Campaign US Female Frontier winner, MediaPost Digital All-Star, Adweek Media All-Star, and Cynopsis Top Women in Digital honoree. Originally a Los Angeles native, Helen earned her undergraduate degree at UCLA, then moved to New York in 2007 and earned her MBA at NYU Stern School of Business.


17. Sehr Thadhani
Chief Digital Officer, Nasdaq

Sehr Thadhani is a dynamic “intraprenuer,” strategic leader, and inspirational team builder with a passion for driving change by finding opportunities in the whitespace to guiding companies and leaders from big idea innovation to marketplace activation. Currently, she is a Chief Digital Officer at Nasdaq, where she develops and implements strategic initiatives for long-term success across consumer engagement, client experience, market expansion, and brand strategy. She has held senior executive and advisory roles at Google, NBC, Viacom, Silicon Foundry, and Edelman Digital and served as a trusted thought partner and advisor to executives at GE, Estee Lauder, Samsung, the Department of Education, and the White House during the Obama Administration.

Sehr holds an undergraduate degree in marketing and voice performance from Indiana University, an MS in global affairs from NYU, and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She’s a trained opera singer and the co-founder of a non-profit that helped more than 150 women with physical disabilities build financial freedom. A true “third culture kid,” she currently resides in Miami after a childhood growing up in five countries and years of globe-hopping.


18. Sandra Madigan
Chief Digital Officer, Black Knight

Sandra Madigan is the Chief Digital Officer of Black Knight. She first joined the company in 2013 as a vice president of operations management. Madigan is a financial services technology veteran, who is leading Black Knight’s efforts for digital transformation in mortgages. She conceptualized and supported the development of innovative digital capabilities that provide for a better customer experience through instant access to information; the ability to start the loan process anywhere, anytime; and the ability for borrowers to continue interacting with servicers digitally after the loan closes. 

Previously, Madigan was a vice president of strategy at Lender Processing Services, Inc. Before that, she was an AVP of finance at  Merrill Lynch. Earlier in her career, she worked with Merrill Lynch Credit Corporation as a senior financial analyst. Madigan earned an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Florida.


19. Lindy Rawlinson
Chief Digital Officer, The Container Store

Retail industry veteran Lindy Rawlinson joined The Container Store in 2021 with more than 20 years of experience in digital retail. In December 2023, she was promoted to Chief Digital Officer, expanding her oversight to encompass e-commerce and marketing. While at The Container Store, Lindy has built a dynamic team that continues to enhance the digital customer experience, drive sales and Custom Space leads, and solidify containerstore.com as the retailer's flagship store. As Chief Digital Officer, leading the e-commerce and marketing team has brought an enhanced focus to telling a more cohesive brand story of The Container Store’s differentiated offering of Custom Spaces, organizing solutions and in-home services across consumer touchpoints.  

For much of her career in retail, Lindy held a variety of managerial and senior leadership positions with The Neiman Marcus Group. She served as the company’s SVP of e-commerce and customer experience, where she led strategies for e-commerce growth, enhanced the customer experience, and developed the product management organization.   

Lindy is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and earned an MBA from Rice University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time in the mountains fly fishing.


20. Chantal Restivo-Alessi
Chief Digital Officer & CEO of International Foreign Language, HarperCollins Publishers

Chantal Restivo-Alessi is Chief Digital Officer and CEO of International Foreign Language for HarperCollins Publishers, leading the overall global digital strategy and foreign language publishing program for the company. She works with each division around the world to manage commercial relationships with new and existing digital partners, grow digital revenues, and oversee the company’s developing foreign language publishing program. Chantal is a board president and member of HarperCollins France, HarperCollins Italia, HarperCollins Ibérica, HarperCollins Poland, HarperCollins Japan, and HarperCollins Nordic. She is also a member of the company’s executive committee. She was appointed Chief Digital Officer in 2012 and expanded her role to CEO of International Foreign Language in 2015.

Since joining HarperCollins, Restivo-Alessi has pioneered the use of new digital sales channels, signing numerous deals with new distributors, such as subscription services Scribd and Storytel, and growing digital sales exponentially (175%). In addition, she led the launch of the company’s e-commerce platform on HC.com and has spearheaded efforts for the company’s other direct-to-consumer programs across the globe. As CEO of International Foreign Language, she has led the development of the company’s global publishing program.

Restivo-Alessi has extensive expertise in strategy development and execution, has held numerous senior strategy positions, and has more than 25 years of international media management experience. She joined HarperCollins from ING Bank in London, where she was head of Media Corporate Finance. In addition, she has worked at Aegis Group PLC in senior strategy and operational roles, EMI Music, and Booz & Company.

Restivo-Alessi is fluent in six languages, holds an MBA from Columbia University, a Masters in Foreign Trade and International Marketing from ICE Italian Institute, and a Laurea (MA) in International Political Sciences from the University of Rome.


21. Christina Callas
EVP & Chief Digital Officer, Total Wine and More

Christina Callas is a dynamic digital retail leader with a proven track record of driving rapid, profitable growth for iconic omnichannel retailers. She currently serves as an EVP and Chief Digital Officer for Total Wine and More. She drives growth and maximizes operating performance in particularly difficult business environments such as new business launches, mergers and acquisitions, and underperforming business units. Christina is a highly effective people manager and coach, able to build talent and propel the performance of large teams.

Most recently, Christina was a chief digital officer at the Children’s Place responsible for leading the company’s marketing and loyalty programs, CRM, Private Label Credit Card (PLCC), social media, and digital business. During her 6 years at HBC, she built the Department Store Group's online marketing and retail capabilities, driving a 50-fold increase in demand sales and growing an 8-member team to over 150 employees in 2 countries. She also spearheaded significant advancements in the company's digital technology infrastructure, user experience, and omnichannel strategies. Before HBC, Christina developed the digital business for Aeropostale and more recently was COO  and president of Lolly Wolly Doodle, an innovative start-up that manufactures and sells customized childrenswear. 

In addition to her retail career, she has ten years of experience managing multiple departments for Bank of America’s private wealth management group and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Christina is passionate about community service and has held board and volunteer positions supporting HIV Services, ESL Tutoring, Post-Incarceration Interview Prep, and Special Needs Child Care.


22. Ekta Chopra
Chief Digital Officer, e.l.f. Beauty

Ekta Chopra joined e.l.f. in January 2016 and brings over 20 years of technology experience from private equity and retail companies. She is the Chief Digital Officer for e.l.f. Beauty, and is responsible for digital transformation in her current role, including e-commerce, engineering, data ecosystem, enterprise applications, security, metaverse, AI/AR, and consumer technologies. She is actively involved with leading e.l.f. Beauty's digital efforts to grow our digital footprint across the globe. 

Chopra joined e.l.f. from the James Irvine Foundation, where she defined and led a highly successful technology strategy for an investment portfolio. There she focused on the technology roadmap for enterprise applications, cloud transformation, and building relationships with top Silicon Valley brands to start new partnerships. Before that, she served as a VP of technology for Charming Charlie, a specialty retailer that grew from 17 to 120 stores nationally. Chopra holds an undergraduate degree in technology and operations management and a minor in finance from California Polytechnic State University. She enjoys volunteering at non-profits by building their technical capacity and is a member of Silicon Valley CIO/CTO groups as a thought leader.


23. Prama Bhatt
Chief Digital Officer, Ulta Beauty

As Ulta Beauty’s Chief Digital Officer, Prama Bhatt and her team reinvent beauty engagement through innovative, reimagined digital and omnichannel experiences. Since joining the Fortune 500 retailer in 2014, her forward-thinking, visionary approach has fueled e-commerce growth which now accounts for more than 20% of total company sales. Bringing over 20 years of digital knowledge and expertise, Bhatt thrives at the intersection of guest experience, technology, and data. A people champion, she oversees a digital team of experts across customer analytics, data science, online and mobile app merchandising, guest services, operations, digital product management, user experience, digital optimization, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, and innovation. Under her leadership, Ulta Beauty creates and deploys premier, personalized experiences with unique technologies at every touchpoint of the customer journey, in stores, online, and anywhere the beauty enthusiast is. 

An industry leader, team builder, and innovator, Bhatt ensures Ulta Beauty is constantly evolving its strategic and digital capabilities and operating with the mindset that the possibilities are beautiful. This approach has brought to life experiences such as the Virtual Beauty Advisor, Skin Analysis, GLAMLab Virtual Try-On, real-time recommendations, and other personalized experiences. Her leadership underscores the importance of disrupting and driving the industry forward. Bhatt’s innovative work contributes to the company’s various recognitions including its longstanding ranking as the number one beauty destination among the tech-minded Gen Z consumers and ranking on Gartner’s Digital IQ Index: Specialty Retail U.S. 2020.

Prior to her current role, Bhatt was both an SVP and VP of digital and e-commerce at Ulta Beauty. Before that, she led teams at Toys R Us and Kenneth Cole. Beyond her deep retail industry experience, she held several roles across product strategy, design, and development at Ford Motor Company and worked as a management consultant at Booz Allen. Bhatt holds a BS in electrical engineering from Oakland University, an MS in electrical engineering from Wayne State University, and an MBA in corporate strategy from the University of Michigan. She serves on Hormel Food’s board of directors.


24. Reeny Sondhi
Chief Digital Officer, Twilio

Reeny Sondhi is Chief Digital Officer at Twilio. She is currently responsible for the Information and Corporate Security organizations as well as Information Technology. Reeny joined Twilio from Autodesk where she was a chief security officer. She was responsible for driving the company’s security and trust strategy for its infrastructure, products, and services. She previously led security engineering for EMC, now part of Dell.

Reeny also serves on the board of Rapid7, a growth business in cybersecurity. She made a transition to security after many years in product management launching multiple hardware and software products. With over 25 years in technology, she enjoys building teams that bring pragmatism and creativity to complex problems and can inspire others toward one vision.

Reeny was featured by the San Francisco Business Times as part of the 100 Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business in 2019 and has also been featured in Girl Geek X: 16 Female Infosec & Cybersecurity Executives To Watch. She was recently named one of the 100 Executive Women in Tech to Watch in 2023 by the womentech network. Sondhi is passionate about promoting diversity in technology and information security and has served as a mentor for various Women in Technology programs. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Telecommunications and a Master of Business Administration.


25. Rebecca Kerper
Chief Digital Officer, HSN

Rebecca Kerper is the Chief Digital Officer of HSN. In her role, she leads HSN’s digital and marketing teams, building the strategy to drive customers to their digital platforms, entice them to buy once they get there, and then follow up with them to ensure they come back. Kerper has spent twenty-two years at Qurate Retail Group and five years at HSN.

Before joining HSN, Kerper was a vice president of commerce platforms for QVC Italy. Earlier in her career, she worked with Craftopia.com as a content producer. Kerper graduated from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with an undergraduate degree in mass communications.
