Alexandrea Hanba

Alexandrea Hanba is the Vice President of People for Stacked. As Stacked's people and culture leader, Hanba works to balance and align the interests of leadership, staff, and the organization to provide a comprehensive human resource strategy. She establishes clear policies, procedures, and staffing plans, supervises recruitment efforts, and implements a performance and recognition process which rewards excellence. Additionally, Hanba assumes responsibility for the selection and administration of all employee benefit programs. She provides valuable insight regarding changing trends in benefits, recruitment, and company culture. Hanba strongly believes in the positive impact that can result by establishing strategic HR infrastructure that provides opportunities for innovation in programs and processes, promotes collaboration and encourages ongoing participation and feedback. Prior to joining Stacked, Hanba held positions at CCIM, DDB, Institutional Capital, and Gregory E. Kulis and Associates, Ltd. She earned an undergraduate degree in English education from Trine University in Indiana. She also holds a paralegal certificate from Loyola University of Chicago and a workplace certificate in DE&I from the University of South Florida. Hanba also holds the SHRM Certified Professional and Certified Plan Sponsor Professional designations.
