Christina Wolf

Christy Wolf serves as Vice President of Talent and HR Transformation at Gallagher, a Fortune 500 insurance brokerage, risk management, and consulting firm. In this role, she oversees global talent and performance management, employee listening, and inclusion & diversity priorities. She also manages corporate learning and development programs and efforts to enhance Gallagher's HR operating model. Wolf joined Gallagher in 2017 and led several enterprise-level HR projects before her promotion to Talent, Leadership and Development Director in 2018 and subsequent promotion lead the Talent and HR Transformation Center of Excellence in 2019. Prior to Gallagher, Wolf spent 10 years as a human capital consultant at Deloitte and IBM where she delivered talent, organizational effectiveness, and transformation solutions to help businesses achieve their strategic objectives. She has worked across multiple industries including financial services, energy and utilities, healthcare, life sciences, consumer products, telecommunications, and professional services. Wolf holds an undergraduate degree in organizational studies and psychology from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
