This year’s honorees include Rose Holden, the Executive Director of Brand and Acquisition Communications for Comcast. In this role, Holden has a dual focus on spearheading large cultural moments for the brand and driving demand generation for products.

We also acknowledge the career accomplishments of Victoria Lozano, the Executive Vice President of Marketing at Crayola LLC. As an industry veteran, Lozano oversees all aspects of brand marketing and consumer engagement for one of the world’s most iconic and cherished brands. 

Finally, we celebrate marketing and technology executive, Amy Douglas. 1). Lori Kaplan
VP,  Marketing & Launch Excellence, Bristol Myers Squibb

Lori is currently the Vice President of Marketing and Launch Excellence at Bristol Myers Squibb. In this role, Kaplan leads a team that is focused on evolving the standards of marketing practice and defining the core capabilities for marketing talent to acquire, establish, and enhance that are essential for the future. The organization is also focused on developing strategies to enhance launch effectiveness and to create a launch excellence framework to support all future launches across the organization. 

Kaplan focuses on designing best practices for new marketing capabilities to support the continued growth of our marketing community. An experienced commercial leader, she brings a strong depth of marketing and launch experience, having launched over 20 product brands/indications over her 30-year career. She has held key leadership roles in both the US and Worldwide marketing organizations, building brands through all stages of the commercial lifecycle across both professional and consumer audiences. Her marketing experience spans multiple therapeutic areas, including oncology, neuroscience, cardiovascular, diabetes, virology/HIV, immunology, pain management, and dermatology.

Given her expertise, Kaplan was appointed to lead the development and design of Bristol-Myers Squibb's award-winning new corporate brand. She has a strong passion for not only shaping brands but also developing and designing learning programs for marketers. Kaplan graduated from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts, with a degree in Sociology and Japanese Management. She has a certificate of Japanese studies from Kansai Gaidai University in Osaka, Japan.


2). Jill Kouri
Chief Marketing Officer, HCLTech 

Jill Kouri is the Chief Marketing Officer at HCL Technologies, responsible for developing and building the brand and driving growth across its broadening suite of technology services and products. HCL Technologies Limited, doing business as HCLTech, is an Indian multinational information technology (IT) consulting company headquartered in Noida. Kouri leads all marketing functions across the global business, including corporate marketing, vertical and horizontal marketing, recruitment marketing, corporate communications, and digital marketing. Kouri has over 30 years of experience in B2B services marketing, with a sales-oriented mindset and a passion for developing best-in-class customer experience.

Previously, Kouri served for seven years as the Chief Marketing Officer of Americas, for JLL. Before her time at JLL, she spent 14 years at Accenture in various leadership roles, most recently as the global head of marketing for the $10 billion Products Operating Group. There she gained deep expertise in industry marketing, M&A and post-merger integration, and building and leveraging shared services operations.

A strong believer in the advancement of women in the workplace, Kouri has been a long-time supporter of Dress for Success, serving on the not-for-profit organization’s advisory council. Kouri has a BS degree in Journalism with a specialization in Public Relations from Bowling Green State University. 


3). Nicole Santos
VP of Marketing, Northwell Health

With over 15 years of unwavering commitment to advancing healthcare through effective marketing strategies, Nicole Santos has emerged as a seasoned professional known for driving strategic initiatives and fostering growth within the industry.

Nicole began her career in the pharmaceutical arena, with a focus on launching blockbuster oncology products, laying the foundation for her deep understanding and appreciation of the healthcare landscape. Over the years, she successfully navigated the intricacies of healthcare marketing, staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging innovative strategies to achieve organizational objectives.

Throughout her career, Nicole has been instrumental in implementing cutting-edge marketing strategies, harnessing the power of targeting and personalization to drive patient engagement and accelerate new patient acquisition. Her forward-thinking approach has not only kept her organizations at the forefront of best-in-class marketing advancements but has also helped to position her as a leader in the healthcare marketing space

A natural leader and collaborator, Nicole has built and led high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Her strategic vision and ability to adapt to the ever-evolving healthcare landscape have played a pivotal role in driving business growth, forging valuable partnerships, and achieving organizational objectives.


4). Caitlin Blewett
Chief Marketing Officer, Genpact

Caitlin Blewett is Genpact’s Chief Marketing Officer. Genpact (NYSE: G) is a professional services and solutions firm delivering outcomes that shape the future. The company digitally transforms leading enterprises, including the Fortune Global 500, with deep business and industry knowledge, digital operations services, and expertise in data, technology, and AI.

In her role, Blewett, a member of Genpact’s Leadership Council, oversees all aspects of brand, marketing, and communications. She focuses on advancing the brand, driving growth, and creating value. Blewett collaborates with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align these initiatives with Genpact’s business and growth goals.

Blewett has an impressive track record of building brands, driving revenue growth, and leading organizational change for renowned companies across varied industries, including professional services, financial services, life sciences, technology, luxury, and consumer packaged goods. Before joining Genpact, she held a position as managing director at Deloitte, where she led its Marketing Strategy Center of Excellence and previously managed digital marketing and marketing communications organizations. Prior to Deloitte, Blewett held leadership roles at internationally renowned WPP and Publicis Groupe agencies. In these roles, she led client relationships and cross-discipline teams, earning awards for their effectiveness and innovative brand transformations.

Having lived worked in multiple countries, Caitlin has a global mindset and thrives on diverse perspectives. She is an advocate for women in leadership and actively participates in Chief, an organization dedicated to empowering women executives. Blewett also serves as a judge for the pre-eminent Effie Awards that recognize world-class marketing initiatives contributing to a brand’s success. She also serves in board and advisor positions for various not-for-profit organizations. Blewett holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Advertising, and Communications from Indiana University.


5). Kattrina Richardson
VP, Marketing & Business Development, Edgepark, a Cardinal Health at-Home Solutions business

Kattrina Richardson is the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Edgepark, recently having served as the national vice president of sales for Edgepark since 2022. In her role, Richardson leads her team to build and refine market strategies for the long-term growth of the business, including driving new patient acquisition and referrals through digital and traditional marketing channels. She also represents the business as a committee member for AAHomecare, an advocacy group dedicated to legislature focused on home healthcare.

Richardson began her career at Cardinal Health in 2002, where she held roles in increased capacity across operations, finance, and sales. Starting in 2007, she served in roles at BD and Medtronic, including leading the global market development team for Medtronic’s PillCam franchise in, which she collaborated with the global sales, operations, health economics, and regulatory teams to develop and execute commercial strategies to accelerate growth. In 2018, Richardson rejoined Cardinal Health as a director of strategic accounts within the company’s Medical Segment, and in 2021, she joined Edgepark as a national director of field sales, where she’s since continued her consistent track record of sales execution, leveraging her passion for developing and coaching others and her innovative market development mindset.

Richardson graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. She lives near Atlanta with her husband and two kids. In her free time, Richardson enjoys playing tennis and spending time outdoors with her friends and family.


6). Sheryl Salazar
Senior VP, Marketing & Merchandising, Albertsons Companies

Sheryl Salazar is the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Merchandising at Albertsons Companies. Albertsons Companies is one of the largest food and drug retailers in the United States, with over 2,200 stores in 34 states and the District of Columbia, 22 distribution centers, and 19 manufacturing plants. 

Salazar first joined the Albertsons Companies in 1993 as a courtesy clerk. Since then, she has held various store and division office positions over the years. Most recently, Salazar served as director of fresh for Albertsons and the VONS banner in the Southern California division.

Before joining Albertsons Companies, Salazar earlier in her career she worked with SUPERVALU as a service execution manager. Her extensive food industry expertise is backed by a BA in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She is also a graduate of the USC Food Industry Executive Program and is currently the co-chair of the Southern California Division’s Women’s Inspirational and Inclusion Network.


7). Elizabeth Ellerbee
VP, Marketing & Communications, TSYS, a Global Payments Company

As the Vice President of Marketing and Business Communications, Elizabeth is responsible for defining and influencing brand marketing and strategic communication initiatives for TSYS, a leading payments provider. She leads a global team focused on cohesive and consistent messaging, modernized product positioning, and driving growth across the business.

A 20-year TSYS veteran, Elizabeth started her career in sales, lending a unique customer perspective as she transitioned into various roles across the marketing business. Prior to leading the global issuer marketing team at TSYS, she worked with Featurespace, to successfully launch their brand in the US.

Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Auburn University and a Master of Business Administration from Troy University.


8). Tina Mahal
VP, Brand Marketing, PepsiCo

Tina Mahal is the Vice President of Brand Marketing at PepsiCo. PepsiCo, Inc. is an American multinational food, snack, and beverage corporation headquartered in Harrison, New York, in the hamlet of Purchase. PepsiCo's business encompasses all aspects of the food and beverage market. It oversees the manufacturing, distribution, and marketing of its products.

Mahal joined PepsiCo in 2003 as part of the Canadian organization. Mahal worked at Frito-Lay Canada until 2008 when she then moved to Frito-Lay US. In her over 17 years at PepsiCo, Mahal has worked on several brands, including Frito-Lay’s marquee brand Lay’s, Cheetos, Baked!, Sun Chips, and Tostitos. She also has experience in Shopper Marketing in the Walmart Inc. business. In March 2016, Mahal was named VP of marketing and innovation, leading all marketing efforts to launch new products across the Frito-Lay portfolio. In March of 2017, Mahal moved to VP of Potato Chips leading Frito-Lay’s multi-billion dollar Potato Chip portfolio, including the Lay’s, Ruffles, and Stax brands. In 2019, Mahal worked in PepsiCo’s Global Group responsible for category growth strategy, building brands and innovation for the global snacks business. In 2020, Mahal was named GM and VP of the Variety Pack business, an important growth driver for the company, and most recently is leading a portfolio of brands, including Tostitos, Dips, and Smartfood.

Before PepsiCo, Mahal was part of the SC Johnson Ltd. Marketing team in Canada, where she worked on brands like Raid, Off!, Ziploc, and Windex. Mahal received her BBA and MBA from The Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario, Canada. 


9). Laura Lopez
Senior VP, Marketing & Communications, Houston Methodist Hospital

Laura Lopez is currently the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Houston Methodist. At Houston Methodist, leading medicine is more than a description of what they do; it’s who they are.

Lopez started at Houston Methodist Hospital as the VP of marketing, communications, and PR. In this role, she was responsible for building the Houston Methodist Brand through all marketing mix elements and leveraging the talent and resources of a diverse team of leaders. As a marketing leader, Lopez continues to focus on building connections in business, particularly in healthcare marketing and innovation. With a passion for building brands and empowering people and organizations through leadership, she believes that all great results in business occur through the connections we make.

Before joining Houston Methodist Hospital, Lopez owned Laura Lopez and Company, where she helped businesses achieve superior results through leadership and branding. Lopez also has experience as a VP at The Coca-Cola Company and as a manager at Avon Cosmetics. Lopez holds an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management and a Bachelor's degree in Education and International Relations from Bucknell University.


10). Kim Dinerman
VP, Field Marketing, Global Defense & Intelligence, Oracle

Kim Dinerman began her professional career 31 years ago. Today, she is the VP of Field Marketing, Global Defense, and Intelligence of Oracle. Oracle Corporation is an American multinational computer technology company headquartered in Austin, Texas, United States. Oracle's core application software is a suite of enterprise software products.

With over 25 years in high-tech, including three acquisitions, Dinerman’s experience spans start-ups, companies on the path to $1 billion, and enterprise Fortune 500. She is a marketing executive with a strong track record leading global teams that grow and accelerate the pipeline through innovative and scalable digital and physical programs spanning the buyer's journey. Blending technical acumen with strong cross-functional collaboration skills, she builds alignment between corporate and the field. With extensive experience across growth, demand, event, and product marketing, Dinerman has led her teams to build numerous successful demand-generation programs, including innovative ABM strategies, integrated sales plays, high-touch customer events, and search-engine-optimized content.

Dinerman started her career in 1993 as a manager, consulting at Accenture. From there, she went on to EzGov, before eventually rising to VP of global field marketing at Cloudera, her most recent position before joining Oracle. Dinerman graduated from Southern Methodist University with an undergraduate degree in marketing public relations.


11). Ami Tank 
VP, US Marketing, Fortinet

Ami Tank is the Vice President of US Marketing at Fortinet, a top global cybersecurity company. Ami is a customer success strategist and change accelerator experienced with leading teams through times of inflection & ambiguity through vision building, leader alignment, and impact-driven execution.

Ami is responsible for leading Fortinet’s US Marketing strategy and is dedicated to enhancing Fortinet’s customer experiences, optimizing sales success, and accelerating revenue. She has earned a reputation for successfully leading teams through times of transformation, designing data-driven go-to-market strategies, and executing consistent frameworks for success across teams. At Fortinet, Ami led the transformation of the team structure and culture to elevate focus on strategic execution and best-in-class partnerships with sales and with our customers.

During her 22-year career, she has earned a long-standing reputation for excellence, positivity, and perseverance. Ami is passionate about fostering high-performing, empathetic teams who partner to create win-win experiences across organizations. She also spearheaded Women of Fortinet, an organization bringing together and celebrating women in technology.

Prior to joining Fortinet, Ami served as an executive leader at Cisco for 20 years across multiple organizations including Growth Marketing, Sales GTM & Enablement, Professional Services, and Business Operations.

Ami’s key areas of expertise include business transformation and strategy, sales and partner GTM & operations, customer success, content experience, executive communications, and growth marketing. She is an enthusiastic promoter of women and a mentor to young women in her community.

Ami graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and earned her MBA from Loyola University Chicago. She is a proud single mom of two sons who both attend the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. In her free time, she enjoys hot yoga, gourmet cooking & wine, international travel with her sons, and college football.


12). Bernice Tsai
VP, Brand, Sponsorships & Reputation Marketing, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital 

Bernice Tsai is the Vice President of Brand, Sponsorships, and Reputation Marketing at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital provides healthcare, medical, surgical, ambulatory, and emergency care services. 

Tsai is a marketing executive with experience spanning corporate financial services and not-for-profit, she has led both acquisition and engagement strategies that build increasingly strong customer relationships to generate acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. She is passionate about customer experience, strategic communications, creativity and innovation, and storytelling. Tsai is skilled at guiding brands and devising campaigns based on data but also insights and needs of the customer. 

Before joining NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, Tsai was a chief communications and marketing officer at Columbia University in the City of New York. Before that, she was an SVP at Citi. Earlier in her career, she worked with American Express as an assistant manager. Tsai graduated from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management with an MBA and from Columbia College with an undergraduate degree in English and comparative literature.


13). Kellie Rhodebeck
VP, Marketing Strategy (Consumer Bank-Acquisition), Chase

Kellie Rhodebeck is the VP of Marketing Strategy (Consumer Bank-Acquisition) of Chase. She first joined the company in 2023. JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., doing business as Chase, is an American national bank headquartered in New York City that constitutes the consumer and commercial banking subsidiary of the US multinational banking and financial services holding company, JPMorgan Chase.

Rhodebeck is passionate about brand and marketing performance, always ready with a podcast, article, or book recommendation. Her superpower lies in uncovering the highest-impact, lowest-lift growth opportunities. With agency and client-side experience on Fortune 100 and 200 brands, she is an avid consumer of data and considers herself a channel-agnostic marketer. She has broad experience in marketing strategy, performance marketing, new customer acquisition, marketing execution, and creative direction.

Previously, Rhodebeck was a director of integrated marketing at Columbus Crew. Before that, she was a senior marketer, marketing, and brand at American Electric Power. Earlier in her career, she worked with JWT Action as an account and media coordinator. Rhodebeck earned an MBA from Franklin University and an undergraduate degree in business administration and marketing from John Carroll University.


14). Jenny Lee
VP, Global Digital Marketing & Customer Experience, Boston Scientific 

Jenny Lee is Vice President of Global Digital Marketing and Customer Experience at Boston Scientific (BSC). In this role, Lee is responsible for providing strategic guidance and support for both business unit and regional multi-channel marketing plans. Lee joined BSC in 2017 as marketing director for women’s health, where she led global upstream and downstream marketing for the pelvic floor and intra-uterine health franchises. 

Before joining BSC, Lee was at Johnson & Johnson for nearly a decade, where she held various marketing, professional education, and change leadership roles in both the consumer and medical device sectors. She is a board member of the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness) and previously served on the Board of Directors for the American Legacy Foundation (truth initiative) and The American Lung Association. 

Lee holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Miami and an MBA from The McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, where she served as Student Body President. She lives in Wellesley, Massachusetts, with her wife and two children.


15). Sydney Ferguson
VP, Marketing, Sunglass Hut North America, EssilorLuxottica

Sydney Ferguson is the Vice President of Marketing for Sunglass Hut North America at EssilorLuxottica. She is a corporate leader to watch and one of the most inspiring Black executives in the industry today. For her, success is all about her team. There is nothing she will not do to support, inspire, and guide them to achieve their best because she believes that will deliver the best results when it comes to overall team building. 

Ferguson has 36 years of experience. She has numerous years of success in specialty retail, fashion marketing, retail marketing, teen marketing, luxury marketing, and multicultural marketing. She has multiple years of experience with The Coca-Cola Company and the former super premium adult beverage company, Joseph E. Seagram & Sons. Ferguson is highly successful in developing and executing strategies and campaigns to increase brand measures and volume among consumers for Fortune 500 companies. She has a proven ability to explore consumer insights, identify opportunities, and develop overall strategic direction and execution for multiple brands. She has comprehensive experience in events, including planning and executing events and programs targeted at meeting individual brands’ long-term strategic and volumetric goals, as well as event logistics, management, and staffing.

Before joining EssilorLuxottica, Ferguson was a vice president of marketing at Pandora. Before that, she was a senior director of marketing at the White house black market at Chico's FAS, Inc. White House Black Market. Earlier in her career, she worked with The Northern Trust Company as a private banking officer. Ferguson graduated from Vassar College with an undergraduate degree in economics.


16). Kim Howland
Global VP, Marketing, Avaya

Kim Howland is the Global Vice President of Marketing at Avaya. She leads marketing efforts in support of the iconic Avaya brand and content, creative digital and web, corporate communications, events, and influencer relations. In addition, she leads our global voice of the customer programs, working across the organization to help drive customer-centric innovation.

Kim is a strategic, forward-thinking professional known for her strategic mindset, data-driven approach, and collaborative leadership style. She excels in aligning cross-functional teams to spearhead transformative initiatives that fuel Avaya’s overall business growth. She brings an effective blend of business expertise and technical acumen, and a passion for creating a sense of community in motivating and developing teams to outperform expectations as they position the company for growing success. 

With over two decades of experience in marketing leadership roles, Kim has consistently led for success at prestigious organizations such as Verizon, CenturyLink, CGI, and Costar always focused on understanding and meeting customer needs.


17). Anna Wright
VP, Marketing & External Communications, North America, Prysmian Group 

Anna Wright is the Vice President of Marketing and External Communications, leading Prysmian Group’s branding and media initiatives for North America. Wright’s extensive experience working across newsrooms and corporate settings provides her with unique perspectives that she leverages to help promote Prysmian’s external image and marketing initiatives in the US and Canada. 

Wright began her career as a TV news anchor for stations throughout the Midwest, anchoring “Good Morning Cincinnati” at WKRC-TV, the local CBS station. After leaving the news industry and transitioning careers, she excelled in marketing positions at Johnson & Johnson, national law firm Dinsmore & Shohl, and Northern Kentucky University. 

Wright earned her Journalism degree from the University of Missouri School of Journalism. She currently resides in Cincinnati, Ohio.


18). Erica Hakonson

19). Emily Krause
Chief Marketing Officer, Amped Up Marketing 

Emily Krause is a seasoned marketing strategist with over 25 years of experience dedicated to crafting authentic brands and driving revenue growth. Her collaborative approach and commitment to hard work and transparency have consistently delivered progressive marketing programs that set new standards for the organizations she has served.

Krause’s journey began in event planning within the nonprofit sector, where she honed her skills in relationship building and strategic execution. Over the years, she transitioned into marketing roles, excelling in driving organizational growth through innovative lead generation and demand generation initiatives. Her expertise extends across diverse professional service sectors and regulated industries, including retail, legal, and technology, in both B2B and B2C environments.

Krause shares her insights nationally on various topics, including social media, brand strategy, and organizational change. She graduated from Roanoke College with a Bachelor of Business Administration and holds a Direct Marketing Certification for the International Marketing Institute at VCU.


20). Mary Beth Pate 
VP, Philanthropy Marketing & Communications, and Donor Experience, City of Hope

Mary Beth Pate is a respected leader in the realm of marketing and communications. As the Vice President of Philanthropy Marketing & Communications and Donor Experience at the City of Hope, Mary Beth spearheads innovative strategies to inspire giving, build the brand, and support the mission of the City of Hope.

With a career spanning over two decades, Mary Beth brings a wealth of experience to her role. Prior to her tenure at City of Hope, she served as the System Executive Director of Marketing and Philanthropy Communications at Cleveland Clinic, where she spent 17 years shaping the institution's messaging and brand vision.

Mary Beth is an alumna of Bowling Green State University, where she laid the foundation for her career in communications and marketing. She furthered her education by completing the Chief Marketing Officer program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Throughout her career, Mary Beth has demonstrated a passion for leveraging marketing and communications to drive positive change and access to healthcare. 21). Alicia Alston
VP, Marketing Communications, Quad 

Alicia Alston, Vice President of Marketing Communications at Quad, is a seasoned strategist who thrives on the art of aligning the company’s communications efforts with broader business goals. Recognizing the critical link between workplace culture and business performance, Alston is the driving force behind the company’s strategic communications initiatives and leads that are blending purpose, culture, and organizational growth across all message platforms. 23). Leslie Durham Brown

Leslie is a native Nashvillian with over 25 years in healthcare and business management combined. 26). Vanessa Peace

27). Mary Ellen Mondi

29). Christine Brodeur

30). Elizabeth Marshall

Elizabeth Marshall is an award-winning marketing and communications executive who has been helping companies differentiate themselves by building a strong brand presence for over 25 years. She started her career in public relations at Schwartz Communications servicing a variety of successful high-tech and healthcare-focused clients. She then branched out to become a director of communications at Keyware Technologies, an international biometrics company that she helped take public on the Brussels Stock Exchange. 

Marshall then spent 13 years at Decision Resources Group, a global leader in market research for the biopharma industry. As VP of marketing during that time, she led the rebranding and marketing efforts for 11 acquisitions. She has headed up the marketing for IDEMIA, a high-tech government contractor that runs the enrollment services for TSA Precheck and produces 80% of the US driver’s licenses. Marshall currently is the Vice President of Marketing for Trinity Life Sciences, the leader in commercialization consulting for life sciences companies, where she leads a team of rock stars who execute robust marketing programs that add value to the brand.

31). Victoria Lozano

32). Violeta Olar Ardeljan
VP, Marketing & Branding, Global Industrial Company

Violeta Ardeljan has more than 15 years of global experience in marketing, sales, sales operations, and analytics, as well as digital customer experience across several industries. Violeta is the Vice President of Marketing and Branding at Global Industrial Company, a value-added national distributor of industrial products and MRO supplies based in Port Washington, NY. 33). Dana Jermstad

Dana Jermstad, who began her career 20 years ago, is the Vice President of Marketing and Communications of Prevea Health, a company with a strong focus on innovation, compassion, and patient-centered care. 

Jermstad’s background and experience in managing crisis communications, TV news and promotions, experience in video production, and a wide knowledge of social media, all contribute to the success of promoting Prevea Health and the HSHS Wisconsin Hospitals. 34). Nancy Rewis

Nancy Rewis is Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Berry College. She leads the Marketing and Communications teams, actively supporting the strategic goals of the College. Rewis is responsible for managing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the institution and works across all departments to tell Berry’s story through public relations, digital marketing, creative services, video, and photography. Dubose has 24 years of experience. Before joining Playa Bowls, Dubose was a vice president and head of marketing for Schlotzsky's at Focus Brands LLC. In this role, she developed a comprehensive Carvel marketing team, driving strategy, execution, and marketing technology. She started her career at Fletcher Martin as an assistant media planner. Dubose graduated from Winthrop University with an undergraduate degree in integrated marketing communication.
