Today, we are highlighting the incredible women of Texas who serve as leaders in their communities.  In addition to helping us shape in-person regional events and support new members, our Chapter Leaders will be featured at our upcoming national event on October 17.

Houston

Holly Clapham-Rosenow
Chief Marketing Officer Houston First

As Chief Marketing Officer at the Houston First Corporation, Holly Clapham-Rosenow is responsible for creating and accelerating the Houston First’s marketing strategy and Houston’s brand recognition across the globe.

Holly has significant experience across marketing, management, branding, lead generation, public relations and strategic planning, retail marketing, organizational design and innovation. She has strong cultural competence leading teams and is a team motivator. Under her leadership, the marketing team has received nearly 100 awards.

She is a member of the American Marketing Association and sits on the Houston Theater District Association board and served on the 2004 Super Bowl Marketing Committee, the 2016 NCAA Men’s Final Four Executive Team, 2017 Super Bowl Marketing Committee and the Marketing Chair for the 2023 NCAA Men’s Final Four.

Holly has been honored by many organizations for her work in marketing and communications She was inducted into the Houston Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” class of 2013, received the 2019 Women Who Mean Business Award from the Houston Business Journal and was named of the Top 50 Women Leaders by Women We Admire in 2021 and 2023.

Din Chaney is an experienced executive in the recruiting space. Vanessa Peace
VP, Marketing Strategy, American Cancer Society

Vanessa is Vice President, Marketing Strategy, responsible for overseeing integrated marketing strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and implementing marketing campaigns in support of the Fundraising at the American Cancer Society.

Vanessa has lead global brand and advertising teams across a wide range of industries including healthcare (Children’s Health North Texas), telecommunications (Brand Strategy, AT&T), aviation (Southwest Airlines & Air Canada) and started her marketing career in advertising agencies (Marketel/McCann, Montreal). She brings a deep passion for mentoring, developing talent and building internal and external collaboration with employees, creative agencies, vendors, and corporate partnerships.

Vanessa holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. Her professional achievements have earned her awards and recognitions such as the Women We Admire Top 50 Women in Marketing, Southwest President’s Award, AT&T Global Marketing Marketer Award, and 40 under 40 Brand Innovators to watch.

In her personal life, Vanessa is a wife, mother of two, advocate and public speaker as the North Texas Representative for the Rett Syndrome Foundation for over 10 years.  

Ingrid Myers
Director, Innovation & Optimization, Docusign

Ingrid Myers is the Global Director of Talent Innovation, Optimization, and DEI at Docusign. She has spent her career advising executives and developing innovative business, technology, and people strategies in Fortune 500 companies and across multiple industries. Her ideas and programs have created new partnerships, business models, products, and services that have directly resulted in cumulative increases in top line revenue by more than $3B.

Prior to her position at Docusign, Myers held a variety of roles across the enterprise including business development, customer experience, operations, product management, information technology, and talent strategy. She is valued for her thought leadership and known for her unique ways of solving complex business challenges. In addition to developing programs aimed at closing the skill and talent gap in technology, her passion for people and their workplace experience is presently powering her focus on the intersection of diversity and talent where she designs programs that empower, elevate, and accelerate talent in organizations.

Myers has contributed to diversity, equity and inclusion efforts throughout her career as a founder of a Women's Leadership Network, a steering committee member for Women in Tech, a Black employee resource group global lead, and with her ongoing research that shares that often-undiscussed lived experiences of historically underrepresented groups. 

With her Ph.D. in Organizational Management and a specialization in Leadership, Myers is committed to optimizing people, teams, and organizations.

San Antonio

Lisa McLin
Global Vice President Alliances, Unisys Corporation

Lisa Heritage McLin has over 23 yrs. of experience in the Technology industry, taking on roles in all areas of the business from Staff Accountant, Customer Experience, Sales Leader, Transformation leader, Go-To-Market Leader and Alliances & Channel Chief.   

Lisa is known for her strengths in strategy and execution, of growing partner relationships, direct sales and customer satisfaction propelling organizational revenue, while serving as a visionary, known for directly mastering the development of high-velocity sales organizations. Focusing on a repeatable sales process & methodologies, while owning accountability for profit-generating programs, and building alliance & partnership strategies across global market segments.  This has led to double digit revenue growth and global expansion.  Lisa leads with her servant leader style; develops strong winning teams, and heavily invested in mentoring and advancing the careers of those around her.

Lisa has received The Top Women Leaders of San Antonio for 2024 from Women We Admire, 50 Most Influential Channel Chiefs of 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 recognized and honored as CRN for over 6yrs running, was awarded Top Gun 51 Channel Executive in 2019 for her executive vision, innovation and advocacy of the indirect channel.  LATINA Style announced Lisa as 2018 Top 12 Corporate LATINA Executives of the Year and won a Gold Stevie for Woman of the Year in the Business Services Industries in 2019 along with a Bronze Stevie for Woman of the Year in Business Services Industries in 2020. 

Lisa serves on the Board of Directors for Texas Conference for Women, as well as Board of Directors for Girls Inc.  Lisa holds a BBA in Accounting & Business Management from University of Texas in San Antonito University and an Executive Business Administration and Management degree from University of Texas in Austin.  Lisa lives in San Antonio with her husband, and their two sons.  For fun she likes playing golf, fitness, reading and spending time with her family.

Tammy Gorman
Area Vice President, Customer Experience, Teradata Corporation

Tammy Gorman is the Area Vice President of Customer Experience at Teradata, Offering the most complete cloud analytics and data platform, including for AI, Teradata delivers harmonized data and trusted AI/ML to enable more confident decision-making, unlock faster innovation, and drive impactful business results organizations need most. 

As a proven executive leader in customer support and services and customer success, Gorman has over 20 years of broad and deep cross-functional experience in the analytics industry. Valued for fostering a culture of excellence and productivity through efficiency, standardization, simplification, and outcome-focused development, she is an achiever of exceptional rather than expected results. She has a history of building teams that deliver results through collaboration and teamwork. Through her leadership, she has been successful in recruiting, mentoring, and leading teams to achieve exceptional results in record time. 

Previously, Gorman was a global alliances manager at MicroStrategy. Before that, she was an account executive at Continental Resources. Gorman earned an undergraduate degree in journalism from the University of North Texas.

Kim Eckert
VP and Distinguished Engineer, Kyndryl

Kim A. Eckert is an executive technical female leader at Kyndryl, having achieved the esteemed designation of Distinguished Engineer and Vice President. With a wealth of professional experience spanning 17 years prior to joining IBM in 2001 and subsequently Kyndryl in 2021, Ms. Eckert possesses a diverse portfolio of expertise in the fields of cyber security, software development, mainframe systems programming, data center operations, Cloud technology, and management. Her practical experiences encompass several technical domains, including Enterprise Architecture, midrange virtualization, and software licensing optimization.

As the current Security & Resiliency Services Leader, and having previously served as the US Cloud Solutioning Center Delivery Guild Leader and Chief Architect, Ms. Eckert is a recognized leader responsible for establishing the technical vision and strategy, while driving innovation and setting standards for delivery.

Ms. Eckert is deeply passionate about utilizing technology to empower individuals and businesses. She has served as the past President and Vice President of the Society of Women Engineers Austin Section, and actively volunteers to foster STEM skills and professional development in students. Within Kyndryl, she is dedicated to promoting innovation and career development, serving as Principal Board Chair, Security & Resiliency Patent Board Chair, Distinguished Engineer Board member, and mentoring numerous individuals to achieve IT Architect Open Group Certification. Ms. Eckert is also a Master Inventor, Founding Member of the Kyndryl Services Excellence Academy, Open Group Master Certified, and Kyndryl Architect certified.
