Stephanie Pope has led Boeing Commercial Airplanes since March 2024, following Stan Deal's retirement. Since January 2024, Pope has served as Boeing's Chief Operating Officer, a role in which she managed the performance of Boeing’s three business units and was responsible for driving supply chain, quality, manufacturing, and engineering excellence. Her extensive operational, financial, and customer experience has been acknowledged by Boeing CEO Dave Calhoun, who highlighted her proven record across commercial, defense, and services business units.

Before becoming COO, Pope was the president and CEO of Boeing Global Services from April 2022, overseeing aerospace services for commercial, government, and aviation industry customers. She previously served as CFO of Boeing Commercial Airplanes and has held several leadership roles in her nearly three decades at Boeing. Pope's academic background includes a bachelor's degree in accounting from Southwest Missouri State University and an MBA from Lindenwood University.
