Chief Marketing Officers, or CMOs, are vital members of the C-suite, responsible for driving the marketing strategy of a company or organization. These leaders focus on promoting brand awareness, driving growth, and increasing revenue, ensuring success in competitive markets. As heads of the marketing team, CMOs align all marketing campaigns and efforts with the company’s mission and objectives, demonstrating high-level skills in strategic planning, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making. 

First we honor Iris Diaz, Chief Marketing Officer for the Dallas Mavericks. Diaz is an award-winning marketing visionary who proudly holds the distinction of being the first Latina in this role and only in the NBA.

We also recognize the achievements of Marisa Thalberg, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of United Parks & Resorts, a leading theme park and entertainment company. Thalberg is a pioneer of digital, social, and e-commerce marketing and one of the most dynamic and versatile marketing executives in the field.

Finally, we congratulate Michelle Crossan-Matos, Chief Marketing Officer of Ulta Beauty, the nation’s largest beauty retailer. Having served in high-level roles at Samsung, Vertu, and Procter & Gamble, Crossan-Matos now oversees all e-commerce, member loyalty, brand building, creative, guest services, public relations, consumer insight, and media at Ulta Beauty.

1. Joanna Sabato
Global Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Inc.

Joanna Sabato is currently the Global Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for Ronald McDonald House Charities, Inc. Sabato and her team are responsible for the development and execution of the organization’s global marketing and fundraising strategies. This includes oversight of the RMHC brand including compliance, consistency, positioning, and communication across the entire RMHC Chapter system in 62 countries and regions and building fundraising capacity to support the expanding needs of the RMHC system.

Sabato excels in brand management, marketing, and marketing management, demonstrating a strong ability in customer insight and FMCG. Her expertise includes marketing strategy, brand development, and integrated marketing. Additionally, she is skilled in market planning, marketing research, and marketing communications.

Before joining McDonald's, Sabato was a senior director at Legends. Before that, she was the manager of integrated corporate partnerships for the Cleveland Browns. Earlier in her career, she worked with Cox Media Group as a senior account executive. Sabato holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Findlay.


2. Emily Twomey
EVP & Chief Marketing Officer, Razorfish

Emily Twomey is the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Razorfish, part of Publicis Communications North America. Grounded in deep digital expertise for over 25 years, Razorfish navigates the ever-changing marketing landscape to forge meaningful connections that enrich people’s lives. Their diverse teams of strategists, creative thinkers, experienced builders, and technologists are passionate about connecting creativity to business impact.

Twomey is an accomplished senior marketing executive with a track record of achieving sustainable growth and profitability for global organizations. She has deep experience in leading marketing strategies, brand positioning, and fostering close alignment with sales and business stakeholders. She possesses expertise in technology- and experience-driven transformation across all major industries, and she is highly adept at leading diverse teams through multi-matrixed organizations to achieve large-scale organizational success.

Twomey started her career in 2005 as a senior sales manager in entertainment at the New York Post. From there, she went on to Oddcast, before eventually rising to CMO in charge of retail, consumer goods, travel, hospitality, manufacturing, transportation, energy, and utilities at Cognizant. This was her most recent position before joining Razorfish. Twomey graduated from Boston College with an undergraduate degree in English and fine arts.


4. Anisha Raghavan
Chief Marketing Officer, Heyday

Anisha Raghavan is currently the Chief Marketing Officer for Heyday, where she oversees the brand marketing, digital/e-commerce, media planning, media buying, content, and integrated communications teams for the company’s portfolio of nearly 10 beauty brands. At Heyday, they’re cutting through the noise in the skincare industry to help discover the healthiest skin.

Raghavan is a marketing executive uniquely experienced across agency, CPG, and fast-growth DTC organizations. She has demonstrated leadership in driving both brand equity and revenue growth through P&L ownership and extensive knowledge of brand management, digital transformation, performance marketing, product development and commercialization, and retail execution. She has a proven ability to create vision, build from scratch, navigate ambiguity, and move fast, and she has a deep passion for digital disruption and is a curiosity-driven talent developer and cross-functional team leader.

Previously, Raghavan held leadership roles at Unilever, PepsiCo, StriVectin, and Rodan + Fields, after first starting her career at WPP’s Grey Advertising. With a unique combination of agency, CPG, and fast-growth DTC experience, she has expertise across brand and digital marketing, as well as general management, and holds a strong passion for unlocking her teams’ capability around new forms of consumer connection through technology. Raghavan earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and her BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis. 


5. Marisa Thalberg
Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, United Parks & Resorts

Marisa Thalberg is the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of United Parks & Resorts, a leading theme park and entertainment company with a world-class portfolio of seven brands across 13 parks in the United States and Abu Dhabi. The company’s portfolio of iconic brands includes SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Discovery Cove, Sesame Place, Water Country USA, Adventure Island, and Aquatica.

Thalberg is considered one of the most dynamic and versatile marketing executives in the field, displaying versatility and adaptability that has led to her being an exceedingly successful leader in a diverse portfolio of industries, ranging from luxury beauty (The Estée Lauder Companies) and fast food (Taco Bell) to big box retail (Lowe’s Home Improvement) and theme parks and entertainment (SeaWorld/Busch Gardens). Her passionate advocacy for women at work led her on the path to social entrepreneurship as the founder of Executive Moms, an organization created to connect and support accomplished women who are both professionals and moms. In this capacity, Thalberg became an early leading voice and supporter for women, particularly mothers, in the workplace, appearing across a range of media outlets including The TODAY Show, FOX, CNN, NBC News, and many more.

A pioneer of digital, social, and e-commerce marketing, Thalberg has orchestrated blockbuster product launches (like Taco Bell’s Nacho Fries, the most successful product launch in its history) and unexpected cultural moments (like Lowe’s x NY Fashion Week, The Taco Bell Hotel). She is known for inspiring teams to take brands to new heights of consumer resonance, cultural relevance, and business performance. Thalberg appeared on the primetime USA Network show America’s Big Deal as a judge and is currently the co-host of the fast-growing podcast Brand New, produced within the iHeartMedia Podcast network. Thalberg graduated from Brown University with an undergraduate degree in American civilization.


10. Kate Richling
Chief Marketing Officer, Monks

Kate Richling leads global marketing initiatives across Monks, including marketing, PR, awards and internal communications. In July 2018, the company merged with S4Capital, and shortly thereafter went public issuing its bold ambition to integrate digital specialists working across content, data, digital media and technology services in a unitary structure, disrupting the traditional agency and holdco landscape. During her time at Monks, the company has grown from 750 to 7,600+ staff globally. As the company's first-ever CMO, Kate helped successfully launch the unitary Media.Monks brand in August 2021, and its simplification into its current name Monks in July 2024. In addition to bringing together over a dozen companies under one name in 2021, this process involved integrating many marketing teams into a unified one. Following this successful launch, her perspective on how to build brands that put people first was featured in The Drum, amongst wide coverage in other major ad trades. Having built and led teams across executive leadership posts at Birdsnest and Phenomblue, Kate is an entrepreneur, tech advocate and a PR and marketing junkie with a sharp eye on the shifting agency landscape. Kate has spoken on stages across the world about how brands can build robust content and marketing strategies that yield impactful business results and fill the funnel. By keeping a pulse on the reigning challenges and opportunities faced by brands today, she translates global brand stories into tangible takeaways for marketers of organizations of all sizes working cross-industry. 17. Jacqueline Woods
Chief Marketing Officer, Teradata

As Chief Marketing Officer, Jacqueline Woods is responsible for overseeing Teradata’s strategic marketing planning and delivery, including brand and reputation management, digital and social properties, as well as leading customer generation, influencer marketing, public relations, communications, and enriching customer experiences. She has over 30 years of experience leading corporate transformations, propelling marketing organizations to utilize data and insights, and leading the way in digital marketing. She is recognized for instilling today’s modern marketing approaches that successfully grow businesses. Her career spans Fortune 100 companies, including IBM, GE, Oracle, and Verizon, covering both business-to-business and business-to-consumer go-to-market initiatives.

Woods joined Teradata from NielsenIQ, where she served as global chief marketing and communications officer. There, Woods focused on the firm’s transformation to an independent company, leading the revitalization of the company’s brand, image, and perception to reflect its new character – from a legacy brand to a modern data-driven enterprise. Previously, Woods was with IBM for nearly 10 years, including as CMO of its $13 billion Partner Ecosystem, where she focused on building cloud, data, AI, and SaaS strategies across an ecosystem of over 120,000 firms.

Woods serves on the board of directors for Winnebago Industries and the board of trustees for Community Reinvestment Fund USA, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving communities through innovative financial solutions. She is also on the board of the Greater Fairfield County Foundation, Inc., a not-for-profit helping under-served communities in southern Connecticut. She previously served on the Dean’s Council for the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and the Western Region Board of the United Negro College Fund. Woods holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California.


20. Kim Lefko
Chief Marketing Officer, Ace Hardware

Kim Lefko is the Chief Marketing Officer of Ace Hardware. She first joined the company in 2018. Ace Hardware is the largest retailer-owned hardware cooperative in the world with over 5,500 locally owned and operated hardware stores in approximately 70 countries. As CMO, Lefko leads the brand’s global marketing and advertising efforts and digital initiatives. Along with her team, she is responsible for developing innovative strategies that further Ace Hardware’s brand promise and positioning Ace as the most convenient and helpful hardware store on the planet.

Lefko previously served as CMO at Weber Stephen Products, maker of The Weber Grill. In that role, she advanced the leading BBQ brand globally with a focus on digital marketing and integrating technology into the product offering. She led the development of a centralized global website that streamlined e-commerce, fulfillment, and services. Before that, Lefko served as senior vice president of sales and marketing and as a company officer at Radio Flyer, where she oversaw the development of the company’s first internal sales and marketing organization responsible for launching the e-commerce platform for the brand.

Lefko also brings a wealth of experience from her time at Newell Rubbermaid. She held various marketing leadership roles as she helped transition Graco Children’s Products to one of the largest, most profitable business units within the company. Lefko started her career in sales and marketing at Black & Decker with various positions across product management and national account management. Lefko earned a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.

21. Sheraun Britton-Parris
Chief Marketing Officer, Cordance

Sheraun Britton-Parris serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Cordance, a software company that acquires and scales SaaS businesses. In her role, Britton-Parris provides go-to-market leadership and marketing best practices to the firm’s 17 business units with a keen focus on driving growth. She also offers go-to-market expertise in the diligence process of future acquisitions.

Previously, Britton-Parris was CMO at VisionLabs B.V., an AI-powered company, where she launched face pay technology that supported seamless digital identity experiences for the connected world across the retail, security, transportation, and financial services sectors. There, she accelerated global category leadership for the firm’s facial recognition products. She has held SaaS leadership positions across various industries, geographies, and ownership models, amassing over 20 years of experience enhancing market positioning, driving revenue growth, and increasing customer value of startups to Fortune 500 companies in both B2B and B2C sectors.

Britton-Parris earned her MBA in Marketing from The Simon Business School at The University of Rochester, where she was a Consortium for Graduate Study in Management Fellow. She has a BA in Economics from Hampton University. Additionally, she holds Cyber Risk & Strategy and Climate Leadership certifications from the Diligent Institute. Britton-Parris resides in Atlanta, GA, with her husband, and she has a daughter in college.


22. Margie Hinckley
Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer - Americas, A&O Shearman

Margie Hinckley is A&O Shearman’s Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer for the Americas in New York. A&O Shearman is the only global law firm equally fluent in US law, English law, and the laws of the world's most dynamic markets. Margie leads the firm’s marketing, business development, and communications function for the Americas region, overseeing its client engagement and development, go-to-market brand and digital marketing strategies, and media relations and internal communications campaigns. She works closely with the firm’s U.S. leadership, including its co-managing partners and U.S. practice heads, as well as the global marketing, and communications function to drive growth across the Americas region while tying local expertise into the global network.

With nearly two decades of experience in Am Law 100 law firm management, Margie brings deep experience in practice, sector, and regional business development and marketing. She has a reputation for results-driven strategy and execution and is regularly referred to as a “positive disruptor,” constantly challenging her team to think outside the box when it comes to client-centric legal services innovation.

Hinckley graduated with honors from Wheaton College Massachusetts and earned certificates in accounting and finance from the Columbia Business School and in innovation leadership from the NYU Stern School of Business.


24. Wendy Pinero-Depencier
Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, Seattle Children's

Wendy Pinero-Depencier is the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of Seattle Children's. Seattle Children's (previously Children's Hospital and Regional Medical Center; previously Children's Orthopedic Hospital) is a children's hospital in the Laurelhurst neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. The hospital specializes in the care of infants, children, teens, and young adults aged in several specialties.

Pinero-Depencier is a consumer-focused senior marketing executive with over 20 years of proven business and brand-building results. She has demonstrated leadership across both domestic and international markets and is known for her expertise in marketing mastery. As a bilingual, multicultural leader, she quickly assesses what is needed, crafts a vision, and motivates diverse people and functions to achieve outstanding business results.

Previously, Pinero-Depencier was a vice president of brand and campaigns at World Vision. Before that, she was a VP of marketing at T-Mobile USA. Earlier in her career, she worked with Procter & Gamble Puerto Rico in the marketing department. Pinero-Depencier earned an MBA in Marketing from Texas McCombs School of Business and an undergraduate degree in marketing from Universidad de Puerto Rico.


28. Beth Davidson
Chief Marketing Officer, Agero

Beth Davidson is the Chief Marketing Officer at Agero, where she leads client, consumer, and service provider engagement for leading brands in the auto and insurance industries, focusing on the customer experience, product positioning, and market growth. Davidson drives Agero's unique value proposition of scale, technology, and experience, reinforcing its position as a premier provider of roadside assistance and crash management solutions. 

With a strong focus on new and renewal sales, Davidson and her team accelerate revenue through innovative product development, creating mutually beneficial outcomes for customers, clients, and service providers alike. Before joining Agero, she spent 20 years as a strategy consultant and partner of the Monitor Group, specializing in consumer and customer strategy for Fortune 100 companies such as Coca-Cola and Roche Pharmaceuticals. Her experience spans global markets, having worked in Boston, San Francisco, London, and Johannesburg, providing insights into diverse go-to-market strategies and B2B2C scenarios worldwide. 

Passionate about Women’s Leadership, Davidson serves as the executive sponsor of Agero’s Women Who Lead initiative, dedicated to advancing women within the traditionally male-dominated industry sector. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with concentrations in chemistry, economics, and marketing. Outside of work, she enjoys competing nationally with the LPGA Amateurs, striving to maintain her golf handicap in the teens.


30. Mona Dessouki
Chief Marketing Officer, Principal Asset Management

Mona Dessouki is the Executive Director and Chief Marketing Officer for Principal Asset Management. In this role, she is responsible for driving the development and execution of global marketing efforts across key market segments. 

Dessouki brings over 20 years of marketing experience and is a seasoned leader in the industry. Before joining Principal Asset Management, she served as executive director of acquisition marketing and digital experience at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. She has also held marketing leadership roles across various industries including technology, retail, and consumer banking. 

Dessouki earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from James Madison University. She also holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.


33. Wendi Costlow
EVP & Chief Marketing Officer, Independent Financial

Wendi Costlow began her professional career 29 years ago. Today, she is the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Independent Financial, a premier regional community bank that provides high-performance, purpose-driven banking.

Costlow has a solid background in marketing and leadership roles within the financial industry. She has held high-level positions, such as EVP and CMO at Independent Financial, EVP and director of marketing at Happy State Bank, and SVP and CMO at Prosperity Bank. Costlow’s experience also includes serving as SVP and CMO at LegacyTexas Bank, where she directed corporate marketing strategies. Additionally, she held various marketing and communications roles at Community Credit Union, ultimately becoming VP and director of marketing, where she managed client communications and rebranding strategies.

Costlow graduated from Texas A&M University in 1991 with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, and Speech Communications. She later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at Texas Woman's University.


34. Jieun Choe
Chief Marketing Officer, Viz.ai 

Jieun Choe is the Chief Marketing Officer of Viz.ai. She first joined the company in 2022. Viz.ai is the pioneer in the use of AI algorithms and machine learning to increase the speed of diagnosis and care, covering more than 220 million lives across over 1,600 hospitals and health systems in the US and Europe. 

Choe​ is a customer-focused marketer with a proven aptitude for developing product and marketing strategies, consistently exceeding goals through expert execution. With 20 years of experience in marketing, strategy, and product management within life sciences, medical devices, and software, she has demonstrated a strong track record of success. Previously, Choe was a chief strategy and marketing officer at Certara. Before that, she was a principal consultant at Jieun W. Choe LLC. Earlier in her career, she worked with Strategic Decisions Group as a business analyst and consultant.

Choe earned an MBA in Marketing, Market Research, and Nonprofit Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and an undergraduate degree in economics and public policy from Stanford University.

37. Kaylee Ganus
Chief Marketing Officer, United Federal Credit Union

Kaylee Ganus serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Michigan-based United Federal Credit Union where she provides operational and strategic leadership to the marketing and product development teams and leads the credit union’s strategic vision relating to the corporate image, branding, marketing, communications, and community impact throughout United’s seven-state footprint. Since joining United in 2020, she has overseen marketing and communication initiatives that have resulted in credit union growth to 194,000 members and over $4 billion in assets.

Ganus has also been pivotal in implementing efforts to increase United’s Member loyalty and engagement, developing communication and change management plans for mergers and acquisitions in Michigan, Arkansas, and Pennsylvania, and building the communication strategy for major system upgrades including a core and card processor conversion.    

She is a strong advocate for community engagement and volunteerism and is passionate about supporting organizations that make the community a better place to live, work, and play. Ganus received both her bachelor’s degree in business and her master’s degree in strategic communication from Purdue University in Indiana and is also accredited in public relations through the Public Relations Society of America.


38. Lona Therrien
Chief Marketing Officer, ExtraHop

Lona Therrien is the Chief Marketing Officer at ExtraHop, where she leads the company’s global marketing strategy and execution. With a focus on driving business growth and enhancing brand visibility, she is responsible for demand generation, marketing performance, and corporate communications.

Therrien joined ExtraHop in November 2022 with more than two decades of experience in the cybersecurity technology industry. During this time, she played instrumental roles in shaping and implementing successful marketing campaigns that resonated with target audiences and delivered measurable results. Before ExtraHop, she served as Vice president of corporate marketing at Cybereason, where she was responsible for global corporate communications and messaging, customer marketing, thought leadership, media relations, and events. Previously, she held marketing leadership positions with Mimecast, RSA, Symantec, and @stake.

A dynamic and charismatic leader, Therrien has a track record of managing high-performance teams and delivering meaningful business results. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Georgia and holds a Master of Arts in Communications from Miami University.


39. Iris Diaz
Chief Marketing Officer, Dallas Mavericks

Iris Diaz, an award-winning marketing visionary, is currently the Chief Marketing Officer for the Dallas Mavericks, where she proudly holds the distinction of being the first Latina in this role and only in the NBA. Her academic journey through Eastfield College, the University of North Texas (UNT), and Southern Methodist University (SMU) exemplifies her commitment to continued education.

A driving force for diversity, Diaz is an active member of influential organizations like CHIEF, Latinas in Progress (LIP), Hispanic Women of North Texas, Hispanic 100, and St. Jude Noche de Esperanza. Her leadership extends to the Governing Board of Pro Sports Assembly, amplifying her impact. Before the Mavericks, Diaz thrived in key roles at Al Día Spanish Newspaper, published by The Dallas Morning News, Clear Channel Outdoor, and Lerma Multicultural Agency. With an indomitable spirit, she continues to reshape the landscape of sports marketing while championing inclusivity and change. 

Diaz is dedicated to creating pathways for Latinos in sports and elevating the Hispanic voice in marketing realms. Her most recent accomplishment was receiving the OHTLI Award, ohtli meaning road or path, given by the Mexican Government, which is the highest recognition a Mexican American can receive for opening paths for others.


41. Lynn Fischer
Chief Marketing Officer, America at Vista

Lynn Fischer is Chief Marketing Officer of America at Vista, where she drives commercial success through strategic marketing initiatives for VistaJet and XO, two of the largest and leading global brands in business aviation that highlight the innovative solutions through technology and exceptional service revolutionizing the private aviation industry.

With over 20 years of experience driving exponential growth for agencies and premier brands through storytelling, strategic partnerships, and integrated growth marketing initiatives, she has led transformative marketing campaigns for industry leaders such as Lyft, Citi Bike, Time Inc., and CBS Interactive. reshaping urban mobility perceptions and consumption.

Formerly CMO at Newlab, a renowned technology hub in Brooklyn, Lynn played a pivotal role in connecting over 170 startups with Fortune 100 companies championing new technologies and setting new benchmarks across various sectors.


44. Praveen Singh
Chief Marketing Officer, TYT Network

Praveen Singh is the Chief Marketing Officer for TYT Network, the largest online news network in the world for millennials, covering politics, pop culture, and lifestyle. Singh joined TYT Network in 2011 and has launched several key initiatives including strategic partnerships and investments, business development, public relations, ad sales, and marketing. As CMO, she manages the strategy and development of marketing, membership, sponsorship, podcasts, e-commerce, events, and public relations, leading the best team in the field. 

Singh is an experienced management executive with a demonstrated history of working in media and finance. She is skilled in business development, digital media, marketing, ad sales, public relations, e-commerce, and video. She is a strong business development professional with a well-established career in both media and finance. 

Singh began her career at Morgan Stanley Institutional Investment Management and then worked at AllianceBernstein as Vice President of Global Product Development. Singh is a graduate of Tufts University with an undergraduate degree in political science.


45. Maria Robinson
CMO & SVP of Marketing, Reltio 

Maria Robinson has been a dynamic CMO, growth officer, and global marketing leader for more than 20 years and has successfully built and scaled performance-focused marketing teams to launch products, energize brands, and capture market share through innovative use of traditional, digital, and data-driven marketing strategies. She previously led at Intuit, LogMeIn, Citrix, Nitro, and Imperva, and currently Reltio.

Maria currently serves as the CMO and SVP of Marketing for Reltio. She is passionate about supporting women in navigating their careers and leadership roles. Maria founded Women in Data to support and foster a community of support and knowledge sharing. In her personal life, she is proud to be a mother of two wonderful daughters and is inspired every day as they venture out in their careers. Robinson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Global Studies from Alverno College.


47. Tara Ryan
Chief Marketing Officer, Saviynt

With over 25 years of success in global marketing for technology businesses in ERP, mid-market, SMB, security, and industry offerings, Tara Ryan is the Chief Marketing Officer of Saviynt, an identity governance and administration (IGA) system that provides enterprise customers with safe access to cloud-based apps and data. 

Ryan has driven fast growth for multiple SaaS, IPO, and public companies. She works with executives and boards on planning, creation, and execution of global branding, communications, sites, field programs, public relations, investor relations, and demand generation. Her program execution meets and beats best practices in pipeline, conversion, and revenue contribution through digital, account, persona, and industry-based marketing campaigns. 

Previously, Ryan stepped in as CMO at Contrast Security, Incorta, Swrve, and Skuid to right-size and optimize marketing and sales programs. At Proofpoint and Coupa, she led growth and set up predictable marketing engines that propelled sales, pre and post-IPO. At Navis/SmartTurn, Ketera, and NetSuite, she oversaw marketing for start-up, VC companies through accelerated growth and expansion. In addition to providing branding, pricing, and all demand generation for NetSuite, Ryan also established sales and marketing integration using NetSuite CRM. She joined NetSuite from Deloitte Consulting. As a director of worldwide marketing, she launched campaigns with companies including SAP, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, PeopleSoft, and Oracle. Ryan was also VP of corporate marketing at Commerce One, Inc., where she oversaw global marketing for the e-marketplace company.

Brigette is currently the CMO of MyMochi driving the brand and innovation of the company. She was previously the Global Head of SnackFutures Innovation, Mondelēz’s latest and most advanced innovation program where she was pioneering the company’s aggressive global growth approach. She played a critical role as an architect of the multi-functional ecosystem, utilizing the skillsets of top internal talent in collaboration with cutting-edge external partners across the globe, paving the way for the future of snacking.

Coming from nearly two decades of work in marketing with experience in CPG training and investment banking, Brigette brings a diverse set of experiences to the table. She specializes in P&L management, global innovation, customer marketing, and channel development and has been responsible for managing P&Ls totaling over $200M while leading global cross-functional teams. Some of the leading brands that Brigette has worked with include Oreo and DiGiorno.

50. Julie Galbraith
Chief Marketing Officer, Deschutes Brewery

Julie Galbraith began her professional career 23 years ago. Today, she is the Chief Marketing Officer of Deschutes Brewery, an independent craft brewer in Bend, Oregon, that’s been family- and employee-owned since 1988. It’s currently the 10th largest craft brewery in the country.

Galbraith is an accomplished omnichannel general manager, senior leader, and marketing executive with 20 years of consumer products experience across a multitude of industries, developing and launching successful businesses, repositioning established brands, and scaling brands authentically. She started her career in 2001 as an associate consumer marketing manager at LeapFrog. From there, she went on to LucasArts, a Lucasfilm Ltd. company, before eventually rising to executive consultant at Pressed, her most recent position before joining Deschutes Brewery.

Galbraith graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with an undergraduate degree in political science and mass communications.
