Joanna Sabato is currently the Global Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for Ronald McDonald House Charities, Inc. Sabato and her team are responsible for the development and execution of the organization’s global marketing and fundraising strategies. This includes oversight of the RMHC brand including compliance, consistency, positioning, and communication across the entire RMHC Chapter system in 62 countries and regions and building fundraising capacity to support the expanding needs of the RMHC system.

Sabato excels in brand management, marketing, and marketing management, demonstrating a strong ability in customer insight and FMCG. Her expertise includes marketing strategy, brand development, and integrated marketing. Additionally, she is skilled in market planning, marketing research, and marketing communications.

Before joining McDonald's, Sabato was a senior director at Legends. Before that, she was the manager of integrated corporate partnerships for the Cleveland Browns. Earlier in her career, she worked with Cox Media Group as a senior account executive. Sabato holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Findlay.


2. Emily Twomey
EVP & Chief Marketing Officer, Razorfish

Emily Twomey is the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Razorfish, part of Publicis Communications North America. Grounded in deep digital expertise for over 25 years, Razorfish navigates the ever-changing marketing landscape to forge meaningful connections that enrich people’s lives. Their diverse teams of strategists, creative thinkers, experienced builders, and technologists are passionate about connecting creativity to business impact.

Twomey is an accomplished senior marketing executive with a track record of achieving sustainable growth and profitability for global organizations. She has deep experience in leading marketing strategies, brand positioning, and fostering close alignment with sales and business stakeholders. She possesses expertise in technology- and experience-driven transformation across all major industries, and she is highly adept at leading diverse teams through multi-matrixed organizations to achieve large-scale organizational success.

Twomey started her career in 2005 as a senior sales manager in entertainment at the New York Post. From there, she went on to Oddcast, before eventually rising to CMO in charge of retail, consumer goods, travel, hospitality, manufacturing, transportation, energy, and utilities at Cognizant. This was her most recent position before joining Razorfish. Twomey graduated from Boston College with an undergraduate degree in English and fine arts.


3. Lindsay Morgan
Chief Marketing Officer, Pizza Hut

Lindsay Morgan is the Chief Marketing Officer for Pizza Hut US. In this role, Morgan oversees marketing and public relations for the brand. Previously, Morgan was the director of brand communications, leading national TV, digital/social advertising, product packaging, loyalty, and email, as well as multicultural marketing strategies. On her watch, the brand relaunched a new strategy and deployed a campaign starring actor and comedian Craig Robinson. 

Before joining Pizza Hut, Morgan held several brand management roles at Samsung, leading multiple award-winning advertising campaigns, including launching the Galaxy mobile phone line that catapulted the brand. She has also led communication strategies across various tech and consumer goods brands for more than 15 years. 

Previously, Morgan was a director of brand marketing at LeEco US. Before that, she was a director of strategy at Tandem Theory. Earlier in her career, she worked with Block as a marketing specialist. Morgan is a graduate of Texas State University and has two children under the age of five.


4. Anisha Raghavan
Chief Marketing Officer, Heyday

Anisha Raghavan is currently the Chief Marketing Officer for Heyday, where she oversees the brand marketing, digital/e-commerce, media planning, media buying, content, and integrated communications teams for the company’s portfolio of nearly 10 beauty brands. At Heyday, they’re cutting through the noise in the skincare industry to help discover the healthiest skin.

Raghavan is a marketing executive uniquely experienced across agency, CPG, and fast-growth DTC organizations. She has demonstrated leadership in driving both brand equity and revenue growth through P&L ownership and extensive knowledge of brand management, digital transformation, performance marketing, product development and commercialization, and retail execution. She has a proven ability to create vision, build from scratch, navigate ambiguity, and move fast, and she has a deep passion for digital disruption and is a curiosity-driven talent developer and cross-functional team leader.

Previously, Raghavan held leadership roles at Unilever, PepsiCo, StriVectin, and Rodan + Fields, after first starting her career at WPP’s Grey Advertising. With a unique combination of agency, CPG, and fast-growth DTC experience, she has expertise across brand and digital marketing, as well as general management, and holds a strong passion for unlocking her teams’ capability around new forms of consumer connection through technology. Raghavan earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and her BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis. 


5. Marisa Thalberg
Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, United Parks & Resorts

Marisa Thalberg is the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of United Parks & Resorts, a leading theme park and entertainment company with a world-class portfolio of seven brands across 13 parks in the United States and Abu Dhabi. The company’s portfolio of iconic brands includes SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Discovery Cove, Sesame Place, Water Country USA, Adventure Island, and Aquatica.

Thalberg is considered one of the most dynamic and versatile marketing executives in the field, displaying versatility and adaptability that has led to her being an exceedingly successful leader in a diverse portfolio of industries, ranging from luxury beauty (The Estée Lauder Companies) and fast food (Taco Bell) to big box retail (Lowe’s Home Improvement) and theme parks and entertainment (SeaWorld/Busch Gardens). Her passionate advocacy for women at work led her on the path to social entrepreneurship as the founder of Executive Moms, an organization created to connect and support accomplished women who are both professionals and moms. In this capacity, Thalberg became an early leading voice and supporter for women, particularly mothers, in the workplace, appearing across a range of media outlets including The TODAY Show, FOX, CNN, NBC News, and many more.

A pioneer of digital, social, and e-commerce marketing, Thalberg has orchestrated blockbuster product launches (like Taco Bell’s Nacho Fries, the most successful product launch in its history) and unexpected cultural moments (like Lowe’s x NY Fashion Week, The Taco Bell Hotel). She is known for inspiring teams to take brands to new heights of consumer resonance, cultural relevance, and business performance. Thalberg appeared on the primetime USA Network show America’s Big Deal as a judge and is currently the co-host of the fast-growing podcast Brand New, produced within the iHeartMedia Podcast network. Thalberg graduated from Brown University with an undergraduate degree in American civilization.


6. Michelle Crossan-Matos
Chief Marketing Officer, Ulta Beauty

Michelle Crossan-Matos is the Chief Marketing Officer of Ulta Beauty (UB), the nation’s largest beauty retailer. She oversees e-commerce, member loyalty, credit, UB brand building, creative, store design, guest services, public relations, consumer insight, and UB Media, the company’s retail media network.

Before joining Ulta Beauty, Crossan-Matos served as chief marketing, citizenship, and communications officer at Samsung Electronics America. Before that, she held various leadership roles with Samsung, Vertu, and Procter & Gamble, where she gained extensive experience in beauty and personal care. She is recognized for being a change agent who is strategic yet a hands-on pragmatic operator, delivering on complex business challenges by building culture, creating innovation, and driving value for turnarounds and sustainable growth. Crossan-Matos earned an undergraduate degree in management sciences and manufacturing engineering from the University of Strathclyde.


7. Valerie Kubizniak
Global Chief Marketing Officer, KFC

Valerie Kubizniak is the Chief Marketing Officer for KFC. The iconic brand has been making world-famous fried chicken since 1952. Their unrivaled people and culture are the true heart and soul of their brand. In her role, Kubizniak oversees all marketing, public relations, and food development activities, and she is responsible for restaurant revenue growth.

Previously, Kubizniak spent six years working in Asia, serving as general manager and CMO for KFC Asia. She is a passionate, highly regarded marketer responsible for driving the KFC brand agenda. Kubizniak has worked for Yum, KFC’s parent company, since 2007, starting her career in Australia. Over that time, she’s held several assignments and has a proven track record in delivering business results and building brand love.

Before joining Yum, Kubizniak held marketing roles at large blue-chip FMCG companies including Unilever, Campbell Arnott’s, and Mars in Ireland and Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and graduated with first-class honors for her Master’s in Business Studies, both from the National University of Ireland, Galway.


8. Abby Gabriel
Chief Marketing Officer, North America, Schneider Electric

Abby Gabriel is the Chief Marketing Officer for North America at Schneider Electric. In her role, Gabriel has the mission to nurture a leading marketing team in delivering the brand ambition for the North American market, including establishing Schneider Electric as a leader in sustainability and digitization. She stewards the organization’s focus on digital customer experience and best-in-class web and digital experience and ensures marketing is delivering a strong commercial impact across e-commerce and digital marketing. 

In her role, Gabriel is responsible for animating the region’s imperatives into impactful marketing strategies and activities that contribute towards business goals. Known as a global marketing leader, Gabriel has held positions in channels, sales operations, communications, and strategic marketing. With over 15 years at Schneider Electric, she drives breakthrough results through her experience with performance marketing, thought leadership, and digital customer experience. 

Formerly with APC by Schneider Electric, she kicked off her marketing career as a marketing program manager and worked her way up to director of communications, eventually transitioning into a global marketing organization. Gabriel earned an undergraduate degree in marketing from Boston College.


9. Suzanne Clerkin
Chief Marketing Officer - Jiffy Lube International, Shell

Suzanne Clerkin is the Chief Marketing Officer for Jiffy Lube International at Shell, a global energy company with around 87,000 employees in more than 70 countries. They work together to power progress through more and cleaner energy solutions, serving more than 30 million customers at almost 46,000 retail service stations.

Clerkin is a passionate marketing and business strategy professional with over 20 years of experience in brand marketing, channel development, digital marketing, customer experience, insights, and operational excellence. She is a results-driven and collaborative leader with a track record of using market insights and strategic business plans to deliver business results. She is a people-focused leader experienced in managing and coaching teams, with a continual dedication to learning and advancement.

Before joining the Shell team in 2004 as a supply chain and customer service analyst, Clerkin completed a manufacturing internship at Ball Corporation. She graduated from Texas McCombs School of Business with an MBA and from Colorado School of Mines with an undergraduate degree in economics and business.


10. Kate Richling
Chief Marketing Officer, Monks

Kate Richling leads global marketing initiatives across Monks, including marketing, PR, awards and internal communications. In July 2018, the company merged with S4Capital, and shortly thereafter went public issuing its bold ambition to integrate digital specialists working across content, data, digital media and technology services in a unitary structure, disrupting the traditional agency and holdco landscape. During her time at Monks, the company has grown from 750 to 7,600+ staff globally. As the company's first-ever CMO, Kate helped successfully launch the unitary Media.Monks brand in August 2021, and its simplification into its current name Monks in July 2024. In addition to bringing together over a dozen companies under one name in 2021, this process involved integrating many marketing teams into a unified one. Following this successful launch, her perspective on how to build brands that put people first was featured in The Drum, amongst wide coverage in other major ad trades. Having built and led teams across executive leadership posts at Birdsnest and Phenomblue, Kate is an entrepreneur, tech advocate and a PR and marketing junkie with a sharp eye on the shifting agency landscape. Kate has spoken on stages across the world about how brands can build robust content and marketing strategies that yield impactful business results and fill the funnel. By keeping a pulse on the reigning challenges and opportunities faced by brands today, she translates global brand stories into tangible takeaways for marketers of organizations of all sizes working cross-industry. Kate's commitment to demonstrating the breadth and depth of Monks' multidisciplinary talent has earned the team international recognition as one of AdExchanger's Programmatic Power Players, Webby's Production Company of the Year, Campaign's Social Media Agency of the Year and placement on Adweek's Fastest Growing lists in addition to being named their inaugural AI Agency of the Year. 11. Geraldine Tunnell
Chief Marketing Officer, Dell Technologies

Geraldine Tunnell is the Chief Marketing Officer for Dell Technologies, a provider of hardware, software, cloud, and big data solutions. As CMO, Tunnell is directly responsible for the global marketing organization strategy and all aspects of Dell’s marketing efforts. This includes brand, creative, media, product and field marketing, corporate communications, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives.

Tunnell believes they are on the precipice of a rare seismic shift with AI and generative AI, where the combination of marketing’s art and science can better serve customers and business outcomes. Her background includes 20 years of experience in everything from product development to brand marketing to supply chain management. Since joining Dell in 2005, she has been instrumental in driving transformation and customer-focused strategies across all of Dell’s businesses and product lines in various marketing capacities. Before becoming CMO, Tunnell was senior vice president of global field and partner marketing. 

Previously, Tunnell was a management consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and worked in Silicon Valley at a start-up focused on supply chain management. She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia. 


12. Kara Wallace
Chief Marketing Officer, Royal Caribbean International

Kara Wallace is the Chief Marketing Officer of Royal Caribbean International. Royal Caribbean International (RCI), previously known as Royal Caribbean Cruise Line (RCCL), is a cruise line brand founded in 1968 in Norway and organized as a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Caribbean Group since 1997. 

As CMO, Wallace’s duties include global marketing and advertising, social media, consumer insights, web, e-commerce, and media. She will also play an important role in developing brand strategy and vision. Previously, she was VP of North American marketing. Her earlier roles were in brand management and media, consumer insights, marketing strategy, and market research. She joined Royal Caribbean in 2005 as a market research analyst.

Before joining Royal Caribbean International, Wallace was a manager of custom research at Simmons Market Research Bureau. Earlier in her career, she worked with Diagnostic Research as a senior project director. Wallace graduated from the University of Dayton.


13. Jennie Weber
Chief Marketing Officer, Best Buy

Jennie Weber currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Best Buy, a $46 billion consumer electronics retailer. As CMO, Weber is creating enterprise value by driving growth through Best Buy’s retail media network turning marketing into a profit center. Additionally, she has a vision for modernizing marketing by leveraging data and driving efforts toward a more agile marketing tech stack. She is building an environment that leverages generative AI and large language models to unlock efficiencies and new ways to scale marketing asset creation. She is responsible for corporate positioning, messaging, and media strategy aimed at driving traffic and revenue. She is currently reinventing and repositioning the Best Buy brand to drive relevance amongst a new generation of tech lovers ensuring long-term brand value. 

Weber is a transformational business, digital design, and marketing leader focused on driving growth, digital innovation, and building brands customers love. Leveraging data, analytics, and storytelling, she has led enterprise transformations that capture the hearts and minds of leaders and employees affecting meaningful long-term change. These efforts have unlocked new revenue-driving opportunities, delivered improved customer outcomes, and created unique differentiation. Weber leads with high energy, focus, and curiosity making her a trusted partner and high-impact leader. She encourages iteration, innovation, and creative risk-taking balanced with solid judgment and well-honed instincts to deliver outsized business benefits. 

Previously, Weber held a variety of leadership roles in customer strategy, experience design, research, and insights. She possesses a keen eye for trends, and an ability to leverage customer insights to drive growth by creating strategies centered on putting the customer first. These include new innovative store designs that up-end the traditional model, and digital experiences that enable frictionless shopping. Weber earned an undergraduate degree in history from the University of St. Thomas.


14. Caitlin Sargent
Chief Marketing Officer, Nike

Caitlin Sargent is the Chief Marketing Officer of Nike, a purpose-driven organization energized by a shared commitment to move the world forward through the power of sport. They champion diversity and amplify individual passions to bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete in the world.

Sargent started at Nike in 2006 as a department manager. She moved quickly through the ranks, accepting promotions to marketing specialist, brand marketing manager, and then brand marketing director. In 2016, she was made a brand planning director, where she drove the long-term strategic vision of the brand across all categories. She accepted her first senior marketing director role in 2018 and entered the C-suite as VP in 2021. She started as CMO in February 2024. 

Earlier in her career, she worked with Mervyns as an assistant store manager in Glendale Arizona. Sargent graduated from George Fox University with an undergraduate degree in business administration and marketing.


15. Karen Bronzo
Chief Global Marketing Officer - US Networks and News, Warner Bros. Discovery

Karen Bronzo is the Chief Global Marketing Officer for US Networks and News of Warner Bros. Discovery, a premier global media and entertainment company, offering audiences the world’s most differentiated and complete portfolio of content, brands, and franchises across television, film, streaming, and gaming. 

Bronzo is a senior marketing executive with an extensive background in brand strategy, advertising, media, creative, and business development. She leads and mentors high-performance talent while fostering productive and collaborative work environments. Bronzo delivers business goals through a solutions-oriented approach to partnerships and meticulous budget management, and she is a highly valued contributor, trusted by colleagues for counsel and guidance throughout her career.

Before joining Warner Bros. Discovery, Bronzo was an SVP of marketing for HGTV at Discovery Inc. Before that, she was an SVP of brand marketing and partnerships at Scripps Networks Interactive. Earlier in her career, she worked with J. Walter Thompson as an assistant in international research. Bronzo graduated from Georgetown University with an undergraduate degree in foreign service and international affairs.


16. Fabiola Torres
Global Chief Marketing Officer, Gap Inc.

Fabiola Torres began her career nearly three decades ago, and today, she is the Global Chief Marketing Officer for Gap Inc., a brand that inspires the world to bring individuality to modern, responsibly-made essentials.

Torres is an experienced marketer with a creative and strategic mind, recognized for driving excellence by putting consumers first. With a digital mindset and a holistic understanding of both the brand and the business, she is a hands-on contributor with the energy and drive of someone running a startup. She is an expert in consumer marketing and the execution of integrated and multichannel marketing strategies, including creative, digital, performance-driven marketing (full-funnel), events, sports marketing, retail, influencer, and entertainment marketing.

Having spent almost three years at Apple and 18 years at Nike in brand marketing, Torres believes that everything starts and ends with the consumer. She develops relationships through storytelling, social media, digital platforms, and community engagement, always connecting these efforts to the best products, services, and experiences. She is also a virtual leader and mentor of diverse, multinational teams, recognized for growing talent within the organization across functions. Torres graduated from Universidad de Monterrey with an undergraduate degree in communications.


17. Jacqueline Woods
Chief Marketing Officer, Teradata

As Chief Marketing Officer, Jacqueline Woods is responsible for overseeing Teradata’s strategic marketing planning and delivery, including brand and reputation management, digital and social properties, as well as leading customer generation, influencer marketing, public relations, communications, and enriching customer experiences. She has over 30 years of experience leading corporate transformations, propelling marketing organizations to utilize data and insights, and leading the way in digital marketing. She is recognized for instilling today’s modern marketing approaches that successfully grow businesses. Her career spans Fortune 100 companies, including IBM, GE, Oracle, and Verizon, covering both business-to-business and business-to-consumer go-to-market initiatives.

Woods joined Teradata from NielsenIQ, where she served as global chief marketing and communications officer. There, Woods focused on the firm’s transformation to an independent company, leading the revitalization of the company’s brand, image, and perception to reflect its new character – from a legacy brand to a modern data-driven enterprise. Previously, Woods was with IBM for nearly 10 years, including as CMO of its $13 billion Partner Ecosystem, where she focused on building cloud, data, AI, and SaaS strategies across an ecosystem of over 120,000 firms.

Woods serves on the board of directors for Winnebago Industries and the board of trustees for Community Reinvestment Fund USA, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving communities through innovative financial solutions. She is also on the board of the Greater Fairfield County Foundation, Inc., a not-for-profit helping under-served communities in southern Connecticut. She previously served on the Dean’s Council for the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and the Western Region Board of the United Negro College Fund. Woods holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California.


18. Gloria Garcia
Chief Marketing Officer, Bayer

Gloria Garcia is the Chief Marketing Officer of Bayer. Bayer is a global enterprise with core competencies in the life science fields of healthcare and nutrition. They design their products and services to serve the most essential human needs of health and nutrition. 

Garcia was promoted to CMO in 2023. Before that, she served Bayer as a regional sales manager. In this role, she was mainly responsible for the regional expansion of products, customer development, and regional operations planning and implementation. She refined the operation of the regional market model and established good relationships with customers, providing timely feedback to meet customer needs and improve customer satisfaction. 

Previously, Garcia worked as an assistant sales manager and then the head of sales at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. She started her career as a trade order clerk at Baxter International Inc. Garcia graduated from Harvard University with an MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations.


19. Kathleen Merrill
Chief Marketing Officer, ProMedica

Kathleen Merrill is the Chief Marketing Officer of ProMedica, where she oversees various system-level marketing and communications functions. She first joined the company in 2007 as the vice president of marketing communications. ProMedica is a mission-based, not-for-profit health and well-being organization that offers acute and ambulatory care, an insurance company with a dental plan, and post-acute and academic business lines. 

Merrill is a seasoned marketing professional who has held multiple leadership positions during her 16-year career at ProMedica. Building an organization’s bottom line has been her passion since she started her career. For the last 20 years, she has been driven to understand consumers and how they make their decisions. Her career has consistently escalated because she can lead a team to deliver the right message, at the right time, through the right channels. She loves what she does and has built brands to deliver results.

Previously, Merrill was a self-employed marketing and communications consultant based in Toledo, Ohio. Before that, she was a senior director of marketing at UBM Tech. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from the College of Communications Arts and Sciences at Michigan State University.


20. Kim Lefko
Chief Marketing Officer, Ace Hardware

Kim Lefko is the Chief Marketing Officer of Ace Hardware. She first joined the company in 2018. Ace Hardware is the largest retailer-owned hardware cooperative in the world with over 5,500 locally owned and operated hardware stores in approximately 70 countries. As CMO, Lefko leads the brand’s global marketing and advertising efforts and digital initiatives. Along with her team, she is responsible for developing innovative strategies that further Ace Hardware’s brand promise and positioning Ace as the most convenient and helpful hardware store on the planet.

Lefko previously served as CMO at Weber Stephen Products, maker of The Weber Grill. In that role, she advanced the leading BBQ brand globally with a focus on digital marketing and integrating technology into the product offering. She led the development of a centralized global website that streamlined e-commerce, fulfillment, and services. Before that, Lefko served as senior vice president of sales and marketing and as a company officer at Radio Flyer, where she oversaw the development of the company’s first internal sales and marketing organization responsible for launching the e-commerce platform for the brand.

Lefko also brings a wealth of experience from her time at Newell Rubbermaid. She held various marketing leadership roles as she helped transition Graco Children’s Products to one of the largest, most profitable business units within the company. Lefko started her career in sales and marketing at Black & Decker with various positions across product management and national account management. Lefko earned a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.


21. Sheraun Britton-Parris
Chief Marketing Officer, Cordance

Sheraun Britton-Parris serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Cordance, a software company that acquires and scales SaaS businesses. 47. Tara Ryan
Chief Marketing Officer, Saviynt

With over 25 years of success in global marketing for technology businesses in ERP, mid-market, SMB, security, and industry offerings, Tara Ryan is the Chief Marketing Officer of Saviynt, an identity governance and administration (IGA) system that provides enterprise customers with safe access to cloud-based apps and data. 

Ryan has driven fast growth for multiple SaaS, IPO, and public companies. She works with executives and boards on planning, creation, and execution of global branding, communications, sites, field programs, public relations, investor relations, and demand generation. Her program execution meets and beats best practices in pipeline, conversion, and revenue contribution through digital, account, persona, and industry-based marketing campaigns. 

Previously, Ryan stepped in as CMO at Contrast Security, Incorta, Swrve, and Skuid to right-size and optimize marketing and sales programs. At Proofpoint and Coupa, she led growth and set up predictable marketing engines that propelled sales, pre and post-IPO. At Navis/SmartTurn, Ketera, and NetSuite, she oversaw marketing for start-up, VC companies through accelerated growth and expansion. In addition to providing branding, pricing, and all demand generation for NetSuite, Ryan also established sales and marketing integration using NetSuite CRM. She joined NetSuite from Deloitte Consulting. As a director of worldwide marketing, she launched campaigns with companies including SAP, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, PeopleSoft, and Oracle. Ryan was also VP of corporate marketing at Commerce One, Inc., where she oversaw global marketing for the e-marketplace company.

Brigette is currently the CMO of MyMochi driving the brand and innovation of the company. She was previously the Global Head of SnackFutures Innovation, Mondelēz’s latest and most advanced innovation program where she was pioneering the company’s aggressive global growth approach. She played a critical role as an architect of the multi-functional ecosystem, utilizing the skillsets of top internal talent in collaboration with cutting-edge external partners across the globe, paving the way for the future of snacking.

Coming from nearly two decades of work in marketing with experience in CPG training and investment banking, Brigette brings a diverse set of experiences to the table. She specializes in P&L management, global innovation, customer marketing, and channel development and has been responsible for managing P&Ls totaling over $200M while leading global cross-functional teams. Some of the leading brands that Brigette has worked with include Oreo and DiGiorno.

49. Kathryn McKeon
Chief Marketing Officer, Vital Farms

Today, Kathryn McKeon is the Chief Marketing Officer of Vital Farms, a Certified B Corporation, offering a range of ethically produced foods nationwide. McKeon joined Vital Farms in 2016 as one of the first marketing leaders. In her more than five years with the company, she has served in several marketing leadership roles including most recently vice president of marketing. 

McKeon has over 15 years of experience in brand marketing, with a specific focus on building global and emerging consumer food brands. As CMO, McKeon oversees the brand, content, community management, shopper marketing, consumer insights, communications, and creative design marketing functions. Before Vital Farms, McKeon held brand marketing roles at Mondelēz International, one of the world’s largest snack companies, and supported brand marketing for consumer household products including Starbucks Coffee, Stride Gum, Ritz Crackers, and Halls. She began her career in media sales for NewsCorp, a global content and information services company.

McKeon received a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business.


50. Julie Galbraith
Chief Marketing Officer, Deschutes Brewery

Julie Galbraith began her professional career 23 years ago. Today, she is the Chief Marketing Officer of Deschutes Brewery, an independent craft brewer in Bend, Oregon, that’s been family- and employee-owned since 1988. It’s currently the 10th largest craft brewery in the country.

Galbraith is an accomplished omnichannel general manager, senior leader, and marketing executive with 20 years of consumer products experience across a multitude of industries, developing and launching successful businesses, repositioning established brands, and scaling brands authentically. She started her career in 2001 as an associate consumer marketing manager at LeapFrog. From there, she went on to LucasArts, a Lucasfilm Ltd. company, before eventually rising to executive consultant at Pressed, her most recent position before joining Deschutes Brewery.

Galbraith graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with an undergraduate degree in political science and mass communications.
