Anchal Gupta is the Chief Technology Officer of American Airlines. She first joined the company in 2023. Gupta is a visionary leader with a remarkable track record of achievements. She has successfully managed platforms processing an astonishing $2.2 quadrillion of securities in a year, showcasing expertise in highly resilient applications and networks.
Gupta’s strategic initiatives have resulted in double-digit revenue growth, driven automation and efficiencies, and led to the launch of multiple industry-influencing solutions. Gupta’s commitment to optimizing customer communication across over 90 products has yielded substantial cost savings of over $20 million annually, coupled with a significant enhancement in customer experience. She has played a pivotal role in achieving market share and Net Promoter Score (NPS) improvements, overseeing financial management exceeding a billion dollars. Her leadership extends to enterprise data management, consolidation, and transformation, as well as driving cloud adoption, Agile delivery, integrated IT risk management, event-driven architectures, and the implementation of APIs and microservices.
Previously, Gupta was a managing director and global head of card technology at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Before that, she was a managing director and global head of product, platform, and data engineering at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). Earlier in her career, she worked with Max Ateev as a project leader. Gupta earned an undergraduate degree in business management from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
3. Kinnera Angadi
VP & Chief Product and Technology Officer, Verizon Connect
Kinnera Angadi is the Vice President and Chief Product and Technology Officer at Verizon Connect, one of the world's largest telematics providers. The Verizon Connect portfolio of solutions and services includes comprehensive fleet and mobile workforce management software platforms, embedded OEM hardware, and Hum by Verizon, a connected vehicle device that helps create a safer, smarter, and more connected driving experience for consumers.
Angadi has more than 15 years of technology experience. As a leader in digital transformation with a focus on sustainability, she delivers metering innovations, cutting-edge communication platforms, and software solutions. Previously, she served as the chief technology officer for Honeywell Smart Energy & Thermal Solutions. Earlier in her career, she served in leadership roles at Comcast, Cigna, and IBM. She started her career as a software engineer at IBM.
Angadi has a BE in Information Technology and an MS in Computer Science. She also studied Women’s Executive Leadership at The Wharton School.
5. Yao Morin
Chief Technology Officer, JLL
Yao Morin is the Chief Technology Officer at JLL, where she leads and is responsible for the global technology strategy, product roadmap, and delivery. Morin joined JLLT in 2020 as the chief data officer, where she has helped refine and accelerate JLL’s approach to gathering, extracting, storing, and leveraging data assets across its businesses to create new value for investors, occupiers, and the broader organization.
Before JLL, Morin served as chief data officer and head of US engineering at StubHub, where she defined and championed StubHub’s company-wide data strategy and oversaw the execution of a complete data transformation. She also drove the development and modernization of Intuit’s data infrastructure as head of data science and machine learning engineering/principal data scientist. Earlier in her career, Morin was a research scientist at Intellisis and Parietal Systems, and she served as a science adviser for Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P.
Morin holds a Doctorate in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Information Engineering from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Additionally, she holds several patents for her work related to user experience, data analytics and management, and machine learning.
7. Lidia Fonseca
Chief Digital and Technology Officer & Executive Vice President, Pfizer
Lidia Fonseca is the Executive Vice President and Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Pfizer, one of the world's largest research-based pharmaceutical and biomedical companies. Her team accelerates innovation at Pfizer by enhancing operational processes through automation and robotics and delivering powerful insights with data, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) for better and faster decision-making. She is responsible for the enterprise-wide digital strategy and for Pfizer Learning and Development and Business Process Excellence.
Fonseca has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She is spearheading the effort to improve patient health outcomes through innovative digital health, medicines, and diagnostics products. Under her leadership, Pfizer launched the Digital Companion, a suite of digital products and solutions to deepen engagement between patients and physicians. She is also leading the effort to introduce AI-powered predictive algorithms to help disease suspicion, treatment optimization, and adherence. Under her leadership, Pfizer has automated over 90 percent of 100 million transactional processes across the company and Fonseca’s team launched the Pfizer Learning Academy, providing learning, training, and development for all Pfizer employees.
In her prior role, Fonseca was the senior vice president and CIO at Quest Diagnostics, where she was responsible for technology, informatics, and digital solutions. She is a member of the board of directors of Medtronic, Tegna, Inc., and the US-Japan Business Council. She was previously a member of the board of directors of Gannet, Inc. and Q2 Solutions, a joint venture between Quest Diagnostics and IQVIA. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley. She has an MBA and a Master of Business Informatics from Erasmus University.
8. Kristi Cunningham
US Chief Technology Officer, Kyndryl
Kristi Cunningham is the US Chief Technology Officer of Kyndryl, the world's largest provider of IT infrastructure services. She supports Kyndryl's US goals by driving business growth, enhancing the company's reputation and relevance, and motivating and upskilling technical teams. She owns and drives a technology strategy aimed at digitally transforming customers, internal processes, and the business office. She collaborates with US practice leaders and CTOs to set the technical direction across practices, makes investment prioritization recommendations, and works closely with sector CTOs, advisory and implementation practices, customer engagement hubs, marketing, and communications to ensure aligned execution.
Cunningham is a strategic and highly accomplished information technology and data executive with extensive expertise in enterprise-wide data management practices. She excels in establishing data governance, building end-to-end data ecosystems, defining application and data architecture, streamlining processes, and developing strategic partnerships. She leverages outstanding leadership and communication skills to collaborate across all organizational levels and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. A driven analytical and technical top performer, she balances business and technology initiatives while managing risk to create a value-driven organization.
Previously, Cunningham was a global and North American financial services lead and managing director at Accenture. Before that, she was a VP of enterprise data management at CapitolOne. Earlier in her career, she worked with the City of Jacksonville Florida as a system developer. Cunningham earned a Master of Science in Information Technology from Virginia Tech and an undergraduate degree in computer service from Jacksonville University.
11. Tracy Mills
Chief Technology Officer of Federal System Integrators, Hewlett Packard Enterprise
Tracy Mills is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for HPE’s US Public Sector Federal Systems Integrators Sales organization. In this role, Mills works with federal entities to solve their IT challenges providing mission capabilities efficiently and effectively. She can understand federal systems integrators and public sector business drivers and provide insights into the latest emerging technology solutions to support the rapidly changing landscape of IT from edge to everywhere. She works with end users, industry, leading partners, and integrators to identify solutions and opportunities to support the warfighter, civilian, SLED, and federal agencies.
With over 26 years of experience, Mills understands the kinds of problems that federal programs face when making decisions about improving collaboration, communication, and efficiency. Previously, she led the US Army, Airforce, and Joint Forces account and Strategic Programs team, where she had responsibility for all of the US Public Sector Capture pursuits (DoD, Intel, Civilian, SLED, and Commercial) and route-to-market operations with Hawaii’s largest system integrator. Mills joined HPE in 2019 and has spent her career within the federal marketplace. Before joining HPE, she was with Pacxa for nine years within the information systems and technology business sector. At Pacxa, she served as the enterprise senior solutions consultant and DoD business development director in support of Pacxa’s SLED, federal, and commercial business.
Mills studied international relations and communications at the University of Maryland. She carries over 36 technical and sales certifications in mission-critical and complex solution creation and delivery, including deep neural networks, generative AI, and disconnected multi-hybrid cloud solutions. She currently resides in Williamsburg, VA. In Her spare time, she enjoys hunting, fishing, and cooking, taking any excuse to get outside and spend time with family and friends.
15. Urvi Randhar
Chief Technology Officer, Pharmaceutical segment, Cardinal Health
Urvi Randhar is the Chief Technology Officer of the Pharmaceutical segment of Cardinal Health. She first joined the company in 2021. Cardinal Health is a distributor of pharmaceuticals, a global manufacturer and distributor of medical and laboratory products, and a provider of performance and data solutions for healthcare facilities.
Randhar is a healthcare technology executive with a track record of delivering software products generating annual revenue exceeding $200 million. She has the experience of growing a five-member startup team to a global engineering setup with over 200 members working on multiple products across several technology stacks. As her startup flourished and transformed, she had the opportunity to learn and adapt the development and leadership approach to suit the changing needs and mature as a leader. In addition to core product development, she has also been responsible for contributing to important sales cycles, key account growth, management of early adopter programs, leading the company’s physician advisory board, and myriad regulatory compliance requirements.
Previously, Randhar was a CTO and CIO at Prime Therapeutics. Before that, she was a vice president of digital health at Healogics, Inc. Earlier in her career, she worked with Impetus as a software engineer. Randhar earned an undergraduate degree in computer software engineering from the Shri G.S. Institute of Technology and Science.

18. Megan McFarland
VP & Chief Technology Officer, Ochsner Health
Megan McFarland is a Certified Executive Coach and distinguished leader renowned for her exceptional track record in spearheading and successfully executing major technology initiatives within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as VP and Chief Technology Officer at Ochsner Health, a pioneering force in healthcare technology, McFarland oversees comprehensive management of infrastructure, technology development, and regional support teams. Her strategic vision and hands-on leadership have been pivotal in driving transformative changes across Ochsner's IT landscape.
McFarland has demonstrated a knack for navigating complex technological challenges with agility and foresight throughout her career. Under her guidance, Ochsner Health has consistently exceeded service level agreement (SLA) requirements, maintaining a robust system uptime of 99% or better for critical systems. She has also fostered a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging analytics and feedback mechanisms to identify and implement enhancements that elevate organizational performance. McFarland is known for her collaborative approach to working with cross-functional stakeholders and forging strong partnerships with industry leaders, such as Citrix, VMWare, Microsoft, Dell, HP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. Her ability to align IT initiatives with broader business objectives has been instrumental in driving Ochsner Health's strategic goals forward.
Outside of her role at Ochsner Health, McFarland is actively involved in professional development initiatives, including mentoring and coaching emerging leaders in the healthcare IT field. She holds certifications in executive coaching, change management, and Lean methodologies, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and development.
19. Erica Bradshaw
Chief Technology Officer, Harvard University
Erica Bradshaw is Harvard University’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this role, she works in close partnership with university leadership and external partners to design and deliver university-wide technology strategy, with a particular focus on implementing and managing innovative emerging technologies. Bradshaw also leads the Technology Partner Services (TPS) organization within HUIT (Harvard University Information Technology), which delivers essential technology platforms and infrastructure.
Before she was appointed CTO, Bradshaw held a variety of leadership roles in HUIT. Most recently, she was the managing director for strategic transformation and associate CTO, responsible for overseeing strategy and operations across essential IT areas and defining technology strategies to support learning, experimentation, and innovation for HUIT and the university. Bradshaw previously led Harvard’s Cloud migration program, which improved the resiliency and security of their applications. She also developed the first HarvardKey program plan, which outlined an approach to simplify digital identities and streamline access to resources across the university. Bradshaw also convenes the MOR Alumni Leadership Community at Harvard, which focuses on building leadership skills, sharing experiences, and making leadership lessons accessible to IT professionals across the University.
Before joining Harvard, Bradshaw served as the director of infrastructure engineering for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She also worked as a consultant for Computer Sciences Corporation, providing technology consulting to state government and aerospace and defense contractors. Bradshaw graduated from the University of Vermont with an undergraduate degree in business administration concentrating in management information systems. She obtained a High Tech MBA from Northeastern University.
21. Heidi Perry
Chief Technology Officer, MIT Lincoln Laboratory
Heidi Perry is the Chief Technology Officer at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, a federally funded research and development center chartered to apply advanced technology to problems of national security. She previously held the position of assistant head of the Air, Missile, and Maritime Defense Technology Division, where she focused on enhancing the division’s efforts to develop advanced naval undersea and surface fleet systems and technology.
Perry joined Lincoln Laboratory in 2018 after 23 years at Draper Laboratory, where she most recently served as director of systems engineering and oversaw approximately 300 staff supporting Draper’s programs in strategic systems, space, defense, biomedical, special operations, and energy systems. She was responsible for Draper’s strategy and execution for technology development in guidance, navigation, and control systems; autonomous systems; communication systems; modeling and simulation; human-machine cognitive systems; and biomedical systems.
For more than 11 years, Perry has been affiliated with the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, including being a long-standing participant in their Naval Studies Board. She was the co-chair for the Naval Studies Board investigation into mainstreaming unmanned undersea vehicles. She was appointed as the chair of the National Academies Transportation Research Board Committee for the Update of the National Naval Responsibility for Naval Engineering project. Perry received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an MS in Computer Engineering from the National Technological University.
22. Debra King
Chief Technology Officer, Bunge
Debra King is Bunge's Chief Technology Officer, leading the business technology organization. King is a recognized business and technology executive with deep expertise in building value-driven technology strategies, executing enterprise digital, technology, and ERP transformations, driving new business models and customer services through technology innovation, strengthening corporate cyber security and compliance programs, leading process and technology integrations in complex M&A transactions, and building high-performing organizations. As part of Bunge's executive leadership team, King partners closely with her C-suite peers to drive business strategy and company performance.
Before joining Bunge, King served as the chief information officer at Corteva, where as a member of the executive leadership team, she led the process and technology workstream to enable the spin from DowDuPont and built a technology foundation for the new company, including enterprise ERP transformation. As leader of Corteva's digital transformation, she led the creation of cloud-based services, advanced analytics, and data-driven capabilities to enable key internal and customer-facing strategies. Previously, King spent 15 years at Pfizer in a range of IT leadership roles across business domains, managing IT organizations and operations at scale, and leading numerous global transformation programs. She started her career in technology consulting.
King holds a BA in Computer Science from Yeshiva University and has served on numerous advisory boards, including as a prior board member for NPower, an organization that provides technology training and career opportunities to those in underserved communities.
27. Nadilia Gomez
Chief Technology Officer, Iowa State University
Nadilia Gomez is the Chief Technology Officer for the Digital and Precision Agriculture Bioscience Platform at Iowa State University. In this role, Gomez works closely with Iowa State University researchers and BioConnect Iowa to identify technologies with commercial potential in the digital and precision agriculture space and prioritize relevant opportunities for commercial development within Iowa.
Gomez studied Botany at the University of Panama. She earned an MS in Plant Biological Sciences and a PhD in Applied Plant Sciences with an emphasis on Plant Breeding and Molecular Genetics at the University of Minnesota. In 2010, she moved to Iowa to work for DuPont Pioneer, now Corteva Agriscience, where she held multiple roles in the development and prioritization of digital ag solutions. In 2019, she became the executive director of the Iowa AgriTech Accelerator. In 2021, she accepted the inaugural role as CTO for the Digital and Precision Agriculture Bioscience Platform, and in 2022, she received her Executive MBA in Food, Agriculture, and Biosciences Industries from ISU’s Ivy College of Business.
Gomez has served as an industry representative at the Iowa Governor’s STEM Industry Advisory Council, a mentor for the Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute Community Connect Program, a board member for several tech, ag, and land conservation organizations, and a member of the Des Moines/Ames MIT Regional Entrepreneurship Accelerator Program, which is funded by the Kauffman Foundation and led by the Greater Des Moines Partnership.
28. Rebecca Parsons
Chief Technology Officer, Thoughtworks
Since 2007, Rebecca Parsons has served as the Chief Technology Officer of Thoughtworks, where she is responsible for driving the company’s technology strategy and growing its reputation for technical excellence. Thoughtworks is a leading global technology consultancy that integrates strategy, design, and software engineering to enable clients to thrive. In June 2023, Parsons transitioned into a new role as CTO Emerita, which allows her to focus on areas she’s most passionate about.
Over the years, Parsons has worked in various industries, including heavy equipment manufacturing, government research, semiconductors, computer manufacturing, and academia. She is also a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the industry, particularly in increasing the number of women in coding and STEM. She has served on the boards of CodeChix, AnitaB.org, and the Agile Alliance and has been an advisor to Women Who Code.
Parsons has co-authored several books, including Domain-Specific Languages, The Thoughtworks Anthology, and Building Evolutionary Architectures, now in its second edition. In 2018, she was honored to receive the prestigious Technical Leadership Abie Award, presented by AnitaB.org, which celebrates a woman who has led or developed a product, process, or innovation that made a notable impact on business or society. Parsons graduated from Rice University with a PhD in Computer Science.
29. Min Wang
Chief Technology Officer, Splunk
Min Wang is Chief Technology Officer for Splunk. She is responsible for leading the company’s technology strategy and exploration of emerging technologies and architecture. Splunk is a cloud-first software company that focuses on analyzing machine data.
Wang has over 20 years of experience in technology R&D with a focus on AI, ML, data analytics and enterprise cloud. She most recently led a team at Google responsible for critical components of the company’s AI-driven Google Assistant. Before Google, she served as a senior vice president at Visa, where she established the organization responsible for applied research on data analytics, security, and the future of commerce. She has also held research leadership roles for Google Research, HP Labs, and IBM Research.
Wang holds a BS and an MS from Tsinghua University and a PhD from Duke University. She has published over 90 research papers in top peer-reviewed conferences and journals and received several distinguished research awards for her work on data management.

31. Tanya Rodriguez-Heffel
Chief Technology Officer, State of Kansas
Appointed Chief Technology Officer for the State of Kansas in July 2021, Tanya Rodriguez-Heffel plays an integral role in the strategic direction, development, and evolution of the state’s digital strategy across all technology stacks, including information security and privacy. She is committed to working across state agencies to provide technology solutions that will help Kansas position itself as an innovation leader.
Rodriguez-Heffel possesses strong expertise in strategic planning, business unit development, project management, and system engineering strategies, as well as an extensive security background in commercial, federal, and higher-ed security governance. She has a proven ability to thoughtfully analyze an organization's requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, and develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness and improving customer service offerings.
Rodriguez-Heffel’s extensive experience in the private sector includes director of technical operations and client services for Georgetown University Law Center. In that role, she re-engineered operational, technical, and support processes and platforms to deliver enhanced technology solutions and customer service to faculty, staff, and students. Before her time at Georgetown, Rodriguez-Heffel served as CISO with SecureIT, as well as the senior director of Monster Government Solutions. At each of these organizations, she has improved processes and responded to the needs of her customers. Rodriguez-Heffel holds a dual bachelor’s degree and an MSS from Virginia Tech.
32. Adrianne Tipton
Chief Technology Officer, Novolex
Adrianne Tipton is on the Senior Leadership Team at Novolex. In her role, she is responsible for driving innovation in new product development, product management, and Novolex marketing, as well as manufacturing services, which include corporate engineering, continuous improvement, EHS, and quality.
With more than 20 years of experience, Tipton brings extensive expertise in a wide variety of areas, including business strategy, marketing, research, and new product development. Before joining Novolex, she was the vice president of business research for ORC International, as well as vice president of new product development and marketing for Cenveo (formerly National Envelope). Previous to that, Tipton served a variety of critical roles in research and development at Clorox and was a key account manager/senior process engineer for Lam Research (formerly Novellus Systems).
Tipton holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Northern Arizona University and a PhD in Synthetic Bioorganic Chemistry from the University of Nevada, Reno. She did a post-doctoral fellowship at the Center for Metals in Biocatalysis at the University of Minnesota.
34. Liz Nguyen
Chief Technology Officer, Intrado
Liz is the Chief Technology Officer at Intrado, a trusted global leader in emergency communication services and end-to-end solutions. She is steering Intrado’s technology roadmap in alignment with larger business goals, facilitating strategic collaboration across departments on all innovative initiatives, and supporting the company in pushing the frontier of emergency communications services.
Nguyen brings more than 20 years of experience in software development and technology strategy to her current role. She is an accomplished technology executive with a background rooted in innovating and modernizing software solutions. She previously served as the CTO at Vertafore, a leading software provider in the insurance industry, where she spearheaded Vertafore's technological vision, playing a pivotal role in driving the company's digital transformation initiatives in SurTech. Before this, Nguyen held key roles in other industry-leading technology companies, showcasing her ability to maneuver through complex challenges and drive results. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago.

35. Dawn Fitzgerald
Chief Technology Officer, SharkNinja
Dawn Fitzgerald is the Chief Technology Officer for SharkNinja. In this role, she leads the advanced technology development for Shark and Ninja product lines. SharkNinja is a global product design and technology company that creates lifestyle solutions through innovative products for consumers around the world.
Throughout her career, Fitzgerald has served in leadership positions at AmericanFamily, Schneider-Electric Data Center Operations, IBM, Motorola, and numerous high-tech startups. A SpringBoard Women Entrepreneur startup funding recipient, she co-founded and was vice president of engineering for a chip company, where she designed digital signal processors for image processing. Fitzgerald has served in executive roles at multiple angel and VC-backed startup companies in various industries, including medical devices; software applications; sustainable products; robotics; and consumer devices.
Fitzgerald’s areas of expertise include product development, operations, IT, information security, and digital transformation strategy. She has a BS in Electrical, Computer, and Systems Engineering from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She has served as a mentor for MIT’s Venture Mentor Services and MIT Start Six Entrepreneurship and is currently a mentor for the MIT Operations Lab. Fitzgerald is a member of the Rensselaer School of Engineering Leadership Council and the Rensselaer New England Network Executive Council. She is also the founding chairperson for the MIT Machine Intelligence for Manufacturing and Operations and has been a columnist for AI Trends.
36. Lawana Jones
SVP & Chief Technology Officer, United Way
Lawana Jones is the first African American female Senior Vice President and CTO in United Way Worldwide’s 137-year history. The organization is the second-largest privately funded nonprofit charity in the world.
As a trailblazer in nonprofit technology, Jones leads the technology transformation roadmap and is focused on modernizing infrastructure and driving innovation for the corporate offices of the 1,100-member network. With a career spanning over 18 years in both for-profit and nonprofit sectors, she is celebrated for her expertise in operational excellence, gen AI program leadership, and strategic technology transformation. In addition to her pioneering role, Jones is the author of two seminal books on the role of generative AI in the nonprofit sector, highlighting her thought leadership in this revolutionary new field.
In her previous role as chief operating officer at United Way of Greater Rochester & the Finger Lakes, Jones also delivered strategic and operational improvements to the organization. Her tenure at L3Harris Technologies and Xerox further solidified her reputation as a leader in managing complex IT projects, mergers and acquisition efforts, and global security operations. Chief Product and Technology Officer, Sundance Institute
Sheri Green has a diverse and extensive work experience in technology and product management. She has served as the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Sundance Institute since January 2023. The Sundance Institute is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the discovery and development of independent artists and audiences.
Before this role, Green held the position of vice president of web, smart TV engineering, and product operations at AMC Networks from February to December 2022. From May 2019 to February 2022, Green worked as the vice president of digital technology at Beachbody. Before joining Beachbody, she held the position of vice president of technology for the Americas Business Unit at Deltatre from April 2018 to May 2019. At Deltatre, she introduced advanced sports video streaming technology to clients, such as the NFL, MLB, Fox, and Discovery. Green also worked as the senior director of technology for digital video at Beachbody from June 2015 to April 2018, where she contributed to launching streaming video products for popular fitness programs.
Green’s earlier career includes roles at Fox Networks Group as a senior technology manager from 2010 to 2016 and at Move Networks as a director of product management from 2007 to 2011. Jacqueline Harris is a seasoned technology executive with over 20 years of experience transforming IT departments into strategic assets. Currently leading the Philadelphia Parking Authority as CTP, Harris has spearheaded numerous high-impact initiatives, including a multi-layered cybersecurity program. Her strategic vision is evident in the development of the Remote Work Policy and Emergency Work-From-Home Procurements during the COVID-19 pandemic, earning her the prestigious Government Technology Innovation Award in 2021.
Harris’ expertise spans IT executive management, governance, and tactical IT forethought, supported by a suite of certifications, such as CISSP, PMP, Wharton Analytics, and ITIL. Her leadership has resulted in successful PCI compliance attainment and maintenance, fostered secure tech optimization across operations, and introduced innovative training delivery programs utilizing organic software functionality, such as MS Teams applications. Before her role at the Philadelphia Parking Authority, Harris was the director of IT at the Defender Association of Philadelphia, where she executed a cutting-edge “work-from-anywhere” hardware transformation while becoming Cellebrite certified and developing a dedicated digital forensics IT subdivision. Her career also includes pivotal roles at the Penn Center for Innovation and Morgan Stanley, where in tech transfer, she inaugurated Penn’s first Inventor’s Portal, a personalized dashboard of researcher patent activity, and in global financial services, introduced process innovations that greatly enhanced Basel compliance project management efficiencies.
Harris followed her Temple University Computer Science undergraduate degree with a Master of Liberal Arts in American Urban Culture from the University of Pennsylvania. Presently, she is pursuing a Doctorate in Organization and Management Leadership at Liberty University School of Business. She actively contributes to the IT community as a board member of the ISC2 Philadelphia Chapter and is committed to mentoring and developing future IT leaders, particularly within the urban setting.

Maureen Moran is the Chief Technology Officer of Surefire Local. Founded in 2010, Surefire Local provides business intelligence marketing software for small businesses helping them attract customers, grow profits, and maximize efficiency.
Moran has 17 years of experience. She started at Surefire Local as the vice president of development in 2015. She was promoted to CTO in 2018. Before joining the Surefire Local team, she worked with CNS Partners as a vice president of technology.
Moran graduated from Suffolk University with an MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services and from Syracuse University with an undergraduate degree in finance and marketing.
47. Ling Ling Sun
Chief Technology Officer, Nebraska Public Media
Ling Ling Sun is the Chief Technology Officer of Nebraska Public Media. She leads a state network, television, and radio joint licensee that offers multi-platform communication services to the citizens of Nebraska, through over-the-air, on-demand, online services, and live streaming.
Sun oversees PBS Diversity, the disaster recovery and maintenance site, and the backup site to the nationwide PBS Interconnection. Using a viable system model as a tool, she leads Nebraska Public Media technology transformation. She writes regularly on LinkedIn to share her thoughts on media ecology and focus on the symbiotic relationship between content and media.
From 2013 to 2018, Sun served as the chair of the Engineering Technology Advisory Committee at PBS and as a member of the PBS Interconnection Committee. She is currently serving as chair of the NAB Broadcast Engineering and Information Technology Conference Program Committee.
