Anchal Gupta is the Chief Technology Officer of American Airlines. She first joined the company in 2023. Gupta is a visionary leader with a remarkable track record of achievements. She has successfully managed platforms processing an astonishing $2.2 quadrillion of securities in a year, showcasing expertise in highly resilient applications and networks.

Gupta’s strategic initiatives have resulted in double-digit revenue growth, driven automation and efficiencies, and led to the launch of multiple industry-influencing solutions. Gupta’s commitment to optimizing customer communication across over 90 products has yielded substantial cost savings of over $20 million annually, coupled with a significant enhancement in customer experience. She has played a pivotal role in achieving market share and Net Promoter Score (NPS) improvements, overseeing financial management exceeding a billion dollars. Her leadership extends to enterprise data management, consolidation, and transformation, as well as driving cloud adoption, Agile delivery, integrated IT risk management, event-driven architectures, and the implementation of APIs and microservices.

Previously, Gupta was a managing director and global head of card technology at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Before that, she was a managing director and global head of product, platform, and data engineering at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). Earlier in her career, she worked with Max Ateev as a project leader. Gupta earned an undergraduate degree in business management from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.


2. Rebeca Delgado
Chief Technology Officer & Principal AI Engineer, Intel

Rebeca Delgado is a proven leader in the semiconductor industry, specializing in edge and automotive computing technology for over 21 years. She currently holds the role of Chief Technology Officer and Principal AI Engineer at Intel Automotive, where her responsibilities include researching and evaluating new technological strategies, their implications, and potential outcomes in enabling the company’s business needs to address the Automotive market needs.

Delgado is a fierce believer in inclusive culture being the path to unlocking their complete potential and role models this behavior as a member of the board in the Women at Intel employee resource group. She leads the Women Leadership Community efforts, where she advocates for women’s empowerment, improving women’s experience in the workplace, and the progression of women in technology. Outside of her professional endeavors, Delgado volunteers to inspire interest in STEM professions and serves as a role model for young women of color.

Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, Delgado earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education. She also holds a DSP Certificate from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.


3. Kinnera Angadi
VP & Chief Product and Technology Officer, Verizon Connect

Kinnera Angadi is the Vice President and Chief Product and Technology Officer at Verizon Connect, one of the world's largest telematics providers. The Verizon Connect portfolio of solutions and services includes comprehensive fleet and mobile workforce management software platforms, embedded OEM hardware, and Hum by Verizon, a connected vehicle device that helps create a safer, smarter, and more connected driving experience for consumers.

Angadi has more than 15 years of technology experience. As a leader in digital transformation with a focus on sustainability, she delivers metering innovations, cutting-edge communication platforms, and software solutions. Previously, she served as the chief technology officer for Honeywell Smart Energy & Thermal Solutions. Earlier in her career, she served in leadership roles at Comcast, Cigna, and IBM. She started her career as a software engineer at IBM. 

Angadi has a BE in Information Technology and an MS in Computer Science. She also studied Women’s Executive Leadership at The Wharton School.


4. Sydney Luke
Communications Lead and Chief Technology Officer, Lockheed Martin

Sydney Luke is the Communications Lead and Chief Technology Officer of Lockheed Martin, a global security and aerospace company principally engaged in the research, design, development, manufacture, integration, and sustainment of advanced technology systems, products, and services.

Luke started at Lockheed Martin in 2017 as the CEO speechwriter and senior executive communications specialist, where she crafted speeches, talking points, and video scripts for the CEO to deliver to internal and external audiences and worked with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate detailed logistics for CEO-level engagements. She was promoted to the program and executive communications lead in 2020 and to her current position in 2024. She started her career in 2010 as a communications director at John Moolenaar for the State Senate. From there, she went on to the Michigan Senate, before eventually rising to communications and outreach manager at The George Washington University Regulatory Studies Center, her most recent position before joining Lockheed Martin.

Luke graduated from George Washington University with a Master's degree in Political Management and from Saginaw Valley State University with an undergraduate degree in communication and political science.


5. Yao Morin
Chief Technology Officer, JLL

Yao Morin is the Chief Technology Officer at JLL, where she leads and is responsible for the global technology strategy, product roadmap, and delivery. Morin joined JLLT in 2020 as the chief data officer, where she has helped refine and accelerate JLL’s approach to gathering, extracting, storing, and leveraging data assets across its businesses to create new value for investors, occupiers, and the broader organization.  

Before JLL, Morin served as chief data officer and head of US engineering at StubHub, where she defined and championed StubHub’s company-wide data strategy and oversaw the execution of a complete data transformation. She also drove the development and modernization of Intuit’s data infrastructure as head of data science and machine learning engineering/principal data scientist. Earlier in her career, Morin was a research scientist at Intellisis and Parietal Systems, and she served as a science adviser for Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. 

Morin holds a Doctorate in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Information Engineering from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Additionally, she holds several patents for her work related to user experience, data analytics and management, and machine learning.


6. Geeta Wilson
Chief Technology Officer, Elevance Health

Geeta Wilson is the Chief Technology Officer of Elevance Health. She oversees technology strategy, product development, and digital engineering operations for clinical utilization management, care management, disease management, digital health interventions, customer service and advocacy, and provider experience platforms.

Wilson has 31 years of experience. Before joining Elevance Health, she held multiple leadership roles in consumer experience, including a vice president at Humana and a senior director at the NCR Corporation. She was also an executive director in the People Marketing division of McCann-WorldGroup and the director of consulting services at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide. Earlier in her career, she was an HR manager and a marketing manager. Her first professional role was at BP as a marketing coordinator.

Wilson graduated from Andrews University with an MBA in Business Administration and Management and from Teesside University with an undergraduate degree in public policy.


7. Lidia Fonseca
Chief Digital and Technology Officer & Executive Vice President, Pfizer

Lidia Fonseca is the Executive Vice President and Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Pfizer, one of the world's largest research-based pharmaceutical and biomedical companies. Her team accelerates innovation at Pfizer by enhancing operational processes through automation and robotics and delivering powerful insights with data, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) for better and faster decision-making. She is responsible for the enterprise-wide digital strategy and for Pfizer Learning and Development and Business Process Excellence.

Fonseca has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She is spearheading the effort to improve patient health outcomes through innovative digital health, medicines, and diagnostics products. Under her leadership, Pfizer launched the Digital Companion, a suite of digital products and solutions to deepen engagement between patients and physicians. She is also leading the effort to introduce AI-powered predictive algorithms to help disease suspicion, treatment optimization, and adherence. Under her leadership, Pfizer has automated over 90 percent of 100 million transactional processes across the company and Fonseca’s team launched the Pfizer Learning Academy, providing learning, training, and development for all Pfizer employees.

In her prior role, Fonseca was the senior vice president and CIO at Quest Diagnostics, where she was responsible for technology, informatics, and digital solutions. She is a member of the board of directors of Medtronic, Tegna, Inc., and the US-Japan Business Council. She was previously a member of the board of directors of Gannet, Inc. and Q2 Solutions, a joint venture between Quest Diagnostics and IQVIA. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley. She has an MBA and a Master of Business Informatics from Erasmus University.


8. Kristi Cunningham
US Chief Technology Officer, Kyndryl

Kristi Cunningham is the US Chief Technology Officer of Kyndryl, the world's largest provider of IT infrastructure services. She supports Kyndryl's US goals by driving business growth, enhancing the company's reputation and relevance, and motivating and upskilling technical teams. She owns and drives a technology strategy aimed at digitally transforming customers, internal processes, and the business office. She collaborates with US practice leaders and CTOs to set the technical direction across practices, makes investment prioritization recommendations, and works closely with sector CTOs, advisory and implementation practices, customer engagement hubs, marketing, and communications to ensure aligned execution.

Cunningham is a strategic and highly accomplished information technology and data executive with extensive expertise in enterprise-wide data management practices. She excels in establishing data governance, building end-to-end data ecosystems, defining application and data architecture, streamlining processes, and developing strategic partnerships. She leverages outstanding leadership and communication skills to collaborate across all organizational levels and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. A driven analytical and technical top performer, she balances business and technology initiatives while managing risk to create a value-driven organization.

Previously, Cunningham was a global and North American financial services lead and managing director at Accenture. Before that, she was a VP of enterprise data management at CapitolOne. Earlier in her career, she worked with the City of Jacksonville Florida as a system developer. Cunningham earned a Master of Science in Information Technology from Virginia Tech and an undergraduate degree in computer service from Jacksonville University.


9. Muge Dogan
EVP & Chief Technology Officer, Nike

Muge Dogan is the EVP and Chief Technology Officer of Nike. NIKE, Inc. is a purpose-driven organization energized by a shared commitment to move the world forward through the power of sport. They champion diversity and amplify individual passions to bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete in the world.

Dogan leads the company’s global technology organization to accelerate and strengthen the speed, efficiency, and quality of Nike’s consumer experiences with products, platforms, and services. She joined the team in 2023 from Amazon, where she most recently served as the president of Amazon Fashion, leading the business, technology, science, product, and operations teams. 

Dogan earned her PhD in Chemical Engineering specializing in Mathematical Modeling and Optimizations from Carnegie Mellon University. She has a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Boğaziçi University (Bosphorus University) in Istanbul, one of Turkey’s most prominent educational institutions.


10. Lisa Miller
Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, TE Connectivity

Lisa Miller serves as the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for TE Connectivity's Industrial and Commercial Transportation Business Unit (ICT). TE Connectivity is a global industrial technology manufacturing leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future. As the technical leader of the ICT Business Unit, Miller has global responsibility for sustaining engineering, development engineering, and advanced development. 

Since joining TE from Faurecia in August 2021, Miller has been serving as the senior director of manufacturing engineering within ICT. She started her career in 1994 as a product designer at General Motors via MSX International. From there, she went on to Collins & Aikman, before eventually rising to regional vice president of R&D engineering-North America at Faurecia, her most recent position before joining TE Connectivity.

Miller received her Master of Science from Walsh College and her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Industrial Automation from Central Michigan University. 


11. Tracy Mills
Chief Technology Officer of Federal System Integrators, Hewlett Packard Enterprise

Tracy Mills is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for HPE’s US Public Sector Federal Systems Integrators Sales organization. In this role, Mills works with federal entities to solve their IT challenges providing mission capabilities efficiently and effectively. She can understand federal systems integrators and public sector business drivers and provide insights into the latest emerging technology solutions to support the rapidly changing landscape of IT from edge to everywhere. She works with end users, industry, leading partners, and integrators to identify solutions and opportunities to support the warfighter, civilian, SLED, and federal agencies.

With over 26 years of experience, Mills understands the kinds of problems that federal programs face when making decisions about improving collaboration, communication, and efficiency.  Previously, she led the US Army, Airforce, and Joint Forces account and Strategic Programs team, where she had responsibility for all of the US Public Sector Capture pursuits (DoD, Intel, Civilian, SLED, and Commercial) and route-to-market operations with Hawaii’s largest system integrator. Mills joined HPE in 2019 and has spent her career within the federal marketplace. Before joining HPE, she was with Pacxa for nine years within the information systems and technology business sector. At Pacxa, she served as the enterprise senior solutions consultant and DoD business development director in support of Pacxa’s SLED, federal, and commercial business. 

Mills studied international relations and communications at the University of Maryland. She carries over 36 technical and sales certifications in mission-critical and complex solution creation and delivery, including deep neural networks, generative AI, and disconnected multi-hybrid cloud solutions. She currently resides in Williamsburg, VA. In Her spare time, she enjoys hunting, fishing, and cooking, taking any excuse to get outside and spend time with family and friends.


12. Hilary Packer
EVP & Chief Technology Officer, American Express

Hilary Packer serves as an Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at American Express, a role she has held since 2022. American Express supports customers’ financial confidence to move ahead, taking commerce to new heights, and encouraging people to explore the world. Packer and her colleagues are constantly striving to uphold their powerful backing promises to their customers and each other every day. 

Packer has over two decades of experience in the financial services industry. Before joining American Express, she worked at E*TRADE as a senior vice president and head of application development. Before that, she served as a managing director of JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Goldman Sachs. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Deutsche Bank, NatWest, and Morgan Stanley.

Packer earned an MSE in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an undergraduate degree in computer science from the University of Michigan.


13. Kusum Verma
Chief Technology Officer, GE Healthcare

Kusum Verma is the Chief Technology Officer of GE Healthcare. She leads the digital strategy for the enterprise, formulating and executing initiatives on the cloud, digital workplace, ERP, and integration transformation. She drives innovation through enterprise business capability modeling and architecture while achieving productivity by optimizing personas and infrastructure.

Verma is a results-oriented leader responsible for the technical product portfolio for the service supply chain and mobile applications for field services. With extensive experience in mobilizing and empowering direct and global cross-functional teams, she delivers technology solutions that align with digital strategy and operational priorities. Verma is innovative and relentless in breaking down complex problems and collaborating across various segments to find solutions. Adept at forming strong partnerships throughout the organization, she drives cross-functional teams to achieve impactful results.

Before joining GE Healthcare, Verma was a project leader at GE Real Estate. Before that, she was a systems engineer at Netcom Systems Inc. Earlier in her career, she worked with Tata Consultancy Services as an assistant systems engineer. Verma graduated from Punjab Engineering College with an undergraduate degree in electronics.


14. Indu Jain
Chief Technology Officer and Vice President, Capital One

Indu Jain is the Head of Technology for Capital One Dealer Auto business. She is an executive leader with over 20 years of technology experience and a highly proven track record of leading tech organizations to deliver iconic customer and associate experiences. 

Jain currently leads an organization of technologists who are re-inventing the Dealer Auto finance business by leveraging cloud, digital technologies, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Jain is a change maker and champions a spirit of innovation by regularly creating time and space for innovation. She is also a very strong advocate for diversity and equity in technology and plays a critical role as the Leader for Women in Tech for the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Jain started her career in 1997 as an application developer at Interim Technology. From there, she eventually rose to technical team lead at Fujitsu Consulting, her most recent position before joining Capital One. Jain graduated from Shri Ram College of Commerce with an undergraduate degree in business and commerce.


15. Urvi Randhar
Chief Technology Officer, Pharmaceutical segment, Cardinal Health

Urvi Randhar is the Chief Technology Officer of the Pharmaceutical segment of Cardinal Health. She first joined the company in 2021. Cardinal Health is a distributor of pharmaceuticals, a global manufacturer and distributor of medical and laboratory products, and a provider of performance and data solutions for healthcare facilities.

Randhar is a healthcare technology executive with a track record of delivering software products generating annual revenue exceeding $200 million. She has the experience of growing a five-member startup team to a global engineering setup with over 200 members working on multiple products across several technology stacks. As her startup flourished and transformed, she had the opportunity to learn and adapt the development and leadership approach to suit the changing needs and mature as a leader. In addition to core product development, she has also been responsible for contributing to important sales cycles, key account growth, management of early adopter programs, leading the company’s physician advisory board, and myriad regulatory compliance requirements. 

Previously, Randhar was a CTO and CIO at Prime Therapeutics. Before that, she was a vice president of digital health at Healogics, Inc. Earlier in her career, she worked with Impetus as a software engineer. Randhar earned an undergraduate degree in computer software engineering from the Shri G.S. Institute of Technology and Science.


16. Aruna Mathuranayagam
Chief Technology Officer, Leidos 

Aruna Mathuranayagam is the Chief Technology Officer of Leidos, an innovation company rapidly addressing the world’s most vexing challenges in national security and health. In her role, Mathuranayagam is responsible for solving the most pressing customer problems by identifying differentiated technologies and innovations. She collaborates with her team, internal and external technology partners, vendors, and academia to bring together a holistic solution.

Mathuranayagam is a Master Certified Solution Architect at Leidos. Previously, she supported the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its components to improve border security, national security, and cyber security through the infusion of technology and innovations. Her role in solving many of the pressing concerns for Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in the areas of security screening and detection, integrated common viewer platform, and artificial intelligence/machine learning techniques for autonomous anomaly and/or threat detection has received positive feedback from the customers and expedited customer’s future screening goals.

Mathuranayagam’s years of experience include engineering, infrastructure, information technology, security technology, business development, and contract management. She has managed complex programs and portfolios in her 19-year career. She joined Leidos’ legacy company, SAIC, in 2002 and has held numerous programmatic, technical, and leadership positions. She has a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.


17. Misty Kuamoo
SVP & Chief Technology Officer, Corporate Technology, Nationwide

Misty Kuamoo is the SVP and Chief Technology Officer of Corporate Technology at Nationwide. She first joined the company in 2020 as VP of security shared services and now leads a team of over 600 technologists who deliver innovative digital solutions for finance, investments, human resources, legal, marketing, and digital workplace technologies. Her leadership enables associates to fulfill Nationwide's mission of extraordinary care.

With over 20 years of technology leadership experience across the financial services, retail, manufacturing, and software solutions industries, Kuamoo has consistently pioneered, reengineered, and transitioned technology platforms, systems, and processes. Her global scope of authority has ranged from managing $40 million to $2.5 billion P&L, all while championing innovation and industry best practices. 

Previously, Kuamoo was an IT, RD&E, and AD&R leader at Abrasive Technology. Before that, she was a VP of information technology at Micro Electronics, Inc. Earlier in her career, she worked with Quovadx as a director of information technology. Kuamoo earned an undergraduate degree in technical sales and services from Weber State University.


18. Megan McFarland
VP & Chief Technology Officer, Ochsner Health

Megan McFarland is a Certified Executive Coach and distinguished leader renowned for her exceptional track record in spearheading and successfully executing major technology initiatives within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as VP and Chief Technology Officer at Ochsner Health, a pioneering force in healthcare technology, McFarland oversees comprehensive management of infrastructure, technology development, and regional support teams. Her strategic vision and hands-on leadership have been pivotal in driving transformative changes across Ochsner's IT landscape.

McFarland has demonstrated a knack for navigating complex technological challenges with agility and foresight throughout her career. Under her guidance, Ochsner Health has consistently exceeded service level agreement (SLA) requirements, maintaining a robust system uptime of 99% or better for critical systems. She has also fostered a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging analytics and feedback mechanisms to identify and implement enhancements that elevate organizational performance. McFarland is known for her collaborative approach to working with cross-functional stakeholders and forging strong partnerships with industry leaders, such as Citrix, VMWare, Microsoft, Dell, HP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. Her ability to align IT initiatives with broader business objectives has been instrumental in driving Ochsner Health's strategic goals forward.

Outside of her role at Ochsner Health, McFarland is actively involved in professional development initiatives, including mentoring and coaching emerging leaders in the healthcare IT field. She holds certifications in executive coaching, change management, and Lean methodologies, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and development.


19. Erica Bradshaw
Chief Technology Officer, Harvard University

Erica Bradshaw is Harvard University’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this role, she works in close partnership with university leadership and external partners to design and deliver university-wide technology strategy, with a particular focus on implementing and managing innovative emerging technologies. Bradshaw also leads the Technology Partner Services (TPS) organization within HUIT (Harvard University Information Technology), which delivers essential technology platforms and infrastructure.

Before she was appointed CTO, Bradshaw held a variety of leadership roles in HUIT. Most recently, she was the managing director for strategic transformation and associate CTO, responsible for overseeing strategy and operations across essential IT areas and defining technology strategies to support learning, experimentation, and innovation for HUIT and the university. Bradshaw previously led Harvard’s Cloud migration program, which improved the resiliency and security of their applications. She also developed the first HarvardKey program plan, which outlined an approach to simplify digital identities and streamline access to resources across the university. Bradshaw also convenes the MOR Alumni Leadership Community at Harvard, which focuses on building leadership skills, sharing experiences, and making leadership lessons accessible to IT professionals across the University.

Before joining Harvard, Bradshaw served as the director of infrastructure engineering for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She also worked as a consultant for Computer Sciences Corporation, providing technology consulting to state government and aerospace and defense contractors. Bradshaw graduated from the University of Vermont with an undergraduate degree in business administration concentrating in management information systems. She obtained a High Tech MBA from Northeastern University.


20. Jyoti Lynch
Chief Technology Officer, Red Robin

Jyoti Lynch was named Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Red Robin in June 2023. Lynch is responsible for leading strategic and operational planning, innovation, growth, and maintenance of Red Robin’s comprehensive information systems and technological functions in support of the company’s corporate-owned restaurant locations and Restaurant Support Center. 

Lynch brings more than 25 years of experience leading technological transformation within well-known restaurant, retail, and technology brands. Before joining Red Robin, she served as chief information officer at European Wax Center, a leading specialty personal care brand with more than 950 retail locations, where she spearheaded the modernization of the company’s retail technology and digital transformation and helped guide the company through its successful IPO. In addition, she served as senior vice president and chief information officer at Jamba Juice, the over 750-unit restaurant brand and top smoothie and juice franchisor, where she led the creation of a modernized, multi-platform digital ecosystem, including key operational and guest experience technology initiatives. She also served in senior technology leadership roles at Blockbuster, Inc., Fortium Partners, and Speed Commerce.

Lynch earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri, Rolla. 


21. Heidi Perry
Chief Technology Officer, MIT Lincoln Laboratory

Heidi Perry is the Chief Technology Officer at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, a federally funded research and development center chartered to apply advanced technology to problems of national security. She previously held the position of assistant head of the Air, Missile, and Maritime Defense Technology Division, where she focused on enhancing the division’s efforts to develop advanced naval undersea and surface fleet systems and technology. 

Perry joined Lincoln Laboratory in 2018 after 23 years at Draper Laboratory, where she most recently served as director of systems engineering and oversaw approximately 300 staff supporting Draper’s programs in strategic systems, space, defense, biomedical, special operations, and energy systems. She was responsible for Draper’s strategy and execution for technology development in guidance, navigation, and control systems; autonomous systems; communication systems; modeling and simulation; human-machine cognitive systems; and biomedical systems.

For more than 11 years, Perry has been affiliated with the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, including being a long-standing participant in their Naval Studies Board. She was the co-chair for the Naval Studies Board investigation into mainstreaming unmanned undersea vehicles. She was appointed as the chair of the National Academies Transportation Research Board Committee for the Update of the National Naval Responsibility for Naval Engineering project. Perry received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an MS in Computer Engineering from the National Technological University.


22. Debra King

Debra King is Bunge's Chief Technology Officer, leading the business technology organization. King is a recognized business and technology executive with deep expertise in building value-driven technology strategies, executing enterprise digital, technology, and ERP transformations, driving new business models and customer services through technology innovation, strengthening corporate cyber security and compliance programs, leading process and technology integrations in complex M&A transactions, and building high-performing organizations. Before joining Bunge, King served as the chief information officer at Corteva, where as a member of the executive leadership team, she led the process and technology workstream to enable the spin from DowDuPont and built a technology foundation for the new company, including enterprise ERP transformation. As leader of Corteva's digital transformation, she led the creation of cloud-based services, advanced analytics, and data-driven capabilities to enable key internal and customer-facing strategies. Previously, King spent 15 years at Pfizer in a range of IT leadership roles across business domains, managing IT organizations and operations at scale, and leading numerous global transformation programs. She started her career in technology consulting.

King holds a BA in Computer Science from Yeshiva University and has served on numerous advisory boards, including as a prior board member for NPower, an organization that provides technology training and career opportunities to those in underserved communities.


23. Laura Bagus
Chief Technology Officer, Vanderbilt University Medical Center

Laura Bagus is the Chief Technology Officer of Vanderbilt University Medical Center. With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in information management, she first joined the team in 2022. Previously, Bagus was the vice president and associate chief information officer for Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. She also served as the executive director of information technology for the University of Chicago Medicine and as the chief technology officer for Edward Hospital. 

While working at Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, Bagus developed an enterprise architecture portfolio that helped drive improvements to and expansion of the organization’s business capabilities. Her noteworthy improvements included the implementation of a service delivery team, improved collaboration with clinical stakeholders, and modernization of enterprise technologies. Bagus earned an MBA from Benedictine University.


24. Maria Bracho
Chief Technology Officer, Latin America, Red Hat

Today, Maria Bracho is the Chief Technology Officer of Latin America at Red Hat, where she is responsible for growing high-impact partnerships with key strategic customers and ultimately helping shape the company’s technological vision and strategy. 

Bracho is a professional with over 20 years of achievement directing strategy, execution, and delivery of innovative solutions for leading companies across multiple industries. She started her career in 2001 as a project manager at DIRECTV Latin America. From there, she went on to ARINC, before eventually rising to a product manager in cloud computing at Dell, her most recent position before joining Red Hat.

Bracho graduated from the University of Maryland with a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and from Universidad Simón Bolívar with an undergraduate degree in electronics engineering.


25. Michelle Murray
Chief Technology Officer, UMass Memorial Medical Center

Michelle Murray is the Chief Technology Officer of UMass Memorial Medical Center (UMM Health), the clinical partner of the University of Massachusetts Medical School and the largest healthcare system in Central Massachusetts. It’s a not-for-profit/nonprofit healthcare network providing all levels of primary to quaternary healthcare. 

Murray started at UMM Health in 2008 and has also served the team as the head of human resources. Before joining UMass Memorial Medical Center, Murray worked with Dimensions Healthcare System as a senior programs manager and director of technology.

26. Fiona Tan

Fiona Tan is Wayfair’s Chief Technology Officer, overseeing a global innovation team responsible for creating market-leading experiences through its world-class e-commerce platform. Wayfair Inc. is an American e-commerce company based in Boston, Massachusetts, that sells furniture and home goods online. 

Before Wayfair, Tan served as senior vice president of US technology at Walmart, where she was responsible for innovation and engineering execution spanning its site, the mobile app, and all associate and merchant-facing technology across its e-commerce and stores business in the US. Her prior roles at Walmart include senior vice president of customer technology and vice president of engineering. Before Walmart, Tan served in several leadership roles at Ariba, where she led a global engineering organization responsible for the strategy, lifecycle, and delivery of the Ariba Commerce Network, as well as TIBCO Software. 

Tan has a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from MIT.


27. Nadilia Gomez
Chief Technology Officer, Iowa State University

Nadilia Gomez is the Chief Technology Officer for the Digital and Precision Agriculture Bioscience Platform at Iowa State University. In this role, Gomez works closely with Iowa State University researchers and BioConnect Iowa to identify technologies with commercial potential in the digital and precision agriculture space and prioritize relevant opportunities for commercial development within Iowa. 

Gomez studied Botany at the University of Panama. She earned an MS in Plant Biological Sciences and a PhD in Applied Plant Sciences with an emphasis on Plant Breeding and Molecular Genetics at the University of Minnesota. In 2010, she moved to Iowa to work for DuPont Pioneer, now Corteva Agriscience, where she held multiple roles in the development and prioritization of digital ag solutions. In 2019, she became the executive director of the Iowa AgriTech Accelerator. In 2021, she accepted the inaugural role as CTO for the Digital and Precision Agriculture Bioscience Platform, and in 2022, she received her Executive MBA in   Food, Agriculture, and Biosciences Industries from ISU’s Ivy College of Business.

Gomez has served as an industry representative at the Iowa Governor’s STEM Industry Advisory Council, a mentor for the Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute Community Connect Program, a board member for several tech, ag, and land conservation organizations, and a member of the Des Moines/Ames MIT Regional Entrepreneurship Accelerator Program, which is funded by the Kauffman Foundation and led by the Greater Des Moines Partnership.


28. Rebecca Parsons

Since 2007, Rebecca Parsons has served as the Chief Technology Officer of Thoughtworks, where she is responsible for driving the company’s technology strategy and growing its reputation for technical excellence. Thoughtworks is a leading global technology consultancy that integrates strategy, design, and software engineering to enable clients to thrive. Parsons graduated from Rice University with a PhD in Computer Science.


29. Min Wang
Chief Technology Officer, Splunk

Min Wang is Chief Technology Officer for Splunk. She is responsible for leading the company’s technology strategy and exploration of emerging technologies and architecture. Splunk is a cloud-first software company that focuses on analyzing machine data.

Wang has over 20 years of experience in technology R&D with a focus on AI, ML, data analytics and enterprise cloud. She most recently led a team at Google responsible for critical components of the company’s AI-driven Google Assistant. Before Google, she served as a senior vice president at Visa, where she established the organization responsible for applied research on data analytics, security, and the future of commerce. She has also held research leadership roles for Google Research, HP Labs, and IBM Research. 

Wang holds a BS and an MS from Tsinghua University and a PhD from Duke University. She has published over 90 research papers in top peer-reviewed conferences and journals and received several distinguished research awards for her work on data management. 


30. Beth Zukowsky
Chief Technology Officer, Monster

Beth Zukowsky is the Chief Technology Officer of Monster, a global leader in connecting people and jobs. She first joined the company in 2019 as the senior director of engineering. She was promoted to VP of software engineering and then to SVP of software engineering before being appointed CTO in 2023. 

Previously, Zukowsky held multiple prominent roles at IBM, starting as an engineering manager and project manager. She advanced through the ranks with a promotion to senior manager in 2005. By 2009, she was made head of engineering and then the executive customer relationship manager in 2010. Over the next two years, she was promoted to senior product manager, senior development manager, and then head of development. Before joining Monster, she founded Fuller Incentives, a full-service recognition company that helps companies attract new employees, retain employees, drive high performance, and ultimately grow businesses, which she still operates. Zukowsky earned an undergraduate degree in humanities and humanistic studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.


31. Tanya Rodriguez-Heffel
Chief Technology Officer, State of Kansas

Appointed Chief Technology Officer for the State of Kansas in July 2021, Tanya Rodriguez-Heffel plays an integral role in the strategic direction, development, and evolution of the state’s digital strategy across all technology stacks, including information security and privacy. She is committed to working across state agencies to provide technology solutions that will help Kansas position itself as an innovation leader.

Before her time at Georgetown, Rodriguez-Heffel served as CISO with SecureIT, as well as the senior director of Monster Government Solutions. At each of these organizations, she has improved processes and responded to the needs of her customers. Rodriguez-Heffel holds a dual bachelor’s degree and an MSS from Virginia Tech.


32. Adrianne Tipton
Chief Technology Officer, Novolex

Adrianne Tipton is on the Senior Leadership Team at Novolex. In her role, she is responsible for driving innovation in new product development, product management, and Novolex marketing, as well as manufacturing services, which include corporate engineering, continuous improvement, EHS, and quality.

34. Liz Nguyen

Throughout her career, Fitzgerald has served in leadership positions at AmericanFamily, Schneider-Electric Data Center Operations, IBM, Motorola, and numerous high-tech startups. A SpringBoard Women Entrepreneur startup funding recipient, she co-founded and was vice president of engineering for a chip company, where she designed digital signal processors for image processing. 37. Anila Lingamneni
Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Haemonetics

Anila Lingamneni joined Haemonetics in April 2020 as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. She oversees the company’s Innovation Agenda and leads its research, development, software, and regulatory affairs. Haemonetics is a global healthcare company dedicated to providing a suite of innovative medical products and solutions for customers, to help them improve patient care and reduce the cost of healthcare.

Previously, Lingamneni was a VP at Baxter International, where she was responsible for the product portfolio delivering renal therapy solutions to dialysis patients, including devices, software, disposables, and fluids. While there, she drove a globally distributed team of engineers and scientists to drive long-term product roadmap definition and therapy innovation and delivered critical launches. 38. Jamie Patel

Jamie Patel is the Chief Technology Officer of American Century Investments. She first joined the company in 2018. Annareddy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Osmania University, an MS in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Louisville, and a Certificate in Advanced Management from Babson College.


40. Sheri Green
Chief Product and Technology Officer, Sundance Institute

Sheri Green has a diverse and extensive work experience in technology and product management. She has served as the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Sundance Institute since January 2023. The Sundance Institute is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the discovery and development of independent artists and audiences.

Before this role, Green held the position of vice president of web, smart TV engineering, and product operations at AMC Networks from February to December 2022. From May 2019 to February 2022, Green worked as the vice president of digital technology at Beachbody. Before joining Beachbody, she held the position of vice president of technology for the Americas Business Unit at Deltatre from April 2018 to May 2019. At Deltatre, she introduced advanced sports video streaming technology to clients, such as the NFL, MLB, Fox, and Discovery. Green also worked as the senior director of technology for digital video at Beachbody from June 2015 to April 2018, where she contributed to launching streaming video products for popular fitness programs.

41. Joanie Barr

Joanie Barr is the Chief Technology Officer of IntelliBridge. 43. Jacqueline Harris

Jacqueline Harris is a seasoned technology executive with over 20 years of experience transforming IT departments into strategic assets. Currently leading the Philadelphia Parking Authority as CTP, Harris has spearheaded numerous high-impact initiatives, including a multi-layered cybersecurity program. Her strategic vision is evident in the development of the Remote Work Policy and Emergency Work-From-Home Procurements during the COVID-19 pandemic, earning her the prestigious Government Technology Innovation Award in 2021.

44. Lynn Solesbee

Lynn Solesbee is the Chief Technology Officer of Fieldale Farms Corporation. Founded in 1972, Fieldale Farms Corporation sells conventional and antibiotic-free chicken products to retail and food service customers under several well-recognized brands, as well as private labels.

45. Wendy Frazier
Chief Technology Officer, The Weather Company

Wendy Frazier is the Chief Technology Officer of The Weather Company, which owns and operates weather.com and Weather Underground. Frazier is responsible for all technical operations at The Weather Company, bringing its globally scalable products and services to life. She oversees engineering teams that operate a fully managed, cloud-native service, making it easy for customers to derive value from data and insights. Her teams cover mobile apps, web, content development, video delivery, advertising operations, and global expansion across the organization. Additionally, she co-led the transformation and migration of The Weather Company to a hybrid cloud environment.

Frazier brings more than 20 years of experience in the digital space. She started her career at The Weather Channel Interactive in 2001 as an application developer. She’s held multiple roles with the company, including senior application developer, team lead, manager of application development, director of web development, and senior director of web development. After briefly serving The Weather Company as the VP of web development, she joined IBM as the head of consumer software engineering in 2016. She was promoted to director of consumer software engineering in 2018 and then to VP and CTO for The Weather Company through IBM. She transitioned back to The Weather Company full-time in February 2024.

Frazier is a board member of Women in Technology (WIT), and she is involved with several nonprofits, focusing mainly on encouraging women and advancing children’s education, exposure, and experience in STEM fields. Frazier graduated from Talladega College with an undergraduate degree in mathematics.


46. Maureen Moran
Chief Technology Officer, Surefire Local

Maureen Moran is the Chief Technology Officer of Surefire Local. Founded in 2010, Surefire Local provides business intelligence marketing software for small businesses helping them attract customers, grow profits, and maximize efficiency. 

Moran has 17 years of experience. She started at Surefire Local as the vice president of development in 2015. She was promoted to CTO in 2018. Before joining the Surefire Local team, she worked with CNS Partners as a vice president of technology.

Moran graduated from Suffolk University with an MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services and from Syracuse University with an undergraduate degree in finance and marketing.


47. Ling Ling Sun
Chief Technology Officer, Nebraska Public Media

Ling Ling Sun is the Chief Technology Officer of Nebraska Public Media. She leads a state network, television, and radio joint licensee that offers multi-platform communication services to the citizens of Nebraska, through over-the-air, on-demand, online services, and live streaming. 

Sun oversees PBS Diversity, the disaster recovery and maintenance site, and the backup site to the nationwide PBS Interconnection. Using a viable system model as a tool, she leads Nebraska Public Media technology transformation. She writes regularly on LinkedIn to share her thoughts on media ecology and focus on the symbiotic relationship between content and media.

From 2013 to 2018, Sun served as the chair of the Engineering Technology Advisory Committee at PBS and as a member of the PBS Interconnection Committee. She is currently serving as chair of the NAB Broadcast Engineering and Information Technology Conference Program Committee. She is a member of the Technical Panel, an advisory body to the Nebraska Information Technology Commission. She is the recipient of the 2019 Broadcasting and Cable Tech Leadership Awards.


48. Kate Shanks
Chief Technology Officer, Community Healthcare Network

Kate Shanks is the Chief Technology Officer of Community Healthcare Network. She first joined the company in 2023. Community Healthcare Network is a not-for-profit organization providing more than 80,000 New Yorkers with primary and behavioral healthcare, dental, nutrition, wellness, and needed support services. 

Shanks has more than 20 years of experience managing IT operations and data analysis projects in nonprofit and government sectors. Before joining CHN, Shanks worked for the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT at Health and Human Services. Before that, she worked on a mayoral initiative at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, assisting FQHCs throughout New York City with the transition from paper to electronic health records. 

Shanks has an MLitt in Linguistics from the University of Sydney and an MA in Social Science from the University of Chicago. She has her BA in Linguistics from Reed College.


49. Beth Cooper

50. Kathleen Skallerup
Chief Technology Officer, SMBC Rail Services 

Kathleen Skallerup is the Chief Technology Officer of SMBC Rail Services, a leading railcar service provider with solutions across leasing, repair, and railcar data. She designs and develops the strategic plan for cloud migration, performing multiple assessments, creating baselines, planning application strategy, and preparing the related roadmap. She also manages and mentors a sustainable team, addressing skill set gaps and aligning the team to the future-state roadmap. In addition, she promotes operational excellence to direct capacity and budget toward innovation.

She specializes in championing strategic initiatives to deliver effective results, participating in critical decision-making processes while working proactively with cross-functional teams to drive competitive advantage. With a strategic mindset, Skallerup is committed to cultivating exceptional stakeholder relationships, meeting their needs and expectations at every step.

Skallerup started her career in 2002 as a software application developer at Municipal Software. From there, she went on to Forsythe, before eventually rising to the senior director of global data at Liberty Mutual Insurance, her most recent position before joining SMBC Rail Services. Skallerup graduated from Eastern Illinois University with an undergraduate degree in computer management.
