Ariel started her career in CPG Strategic Sales at Valassis where she first ignited her passion for consumer-packaged goods. Over the last 14 years, she's intentionally taken on roles with increasing responsibility and scope which has led her all over the US and helped shape her into the authentic, game-changing leader she is today. With a strong CPG foundation, high exposure tenures in strategy at both of Danone's US HQs, top 5 customer experience and an unmatched work ethic, Ariel is uniquely positioned to scale any business to the highest level. While at Danone, she developed the corporate strategy and growth plan for dairy & water and co-created the Business Mastery Program, which won the #1 Global Best Practice in People & Development. She was also nominated and recognized at the Makers Conference as one of Danone's game-changing female leaders. She is a leader of DNA’s LIFT Women’s Leadership ERG group, an active member of NEW, the Network of Executive Women, and the Illuminators, which helps provide opportunities for education and leadership, and an alumnus of USC’s prestigious Food Industry Executive Program.
