Ashley Rath-Melton

Ashley Rath-Melton is the Director of Business Solutions for Cushman & Wakefield where she leads project management and core system management for Asset Services, with a team of highly skilled project managers and quality assurance and user experience test experts. Cushman & Wakefield is among the largest real estate services firms with approximately 50,000 employees in over 400 offices and 60 countries. In 2021, the firm had revenue of $9.4 billion across core services of property, facilities and project management, leasing, capital markets, valuation and other services. Rath-Melton holds an MBA from Park University, an undergraduate degree in journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and has over 12 years of project and program management experience, along with extensive experience in event planning. She is a recent breast cancer survivor and RAD Athlete/active fundraiser for Barbells for Boobs, an organization which aims to help keep women active during and after a breast cancer diagnosis.
