Carrie Wheeler

Carrie Wheeler serves as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Liquid Web's hosting and applications business. In this role, Wheeler is responsible for defining and driving the growth for Liquid Web's strategic product lines including Traditional and Sophisticated Hosting, Cloud Services, Managed WordPress, Managed WooCommerce, Managed Magento, and several other managed applications. Wheeler is passionate about building products, services and comprehensive solutions for entrepreneurs, designers, developers, and digital agencies who are building their business on the web. Prior to stepping into this role, Wheeler had responsibility for all revenue and customer facing functions including sales, marketing, service delivery and implementation, customer care, and technical support. Prior to joining Liquid Web, Wheeler held several IT leadership positions at Cbeyond, AT&T, BellSouth, MCI Communications and Accenture. In previous roles, she held leadership positions across a variety of organizational functions including IT strategy, merger and acquisition planning and execution, customer operations, systems development, quality assurance, program management and capital management, and process definition and development. Wheeler holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and an undergraduate degree in marketing and finance from Trinity University.
