Claudia Buchanan

Claudia Eguez Buchanan is the Vice President of Operations at Tier One Aztec Property Services. In this capacity, she is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations. Claudia oversees the service and delivery of all Tier One Aztec national account contracts, including general oversight and management of all service teams, client engagements, and partnerships. She is a performance-results-driven management executive with over 20 years in the Facility Services industry experience in operations, process optimization, and customer experience. Before joining Tier One Aztec, Claudia held various leadership roles that have helped her define her position as Vice President of Operations. Her leadership style is inclusive, leading by example, mentoring, and coaching. She has a demonstrated track record of driving cost efficiencies, quality improvement, and shifting culture to rally around customer satisfaction.
