Emilia Huniewicz

Emilia Huniewicz is an experienced professional and advisor with over 12 years of experience and success in key account management, investor relations, and business development across capital markets and financial services industries. She has an extensive background in M&A, operations management, and financial analysis and is currently the Managing Director of Capital Transfer Agency where she focuses on providing comprehensive transfer services to clients listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, NEO, OTC and the Canadian Securities Exchange. Before working at Capital Transfer Agency, Huniewicz was part of the sales executive team at Donnelley Financial Solutions where she mainly helped influence decisions with insightful technology, industry expertise, and data insight at every stage of the business and investment lifecycles. Earlier in her career, she served as the relationship manager for Broadridge Financial Solutions and Kingsdale Advisors. Huniewicz earned an undergraduate degree in human resources and social counseling and is currently pursuing an MBA degree in leadership and sustainability. She has also earned various certificates from the New York Institute of Finance.
