Hayley Guerra

Hayley Guerra is the Director of Franchisee Success for THE MAX Challenge, a health and wellness franchise in its 11th year with locations in six states. In her role, she has a hand in all areas of corporate operations, including, but not limited to marketing, unit-level business operations, and franchise development. She is responsible for leading a team of remarkable individuals and for being directly involved in the planning and execution of projects that help franchisees run businesses that meet and exceed their personal and professional goals. Guerra specializes in project management and the development and implementation of technological systems that help to streamline and simplify operations, while also having a notable impact on business results. Over the course of her five years with THE MAX Challenge, and with the support of her team, she has led the rollout of several such initiatives, including, but not limited to a full-service marketing agency, fully custom member-facing mobile app, and a social media management tool that completely changed the way the franchise system handled foundational social media content. Prior to THE MAX, Guerra owned and operated Web Wellness Woman, LLC., a small business she created with the intent to help other small businesses take control of their internet presence. Guerra studied criminal justice at Kean University.
