Katie Moore Sobuto

Katie Moore Sobuto is a Managing Director on Hamilton Lane's Investment team focused on leading the firm's Emerging & Diverse Investments platform as well as serving as Senior Consultant to several of the firm's institutional clients. In addition, Sobuto co-lead's the DE&I Council and is a member of the Responsible Investment Committee which has oversight of Hamilton Lane's Impact Funds and ESG strategy. Throughout her career, Sobuto has had a passion for improving diversity both within private markets and more broadly in the financial services industry. She is a frequent speaker at industry and networking events and has been awarded several DE&I distinctions for her leadership in the field. She also currently serves on the executive team of Ellevate Network Philadelphia. Prior to joining Hamilton Lane, she was a valuation analyst for Murray Devine & Company where she performed valuation analysis and due diligence for private equity clients related to financial opinions, portfolio valuations, tax reporting, and other fiduciary advisory services. Sobuto graduated from Drexel University with an undergraduate degree in finance.
