Laura Gilchrist

Laura Gilchrist is an executive in Salesforce’s Customer Success Group. She is responsible for growing Salesforce’s reputation and capabilities globally as a trusted advisor to the C-suite in the Comms, Media and Tech sector. As a leader of ‘Ignite’, Salesforce’s Strategic Innovation Practice, Laura helps ambitious customers reinvent business and operating models and create more rewarding experiences for customers and employees. Before joining Salesforce, Laura was a leader at PwC’s Experience Centre in Melbourne where she was responsible for advising clients on digital transformation, strategy through execution. Previously, Laura was based in London where she worked client-side in the Communications sector in intrapreneurial roles including creating a new wholesale business at Vodafone PLC and responsibility for Product Development & Marketing for B2B New Wave revenue at BT PLC. She graduated from Sprott School of Business with an undergraduate degree in international business.
