Lauren has spent the past 10 years with TEKsystems, Global Technology Services Company, in a variety of recruiting, sales, and leadership roles while always focusing on servicing customers and helping them transform. Today, Lauren leads TEKsystems’ strategy to help customers build more diverse and inclusive technology workforces - Marketplace Diversity Solutions. Whether organizations are looking to hire more diverse candidates, renovate their culture to build a greater sense of belonging, or diversify their supplier roster, her team focuses on innovative approaches to fast-track diversity, equity and inclusion goals. She is passionate about building a better tomorrow by creating opportunity in technology careers. After growing up on the east coast in Maryland and North Carolina, Lauren has spent the past 5 years living in Colorado with her husband and dogs where she takes advantage of the year round music and outdoor activities.
