Natalie Curtis

Natalie is the Director of Learning & Development at Sage Dental in Florida. She is celebrated for her ability to create and implement leading dental education programs that help Sage Dental providers and team members develop their skills, deepen their insights, and grow professionally. She joined Sage in 2019 with over a decade of Dental Service Organization experience. Natalie's expertise with project management, problem-solving, and building training programs drove the rollout and implementation of the entire end-to-end technology platform in Sage's digital cycle including virtual consultations during the COVID-19 pandemic, digital scanners, and multiple artificial intelligence platforms. The development and implementation of the Sage Dental Academy educational programs are a top attraction for providers who join Sage. Sage Dental is a Dental Service Organization with 90+ office locations in Florida and Georgia utilizing state-of-the-art technology to assist with diagnosis and treatment of their patients. She is from Dallas, TX, and a University of North Texas graduate. She also holds a Project Management Certification through Cornell University. In 2022, Natalie was published in Dentistry Today for her Sage Implant Academy experience, a classroom and hands-on educational program designed for the Sage Dental doctors at ILAPEO in Curitiba, Brazil. When she is not building valuable programs, she spends time traveling, working out, beach days, and exploring Florida as a new resident.
