Tiffany Osborne

Tiffany Osborne, Director of National & Strategic Partnerships at Equus Workforce Solutions; is an innovative, driven, and accomplished workforce development leader. Adept in building collaborative partnerships and resolving complex workforce challenges throughout the nation. For over a decade in workforce development, Osborne has served in a myriad of capacities and states promoting much needed training, education, programs, and career opportunities for the community. Tiffany’s expertise includes leading diverse workforce and reentry initiatives, establishing strategic partnerships, supporting businesses & non-profits nationwide to establish tailored workforce solutions. Tiffany is passionate about empowering others to find their power and works to help mitigate barriers and create access to resources for all. She authored, Unstoppable, A story of Resilience, a raw, vulnerable story of faith, courage, authenticity, and healing of a force (aka Tiffany Lynn) that refused to accept what the world told her was possible. She presents throughout the country bringing awareness to the importance of fostering partnerships, to create access to education and workforce/economic development opportunities especially for communities with limited access. Tiffany received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Social Work from Northern Kentucky University and continues to sharpen her skills with an array of training in her field. Tiffany lives in the DMV with her teenage daughter and can be found hiking, working out, traveling, exploring/trying new things with friends, serving the community, and living fully each day.
