As the Chief Data Officer for the City of Boston, awardee Stefanie Leabo leads a diverse team in transforming city data into actionable insights, utilizing her expertise as a problem-solving translator bridging policy and operational challenges with data, process, and technology. Also awarded is the Chief Executive Officer of CG Spectrum College of Digital Art and Animation, Anne Bosman, who excels in leading startups, scaling growth, and specializes in turnaround situations, showcasing expertise in operations, revenue management, change management, and optimizing team performance.

1. Elizabeth Hackenson
Chief Information Officer, Schneider Electric

Elizabeth Hackenson is a seasoned executive with decades of experience working for innovative, top-tier companies. She currently serves as the Chief Information Officer of Schneider Electric, a leader in digital transformation of energy management and automation  – recognized as the world’s most sustainable company in 2021 by the Corporate Knights Global 100 Index.

Early in her career, Elizabeth served as a director at Concert. From there, she went into product development and IT at  UUNET, before serving in multiple executive roles. Other prominent roles included CIO and SVP of Technology and Services at The AES Corporation and Partner at Fortium Partners, as well as serving on several prestigious boards. 

Elizabeth studied AI Implications for Business Strategies, Computer and Information Sciences, and Support Services at MIT Sloan School of Management and completed the INSEAD Leadership Program.



2. Monica Caldas
Global Chief Information Officer, Liberty Mutual Insurance

Monica Caldas is the Global Chief Information Officer of Liberty Mutual Insurance. Caldas was promoted in January 2023 and is responsible for the technology roadmap across the organization’s three business units -- Global Risk Solutions, Global Retail Markets (GRM), and Liberty Mutual Investments, ensuring collaboration across the enterprise to elevate data and insights to drive optimal performance and experiences.

Before joining Liberty Mutual Insurance, Caldas was previously EVP and Global CIO for GRM and before joining Liberty Mutual in 2018, she worked at General Electric for 17 years where she held roles of increasing responsibility across IT operations, software development, and organizational effectiveness. Caldas graduated from Penn State University with an MBA in global business and from the University of Connecticut School of Business with an undergraduate degree in management information systems.



3. Jennifer Buonopane
Chief Operating Officer of GFS North America, Northern Trust Corporation

Jennifer Buonopane began her professional career 19 years ago. Today, she is the Chief Operating Officer of GFS North America at Northern Trust Corporation. As a business operations executive, Jennifer is passionate about transformation and creating inclusive cultures that focus on employee development, engagement, and performance excellence. She believes that change creates opportunity and that the core of transformation is simplification.

Over her career, Jennifer has designed and implemented multiple large-scale and global infrastructures, front-to-back, for assorted product sets, delivered over $50M in expense reductions, and launched numerous employee-oriented initiatives and engagement programs, achieving a personal Net Promoter Score that beat division averages by 31% and corporate averages by 67%. Buonopane graduated from Wagner College with an undergraduate degree in business administration.



4. Angela Canale
Chief Growth Officer, Northwestern Mutual

With more than two decades of experience navigating the business landscape, Angela Canale is a strategic thought leader in her community and the financial services industry. Angela has an accomplished track record of generating growth, engaging audiences, and innovating brands, all while maintaining high-level projects, transforming the consumer experience, creating meaningful relationships, and leading high-performing teams. She currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer of Northwestern Mutual.

Angela greatly values philanthropy and found meaningful work as an active board member of the March of Dimes from 2004-2020. At present, she is involved with charities such as the Northwestern Mutual Foundation, Alex's Lemonade Stand, Dana Farber Jimmy Fund, and within her community. She believes deeply that hard work, generosity, and collaboration are pillars of both personal and professional relationships. 



5. Lisa Badeau
Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, UVA Health System

As Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, Lisa Badeau works with leaders across the UVA Health System to align marketing and communications initiatives with the organization’s strategic goals. Her work focuses on developing multi-channel marketing and communications strategies to keep UVA Health ‘top of mind’ for patients seeking exceptional and compassionate care. Lisa came to UVA Health from Brigham Health and their flagship campus, Brigham and Women's Hospital – a major teaching hospital of the Harvard Medical School – where she served as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer.

Before joining the Brigham and Women's Hospital, Lisa served as Senior Director of Marketing Communications, Content, and Creative Services at Boston Children's Hospital. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at several prestigious marketing, advertising, and consulting agencies, including Accenture, Boathouse, and Hill Holliday. She earned her bachelor's degree in foreign languages at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.



6. Carey Foran Hoch
Chief Marketing Officer, Mercer

Carey Foran Hoch began her professional career 28 years ago. Today, she is the Chief Marketing Officer of Mercer. Carey is a brand and marketing champion. She has led creative processes that develop clear and compelling corporate identities and expanded investment and thought leadership platforms to position brands and support selling through all market cycles.

Hoch first got her start in 1995 as a director of product management at Keyport Life Insurance Company. From there, she went on to Putnam Investments, before eventually rising to senior marketing executive consultant at The Partnership, Inc., her most recent position prior to joining Mercer. Hoch graduated from Simmons University with an MBA in business administration and management and from The College of Wooster with an undergraduate degree in history.



7. Stefanie Leabo
Chief Data Officer, City of Boston

Stefanie Leabo is the Chief Data Officer for the City of Boston where she leads a multidisciplinary team of analysts, project managers, and engineers to turn the city's data into valuable and actionable insights. 

Throughout her career, she’s found success as a problem-solving translator between policy and operational challenges and the data, process, and technology that can be used to solve them. Whether pioneering new approaches to performance management, improving ambulance response times, or implementing policy to regulate short-term rentals, she’s driven by work that has a positive and tangible impact on her community.

Before joining the City of Boston, Stefanie was a senior somerstat analyst for the City of Somerville. Earlier in her career, she worked with UMass Civic Initiative as a research fellow and program manager. She graduated from The George Washington University with an MA in political science and from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with an undergraduate degree in political science and history.



8. Karianne Kraus
Chief Development Officer of Home Base, Massachusetts General Hospital

As the Chief Development Officer, Karianne Kraus is responsible for the planning, direction, and management of all development activities related to Home Base at Massachusetts General Hospital. Working closely with the Development Office, Kraus is key to marketing Home Base through events, corporate partnerships, and other activities.

Kraus comes to Mass General from AMP Agency, Boston, where she served as the vice president of account management. There, she was responsible for leading the experiential team from strategy through execution and measurement to create highly engaging and impactful brand experiences across the entire client portfolio, including Maybelline New York, Bad Martha Beer, Food Bank NYC, and Samsonite. Prior to the AMP Agency, Kraus worked as a vice president of marketing services at TrinityOne Worldwide and in several positions at Arnold Worldwide. Kraus holds an undergraduate degree from the Syracuse University Newhouse School of Communications.



9. Kristin Blount
Executive Vice President & Partner, Colliers International | Boston

With over two decades of experience, Kristin Blount is the Executive Vice President and Partner for Colliers International | Boston, where she has a proven track record of achieving the best results for her clients in a manner that's thoughtful, creative, and thorough. She prides herself on making real estate processes easy and fun.

Since 1998, she has worked on over $3B worth of leasing transactions for a variety of clients. Most of her work involves advising and representing companies with their real estate needs. She previously worked in Property & Asset Management where she managed a vast portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail spaces, giving her a working knowledge of what it's like to be a landlord. Some of her clients include Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA, Mintz Levin, The New England Aquarium, The Museum of Fine Arts, MassDevelopment, Beth Israel Lahey Healthcare, and Seamans Capital.

Kristin graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a master's in real estate and from Boston College Carroll School of Management with an undergraduate degree in business administration and management.



10. Elizabeth Lamontagne
Chief Operating Officer of MassHealth, Commonwealth of Massachusetts

Elizabeth Lamontagne is an experienced project manager focusing on complex implementations and strategic planning, with a passion for supporting public organizations. As the Chief Operating Officer of MassHealth for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, she does critical work serving the members. She first joined the administration in 2020 as director of strategic innovation for the Office of the Governor. Later, she served as deputy chief of staff and chief of staff for MassHealth, before moving into her current role. 

Previously, Elizabeth was a manager for the Office of the CEO at Indigo. Before that, she worked in multiple roles at Panorama Education and Deloitte. She’s a graduate of Princeton University with an undergraduate degree from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs.



11. Beth Colling 
Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, CDM Smith

Beth Colling is the Chief Compliance Officer for CDM Smith Inc., an engineering and construction company based in Boston, MA. Privately held for more than 75 years, CDM Smith provides legendary customer service and smart solutions in water, environment, transportation, energy, and infrastructure.

As the CCO, Beth is responsible for the development and oversight of the company’s global Compliance Program, reporting directly to the CEO and the Board of Directors. Beth is an attorney with more than 26 years of experience in employment and business law, risk

management, and compliance. She has worked in both private practice as a litigator, as well as in-house as legal counsel for several international publicly traded organizations. She is a regular speaker at numerous forums on topics ranging from leadership and female empowerment to implementing legal compliance measures for multinational companies. 

Beth is a member of her firm’s Engineers Without Borders Board of Directors, an Advisory Board member of the Women’s Leadership Network, and Chair of the Board for the Southeastern regional branch of Bethany Christian, an international nonprofit dedicated to providing refugee resettlement services for immigrant children. She holds a law degree from the University of Virginia, and she’s a member of the Virginia State Bar and a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP). 

In her spare time, Beth is mom to three active children, ages 18, 21, and 28, and she’s an avid runner whose bucket list includes finishing all six of the Abbott World Major marathons– she has just three to go.



12. Gabrielle Mondestin
Chief Communications Officer, MBTA

Gabrielle Mondestin is the Chief Communications Officer of MBTA. The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority is the public operator of most bus, subway, commuter rail, and ferry systems in the greater Boston, Massachusetts, area. In her role, Mondestin is responsible for developing and transforming the agency’s communications strategy to provide a unified, transparent, effective, and authentic approach to messaging while prioritizing meaningful communications with MBTA’s ridership and the communities they serve.

Before joining MBTA, Mondestin was a public relations manager at PTC and before that a director of communications at Office of Connecticut State Treasurer Shawn T. Wooden. Earlier in her career she worked with Project Bread - The Walk for Hunger as a communications associate and external affairs associate. Mondestin completed her Master of Science in Corporate and Organizational Communications at Northeastern University’s College of Professional Studies. As a Posse Foundation Scholar, she received two bachelor’s degrees in political science and French from Bryn Mawr College. 



13. Lynne Ann
Chase, Chief Accounting Officer, WinnCompanies

Lynne Chase has excelled in the property management and real estate industry for thirty years, advancing within the Winn organization to her current position as Chief Accounting Officer for WinnResidential, WinnResidential Military Housing Services, and WinnDevelopment, which operates in twenty-three states and the District of Columbia. In this role, she is responsible for directing the accounting operations for the 105,600 apartment homes in the company's owned and managed portfolio, including more than 41,000 homes managed under the Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI).

As Chief Accounting Officer, Lynne is responsible for all aspects of accounting, treasury, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls for company affiliates – WinnResidential, WinnResidential Military Housing Services, and WinnDevelopment – as well as management operations software and support. She leads a team of 130 and has assisted WinnCompanies’ growth to become one of the nation’s largest firms in residential property management. This growth spans from market-rate, affordable, senior, and mixed-income housing, along with condominiums and homes for America’s military families. 

Lynne is a member of WinnCompanies’ Board of Directors and senior leadership team, Treasurer of the Winn Employee Relief Fund, and a member of Connected Communities’ Board of Directors. She is also a member of the National Apartment Association's Affordable Housing and Finance Committees and the first female Vice-Chair of Central Catholic High School’s Board of Directors and Chair of its Finance Committee.



14. Katie Catlender
EVP & Chief Customer Officer, Cambridge Savings Bank

After 25 years of establishing herself as a driving change agent in the healthcare industry, Katie Catlender made the move into another regulated industry, financial services, and joined Cambridge Savings Bank (CSB) as the first-ever Chief Customer Officer in 2020. Katie was also entrusted by two Marquis Health Plans as their first Customer Experience executive, which speaks highly of her innovative style and change management leadership. 

Prior to joining Cambridge Savings Bank, Katie spent 25 years in executive leadership and P&L roles at health plans across Massachusetts, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, and Mass General Brigham Health Plan (formerly known as Neighborhood Health Plan/Allways Health Partners). Across these roles, she was part of the turnaround team during Harvard Pilgrim’s financial leadership; led Service during Harvard Pilgrim’s decade-long status as number one in Customer Service (NCQA/JD Powers); led Operations during Neighborhood’s acquisition by Partners Healthcare; and introduced key technology and analytics partnerships at BCBSMA, including PillPack/Amazon. As it relates to her experience in healthcare, Katie is also a former board member of the Massachusetts Association of Health Plans (MAHP). 

Katie earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Management and Policy from the University of New Hampshire and holds several leadership designations, including Women Unlimited LEAD, Boston College Executive Leadership for Change, Boston Chamber Leadership Development Program, and the AHIP Executive Leadership Program Fellow designation. She resides in Scituate, MA, with her husband and two daughters.



15. Vallerie Bettini
Chief Client Officer, Arnold Worldwide

Vallerie Bettini is the Chief Client Officer of Arnold Worldwide, an independent-minded integrated advertising agency headquartered in Boston and part of the Havas Group. She first joined Arnold in 2005 as an account manager. She was soon promoted into management and joined the C-Suite in 2010 as a VP. Less than a decade later, she stepped into the role of Chief Client Officer where she leads Arnold’s world-class Marketing & Client Services Department. That same year, she was named the Account Person of the Year, an honor by Campaign US, a publication that covers news for and about marketing, media, and tech professionals.

Vallerie is a collaborative, results-oriented integrated marketer with over 20 years of experience building brands and driving results for clients. She is most known for the work she does for Progressive Insurance, the third-largest spending brand in the country. In this 13+ year relationship, she has partnered with Progressive on over 11 campaigns, which have produced spectacular business results, international creative and strategic effectiveness awards, and “Flo," named the number one brand icon of all time by Entertainment Weekly. She also spearheaded campaigns and projects for clients including Vonage, Royal Caribbean, Monster.com, Saucony, SolarCity (now Tesla Energy), National Association of Realtors®, Forward Health, and HomeServe.

Previously, Vallerie was an account manager at Gearon Hoffman and an account executive at Launch Partnership. Earlier in her career, she worked with Ammirati Puris Lintas as an assistant account executive. Bettini earned an undergraduate degree in communications from Syracuse University.



16. Monivett Acevedo
Chief Financial Officer, Saga Education

Monivett Acevedo is the current Chief Financial Officer at Saga Education, which provides resources, services, and technology for high-impact tutoring. Prior to this role, she was the Director of Financial Planning and Accounting at Boston Plan for Excellence (BPE),  and she served as the Budget and Grants Specialist at Boston Plan for Excellence (BPE). 

Earlier in her career, Monivett worked as an accountant, accounting coordinator, and accounting manager for multiple organizations, including The Salvation Army and The Langham Hotels and Resorts, and volunteered for multiple causes, like advancing human rights, providing education for victims of domestic violent, and preparing students for the challenges of higher education.

She has a certificate of nonprofit management and leadership from the Institute for Nonprofit Practice in affiliation with Tufts University Jonathan M. Tisch College of Civic Life. Additionally, she has a BS in business administration from Northeastern University's College of Business Administration and an MBA from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, with a concentration in innovation and entrepreneurship. 



17. Anne Bosman
Chief Executive Officer, CG Spectrum College of Digital Art and Animation

Anne Bosman is the Chief Executive Officer of CG Spectrum College of Digital Art and Animation, a 100% online top-ranked training provider for Animation, VFX, Digital Art, 3D Modeling, Game Dev, and Virtual Production.

As an executive leader with over 20 years of experience in operations, strategy, organizational design, P/L management, and business growth, Anne is skilled in leading both early-stage start-ups and scaling high-growth stages with a specialty in turnaround situations, designing and scaling operations, revenue management and operations, and change management, while maximizing profitability and team performance. She’s a 2018 Individual winner of the BostInno '50 on Fire' in the Tech Education category, honoring the most influential and high-impact people managing the fastest-growing companies in the Boston tech scene.

Before joining CG Spectrum College of Digital Art and Animation, Anne held high-level positions at On Deck, General Assembly, Harvard Business School, and Workbar. Before that, she was the co-founder and COO of Autonomie Project, Inc., a small social enterprise focusing on the distribution and marketing of niche apparel and footwear products through e-commerce B2C and wholesale B2B channels, and Chief Operating Officer of No Sweat Apparel, where she worked directly with the founder to scale the company from $0 to $5M. Anne earned a BS in history and Spanish from Tufts University and an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.



18. Phoebe Goldsberry
Chief Relationship Officer, The Hollister Group

Phoebe Goldsberry has been with The Hollister Group since 2015 and currently serves as the Chief Relationship Officer, where she collaborates with clients at the enterprise level to drive success for their organizations. Prior to this role, Phoebe served as a recruiting manager with Hollister, a position that gave her a comprehensive understanding of the clientele and the positive impact of the company’s combined staffing and culture solutions. Phoebe is committed to building strong relationships based on open communication and follow-through and takes great pride in delivering top-tier service to clients. 

Before joining The Hollister Group, Phoebe was an investment management consultant at FactSet, and before that, she served as an operations control and regulatory analyst at Credit Suisse. She graduated from Elon University’s Martha and Spencer Love School of Business with an undergraduate degree in finance.

Hollister's transparent leadership and candid communication across all levels of the organization align with Phoebe's personal values. Outside of work, Phoebe is passionate about exploring the world through food and travel and documenting moments through photography. Meanwhile, her family-oriented nature keeps her home base in the South Shore of Boston, spending time with her husband and son, listening to live music, eating oysters, and being near the ocean. 



19. Bridget McAvoy
SVP & Human Resources Business Partner, Citizens Financial Group

Since 2010, Bridget McAvoy has served as the SVP, Human Resources Business Partner, Commercial and Investment Banking, and Private Banking, at Citizens Financial Group, one of the oldest and largest financial services firms in the United States with a history dating back to 1828 and a commitment to providing solutions and expertise that support customers, clients, colleagues, and communities.

Bridget has a successful background in partnering as a trusted advisor to business leaders with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. She’s a strategic and innovative leader who translates business vision and strategy into HR initiatives that drive performance, profitability, and engagement. 

Before coming to Citizens Financial Group, Bridget held prominent HR leadership positions at Putnam Investments, BankBoston, HI Hunt & Company, and Xavier Associates. She has a B.S. from Cornell University’s Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management, where she was part of the Women’s Crew and Alpine Ski Team.



20. Emily Lajoie
Chief of Staff to Vice President of Operations and Security, Raytheon

Emily Lajoie is the Chief of Staff to Vice President of Operations and Security of Raytheon, an RTX business that creates next-generation defense solutions and specializes in integrated air and missile defense, advanced sensors, space-based systems, hypersonics, effectors, and cyber solutions. Prior to her position as Chief of Staff, Emily worked as the Continuous Improvement Lead and Manufacturing Engineer at Raytheon. She got her start at the company as a manufacturing engineer intern.

Previously, Emily worked as a technician at Hatch Mott McDonald where she assisted in the design process for natural gas pipelines by doing both engineering and drafting work. Emily graduated from Northeastern University with a master’s in industrial engineering and from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering.



21. Mary Debisschop
SVP & Chief Commercial Officer of Ipsos CX, Ipsos

Mary Debisschop began her professional career 29 years ago. Today, she is the Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Ipsos CX at Ipsos. A global leader in market research, Ipsos delivers reliable information and a true understanding of society, markets, and people.

Debisschop first got her start in 1994 as a research manager at Research Communications Limited. From there, she went on to Market Facts, Inc., before eventually rising to vice president of financial services practice at Synovate, her most recent position prior to joining Ipsos. Debisschop graduated from Princeton University with an undergraduate degree in social psychology.



22. Carolyn Nash
Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Red Hat

Carolyn Nash is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Red Hat, the world's leading provider of enterprise open-source solutions. Since joining Red Hat in 2016, she has held several key leadership roles, most recently as Vice President of Global Finance Transformation and Operations. Her focus was on driving strategy and value creation through transforming business capabilities, critical analysis, and influencing outcomes for the CFO Organization. Prior to that, Carolyn collaborated with the Products, Technologies, and Marketing organizations, helping align financial investments to crucial business objectives.

Carolyn spent the previous 16 years at Cisco, with her last role as the Senior Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics. In this role, she constructed data management, business intelligence, and highly specialized data science teams. Her extensive operations and finance industry experience, anchored with a focus on organizational effectiveness, has created inclusive working environments and extensive cross-functional collaboration. She is passionate about driving transformative change with a people-first focus. Before Cisco, Nash worked at Hewlett Packard and KPMG in both finance and accounting roles. She is the founder and CFO of the Elizabeth Nash Foundation, an organization that helps improve the lives of people living with Cystic Fibrosis.



23. Deborah Scott
Chief Information Officer, Harvard Medical School 

Deborah Scott has been the Chief Information Officer at Harvard Medical School since September 2017. Under her leadership, Information Technology provides the IT infrastructure, computing environments, and teaching and learning technologies to support the HMS's global preeminence in biomedical research and medical education. She is responsible for advancing the HMS Information Technology Strategy to enable the school’s mission and its collaborations with the Longwood Medical Area hospitals, with nearly 12,000 teaching and research faculty. Her team also provides the IT Infrastructure for the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, and she serves as a member of the Harvard University CIO Council.

Scott has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology leadership in both technical industries and in Higher Education. Before joining HMS, Scott served as the chief information officer at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and as executive director & CTO at the University of California, Santa Barbara. While in her native California, she led a global software development and integration team, led a networking company technology merger following an acquisition, and inaugurated an Information Technology Solutions organization at an aerospace engineering company. Over the years, Scott has developed and led talented and innovative teams that bring current advances in technology to benefit organizations focusing on engineering, research, and education. Scott holds an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from California State University, Long Beach, and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.



24. Paula Goldman
Chief Administrator, Brigham and Women's Hospital

Paula Goldman is the Chief Administrator of Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH), a world-class academic medical center based in Boston, Massachusetts, and an international leader in virtually every area of medicine, as well as the site of pioneering breakthroughs that have improved lives around the world. 

For the last three decades, Paula has served as a top-tier executive and an integral part of the BWH health management team. With leadership like Paula’s, BWH has become a world-class training ground for physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals, with over 1,100 trainees in over 140 of the most sought-after training programs in the world, including hosting Harvard Medical School students in rotations throughout their programs. Paula earned a Master of Public Health (MPH), with a focus on epidemiology, from the Boston University School of Public Health.



25. Rosalin Acosta

27. Genevieve Bachrach
Head of Middle Market Sponsor Finance, Bank of America

Genevieve Bachrach leads Bank of America’s Middle Market Financial Sponsors Group credit platform, where she oversees US originations activities for middle market sponsor-backed companies and manages a $2.6B loan portfolio. Her team focuses primarily on senior secured debt positions for companies with over $20M of EBITDA across all industries, with specializations in telecom, aerospace, and defense. She joined BofA in 2010 as a senior vice president for Bank of America Merrill Lynch and focused on middle-market sponsors and leveraged finance. She has spent the last 10+ years working in sponsor debt origination. 

Prior to joining BofA, Genevieve was an associate at Brown Brothers Harriman, focusing on corporate banking, media, and healthcare. She received an undergraduate degree in economics from the College of William & Mary. 



28. Ridhima Raina

31. Nancy Pedrick

32. Kathryn Kendall

Prior to her role at Fidelity, she served as a strategic marketing executive at Bank of America with roles leading segment programs and Bank of America’s digital marketing and advertising teams. Before joining Bank of America, she was a consultant in Accenture’s financial services practice. Condon holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School, and a BA in political science from Davidson College.



34. Dominika Kovacs

Early in her career, she worked for JP Morgan Chase and State Street Bank. Vivian graduated from Babson College with a degree in finance. 



36. Alissa Ristic
Managing Director, KPMG US

Alissa Ristic is a Managing Director of Customer and Operations at KPMG and leads their Digital Insurance practice. Her focus is on providing insurance clients with more personalized, convenient, and cost-effective services by using digital technologies to make improvements to processes, products, and services. 

With an extensive background across the US and UK insurance market, Alissa has held numerous senior leadership roles. Prior to KPMG, she was the VP of Insurance at Lemonade with responsibilities including underwriting, insurance product, actuarial pricing, and insurance operations. She was the chief insurance officer at Simply Business, a digital broker servicing small commercials.

37. Heather Reavey

Heather Reavey is the Head of Innovation Delivery at EPAM Continuum. For nearly 25 years she has been shaping people, practices, and processes to be there first. She has dedicated her career to innovation. She began as an envisioner, focused on designing human-centered strategies and demystifying complexity through storytelling that helps catalyze organizations to take action. Over her career, Reavey has led teams and helped launch game-changing ideas and strategies for Procter & Gamble, Insulet, American Express, United Healthcare, and BBVA.

Before joining EPAM Continuum, Oakley was an adjunct professor of industrial design at Wentworth Institute of Technology. She graduated from Syracuse University with an undergraduate degree in industrial and interaction design.



38. Jennifer Pangburn

Jennifer Pangburn is the Vice President and Head of Corporate Actions and Dividends, at State Street, a global leader in investment servicing, markets and financing, and investment management. 39. Kristen Hopson
Vice President of Preclinical Discovery & Development, Generate Biomedicines

As a Vice President at Generate Biomedicines, Kristen Hopson is head of preclinical discovery and development, leading a team of innovative and passionate scientists to drive the research and development of products across multiple modalities. She joined Generate Biomedicines from Moderna Therapeutics, a Flagship company, and brings with her expertise in oncology, immunology, and translational medicine. 

At Moderna, Kristen led preclinical cancer vaccine research and played a key role in taking the personalized cancer vaccine program from preclinical development into Phase 2 clinical development. She also led the translational oncology team at Moderna, driving biomarker development and execution across all oncology clinical trials at the company. She has previous experience in translational medicine and vaccine development in the context of T-cell vaccines targeting various oncology, viral, and bacterial targets. Kristen also shares her passion for biology and medicine to inspire scientists from early school years through to professional career development. She helps advance women in STEM, including volunteering for the Posse Foundation and One8 Applied Learning Hub. 

Kristen received a PhD in molecular medicine from Boston University School of Medicine and completed her postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School/MGH and Pfizer. She holds two B.S. degrees one in biochemistry, cell, and molecular biology and one in zoology, from Connecticut College. 



40. Shannon Dipalmo

At CAN, she was the youngest promoted executive leader and assisted in building CAN's operations in the Western United States, starting with Arizona, and is now working toward a new Community Engagement department. Within the department, Shannon manages 70+ community sponsorships of small to large-level events; 350+ partnerships, ranging from grassroots to large hospitals; and major community-field initiatives focused on the BIPOC community. 

Shannon is a member of the Global Fast Track City of Excellence in 2023 – Phoenix's ad hoc committee, an initiative built by the United Nations to end the HIV epidemic by 2030. She takes pride in being able to bring individuals together for a common cause and is deeply passionate about working to end the HIV epidemic, a theme that has woven her early career together with her passion for public and global health. In addition, Shannon was top of her class at the Arizona State's Executive Non-Profit Leadership course at the beginning of the COVID pandemic, while simultaneously becoming a new mother.

She first joined the C-Suite at Barclays in 2015 as an Assistant Vice President and soon after, a Vice President. 

Morgan served as director of investor relations and chief of staff to the CEO at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. before moving into her current role at AstraZeneca. After earning a BS in neuroscience from Hamilton College, Morgan earned an MBA in strategy and finance from the NYU Stern School of Business. 



44. Nina Lynch

45. Rebecca Greco

Rebecca Greco is a Senior Director in the Boston office of Kroll and is part of the Expert Services practice. She’s had more than 10 years of experience providing financial and economic analyses and business valuation services and has served as an expert witness, testifying on damages and valuation matters.

Rebecca has extensive experience performing valuations of closely held and public businesses and assets for litigation purposes, as well as for financial and tax reporting purposes, reorganizations, and restructurings. 46. Heather Finn
Senior Director of Pan Asia Institutional Equity Sales, Citi

Heather Finn is a senior investment professional with extensive experience across asset classes including equities, real estate, and structured finance. She’s the Senior Director of Pan Asia Institutional Equity Sales at Citi, an investment bank and financial services corporation recently named the World's Best Digital Bank and Best Corporate/Institutional Digital Bank for 2023 by Global Finance Magazine.

Beginning her career as Investment Manager for AEW Capital Management, Heather directed asset management of a $330 million closed-end, commingled institutional real estate portfolio, totaling two million square feet and 250 acres of undeveloped land. She soon moved to BTM Capital Corporation, serving as Vice President of Deal Structure and Strategy where she evaluated, structured, priced, managed, and syndicated large asset-backed transactions and counseled corporate issuers about strategic alternatives and market conditions.

Heather’s first role at Citi was as a senior director of US institutional equity sales. She developed and managed relationships with 26 institutional clients before moving to Pan Asia Institutional Equity Sales. With more than 30 years as either an institutional equity salesperson, investment manager, or financial analyst working across asset classes on both the buy-side and the sell-side, she developed a deep knowledge of investment concepts and global financial markets, strong leadership skills, and relationship development expertise.

Heather graduated from Boston College Carroll School of Management with an MBA and MSF in business and finance and from Boston College with an undergraduate degree in finance and human resource management.



47. Elena Cecilia
Senior Director External Innovation DPDS, Janssen R&D, Johnson & Johnson

Elena Cecilia is Senior Director of External Innovation within Discovery, Product Development & Supply (DPDS) at Janssen R&D and part of the J&J Innovation East North America team, located at the Boston Innovation Center. She is responsible for scouting and evaluating external opportunities across all synthetic drug modalities and disease areas. In addition, she supports Therapeutic Area Innovation Leads with scientific and technological expertise. Elena also partners with the JLABS organization to identify and foster start-up companies aligned with DPDS's strategy.

Previously, she served as director of business development and R&D strategy for A2A Pharmaceuticals, consulted for pharmaceutical companies, and served as a venture advisor for two VC firms on the West Coast, where she performed due diligence on biotech therapeutic and platform companies. She also serves as an expert evaluator for the European Commission Horizon 2020 grants and other initiatives. Additionally, she is a co-founder of the DealMak(HER)s organization to empower women in deal-making capacities in the Life Sciences in the Boston Ecosystem. Cecilia obtained her PhD from Trinity College Dublin in medicinal chemistry followed by research positions at the University of Toronto and San Francisco State University, researching oncology and neurological diseases drug discovery. She also completed an executive MBA from EAE Business School.



48. Lori Hurley
Senior Director of Operations and Strategic Planning, Dell Technologies

Lori Hurley leads Operations and Strategic Planning for Dell Technology Managed Services. In this role, she has achieved Tell Dell Rock Star recognition for her outstanding leadership. Lori is responsible for global operations, data analytics, communications, and resource management. She was instrumental in leading the transition from Virtustream back to Dell Technologies and was the point of contact for all workstreams. The organization was smoothly transitioned as scheduled with no major escalations. Since the transition, Lori has taken the lead on all integration aspects of the DTMS operations into the DTS organization. Within three quarters, DTMS was fully integrated into the DTS operations and processes. Today, she continues to evolve all aspects of their operations, including deploying the DTMS data lake that will be the single source of truth for all DTMS operational and customer data.

Before DTMS, Lori was the director of strategy business enablement for Global Business Services (GBS) at EMC Corporation. She was responsible for marketing and communications, new business development, and global programs.  She’s a member of the Women’s Leadership Forum and leads a chapter in Franklin, Massachusetts. 

Prior to joining GBS,  Lori spent eight years in EMC IT in multiple roles, supporting engineering, marketing, and sales. In her IT roles, Lori supported multiple business units and successfully deployed several cross-functional programs. She also spent five years at Starwood Hotel and Resorts, rolling out their revenue management system worldwide. Lori graduated from the University of South Carolina.



49. Crystal Sekerak

Prior to her current position, she led teams in Germany and Poland.

A co-leader of the Gillette Boston Women’s Network, she is passionate about supporting and developing women in the STEM fields and creating supportive environments that encourage increased participation and diversity. In 2018, Crystal was one of seven global women at P&G to be awarded the Women In Innovation Strong Award, recognizing her for creating a world-class work environment that puts people first and creates a culture that is inclusive, flexible, nurturing, and growing. 

She holds a BS degree in mechanical engineering from North Carolina State University and is a third-generation Girl Scout from Charlotte, North Carolina. 



50. Jody Meth

As the Senior Director and Head of Retirement Plan Product Management at The Standard, a leading provider of financial products and services, she leads the strategic development and execution of product development, deployment, and portfolio management. 

Jody started her career as an assistant division manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. From there, she went on to Bankers Trust Company, before eventually rising to President of JMY Executive Coaching LLC, her most recent position prior to joining The Standard. After earning a degree in politics from Mount Holyoke College, Jody went on to receive an MC-MPA in public administration from Harvard Kennedy School and an MBA in finance from the NYU Stern School of Business.
