Her leadership ensured corporate compliance, risk mitigation, and improved profitability during her tenure at Jelly Belly.

Krystal's career also includes integral roles at Big Heart Pet Brands and AXA Advisors, where she played a key part in multi-billion-dollar transactions and compliance program development. She holds a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego.
