Genevieve Skory is the Chief Field Development Officer of Plexus Worldwide. She first joined the company in 2018 as director of ambassador training. Plexus Worldwide, LLC, is a leading health and wellness company featuring products that enable people to improve their lives and well-being. With hundreds of thousands of independent business owners worldwide, Plexus is among the top 25 largest direct sales companies globally, according to Direct Selling News. Plexus products and opportunities help individuals meet their health and financial goals.

Previously, Skory was a VP of field development at Legacy Republic, and before that a director of field development at Matilda Jane Clothing. Earlier in her career she worked with EDS as a business relations analyst. Skory earned a BA in psychology from Michigan State University.



2. Nancy Brown
Chief Executive Officer, American Heart Association | American Stroke Association

Nancy Brown is Chief Executive Officer of the American Heart Association (AHA), an organization guided by an unwavering mission: To be a relentless force for a world of longer, healthier lives. Under Brown’s leadership as CEO since 2008, the AHA has become a global authority on cardiovascular and brain health as well as overall health and well-being. Forging powerful partnerships – together with 40 million volunteers, supporters, and staff – Nancy champions equitable health for all and is committed to innovation at the intersection of science, technology, and public health on behalf of patients everywhere.

Before joining American Heart Association | American Stroke Association, Brown was a director of development and deputy director of the endowment campaign at Michigan Cancer Foundation. Earlier in her career she worked with Mount Carmel Mercy Hospital as a special events director. Brown graduated from Central Michigan University.



3. Tonya Adams
Chief Health Services Officer, Cambia Health Solutions

Tonya Adams is the Chief Health Services Officer of Cambia Health Solutions. She leads the development, advancement, and implementation of Cambia’s clinical capabilities across all of the company’s regional health plans and manages the total cost of care for health plan members.

A seasoned healthcare executive, Tonya has 20 years of health plan business and operational experience. Before joining Cambia in 2019 as the senior vice president of customer experience and operations, she held senior leadership positions with Molina Healthcare, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, and Anthem.

Tonya brings a long history of community service. She currently serves on the boards of the American Heart Association and the Cambia Health Foundation. Additionally, she was part of a White House initiative in 2021 to help increase access to COVID-19 vaccines for vulnerable populations. In 2022, Tonya was honored as one of the Portland Business Journal’s Women of Influence. She holds an undergraduate degree in management from Indiana Wesleyan University.



4. Stacey Gallagher-Khan
VP of People, Weight Watchers

Stacey Gallagher-Khan is the VP of People at Weight Watchers. She first joined the company in 2019 as senior director of people operations and talent acquisition. WeightWatchers is a human-centric technology company powered by its proven, science-based, clinically effective weight loss and weight management program. For six decades, they have inspired millions of people to adopt healthy habits for real life. They combine technology and community to help members reach and sustain their goals in the program.

Previously, Gallagher-Khan was a director of talent acquisition strategy at BlackRock, and before that a director of human resources and business partner at American Express. Earlier in her career she worked with CIT as an AVP in corporate strategy. Gallagher-Khan earned an MBA in finance and strategy from NYU Stern School of Business, and an undergraduate in economics and biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.



5. Kathy Vrabeck
Chief Operating Officer, Beachbody

Kathy P. Vrabeck is the Chief Operating Officer at The Beachbody Company. Headquartered in Southern California, BODi is a leading digital fitness, nutrition, and mindset subscription company with over two decades of creating innovative content and nutritional supplements designed to support and enrich strong Health Esteem. The Beachbody Company, Inc. is the parent company of BODi. She has served as a Director since June 2012. She is currently a senior client partner in the consumer markets division of Korn Ferry.

Previously, she was a partner at Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. in their Media, Entertainment and Digital practice. Before that, Vrabeck was with Legendary Pictures where she served as president. She also served with Electronic Arts, Inc. (EA) where she held the role of president of EA Casual Entertainment, and led EA’s efforts in the fastest-growing segments of the video game market including mobile, online, social networking, and global media sales. Prior to joining EA, Vrabeck was with Activision, Inc. from August 1999 to April 2006 where she served as president of Activision Publishing, overseeing Activision’s product development, global brand management, and publishing operations. Earlier in her career, Vrabeck held various marketing, sales, and finance positions with ConAgra, The Pillsbury Company, Quaker Oats, and Eli Lilly and Co. She currently serves on the DePauw University Board of Trustees.



6. Carrie Camin
Vice President of Operations, Premise Health

Carrie Camin began her professional career 24 years ago. Today, she is the Vice President of Operations at Premise Health, the world’s leading direct healthcare provider. Camin graduated from Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas with an MS in healthcare leadership and management, and an undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin.



7. Kristen Wheeler
Vice President of Operations, Gold's Gym

Kristen Wheeler is the Vice President of Operations at Gold's Gym. She first joined the company in 2003 as general manager. Gold’s Gym has been the world’s trusted fitness authority since 1965. From its beginning as a small gym in Venice, California, Gold’s Gym has grown into a global icon with more than 700 locations serving 3 million people across six continents each day. Whether an industry professional or an individual pursuing a dream to make a passion for fitness a meaningful reality, Gold's Gym wants to help its customers transform their lives. Their journey started on a beach in California.

Previously, Wheeler was a senior admissions counselor at Montana Tech & St. Cloud State University. Wheeler earned an undergraduate degree in technology business development from Montana Technological University.



8. Christina McCalley
Vice President of Supply Chain, Isagenix

Christina McCalley began her professional career 11 years ago. Today, she is the Vice President of Supply Chain at Isagenix. It is hard to believe that 17 years ago, Jim and Kathy Coover founded Isagenix in partnership with John Anderson and six employees in a small office in Tempe, AZ. Today, they are the largest company by revenue headquartered in Gilbert, AZ, and the 4th largest for-profit company in AZ. They continue to gain recognition and respect for their strong business practices both nationally and internationally. Their honors have included the Better Business Bureau naming them a 2018 BBB Torch Awards for Ethics Finalist in recognition of our commitment to “do the right thing.” In addition, Jim Coover was named 2017 CEO of the Year, and in 2018 and 2019 they were named one of the Best Places to Work, one of the Healthiest Employers, and one of the Valley’s 10 Largest Corporate Philanthropists.

McCalley first got her start in 2006 as a VMI Analyst at Henkel. McCalley graduated from Ohio State University - The Max M. Fisher College of Business with a BA in business administration and management.



9. Regan Stokes
President, Pure Barre

Regan Stokes began her professional career 18 years ago. Today, she is the President of Pure Barre, the largest, most established barre franchise with more than 500 studios across North America. 10. Dawn Whaley
President & Chief Marketing Officer, Sharecare

Dawn Whaley is the President and Chief Marketing Officer of Sharecare, a digital health company that helps people manage their health in one place. The Sharecare platform provides each person – no matter where they are in their health journey – with a comprehensive and personalized health profile, where they can dynamically and easily connect to the information, evidence-based programs, and health professionals they need to live their healthiest, happiest, and most productive life.

As President and Chief Marketing Officer of Sharecare since the company’s founding, Whaley participates in the development of overall corporate strategy and scaling operational execution and is directly responsible for marketing, strategic partnerships, and business development. 

Previously, Whaley was the executive vice president of marketing and strategic relationships for HowStuffWorks, a leading, non-fiction website providing high-quality content, where she helped manage operations and corporate development efforts. After growing HowStuffWorks to one of the largest content destination websites, Whaley assisted in the sale of the company to Discovery Communications in 2007 for $250 million. Whaley was also a founding member of The Convex Group, the media and technology holding company that acquired HowStuffWorks in 2002, until its sale to Discovery. With a BA in telecommunications and business management from the University of Georgia.



11. Niki Leondakis
Chief Executive Officer, CorePower Yoga

Before that, Niki was President at The Wolff Company, a multifamily-focused real estate private equity firm. Before joining Wolff, Niki was CEO of multiple companies including Equinox Fitness Clubs, Two Roads Hospitality, and Commune Hotels & Resorts. Previous to Commune, she was President of Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants. Leondakis graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.



12. Amanda Croce
Chief Marketing Officer, Club Pilates

Amanda Croce began her professional career 9 years ago. Today, she is the Chief Marketing Officer of Club Pilates. Croce first got her start in 2014 as a manager of strategic planning, analytics, and research at Porter Novelli. From there, she went on to a PhD, before eventually rising to executive head of global marketing at Aura Home, her most recent position before joining Club Pilates. Croce graduated from the University of Connecticut with an undergraduate degree in neurobiology and neuroscience.



13. Nicole Campkin
Vice President & Controller, LifeWorks

Nicole Campkin is the Vice President and Controller of LifeWorks. She first joined the company in 2021. As a global health and well-being provider encompassing physical, mental, and financial health, LifeWorks’ team of nearly 10,000 team members is dedicated to solving the most pressing issues facing citizens, healthcare professionals, employers, and employees around the world. Previously, Campkin was an AVP of external reporting and policy at Canadian Tire Corporation. Earlier in her career she worked with Loblaw Companies Limited as a senior director in Joe Fresh Finance. Campkin earned an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Ottawa.

As chief information officer for Discovery Health, Surmava led a high-performing technology team of over 500 people for six years and delivered Discovery Health’s innovative technology and health solutions for the South African private healthcare system. In early 2022, she became Vitality Health’s chief information officer, spearheading the global deployment of Vitality Health’s technology solutions. In this role, she was instrumental in launching Amplify Health, a pan-Asian health insurance joint venture between AIA and Discovery Group. Surmava holds a MBA from Heriot-Watt University, and a BS in Computer Science and Information Systems from the University of South Africa.



15. Jonee Woodard
Senior Vice President of Global Operations, Modere

Jonee Woodard began her professional career 32 years ago. Today, she is the Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Modere, an omni-channel, consumer products company that develops and markets clean health & wellness products through ecommerce and direct-to-consumer channels. The company’s branded, award-winning portfolio of clean lifestyle products includes beauty and personal care, nutrition, and household essentials that are formulated without the use of thousands of controversial chemicals and compounds. This holistic live-clean philosophy drives every aspect of the brand, going beyond its ingredient paradigm to encompass business operations, company culture, community activism, and environmental advocacy.

Woodard first got her start in 1991 as a physical distribution manager at Mervyns. From there, she went on to ModusLink E-commerce, before eventually rising to COO at Perfectly Posh, her most recent position before joining Global Operations Modere. Woodard graduated from Western Governors University with an MBA and from Brigham Young University with a BA in business management and marketing.



16. Denise de la Rama
Vice President of Finance, Noom

17. Lisa Hillman
Chief Creative Officer, CycleBar

Lisa Hillman is the Chief Creative Officer and Lead Master Instructor of CycleBar. Founded in 2004, CycleBar is the world's largest indoor cycling brand by number of studios and offers a variety of low-impact, high-intensity indoor cycling workouts, which are inclusive of all fitness levels. In 2008, Hillman created and founded PoleFit Revolution, a studio featuring a fitness pole dancing class that fostered both physical and emotional empowerment for women. From 1998-2008, Hillman was an instructor and promoted to the group fitness and performance team coordinator for Life Time Fitness of Troy and Shelby, Michigan. She was tasked with organizing and launching the grand openings of multiple locations, initiating grassroots marketing efforts, implementing methods to improve the group fitness programs, advising on the setup and scheduling of fitness classes, and leading fitness instructor training and development in all new Life Time Fitness locations.



18. Livia Martini
Chief People Officer, Gympass

Livia Martini is the Chief People Officer at Gympass, having joined the team in 2017 initially as the Head of International Operations. In her current role as CPO, she oversees a global team of over 1,300 employees across 11 countries. Livia is responsible for creating an exceptional working environment at Gympass, leveraging a wealth of experience in people management and financial operations. Martini graduated from Harvard Business School with an MBA, and from Universidade Estadual de Campinas with an undergraduate degree in economics.



19. Leslie Witt
Chief Product and Design Officer, Headspace

Leslie Witt is the Chief Product and Design Officer at Headspace, the world's most comprehensive, accessible, and effective mental health and wellbeing platform. She is responsible for the Headspace product and content strategy and delivery across their channels and global reach - direct to consumer, enterprise, and health systems. 

Prior to Headspace, she was focused on improving financial outcomes — most recently, at Intuit, and previously, with a wide array of partners including financial institutions, fin-tech giants, payment providers, retailers, non-profits, foundations, and the public sector. She is lucky to count Visa, Wells Fargo, MetLife, the Gates Foundation, the CFPB, and the World Bank amongst her portfolio of clients.

Beyond her forays in financial wellbeing, which she formalized as a new business while an associate partner at innovation firm IDEO, she has worked hand-in-hand with global organizations like Amazon, Nike, and Walmart to bring to life retail, hospitality, and health & wellness services. Her experience defining and commercializing new-to-the-world offerings has often found her leading internal efforts at organic venturing, new product definition, as well as strategic M&A. Before IDEO, she was an architect and academic. She received her Bachelor of Architecture from Rice, her Master of Architecture from Princeton, and most recently taught at Stanford University.



20. Colleen Logan
Vice President of PR & Corporate Communications, iFIT

Before joining iFIT, Logan was a VP at Ogilvy & Mather Chicago, and before that, a management supervisor at Ogilvy & Mather. She graduated from the University of Florida with an undergraduate degree in journalism.



21. Jacqueline Kniska
Chief Ethics Compliance & Privacy Officer, Cerebral

Jacqueline Kniska began her professional career 16 years ago. Today, she is the Chief Ethics Compliance & Privacy Officer for Cerebral. Jacqueline holds CHC and LPEC certifications, complementing her undergraduate degree from James Madison University, and JD from Oklahoma City University.



22. Carolyn Erickson
VP of Group Exercise, Genesis Health Club

Carolyn Erickson is the VP of Group Exercise of Genesis Health Club. She first joined the company in 2022. Genesis Health Clubs currently have 60 locations in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, Colorado, Oklahoma, and Florida. Each location provides members with a well-rounded fitness experience that meets all of their needs. Previously, Erickson was a national director of kids club programming at EOS Fitness Consulting and before that a national education sales director at Savvier Fitness by way of CE Fitness Consulting, LLC. Earlier in her career she worked with Club One as a regional general manager. Erickson earned an undergraduate degree in health, nutrition, and physical education from the University of Maryland.



23. Vina Leite
Chief People Officer, GoodRx

Vina Leite has served as Chief People Officer since February 2022. GoodRx is a leading resource for healthcare savings and information that makes healthcare affordable and convenient for all Americans. Previously, Leite served as the chief people officer at The Trade Desk, Inc. Before that role, she served as the chief people officer of the cybersecurity firm Cylance Inc., and as senior vice president and chief human resource officer at QLogic Corporation. Leite currently serves on the board of directors of Jamf Holding Corp., DocGo, Inc., and AHEAD, Inc. and is a member of the National Human Resources Association and the Society for Human Resources Management. She holds an undergraduate degree in Management from Rhode Island College and an MBS in Organizational Management from Capella University.



24. Carolyn Divine
Vice President of Communications & Policy, Calm

Carolyn Divine began her professional career 12 years ago. Today, she is the Vice President of Communications and Policy at Calm. 25. Jessica Aptman
Chief Communications Officer, Zocdoc

Jessica Aptman is the Chief Communications Officer at Zocdoc leading the company’s efforts across internal and external communications, and government relations. Before Zocdoc, Aptman was director of media strategy at The OutCast Agency – a leading communications agency with offices in San Francisco and New York City. There, Aptman developed and implemented communications strategies for consumer technology products and services. She oversaw product launches and earned media campaigns for Amazon Kindle, Cisco, Jawbone, TurboTax, Wealthfront, Zynga, and Zocdoc, among many others.

Before joining the fast-growing technology space, Aptman’s work focused on consumer and luxury lifestyle brand development. She led public relations initiatives for esteemed hotels, chefs, restaurants, wines and spirits, The James Beard Awards, and more. Aptman graduated from the University of Florida with a dual degree in Sociology and Mass Communications. She then moved to NY intending to give the city a try for a year, maybe two. Over a decade later, Aptman lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband, daughter, and twin sons.

Cable earned an MS in Healthcare Sciences with an emphasis on Public Health. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Public Policy: Social Policy.

Walsh graduated from Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago with an MBA.

50. Tricia Han
