The manufacturing sector, in particular, has significantly contributed to the state's economy, with industries such as automotive manufacturing playing a key role. The exceptional women on this year’s list come from notable companies, many of which have a significant presence in Indiana, including Eli Lilly and Company and Cummins. They are breaking barriers, challenging stereotypes, and propelling the industry into new realms of possibility.

Among this year’s awardees is Amanda Witter, Area Vice President at Salesforce, who distinguishes herself through positive and empathetic leadership, leveraging critical thinking and problem-solving skills to inspire her team in customer transformation across diverse industries, fostering both professional and personal growth. As the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Corteva Agriscience, awardee Brook Cunningham spearheads corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, sustainability, and competitive intelligence for the company. Also awarded is Ann Lathrop, Chief Strategy Officer for the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, who manages the integrated approach to business development, aligning various facets including workforce, foreign direct investment, government relations, and trade to meet market demands efficiently.

1. Jennifer Rumsey
Chair & Chief Executive Officer, Cummins Inc.

Jennifer Rumsey became Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Cummins Inc. in August of this year. Cummins Inc. is a global power leader that uniquely offers its customers a broad portfolio of power solutions that best meet their needs and power their businesses, including diesel, natural gas, battery, fuel cells, electrolyzers, and related components. Prior to her current role, Rumsey was president and COO, and before that, was VP and president of the Components Segment. During that time, she oversaw an organization of more than 12,000 global employees with sales of $6B in 2020 and customers located around the world.

Rumsey previously served as VP and chief technical officer where she led the global technical organization of approximately 11,000 employees responsible for research and engineering across Cummins. Rumsey’s early career focused on control systems and system engineering; initially at a fuel processing and fuel cell start-up company in Cambridge, MA. In 2000, she moved to Cummins and has worked in a variety of engineering roles across the organization and product life cycle areas including advanced technology development, new product development, current product engineering, and product quality. Rumsey is a member of the Society of Women Engineers, Society of Automotive Engineers, and Women in Trucking Association. She holds an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.



2. Cindy Carlisle
Group Vice President of Human Resources, Global Quality & Operations, Stryker

Cindy Carlisle is the Group Vice President of Human Resources, Global Quality, and Operations with Stryker, a Michigan-based medical devices company. Carlisle has over 20 years of experience. She is an accomplished business executive with comprehensive global experience in premier multinational organizations. She has been recognized for her ability to lead large-scale organizational and cultural transformations. Her industry experience spans across medical technology, pharmaceutical/biotech, and high-tech industries.

Before joining Stryker, Carlisle was a vice president of human resources for the North American commercial segment at Roche and before that, a senior director of human resources at Janssen Pharmaceuticals at Johnson & Johnson. Earlier in her career she worked with General Electric as an internal auditor. Carlisle graduated from Marshall University with an MS in adult and continuing education and teaching, and an undergraduate degree in accounting and finance.



4. Kiersten Flint
SVP of Talent Development, Culture & Diversity, Caesars Entertainment, Inc.

Kiersten Flint is the Senior Vice President of Talent Development, Culture, and Diversity at Caesars Entertainment, Inc. She first joined the company in 2001 as vice president and executive associate to the chief administrative and accounting officer. Caesars Entertainment, Inc. is the largest casino entertainment company in the US and one of the world's most diversified casino entertainment providers.

Previously, Flint was a vice president of marketing and hospitality at Harrah's Hoosier Park and before that, a vice president of advertising and communications. Earlier in her career she worked with Hoosier Park Racing & Casino as a marketing specialist and graphic designer. Flint earned an undergraduate degree in advertising from Ball State University.



5. Rebecca Jacklin
SVP & Director of Nonprofit Strategy - Midwest, PNC

Rebecca Jacklin is the Senior Vice President and Director of Nonprofit Strategy for the Midwest at PNC. She is a seasoned executive with over twenty years of experience in situational analysis, short and long-range planning, and strategy to meet client and company needs and expectations. She provides investment management solutions to corporations, municipalities, endowments and foundations, unions, nonprofits, and employee benefit plans. Jacklin guides clients by utilizing a service-centered culture with deep client knowledge, effective communication, and an empowered service team. 

Before joining PNC, Jacklin was a team leader and investment specialist at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and before that an educator at the Metropolitan School District of Washington Township. She graduated from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business with an MBA and from DePauw University with an undergraduate degree in mathematics.



6. Karen Mangia
President & Chief Strategy Officer, The Engineered Innovation Group

Karen Mangia is the President and Chief Strategy Officer of The Engineered Innovation Group. She first joined the company in 2023. The Engineered Innovation Group’s mission is to revolutionize how software companies are built. It makes it easier for entrepreneurs, enterprises, and educational organizations to introduce innovative SaaS products and services quickly, securely, and effectively. It specializes in making the complex simple and reducing the timeline from ideas to impact. Karen spearheads the company's thought leadership and leads the Insights & Innovation Practice.

Previously, Mangia was a vice president of customer and market insights at Salesforce and before that a senior director and partner at Cisco. Earlier in her career she worked with AT&T as a customer project manager. Mangia earned an MS in information and communication sciences and an undergraduate degree in international business from Ball State University.



7. Angelica Jewett
Vice President of Value-Based Solutions, Elevance Health

Angelica Jewett began her professional career 15 years ago. Today, she is the Vice President of Value-Based Solutions at Elevance Health. Jewett is an executive leader focused on supporting managed care organizations with a demonstrated ability to lead major complex enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, drive innovation, and evaluate strategic partnerships and investments across healthcare themes. She has extensive experience with government programs specializing in conducting business opportunity assessments, partnership considerations, and leading federal and state government procurements.

Jewett first got her start in 2008 as an audit and tax consultant at Deloitte Tax LLP. From there, she went on to HealthScape Advisors, before eventually rising to director of enterprise strategy, enterprise consulting, and alliances at Blue Cross NC, her most recent position prior to joining Elevance Health. Jewett graduated from the University of Illinois Chicago with an undergraduate degree in accounting and finance.



8. Amanda Witter
Area Vice President, Salesforce

Amanda Witter serves as Area Vice President at Salesforce, the industry leader in Customer Relationship Management. Her positive and empathetic leadership style, combined with her critical thinking and problem-solving foundation help her inspire her team to uncover possibilities with their customers to transform and grow their businesses. She has demonstrated success in customer transformation across multiple segments and verticals, including hi-tech, travel & hospitality, professional services, healthcare, media & entertainment, and communications, as well as helping her teams grow not only in their professional careers but with their personal goals as well.

Before Salesforce, Amanda spent 12 years in the pharmaceutical and healthcare technology industry, where she helped companies minimize the risk of their products to their end users. She received a degree in chemical engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, which had previously been an all-male institution. She was also a member of their first-ever women’s basketball team and the first woman inducted into RHIT’s athletic Hall of Fame. She has been a pioneer in paving the way for opportunities for women in heavily male-dominated fields for the span of her career including college.

Amanda has also served as an Elder at her church, is the Treasurer of her daughter’s soccer club team, and volunteers and mentors other young women through the National Charity League. 



9. Jennifer Alvey
Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Indiana University Health

Jennifer Alvey is a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Indiana University Health. In her role, she provides management oversight and direction over financial accounting and reporting, financial operations and budgeting, capital planning, accounts payable, managed care contracting, pricing, revenue cycle services, real estate, and treasury. Prior to her current role, Alvey served as a VP of revenue cycle services at Indiana University Health, with responsibility for a variety of functions, including registration, scheduling, financial clearance, health information management, coding, billing, collections, and customer service. Before that, she was VP and treasurer of Indiana University Health.

Before joining Indiana University Health, Alvey was a public finance director of the State of Indiana and chief executive of the Indiana Finance Authority; COO  and general counsel for the Indiana Finance Authority; an attorney at the law firm of Ice Miller LLP; and worked in various accounting, financial director and treasury-related positions at Indiana University as a Certified Public Accountant. Alvey earned an undergraduate degree in accounting from Indiana University Bloomington.



10. Michelle Taulman
Vice President of Strategic Campaigns, Rolls-Royce

Michelle Taulman is the Vice President of Strategic Campaigns at Rolls-Royce. She has over 30 years of experience. Taulman is a highly competent, analytical, and results-driven leader who finds win-win solutions that result in a positive impact on the company’s bottom line. She leads opportunities exceeding $1B through the sales process from requirement definition to the delivery and negotiations of proposals with defense customers. 

Before joining Rolls-Royce, Taulman was a commodity manager at Allegion US and before that, she co-founded Promotional and Marketing Partners. Earlier in her career she served as the president of the Insitute of Supply Management. Taulman graduated from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis with an undergraduate degree in business.



11. Brook Cunningham
Senior Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer, Corteva Agriscience

Brook Cunningham is Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Corteva Agriscience, a role she assumed in December 2022. Corteva Agriscience combines industry-leading innovations, high-touch customer engagement, and operational execution to profitably deliver solutions for the world's most pressing agriculture challenges. Corteva generates advantaged market preference through its unique distribution strategy, together with its balanced and globally diverse mix of seed, crop protection, and digital products and services. With some of the most recognized brands in agriculture and a technology pipeline well-positioned to drive growth, the company is committed to maximizing productivity for farmers, while working with stakeholders throughout the food system as it fulfills its promise to enrich the lives of those who produce and those who consume, ensuring progress for generations to come. Cunningham is primarily responsible for leading the company’s efforts in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, sustainability, and competitive intelligence.

Prior to joining Corteva, Cunningham was a managing director and head of the global agribusiness and nutrition at Lazard. She joined Lazard in New York in 2010, moving to Chicago in 2012 to play a leading role in growing the firm’s investment banking business in the Midwestern US. Cunningham earned an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Michigan.



12. Kimberly Diller
Chief Financial Officer, Indiana Department of Environmental Management

Kimberly Diller began her professional career 26 years ago. Today, she is the Chief Financial Officer of the Indiana Department of Environmental Management. The Indiana Department of Environmental Management employs some of Indiana's most qualified engineers, scientists, and environmental project managers specializing in pollution prevention, air, land, and water quality issues. Its staff members work hard to provide quality environmental oversight and technical assistance in the community and around the state. 

Diller first got her start in 1997 as a foundation funds manager at Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc. From there, she went on to the City of Indianapolis, before eventually rising to controller at Indiana State Department of Health, her most recent position prior to joining Indiana Department of Environmental Management. Diller graduated from IUPUI - Kelley School of Business with a master’s degree and from Ball State University with an undergraduate degree in finance.



13. Amy Jorgenson
Senior Vice President of US Diabetes Sales, Eli Lilly and Company

Amy Jorgenson is the Senior Vice President of US Diabetes Sales at Eli Lilly and Company. She first joined the company in 2003 as a sales representative. Prior to her current role, she served as a COO for Lilly Diabetes and before that, an associate vice president of sales for the diabetes division. Jorgenson has served for over 20 years with Eli Lilly, dedicating herself to the advancement of pharmaceutical products for healthcare professionals, patients, and consumers. Jorgenson earned an undergraduate degree in psychology and family studies from St. Olaf College.



14. Clarice Nist
Vice President of Information Technology, Zimmer Biomet

Clarice Nist is the Vice President of Information Technology at Zimmer Biomet. She first joined the company in 2000 as a senior sourcing engineer. Zimmer Biomet is a global medical technology leader with a comprehensive portfolio designed to maximize mobility and improve health. It advances its mission to alleviate pain and improve the quality of life for patients around the world with its innovative products and suite of integrated digital and robotic technologies that leverage data, data analytics, and artificial intelligence. Clarice is a supply chain and project management expert with over 24 years of experience in strategic sourcing, information systems, warehousing, transportation, inventory management integrated business planning, commercial operations, and distribution.

Previously, Nist was a sourcing engineer at Ingersoll-Rand within the Exit Device Division and before that, a materials technologist. Nist earned an MBA in business administration and management from the University of Notre Dame and an undergraduate degree in materials science and engineering from Purdue University.



15. DaWana Stubbs
Regional Vice President, Elevance Health

DaWana Stubbs is the Regional Vice President of Elevance Health. Elevance Health, formerly Anthem, Inc., serves people across their entire health journey taking an integrated whole-health approach. Stubbs is a physician executive with over 20 years of medical experience and expertise comprising strategic leadership and governance over multi-state healthcare organizations with sound clinical operations, effective medical education, and quality managed care.

Previously, Stubbs was a vice president of medical services at CareSource and before that, a medical director at Managed Health Services - Centene Corporation. Earlier in her career she worked with IU Medical Group Primary Care as an internal medicine physician.

Stubbs was previously an assistant professor at the Indiana University School of Medicine. She earned an undergraduate degree from Indiana University and her medical and master’s degrees are from the IU School of Medicine. She is certified as a MillimanCQ Care Guidelines Specialist. A member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., she has served on the boards of directors for the Marion County Communities Against Rape Initiative, Domestic Violence Network of Greater Indianapolis, Breaking Free Inc., Legacy House, and Indiana Partnership to Prevent Injury and Death.



16. Jamie Phillippe
VP & Chief Nurse Executive, Community Health Network

Jamie Phillippe joined Community Health Network in 2012 as a NICU patient care coordinator at Community Hospital North. Phillippe went on to serve as nurse manager for the NICU and later as director of NICU, PICU, and pediatrics before being promoted to the director of women’s and children’s services role at Community Hospital North in 2020. Phillippe also served as the VP and Chief Nurse Executive at Community Howard Regional Health. 

Phillippe earned both her master of science in nursing and an MBA from Anderson University in 2016. She completed her bachelor of science in nursing at the University of Indianapolis and her associate of science in nursing from the University of Southern Indiana. Phillippe has more than 20 years of experience in nursing. She began her career as a nurse at Riley Hospital for Children in 2001. Phillippe is a servant leader who helped lead Community Howard through a reaccreditation by The Joint Commission, established the Community Howard Nursing Academy with Indiana University Kokomo, and worked with nursing leaders to implement measures to improve patient safety and satisfaction. In her role at Community Hospital North, Phillippe provides on-site leadership, connecting Network leaders, physicians, and caregivers to ensure an excellent patient experience along with quality care. 



17. Ann Lathrop
Chief Strategy Officer, Indiana Economic Development Corporation

Ann Lathrop, Chief Strategy Officer for the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC), joined the IEDC in November 2021 and was appointed to join Governor Eric J. Holcomb’s cabinet in August 2023. In her role, Lathrop oversees Indiana’s integrated approach to business development, aligning external engagement, workforce, business development, foreign direct investment, federal engagement, government-to-government relations, defense, foreign policy, and trade to meet the needs and speed of the market.

With a rich professional history spanning more than 30 years, Lathrop brings a wealth of diverse experience to her role at IEDC. Her extensive expertise encompasses business development, sales, finance, marketing, and brand management. Notably, she served as Crowe's pioneering Chief Marketing Officer, where she orchestrated marketing and brand strategies and realigned the inside sales team. Lathrop's journey began as an auditor with KPMG, progressing to her pivotal position as deputy mayor of Indianapolis and subsequently as city controller. Before joining Crowe, she flourished as Vice President of Business Development at ACS Inc./Lockheed Martin/Netgov.com.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Lathrop has made impactful contributions to the state by participating on various boards. She serves as an Executive Committee member at Visit Indy and previously served as board president of the Indiana Youth Institute. As a distinguished alumna of San Diego State University, her achievements include being recognized as a Woman of Influence and Forty Under 40 leader by the Indianapolis Business Journal.



18. Gretchen Gutman
Vice President of Public Policy, Cook Medical

A 25-year veteran of legislative and government policy, Gretchen Gutman is currently Vice President of Public Policy for Cook Medical and Cook Group Incorporated. Cook Group Inc., based in Bloomington, Indiana is dedicated to bold leadership in pioneering innovative medical solutions to enhance patient care worldwide. 

Before joining Cook, Gretchen served as the AVP of government relations at Ball State University. Prior to joining Ball State University, she was a partner at the law firm of Taft, Stettinius and Hollister LLP in Indianapolis. Her law practice included property tax assessment appeals, public finance, and representing clients before the Department of Revenue as well as governmental affairs. Gutman received an undergraduate degree in history and an MPA from Indiana University, as well as a law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis.



19. Agnes Therady
Senior Vice President & Chief Nursing Officer, Franciscan Health

Agnes Therady is the Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer of Franciscan Health. Franciscan Alliance is one of the largest Catholic healthcare systems in the midwest with 12 hospital campuses in Indiana and Illinois, approximately 20,000 employees, and several nationally recognized Centers of Health Care Excellence. Therady has 30 years of progressive leadership experience in education and hospital and ambulatory-based patient care services. She is experienced in operations, quality, patient safety, patient experience, Infection control, and organizational and staff development in hospitals and academic health systems. Her experience is with private, public, and federal healthcare organizations.

Before joining Franciscan Health, Therady was a system CNO at Cook County Health & Hospitals System and before that a nurse executive at VA Health Care Systems. She graduated from Benedictine University with a PhD in organization development, from Northern Illinois University with an MBA in business, management, marketing, and related support services, and from SNDT Women's University with a master’s degree in nursing science.



20. Marcela Kirberger
EVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, Elanco

Marcela Kirberger serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Elanco. Elanco works to improve the health of animals through innovative products and services for pets and farm animals around the world. As a global animal health company, it provides solutions that empower customers to advance a vision of Food and Companionship Enriching Life. Since 1954, Elanco has committed to empowering veterinarians, farmers, and all those who care for animals with the tools they need to help animals live healthy lives. Marcela is responsible for the global strategy and operations of their legal team, including commercial, intellectual property, regulatory legal, labor & employment, M&A and business development legal, and the office of the corporate secretary. She also oversees corporate affairs, ethics & compliance, and ESG matters for Elanco.

Prior to joining Elanco in 2021, Marcel held US, regional, and global leadership roles within Fortune 500 life sciences companies, including as general counsel and corporate secretary at Roche Diagnostics NA, and general counsel and chief compliance officer at Leica Microsystems GmbH, a global medical device manufacturer and subsidiary of Danaher Corporation. She also worked for the Novartis Group of Companies, including Gerber Products, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, and Sandoz International, where she was global head of legal for biopharma and before that, a global compliance officer. Kirberger began her career as a securities litigator at Lowenstein Sandler in New Jersey. A native of Argentina, she earned her law degrees from Rutgers School of Law in Newark, New Jersey, and the Catholic University of Argentina in Buenos Aires.



21. Ellen Decker
President, NobleVision Human Capital, Inc.

Ellen Decker is the President of NobleVision Human Capital, Inc. NobleVision Human Capital believes that a company’s most valuable asset is its people. It is committed to helping companies leverage the human element by offering consulting services in the areas of talent acquisition, development, and retention. Decker has 46 years of experience. She began her career in 1977.

Before joining NobleVision Human Capital, Inc. Decker was a managing partner at Woodland Management, Inc. and before that, an operations manager at SuperThought, Inc. Earlier in her career she worked with NB (now Chase) as a first vice president. Decker graduated from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business with an MBA and an undergraduate degree in finance.



22. Mary Michalak
Vice President of Legal and Public Affairs, Ivy Tech Community College

Mary Michalak began her professional career 26 years ago. Today, she is the Vice President of Legal and Public Affairs at Ivy Tech Community College. Ivy Tech Community College is the state's largest public postsecondary institution and the nation's largest singly accredited statewide community college system. Ivy Tech has over 40 locations throughout Indiana. It serves as the state's engine of workforce development, offering affordable degree programs and training that are aligned with the needs of its community along with courses and programs that transfer to other colleges and universities in Indiana.

Michalak first got her start in 1997 as a business travel consultant at American Express Travel.  From there, she went on to Rosenbluth International, before eventually rising to vice president at Thomas P. Miller and Associates, her most recent position prior to joining Ivy Tech Community College. Michalak graduated from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law with a JD, from O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs with an MPA in public management, and from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis with an undergraduate degree in journalism.



23. Kim Sonerholm
President & CEO, UnitedHealthcare

Kim Sonerholm is President and Chief Executive Officer for UnitedHealthcare’s commercial business for the Indiana & Kentucky health plan. She is responsible for business operations and strategic initiatives, including sales, account management, marketing, clinical programs, community relations, product management, and finance for UnitedHealthcare’s operations. Sonerholm has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has held many leadership roles across the healthcare continuum from network contracting to clinical operations. In her role as CEO, she is focused on improving the health care system in both Indiana and Kentucky taking her learnings from outside the market while working in collaboration with our local providers, employers, and health systems to improve health outcomes for all.

Kim joined the Indiana/Kentucky health plan in late 2019 relocating from Las Vegas, Nevada. During her time in Nevada, she held many roles while working to build and advance a clinically integrated health plan anchored by the largest multiple specialty practice in Southern Nevada. The health plan is now one of the most prominent health insurers in the state providing cost predictability and high satisfaction to consumers across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid offerings.



24. Deborah Good
President & Chief Executive Officer, Good Healthcare Consulting, LLC

Deborah Good is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Good Healthcare Consulting, LLC, a business enterprise established to provide healthcare management solutions to medical providers, payers, third-party administrators, and corporations. Good has 40 years of experience. She is an entrepreneur and senior executive with an extensive background in health care, revenue cycle management, business intelligence analytics, regulatory compliance, physician practice, and business management. Good is a strategic, creative thinker and is an agile learner with inspirational leadership, management, and team-building skills. 

Before founding Good Healthcare Consulting, LLC, Good was a past owner, president & CEO of Good Medical Management, Inc. and before that a practice administrator at Personal Health Management, Inc. She graduated from Purdue University with an undergraduate degree in nursing.



25. Jennifer Swindle
Vice President of Quality and Service Excellence, Salud Revenue

Jennifer Swindle is the Vice President of Quality and Service Excellence of Salud Revenue. Salud Revenue Partners is a national model for the delivery of revenue cycle services. A technology-enabled revenue cycle services company with experienced leadership and a high-performance culture, it helps healthcare providers achieve their financial goals. Swindle has 27 years of experience. She began her career in 1996.

Before joining Salud Revenue, Swindle was a senior consultant at Southwind, A Division of The Advisory Board Company, and before that, a VP of coding compliance at PivotHealth, LLC. Earlier in her career she worked with Arnett Health System as a director of coding. Swindle graduated from City University of Seattle with an undergraduate degree in business administration and management.



26. Diane Hunt
Vice President & Chief Health Information Officer, Deaconess Health System

Diane Hunt is the Vice President and Chief Health Information Officer of Deaconess Health System. She first joined the organization in 2016 as chief medical information officer. Deaconess Health System is the premier provider of health care services to 26 counties in three states including Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky.

Previously, Hunt was an executive medical director of clinical informatics at Indiana University Health at LaPorte Hospital. She earned an MD in medicine from Indiana University School of Medicine, a master’s degree in medical informatics from Northwestern University, and an undergraduate degree in biology from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis.



27. Julie Conrad
Chief Counsel & VP of Legal Affairs, Eskenazi Health

Julie Conrad brings more than 20 years of experience to her role as Chief Counsel and Vice President of Legal Affairs for Eskenazi Health. She previously served as associate chief counsel. During her tenure with Eskenazi Health, Conrad has played an integral role in key initiatives, including the formation of Indianapolis Emergency Medical Services and Eskenazi Medical Group, the achievement of federally qualified healthcare system status for Eskenazi Health Center, and the creation of the Medical-Legal Partnership and Volunteer Advocates Program.

An active member of the community, Conrad serves on the Indianapolis School of Ballet Board of Directors and the Adult Guardianship Coalition of Central Indiana Advisory Board. She is also a United Way agency evaluator. She previously served on the Board of Directors for ArtMix (formerly VSA of Indiana), as well as on the Executive Committees of the Labor and Employment Section and the Women and the Law Division of the Indianapolis Bar Association. She is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Society for Human Resources Management, and the Tri Kappa Philanthropic Society.

Conrad has earned numerous certifications over her career, including becoming a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, a Senior Professional in Human Resources, and a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional. She has been honored as a Leadership in Law Distinguished Barrister by Indiana Lawyer.



28. Jennifer Curran
SVP of Planning &  Operations and Chief Compliance Officer, Midcontinent Independent System Operator

Jennifer Curran is the Senior Vice President of Planning and Operations and Chief Compliance Officer for Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO). In that role, she oversees a broad array of functions including the company’s transmission and resource planning efforts, market operations, and system operations, as well as the company’s work to comply with state and federal electricity standards.

Curran has spent the last twenty years focused on delivering reliability and economic value to customers through wholesale electricity markets, operations, and infrastructure planning. Since joining MISO in 2004, she has served in various strategic, business planning, and operational oversight roles. Notably, Curran was a leader in the development of the industry-leading Multi-Value Project transmission planning approach. She currently serves on the Energy Systems Integration Group (ESIG) Board of Directors.  

Prior to joining MISO, Curran was manager of power generation and supply strategy for MISO and PJM at Reliant Resources. She holds an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Rice University and an MBA from Duke University.

43. Amy Jackson

44. Jillian Henry

Earlier in her career she worked with PNC as a vice president of commercial real estate relationship manager. Ratner earned an undergraduate degree in economics from DePauw University.



46. Jessica Moore
SVP of Equity Advancement & Chief Equity Advancement Officer, YMCA of Greater Indianapolis

Pettit holds a certification in Nursing Administration and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt by the American Society for Quality. 



48. Ann Merkel
