Jula Inrig
Chief Medical Officer, Travere Therapeutics

Jula Inrig joined Travere Therapeutics in January 2022 as the company’s Chief Medical Officer. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the company’s medical functions, clinical development, clinical operations, as well as drug safety/pharmacovigilance. She brings to Travere more than 15 years of expertise in medical oversight, drug development, clinical trial planning, and execution, as well as global regulatory engagement. At Travere, she has overseen the successful approval and launch of Filspari for patients with IgA nephropathy.

Before joining Travere, Inrig served as global head of the Renal Center of Excellence at IQVIA. While at IQVIA, she was instrumental in the design, execution, and strategy of clinical trials leading to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and European Medicines Agency (EMA) approvals in autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) and diabetic kidney disease. She was also responsible for the execution of more than 45 clinical trials across 50 countries, enrolling over 25,000 patients, including pivotal phase 3 trials in FSGS, IgA nephropathy, and lupus nephritis. In addition to her roles at IQVIA, Inrig served as an inaugural member of the board for the Kidney Health Initiative, a public-private partnership with the FDA, founded to improve the development of therapies for patients with kidney disease. Inrig has also served in advisory roles for national societies and their guidelines, including the American Society of Nephrology, the National Kidney Foundation, and the American Heart Association.

Inrig has been recognized by PharmaVOICE magazine as one of the 100 Most Inspiring People in the life sciences industry and by the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association as a Luminary award winner. She is board-certified in nephrology and internal medicine and serves on the faculty at the University of California, Irvine, and as an adjunct in the Department of Medicine at the Duke University School of Medicine. Inrig received her MD from Loma Linda University and completed her internal medicine residency, her nephrology fellowship, and obtained a Master of Health Science at Duke University. Inrig holds an undergraduate degree from California State University, Sacramento.


Michelle Mitchell
Head of Culture, Media & Equity, Content Partnerships, Meta

Michelle Mitchell is the Head of Culture, Media, and Equity and Content Partnerships at Meta, the company that owns and operates Facebook, Instagram, Threads, WhatsApp, and more. Mitchell works at the vibrant intersection of media, racial justice, social impact, law, and policy. She amplifies diverse, underrepresented voices and creates partnerships that elevate and nourish communities of color. 

After many years of leading large-scale, high-impact projects at Facebook, Inc., Mitchell was tapped to launch an initiative within Facebook’s Media Partnerships organization focused on achieving equity in representation and support for diverse and underrepresented media partners and audiences on Facebook’s platforms. Her plate is full of impactful partnership initiatives, including leading Facebook’s over $25M investment in Black creators, We The Culture; initiatives that leverage the power of media on behalf of racial and social justice; and partner activations in celebration of important cultural moments. She is a member of leadership circles within the company focused on providing meaningful, strategic advice to leaders to improve products, policies, and people programs for diverse communities.

Before entering the media space, Mitchell was an associate general counsel within Facebook Legal’s Global Ethics & Compliance Team. Over a decade as a practicing attorney, she advised executives across the Fortune 500 on critical matters in the global compliance and investigations space. Mitchell graduated from Georgetown University Law Center with a JD in international business, federal legislation, and administrative law clinic and from Trinity Washington University with an undergraduate degree in economics and political science.


Michelle Sewell
EVP, Publicity, Global, The Walt Disney Studios

Michelle Sewell is the Executive Vice President of Global Publicity at The Walt Disney Studios. For 100 years, The Walt Disney Studios has been the foundation on which The Walt Disney Company was built. Today, it brings quality movies, episodic storytelling, and stage plays to consumers throughout the world. 

Sewell is a dynamic, accomplished leader with over 30 years of strategic global consumer PR and comms experience in the entertainment industry for theatrical and streaming titles under the Disney Live Action, Walt Disney Animation, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, and 20th Century Studios brand banners. Sewell graduated from Godolphin & Laytmer.

She pioneered the first global PR team in the film industry. She has a proven track record of developing and executing innovative, fully integrated end-to-end campaigns across US and international markets for 12 of the top 20 biggest-grossing releases, including Marvel Studios’ Avengers Endgame, Infinity War, and Black Panther; Lucasfilm's Star Wars: The Force Awakens; Disney's The Lion King; and Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Frozen. A strong communicator, festival strategist, and accomplished awards professional, Sewell oversaw Disney’s awards campaigns, including Academy Award-winning Best Animated Features Coco, Zootopia, Inside Out, Big Hero 6, Frozen, Brave, Toy Story 3, and Up.


Sandra Previde
Executive Director, Information Technology, KP IT Telehealth

Sandra Previde is the Executive Director for Kaiser Permanente (KP) IT Telehealth. In this role, Previde is responsible for technology strategy, consulting services, experience design, and program delivery. KP was a pioneer in using telehealth to promote convenience and access for patients and is an industry leader in this space. Previde has played a critical role in leading teams to innovate in telehealth, to design experiences that focus on the needs of members, patients, and clinicians, and to deliver solutions in response to the critical need for “virtual care at scale” at the onset of the global pandemic in 2020.

Before her current role, Previde led the development and execution of the overall technology strategy for the new KP Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine (KPSOM), delivering solutions that positioned the school as one of the most innovative and integrated medical education institutions in the world. Under her leadership, KPSOM received Stevie Awards from the American Business Awards for excellence achievement related to its digital presence. 

Previde has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare, biotechnology, and high-tech industries, having started her career at Hewlett-Packard and later joined Amgen. In these roles, she led global teams responsible for the delivery of technologies and products spanning the overall technology lifecycle, from ideation to development to operations. Previde has an undergraduate degree in computer science, an MBA, and a Master’s degree in The Science of Project Management. In addition, she was an instructor at the University of California, San Diego Extension for seven years, where she developed and delivered courses in the fields of business and project management.


Stephanie Buckley
Head of Philanthropic Services, Wells Fargo

Stephanie Buckley serves as Head of Philanthropic Services at Wells Fargo. The Philanthropic Services helps charitable individuals, families, and nonprofit organizations work toward their unique goals by providing specialized advisory services. Buckley leads a team of experienced specialists that provides philanthropic advice to Wells Fargo clients throughout the Southwest and California Regions. She is responsible for enhancing the philanthropic offering to clients, helping her team deliver exceptional client service, and managing risk within her region.

Before joining Wells Fargo, Buckley worked at Pepperdine University for over 10 years as an associate vice chancellor of the Center for Estate and Gift Planning. There, she worked with current and prospective donors to structure gifts in the most tax-efficient manner, including identifying and creating estate and financial planning tools specific to each donor’s needs. Also while serving as an associate vice chancellor at the law school, she raised major gifts, managed the school’s board of visitors, and taught as an adjunct faculty member. 

Buckley earned a BA degree in Economics with high honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara, a JD with a specialization in business law from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, and an LLM in taxation with honors from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. She is a member of the State Bar of California, on the editorial board for Planned Giving Today, a former trustee for Heifer International Foundation, and a past president for both the Los Angeles Council for Charitable Gift Planners and the Planned Giving Council of Ventura County. She serves on the faculty of the American Institute for Philanthropic Studies and formerly taught at UCLA Extension. Buckley is a former college gymnast.


Linda Martinez
VP, Rights & Clearances, Global Distribution, Comcast NBCUniversal

Linda Martinez is Vice President of Rights and Clearances and Global Distribution at Comcast NBCUniversal. She has held several positions within the company in the areas of television, film, and home entertainment. 

Martinez developed and launched an unprecedented initiative between Telemundo and Home Entertainment to generate additional revenue and leverage content by distributing a Spanish-language DVD motion picture spinoff from Telemundo’s popular telenovela, Mas Sabe el Diablo. The Universal Pictures Home Entertainment/Telemundo partnership leveraged NBCU’s synergies, content, marketing, and distribution advantages to create a new business model for NBCU. As part of this business model, Home Entertainment launched Telemundo’s megahit, La Reina del Sur, on DVD. Martinez has also provided consultation on scripting, casting, and marketing of key Universal properties with a Hispanic following, including Bring It On Fight to the Finish, Curious George, and Honey 2. She was the co-leader of NBCUniversal’s Hispanic Employee Resource Group, Unidos, for three years. 

Before NBCUniversal, Martinez produced music videos and commercials and then went on to become an associate producer of the New Line Cinema film, Frida and Diego. She also produced the PBS film, La Carpa, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. Martinez started her career as a Paralegal at Columbia Pictures working on films, such as La Bamba and Baron Munchausen. She graduated from Pepperdine University with an undergraduate degree in business management.


Reena Singh
EVP, MACRO

Reena Singh is the Executive Vice President of MACRO, an award-winning multiplatform media company that represents the voices and perspectives of Black people and people of color. Singh has worked across all businesses, including marketing, production, research, programming, publishing, public relations, and consumer products. 

Singh was previously a senior vice president for The Walt Disney Company, where she oversaw two creative teams (development and current) for two platforms (Disney+ and Disney Channel) for Disney Branded Television. She was responsible for a 15-million-dollar live-action series development slate that targeted kids, families, and adults, which included all aspects of development and production. She was a Cynopsis Women of the Year, as well as on Bob Iger's Creative Council – established to create best-of-class practices for inclusive projects and talent. She also represented Disney at a summit with lawmakers in Washington DC. 

Singh received a BA in English Literature from Boston College. She is the co-creator of SALON’s mentorship program, dedicated to supporting the next generation of South Asian talent. Her passion is championing diverse artists so that they can contribute their perspectives to the global TV landscape. She believes that stories can entertain and impact culture.


Muriel Carroll
Managing Director, Strategic Accounts, Hilton

Muriel Carroll is the Managing Director of Strategic Accounts at Hilton, a leading global hospitality company with a portfolio of 22 world-class brands comprising nearly 7,300 properties and more than 1.1 million rooms, in 124 countries and territories. 

Carroll leads a team of sales professionals who foster deep and meaningful connections with customers across the globe. In her role, she is responsible for developing, coaching, steering, and executing holistic account strategies and B2B engagement with some of Hilton’s key global strategic accounts. Her team represents 22 brands and a global portfolio of over 7,500 hotels, and her team ensures an optimal return to primary stakeholders, including the hotel community, owners, and customers.

Carroll has held numerous roles within the hospitality industry within her over 25 years of career accomplishments. Joining Hilton over 20 years ago, her leadership experience includes on-property and corporate roles within international sales and strategic account management. Previously, Carroll was a hotel property management room division at Westin Century Plaza Hotel & Tower.


Mary Finch
EVP & Chief Human Resources Officer, DXC Technology

Mary Finch is the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of DXC Technology, the world's leading independent, end-to-end IT services company, serving nearly 6,000 private and public-sector clients from a diverse array of industries across 70 countries. Finch leads all aspects of HR and employee engagement globally. Her responsibilities include talent development and training; employee retention and recruitment; policy, benefits, and compensation; workforce development and organization effectiveness; staffing and training; and global inclusion and diversity. She also became a member of DXC’s senior leadership team.

Finch joins DXC from AECOM, where she served as CHRO since 2015, with responsibility for all aspects of the company’s global human resources organization. As a member of AECOM’s executive team, she transformed the company’s human resources practice by implementing a global talent strategy and new performance and productivity tools, while advancing employee training and development, career growth, and workforce engagement initiatives. Before AECOM, Finch served as senior managing director and chief operations officer for global Human Resources at Accenture. In this, role she drove the global delivery of HR services, overseeing operations supporting approximately 320,000 employees across 56 countries and multiple Accenture businesses. She also led strategic change programs and was responsible for overseeing Accenture's Talent Supply Chain and Recruiting Centers of Expertise.

Finch holds a BS in accounting and business/management from Miami University. She received the California Diversity Council’s Most Powerful & Influential Women Award (2016) and a Tribute to Women Award from YMCA Silicon Valley (2015). She is a founding member of Her Story, an organization committed to improving the lives of people living in survival mode around the world, especially single mothers.


Erica Jacquez
Executive Director External and Government Affairs, Verizon

Erica Jacquez is the Executive Director of Government and External Affairs for Verizon and an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California's Price School of Public Policy. She is an accomplished government relations expert with over 20 years of industry experience. She worked in various government relations roles at federal, state, and local levels. She worked at the Directors Guild of America as the executive in charge of government Affairs and as associate VP of government affairs at AltaMed Health Services.

At the federal level, President Barack Obama appointed Jacquez to serve as the intergovernmental/congressional affairs and public engagement liaison between the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Congress, and the public nationwide in 2010. In addition, she served as a legislative analyst in the Executive Office of the President, Office of Management, and Budget's Legislative Affairs; she was the lead coordinator for President Obama's Statements of Administration Policy.

Jacquez earned her Doctorate in Policy, Planning, and Development from the University of Southern California, where she defended her dissertation on Latina elected officials. She also completed her Master's in Public Administration with an emphasis in political management from USC. She graduated from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government's Executive Leadership Program, USC's Ross Program in Real Estate Development, and the Center for Creative Leadership. She is also a graduate of President Obama's inaugural leadership program.


Karina Edmonds 
SVP, Global Head of Academies & University Alliances, SAP

Karina Edmonds is the SVP and Global Head of Academies and University Alliances at SAP, the market leader in ERP software that helps companies of all sizes. She first joined the SAP in 2020 as VP and global head of academies and university alliances and was promoted in 2021. 

Previously, Edmonds was a university lead for Google Cloud AI/machine learning at Google, where she engaged with universities/institutions globally to deliver strategic programs to support university research and technical innovation. Before that, she was an executive director for corporate partnerships at Caltech. She’s also served the US Department of Energy as the technology transfer coordinator. 

Edmonds earned a PhD in Aeronautics from Caltech and an undergraduate degree in engineering from the University of Rhode Island.


Clara Nguyen
Global Head of HR, CERENOVUS, Johnson & Johnson

Clara Nguyen is presently the Global Head of HR for CERENOVUS, part of Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Companies. CERENOVUS is focused on elevating stroke awareness and related policy issues to better triage, treat, and serve patients around the globe.

In her current role, Nguyen is responsible for business-based HR priorities focused on talent, organization, and culture. Before joining Johnson & Johnson, Nguyen was a strategic business partner at Boeing Defense, Space, and Security. She was accountable for executing corporate HR processes and programs, such as salary management, performance management, recruiting, and engagement. She led various cross-functional teams with a focus on creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and maintaining strategic university relations. 

Nguyen holds an MBA from UCLA, a BS in business management from George Mason University, and an Aerospace Project Management Certificate from Caltech.


Michelle Fenske
Executive Director, Division Client Development Director, US Wealth Management Division, UBS

Michelle serves as the Division Sales Manager for US Wealth Management at UBS and is responsible for leading sales efforts to drive business and revenue growth across the Division. In this role, she partners with Financial Advisors and Field Leaders to help them deliver best-in-class solutions for their clients, by connecting them with the vast resources and intellectual capital offered by the Firm. 

Michelle started her career as a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch, where she spent several years working with a large team, servicing the needs of HNW families and institutions.  Following her passion for leadership and maximizing impact, Michelle transitioned into management, where she's helped Advisors streamline and grow their practices. Prior to joining UBS, Michelle held several leadership roles with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management across the Central, Southeast, and Pacific Coast Regions.  Michelle is passionate about coaching and mentoring and has focused her career on helping Advisors and clients achieve the outcomes they desire.

Michelle earned her MBA with dual concentrations in Corporate Finance and Investment Management from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, where she also completed the Leadership Initiative. She received a BA in History, with a Minor in Humanities, from the University of Louisville, and holds several FINRA licenses, including Series 3, 7, 9, 10, and 66.


Lauren Gorsche
Market Head, UBS

Lauren Gorsche is the Market Head of UBS. She first joined the company in 2004 as marketing manager in charge of equities. UBS works with individuals, families, institutions, and corporations around the world to help answer some of life's questions – whether through award-winning wealth management advisory, investment banking, and asset management expertise, or private and corporate banking services in Switzerland.

Gorsche’s coverage includes Los Angeles Private Wealth Management (PWM), Manhattan Beach PWM, Newport Beach PWM, San Diego PWM, Las Vegas PWM, La Jolla PWM, Beverly Hills PWM, and Century City WM. She oversees 132 Financial Advisors while managing over $100 billion in assets and over $400 million in annual revenue.  

Before assuming her current role, Gorsche was the complex director for the Los Angeles County PWM Office and was promoted to market head of the LA Metro Region in 2022. Having spent 20 years in various roles at UBS, Gorsche leverages her extensive knowledge of the firm to bring the best of UBS to her private wealth advisors and their clients. Gorsche was previously the chief of staff for US Wealth Management, supporting a business with over 6,000 advisors and more than $1 trillion in assets. She has also acted as chief of staff for the Global Investment Platforms and Solutions business and as corporate secretary for the US Wealth Management Committee. Before her chief of staff position, she spent 12 years with the banking group in multiple advisor-and client-facing roles, including head of sales strategy, senior wealth management banker, and manager of the banking solutions desk. Gorsche graduated magna cum laude from Duke University with a degree in English. 


Erin Underhill
President, Universal Television, NBCUniversal Media

Erin Underhill is the President of Universal Television for NBCUniversal Media, one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies. NBCUniversal creates world-class content, which they distribute across their portfolio of film, television, and streaming, and bring to life through their theme parks and consumer experiences.

With Underhill at the helm, Universal Television currently produces more than 50 primetime comedies and dramas, as well as late-night programs for a variety of network, cable, and digital platforms. Over the years, Underhill has shepherded many critically acclaimed and popular drama series. She has also attracted top creative talent to the studio. 

Before her current role, Underhill headed Universal Television’s drama development department as EVP and was previously SVP of Drama. Before that, she was SVP of current programming for NBC and Universal Media Studios (renamed Universal Television) and was responsible for creative oversight of drama series. Underhill graduated from UCLA with an undergraduate degree in English literature.


Terri Mestas
CDO, Los Angeles World Airports

Terri Mestas is the Chief Development Officer (CDO) of Los Angeles World Airports. LAX ranks 14th in the world and fifth in the US in air cargo tonnage processed, with more than 2.2 million tons of air cargo valued at over $101.4 billion. Mestas oversees the development of the Terminal 9 project. She leads a team of over 450 and manages the services of over 1,700 firms providing design, construction, and professional services to execute work at LAX and Van Nuys airports and Palmdale land holdings.

Mestas is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience leading large, complex infrastructure programs for space exploration, military installations, national and international anti-terrorism physical security, and innovative project delivery for the aviation industry. As the executive in charge of the Los Angeles World Airport (LAWA) $30 billion Capital Improvement Program, Mestas is helping to transform the future of aviation infrastructure to position LAX as the leading airport in the world. Before her executive leadership role at LAWA, Mestas held several positions for AECOM supporting public and private organizations. Mestas led the Capital Improvement Program at NASA Ames. She served as program director for the Los Angeles Community College District, the nation’s largest community college district with a $6.2 billion College Facilities Bond Program. Most recently, she held the position of senior director for Capital Projects, Modernization, Planning, Design, and Construction at The California Institute of Technology, where she oversaw the development of one-of-a-kind research facilities working with esteemed researchers, including Nobel prize winners, performing landmark research in neuroscience, ecology and biosphere engineering, quantum precision measurement and other areas.

She currently serves as an advisory board member for the USC Marshall Kendrick Global Supply Chain Institute. Mestas has a Bachelor of Architecture from Catholic University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), LEED Accredited Professional, and Certified Construction Manager (CCM).


Amber Bonasoro 
Executive Director, Luxury, RE/MAX

Amber Bonasoro is the Executive Director of Luxury at RE/MAX. She’s responsible for the adoption, engagement, and growth of the luxury program and elite listings across the global RE/MAX network. RE/MAX, LLC is a subsidiary of RE/MAX Holdings with more than 140,000 agents in almost 9,000 offices and a presence in more than 110 countries and territories.

Bonasoro manages luxury initiatives and is the luxury thought leader supporting and educating agents in The RE/MAX Collection. She applies more than 15 years of experience to build and implement marketing and advertising strategies to increase brand awareness and consideration. She has worked with agents and teams to secure and sell numerous listings throughout Southern California, including beachfront, bayfront, and estate properties. She has held her California real estate salesperson license since 2006.

Bonasoro earned her MBA with an emphasis in entrepreneurship from Chapman University's George Argyros College of Business and Economics, where she received a scholarship for her business leadership and entrepreneurial focus. In 2020, Bonasoro was appointed to the Executive Committee and served as the VP of marketing for the Chapman University Alumni Association Board of Directors through 2022 after serving her first membership term from 2017 to 2019. This distinguished group supports university initiatives and alumni and addresses upcoming alumni issues. She is also a volunteer puppy raiser for Canine Companions, a nonprofit organization that provides highly trained service dogs to people with disabilities.


Michele Kauffman
Chief Growth Officer, Cushman & Wakefield

Michele Kauffman is the Chief Growth Officer of Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm that delivers exceptional value for real estate occupiers and owners. Cushman & Wakefield is among the largest real estate services firms with approximately 50,000 employees in over 400 offices and 60 countries. In 2021, the firm had revenue of $9.4 billion across core services of property, facilities and project management, leasing, capital markets, valuation, and other services. 

Kauffman specializes in projects with unique land planning and entitlement issues. She also advises clients on highest and best-use issues and prepares market studies and feasibility analyses for land investment opportunities. Since 1999, her focus has been on urban infill development in Southern California. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Kauffman was a land use planner at AECOM. She has a keen understanding of the public/private partnership structures that are used to facilitate urban development and has appraised leased fee and leasehold positions in multiple ground leased assets throughout Los Angeles. Kauffman has also provided consulting and/or valuation services for clients with substantial holdings, including the US General Services Administration, the State of California, local governments, publicly-traded REITs, pension funds, private partnerships, local developers, and family trusts.  Kauffman is qualified as an expert witness in the Los Angeles County Superior Court and US Bankruptcy Court.

Kauffman graduated from the University of Virginia with a Master’s in Urban and Environmental Planning and from Duquesne University with an undergraduate degree in history and political science.


Shaneka McDonald
SVP of Human Resources - North America, DBS Bank

Shaneka McDonald has 23 years of expertise in HR and is a results-focused leader who drives business outcomes to help companies harness the full power of their most valuable assets - their employees. She is dedicated to creating robust corporate cultures that promote continuous business growth, which empowers and motivates employees to realize their full potential. She’s supported senior teams with strategic planning initiatives to scale the business.

Shaneka started her career at Washington Mutual Bank in the Customer Contact Center. After selection into the bank’s prestigious Leadership, Education, and Development management training program she found her passion interning in the HR department. A decade ago, she worked for the (FDIC) to ensure compliance at bank receiverships while winding down the operations of the former bank. Shaneka spent a few years at a nonprofit, Child Care Resource
Center (CCRC) is one of the largest resource and referral agencies and Head Start programs in CA. She is a highly motivated professional with extensive experience improving HR functions, providing effective change management, and serving as a strategic partner with executive leadership when scaling the business. Present day she is a Senior Vice President, Human Resources at DBS Bank, working with all levels of employees throughout the organization. Her greatest accomplishment has been her focus on establishing a diverse culture where she and her colleagues are building a legacy through volunteerism to impact the communities they serve. Shaneka holds an undergraduate degree in political science and an MBA with a concentration in human resource management. Michelle Younghouse

Michelle Younghouse is the VP and Chief Procurement Officer of Amgen. She first joined the company in 2018 as global head of strategic sourcing for direct materials and services. Younghouse is a global procurement executive and business leader with over 20 years of experience serving the biopharmaceutical, medical device, automotive, and telecommunications industries, delivering impactful business results, building and leading strong teams, and enabling innovation/faster time to market. Her expertise in manufacturing and process outsourcing, supply risk management, strategy development/realization, and relationship building delivers impactful results.

Previously, Younghouse was a vice president of global procurement at BD. Before that, she was a director of global sourcing, supply chain, and new product introduction management at Callaway Golf. Earlier in her career, she worked with Motorola in global category management and new product introduction roles. Ana Mendy

Judith Ibarra-Bianchetta

Dulce Vasquez

Dulce Vasquez is an education advocate, changemaker, and passionate civic leader. Vasquez currently serves as Assistant Vice President for Los Angeles' outpost of Arizona State University, focusing on strategic partnerships and public affairs. ASU is a comprehensive public research university, measured not by whom it excludes, but by whom it includes and how it succeeds; advancing research and discovery of public value; and assuming fundamental responsibility for the economic, social, cultural, and overall health of the communities it serves. 

Vasquez was previously the managing director of Zócalo Public Square, LA’s civic forum. She was appointed by Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti to serve as a Commissioner to El Pueblo Historic Monument, Los Angeles’ birthplace. Born in Tampico, Mexico, Vasquez has lived all over the country but has called LA home for the last 15 years. After spending half of her childhood undocumented, she attended Northwestern University, The Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po). She earned a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs.

Carolyn Glick

Carolyn Glick, Managing Director, is a member of Blackrock’s Global Credit Platform and leads the Origination Team. BlackRock, Inc. is an American multinational investment company. It is the world's largest asset manager, with $10 trillion in assets as of December 31, 2023. Headquartered in New York City, Blackrock has 70 offices in 30 countries, and clients in 100 countries.

She is responsible for originating and executing direct lending and special situations investment opportunities and maintaining relationships with key deal sources and intermediaries across the US, including private equity groups, investment banks, turnaround advisors, and others. The investments sourced can be placed across the BlackRock Alternative Investors (BAI) platform but sit primarily in the BlackRock Private Credit group, which since 1999 has invested nearly $27 billion in over 800 portfolio companies. 

Before her current role, Glick was a director at Tennenbaum Capital Partners, which managed more than $9 billion in committed capital and was acquired by BlackRock in 2018. Before joining TCP in 2014, Glick was a managing director at Bank of America Business Capital, where she was responsible for loan originations and financial sponsor coverage. Before Bank of America, she was with Wells Fargo Capital Finance serving in various credit and originations roles, most recently as a managing director responsible for originating, structuring, and managing asset-backed loans. Glick earned a BA in economics and government from Claremont McKenna College.


Maura Hudson

Samantha Millman
VP, Millco Investments, LLC

Samantha Millman is Vice President at Millco Investments, a privately held real estate investment firm in Los Angeles. An asset manager with broad real estate experience, Millman manages a portfolio of commercial and industrial real estate holdings in Southern California and works with a diverse roster of tenants.

Millman previously served as Los Angeles City Planning Commissioner and Commission President. Before serving on the City Planning Commission, she was President of the Central Area Planning Commission for the City of Los Angeles. She sits on the Executive Committee of the board of directors of Bet Tzedek Legal Services, a nonprofit poverty law center in Los Angeles that provides free legal services, on a completely non-sectarian basis, to more than 50,000 low-income Angelenos each year.

During the 2012 Presidential Election, Millman was a National Co-Chair of Generation Forty-Four (Gen44), the under-40 fundraising program of Obama for America, created to cultivate and empower a rising generation of leaders for the Democratic Party. In that capacity, Millman also sat on the Obama campaign’s National Finance Committee. She was recently nominated and selected as a National Commissioner for the ADL for the year 2024.

Kim Overall

Overall leads the studio's central data team and is responsible for identifying and developing the studio’s capabilities to become a more consumer-centric, data-driven organization. Additionally, she leads the Fandom Network for SPE, converting viewers into fans by building and fueling fandom across digital platforms globally. Formerly, Overall was SVP of SPHE’s United Kingdom, Northern Europe, and EMEA partnerships. In this role, she was responsible for defining the commercial strategies for the region and supporting the EMEA territories. She joined SPHE in 2008 as the managing director for Australia and New Zealand.


Christine Burdick-Bell

Maile Kaiser
Chief Revenue Officer, CoreSite

Maile Kaiser is the Chief Revenue Officer of CoreSite, a Colorado-based real estate investment trust that operates data centers offering cloud, interconnection, and colocation solutions for a wide range of industries. 

In this role, Kaiser is responsible for overseeing overall revenue growth and strategy for the company's portfolio of data centers. Catherine Pack

Catherine Pack is the Senior Vice President of operations of LTN Global, a worldwide leader in media technology that positions broadcasters and digital content companies to win the future of video. 

In this critical role, Pack oversees a global team of project managers, project engineers, onboarding and provisioning technicians and engineers, and teams of first and second-tier operators that provide 24x7 customer support for a family of managed services inclusive of live events production and/or decoration, channel origination and playout, in-band and out-of-band signaling for content policy implementation and ad breaks, live video routing, and distribution of full-time and occasional-use traffic.

Patrice Lafayette

Kimberly Souza

Gayla Kraetsch Hartsough

Andrea Notestine

She brings a proven ability to develop strategic alliances and build lasting C-level relationships. Elaine Harwood
SVP & Head of the Accounting Practice, Cornerstone Research

Elaine Harwood is a Senior Vice President at Cornerstone Research, based in the Los Angeles office. She also heads the firm’s accounting practice. Harwood is an expert on financial accounting, financial reporting, and auditing. She consults with clients and works with experts on securities litigation, complex enforcement matters brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), and corporate investigations.

Harwood has served for more than 20 years as a consultant and expert on a wide range of liability and damages issues. She has also consulted on prominent securities class actions. Her experience includes analysis of loss causation and damages in disclosure cases for clients in a wide range of industries, including financial institutions, consumer products, communications, technology, and energy. Harwood has co-authored a variety of articles and publications and speaks widely to legal and trade audiences on trends and new developments in litigation and regulatory enforcement, financial accounting and reporting, and auditing. She is a member of the advisory council of the University of Southern California’s SEC and Financial Reporting Institute. Who’s Who Legal has recognized Harwood as a thought leader and a global leader among forensic accountants in the legal investigations space.

Before joining Cornerstone Research, Harwood was a professor at Boston College. She is a certified public accountant (CPA) and is certified in financial forensics (CFF) by the AICPA. She holds a PhD in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting, from the University of Southern California.


Corey Spiegel

NoRhett Walls
VP, National Commercial Services, Stewart Title

NoRhett Walls serves as Vice President for National Commercial Services at Stewart Title Company. She works closely with builders, developers, principals, and brokers nationwide, offering exceptional client care throughout the title process. She is heavily involved with CREW- Commercial Real Estate Woman Network. She was the CREW Inland Empire past president and the past president of the CREW IE Foundation and has served on the board for 10 years.

Walls has worked in the title industry since 1999. Her professional history within the real estate industry has provided her with a truly comprehensive understanding of the business as a whole. She launched a career in the lending field as a loan officer loan processor while still in college, and eventually transitioned into escrow. Charlene Dimas-Peinado

Charlene Dimas-Peinado, President and CEO of Wellnest, leads one of the oldest nationally recognized trauma-informed behavioral health organizations in Los Angeles. She combines the big-picture perspective of a visionary, hands-on executive, and the insights of an experienced licensed psychotherapist in her quest to help children, young adults, and families lead emotionally healthy lives.

Dimas-Peinado calls upon 30 years of experience in behavioral health and nonprofit organizations. She is the first Latina president and CEO of Wellnest since its founding in 1924 and provides overall leadership and strategic direction as it approaches one hundred years of community service. She has broadened the organization’s financial health with her expertise in public and private contracts to expand best-in-class, compassionate, trauma-informed care. As Wellnest’s fiduciary leader and translator of its mission and vision, she ensures the organization is financially, politically, and operationally strong, as it provides best-in-class behavioral health and housing services while addressing the changing needs of its communities.

Stacy Benaderet
VP, AEG Presents

Stacy Benaderet is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing of AEG Presents, one of the largest live music companies in the world. The company is dedicated to all aspects of live contemporary music performances, including producing and promoting global and regional concert tours, music events, and world-renowned festivals. 

Benaderet first joined the company in 2008 as a national group sales manager. Since then, she’s held multiple leadership roles, including senior director of sales, national director of sales, and VP of sales and marketing. Previously, Benaderet was a renewal sales manager at House of Blues Clubs. Earlier in her career, she worked with AEG as an account executive of Chicago Fire at TOYOTA Park. 

Benaderet earned an undergraduate degree in social relations and journalism from Michigan State University James Madison College.


Val Achtemeier
Vice Chairman of Capital Markets, CBRE

Val Achtemeier is a Vice Chairman of CBRE Capital Markets, Inc. Her extensive commercial real estate experience includes both institutional and private entrepreneurial positions focusing on debt and equity procurement, joint venture formations, ground leases, development, investment acquisitions, dispositions, and all aspects of capital markets activities. During her over 30-year career, Achtemeier has originated, structured, and closed over $46 billion of real estate financing transactions throughout the US with an emphasis on portfolio loans and larger loans, as well as construction loans and JV equity. She is part of a market-leading industrial/logistics CBRE Capital Markets team called National Partners. The CBRE National Partners team closed over $40 billion of industrial sales and debt capital markets transactions in 2021. They deliver superior information, analytics, and strategy leading to exceptional execution over the industrial investment property life cycle and across the capital stack. Achtemeier earned an undergraduate degree in business administration in finance from Iowa State University.

Before joining CBRE, Achtemeier served as a VP and director of capital markets at Majestic Realty Co. She gained institutional experience at The Principal Financial Group, where she was responsible for joint venture development and debt placement, restructuring, and acquisitions throughout the US. 


Nicole Ganier
VP of Operations, Equus Workforce Solutions

In her role as Vice President of Operations for Equus Workforce Solutions, Nicole Ganier has now pivoted into Workforce Development, as well as Health & Human Social Services. Ganier has over 25 years of talent management experience. She’s held executive-level leadership positions with national responsibility for sales and operations and is considered a thought leader regarding diversity and inclusion. Over the years, Ganier has managed high-performance teams who have delivered best-in-class workforce solutions through a seamless, integrated approach to providing talent with an emphasis on developing solutions that are efficient, effective, and client-centric. 

Ganier devotes energy as a volunteer for the Jenesse Center, YWCA of Greater LA, and Habitat for Humanity and is a former board member of the Greater LA chapter of Make-A-Wish Foundation. Born and raised in Southern California, she graduated from California State University, Los Angeles, and studied sociology at the Universidad de Sevilla in Seville, Spain.


Rebecca Lienhard
CEO, Tierra del Sol Foundation

Rebecca Lienhard began her professional career nearly 35 years ago. Today, she is the Chief Executive Officer of the Tierra del Sol Foundation. Tierra del Sol serves individuals with disabilities and champions them to live lives of full inclusion through meaningful and productive lives. Our communities are stronger when all of its citizens contribute to each community's economic, cultural, and civic vitality. Lienhard joined Tierra in 1990 and, over the course of her tenure, has championed inclusion and value for people with disabilities through their unique contributions to our communities.

Lienhard serves as the key spokesperson for the agency in local, state, and national venues. She has served on numerous community boards and committees, such as the Vendor Advisory Committee for the California Department of Developmental Services, North Los Angeles County Regional Center, the State Council on Developmental Disabilities, Employment First Committee, and serving as VP of the Board of Directors for Southern California APSE. She is currently serving on the Board of Valley Economic Alliance and StandOut Client Advisory Board. Additionally, she serves as a current member of two of California's Department of Developmental Services Workgroups, specifically focusing on System & Fiscal Reform and Community Resources. Through these roles, she has gained a nationwide view of services, relevant laws, and emerging trends, all in an effort to advance meaningful and inclusive lives for adults with developmental disabilities.

Lienhard holds a Doctorate Degree in Organization Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, as well as a master's degree in special education, with an emphasis on moderate/severe disabilities. She is a graduate of the University of Delaware National Leadership Institute on Developmental Disabilities.
